THE STEM (24) HAS A SHUT-OFF END (66) WITH A LONGITUDINAL CENTRAL INTERNAL DIAMETER (70) THAT IS OPEN AT THE SHUT-OFF END AND ENDS IN A PRESSURE WALL (72). A RADIAL TRANSVERSAL INTERNAL DIAMETER (74) OF THE STEM PROVIDES FLUID COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE CENTRAL INTERNAL DIAMETER (70) AND AN EXIT HOLE (22) FORMED IN THE ACCOMMODATION. THE SEAL END (66) OF THE STEM MAY CONTACT A VALVE SEAT (82) TO AVOID FLUID COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE INLET HOLE AND THE CENTRAL INTERNAL DIAMETER OF THE STEM. THE END OF SEAL (66) OF THE STEM IS DEFLECTED BY MAKING CONTACT WITH THE SEAT OF THE VALVE (82) TO AVOID THE FLUID COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE INLET HOLE (20) AND THE CENTRAL INTERNAL DIAMETER. AN ACTUATOR (16) THAT GENERATES A MAGNETIC FLOW PATH TENDS TO MOVE THE STEM TO STOP CONTACTING THE VALVE SEAT (82).
