  • the valve arrangement is arranged between the supply and discharge lines and the dispensing outlet.
  • the previously known rinsing device enables automatic rinsing of the water-carrying lines using a disinfecting liquid and is controlled by different feed pressures on the feed line, with the valve arrangement being switched over by the different feed pressures.
  • a bottled water system that includes an electrically operated limit valve with a piston, which is slidably disposed in a housing.
  • a spigot and a drain line are connected to the outside of the housing.
  • the piston is displaced by the limit switch valve in the housing and has an internal line which is connected to the upstream side connected to a flexible supply line for table water, superheated steam and disinfectant.
  • the internal line can be connected to the tapping nozzle or to the drain line on the outflow side. It is the object of the present invention to provide an improved flushing technique. The invention solves this problem with the features in the independent claims.
  • the flushing technology claimed ie the flushing device, the flushing method, the water outlet fitting equipped with a flushing device and the water outlet system, have various advantages.
  • the flushing device is provided and designed for a water outlet system with a water outlet fitting, which has a fitting body with a feed line for inlet water arranged therein and a fitting head arranged at the end of the fitting body and a tap outlet there for inlet water.
  • the supply line is connected to the fitting head.
  • the rinsing device has a discharge line for rinsing waste water, which can be or is connected with its one line end to the fitting head, preferably next to the feed line.
  • the flushing device includes a remotely controllable line closure on the discharge line and a flush control, the remotely controllable line closure being connected to the flush control.
  • the line lock opens and closes the discharge line in a controlled manner.
  • a valve chamber with a valve arrangement can be arranged in the fitting head.
  • the supply line and the discharge line can open out at the valve chamber and be connected here.
  • the water outlet fitting is equipped with the flushing device.
  • the water outlet system includes the water outlet fitting and can have a collecting device for tapped inlet water and a drain.
  • the water outlet fitting and the water lines connected here can be flushed with running water.
  • the rinsing process can be carried out automatically. If there is standing water in a pipe, germs can form and/or spread. By flushing with the supply water for a certain period of time, these can be flushed out and drained off.
  • the germ-laden discharged water is referred to as rinsing waste water.
  • the rinsing device and the rinsing method can be self-contained. They can be retrofitted or converted to existing water outlet fittings or water outlet systems. On the other hand, implementation in a water outlet fitting and in a water outlet system during manufacture and original equipment is possible.
  • the flushing technology claimed can be used advantageously with the most varied types of water outlet fittings and water outlet systems. These can be fittings and systems in the sanitary area and/or in the household area, in particular in the kitchen area. Use in the catering sector or in the medical sector is also an advantage.
  • a water supply can be present in the water outlet system in the form of a building's own and/or possibly local line network, which can also be flushed by the flow of the inlet water.
  • it can be used with other water-carrying plants and systems, for example drinking water, Mineral water, healing water or the like. can be tapped. These can be systems in the catering sector, spa area or the like.
  • the water supply may include a source, tank, pump systems, and the like.
  • a further advantage of the claimed rinsing technology is the possibility of carrying out rinsing processes in a remote-controlled and fully automatic manner. These can take place in a certain rhythm or on certain occasions, which are specified, for example, by hygiene rules or the like. If the water outlet fitting is not used for a longer period of time, a rinsing process can be carried out as a so-called stagnation rinsing, e.g. to avoid contamination in the standing water column. For this purpose, operations of the water outlet fitting can be detected and logged with time recording. The rinsing processes can take place outside the normal usage times of the water outlet fitting and the water outlet system, e.g. at night. Due to the fully automatic system, there is no need for manual intervention on the water outlet fitting or on the upstream pipe system. It is also favorable if the water outlet fitting itself can be remotely controlled and, in particular, has remotely controllable valves.
  • the flushing technology claimed can be operated on an existing water supply network, in particular with a connection to a public water supply network. For flushing it is not necessary to change the feed pressure on the supply line and in the upstream water supply controlled by a pump system or the like.
  • the flushing technology claimed can be used with an existing and, in particular, constant feed pressure for the inlet water.
  • the flushing technique claimed has the advantage that it can prevent retrograde contamination of the feed line for feed water and at least an upstream part of the discharge line for the flushing waste water.
  • the remote controllable blocking of the discharge line is of particular advantage for this. It prevents access of germs from a drain and from a downstream part of the drain line.
  • Remotely locking the drain line can have another benefit. It can be used to control a valve arrangement on the water outlet fitting and to switch the inlet water between a tap outlet of the outlet fitting and said discharge line.
  • the valve arrangement can be switched back and forth between a tapping position and a flushing position, with the inlet water being directed to the tap outlet or to the discharge line. If the discharge line is blocked, the dynamic pressure or the effective water pressure on the valve arrangement can be changed by backwater water and cause it to switch to the tap position. Opening the discharge line can switch to the flushing position.
