LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA LA DESLIGNIFICACION Y BLANQUEO DE PULPA CON CONTENIDO DE LIGNOCELULOSA QUIMICAMENTE DIGERIDA, EN EL QUE LA PULPA SE TRATA MEDIANTE UN ACIDO A UN PH ENTRE 1 Y 6, DESPUES DE LO CUAL SE AÑADE UN COMPUESTO SOLUBLE EN AGUA QUE CONTIENE UN METAL DE TIERRA ALCALINA A UN PH DE ENTRE 1 Y 7 DESPUES DE QUE LA PULPA HAYA SIDO TRATADO CON UN AGENTE BLANQUEADOR LIBRE DE CLORO. EL AGENTE BLANQUEADOR LIBRE DE CLORO INCLUYE COMPUESTOS PEROXIDOS, AZONO, OXIGENO Y DITIONITA DE SODIO EN UNA SECUENCIA OPCIONAL O EN UNA MEZCLA. DESPUES DEL TRATAMIENTO Y DE ACUERDO CON LA PRESENTE INVENCION, LA PULPA PUEDE SER BLANQUEDA FINALMENTE HASTA CONSEGUIR EL TONO DESEADO, CON UN AGENTE BLANQUEADOR LIBRE DE CLORO, TAL COMO OZONO, PARA EVITAR DE FORMA CONCRETA LA FORMACION Y DESCARGA DEL AOX.
