Abstract

A packaging container for a fluid product, consisting of a flexible bag in a stiff envelope with a sealable outlet plug and an aperture allocated thereto, in which the outlet plug is fitted with a neck to take a closure and a connector for securing to the packaging container or the product container inside it, is to be designed to meet the large number of known requirements, especially versatility and ease of manufacture. Such is achieved in that the plug neck (3) has at least two and preferably four parallel, opposite and outwardly plane surfaces (7) for positioning the plug and recesses (14) only at the clamping edge (10) preventing any rotation against the closure.