  • the rinsing processes can be carried out independently. You will also not be disturbed by manual operation of the water outlet fitting. As long as the drain line and the line lock are open, the flushing position remains and no water escapes from the tap outlet.
  • the remote-controllable blocking of the discharge line also enables the water outlet fitting and the feed line for the feed water to be operated with a constant feed pressure.
  • the two advantages can be coupled, but do not have to be.
  • the flushing technology claimed and the remote-controllable blocking of the discharge line can also be used to avoid germs in a flushing device according to the prior art, eg DE 20 2011 001 837 Ul, can also be used.
  • the switching of the valve arrangement is then effected in a different way.
  • the flushing device claimed has a remotely controllable line closure on the discharge line and a flushing control.
  • the remote-controllable line closure is signal-connected to the flushing control. It is preferably arranged on the discharge line at a distance from the end of the line for connection to the fitting head.
  • the remotely controllable line closure can be arranged in the discharge line between line ends.
  • the discharge line can be blocked and opened by remote control by the flushing device. This can be done at a distance from said line end on the fitting head and at a distance from a valve assembly on the fitting head.
  • the flushing control can be arranged externally or possibly integrated in the line closure.
  • the remote controllable line closure can be actuated by the flush control. This can be done in response to an external or an internal trigger signal.
  • An internal signal can be emitted, for example, via a timer in the line closure and/or in the flushing control.
  • direct manual operation of the remote-controllable line closure on site for example using a hand wheel or the like, is not ruled out.
  • the discharge line for flushing water can be connected to a fitting head of a water outlet fitting with one line end next to the feed line for the inlet water. This can include different arrangement and connection variants, for example a separate arrangement of the discharge line and the supply line at a distance from one another on the fitting head or an arrangement of the lines inside one another.

  • a claimed component can be a non-return valve, for example, which is preferably downstream of the remotely controllable valve in the direction of flow.
  • the non-return valve blocks the backflow of rinsing waste water and back-contamination from the drain and can protect the remote-controlled valve from this.
  • the check valve may be formed from a germicidal material.
  • the remotely controllable line closure can also have an aerator. This can be downstream of the check valve in the direction of flow.
  • the aerator can also be formed from a germicidal material.
  • the remotely controllable line closure can include a jet catcher with a funnel, which is preferably connected downstream of the jet regulator in the direction of flow. There may be a free space through which the jet of flushing water emitted by the aerator flows and is then captured by the funnel.
  • a jet catcher with a funnel which is preferably connected downstream of the jet regulator in the direction of flow.
  • One The bundling and smoothing of the jet by the jet regulator is advantageous for this.
  • the jet stop can also include a detector for detecting a possible backlog of rinsing waste water.
  • a backwater can occur, for example, if the drain is clogged.
  • the back pressure can form in the aforementioned free space and is detected early by the detector before it adversely affects the upstream components of the remotely controllable line closure.
  • the detector can be designed in different ways, e.g. as an electrical fluid switch. It can be signal-connected to the flushing control. In the event of a backflow, the flushing control can actuate and close the valve of the line closure to prevent backflow of flushing waste water. The flush control can also abort the flushing process. However, it is also possible that it switches over the valve arrangement and possibly releases supply water still laden with rinsing residues via the tap outlet.
  • the remotely controllable line closure can have a common housing for the aforementioned components. This enables a compact design and easy assembly as well as space-saving accommodation.
  • the rinsing device can also have a disinfection device, which can be connected or is connected to the supply line for inlet water. As a result, the inlet water can be conditioned and can form a disinfecting solution.
  • the disinfection device can be signal-connected to the flushing control. Another conditioning option is to use hot feed water.
  • the valve arrangement for switching between tapping and flushing can be designed in different ways. It can be switchable by water pressure. An aforementioned valve arrangement that can be switched by the remotely controllable line closure is particularly favorable. There are several design options for this. These are advantageous for the flushing technology claimed and can also each have their own inventive significance.
  • valve arrangement for switching between tapping and flushing can be part of the flushing device. When retrofitting or converting an existing water outlet fitting, it can be exchanged for an existing valve or converted.
  • the valve arrangement can have a directional control valve, e.g. a 2/3-way control valve, in various configurations.

  • the flush control can also be connected or connected to a remotely controllable actuating device of the water outlet fitting. This enables the supply water to be controlled remotely.
  • the flushing control can be connected to a fitting control that may be present for a remotely controllable water outlet fitting. In particular, it can be implemented in a valve control. Conversely, a valve control can also be implemented in a flush control, e.g. in the case of a retrofit or conversion, in which case the outlet valve is also converted.
