Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif déployable (16) permettant d'amener de manière au moins unilatérale un battant (14) d'une fenêtre (10) ou d'une porte depuis un cadre fixe (12) de la fenêtre (10) ou de la porte jusqu'à une position de placement maximale sélectionnable du dispositif déployable (16), le dispositif déployable (16) comprenant :
    a) un bras déployable (24) dont une extrémité peut être agencée de manière directement ou indirectement pivotante au niveau du cadre fixe (12) et dont l'autre extrémité présente un coulisseau (22) ;
    b) un guide de coulisseau (20) pouvant être fixé directement ou indirectement au battant (14) et au niveau duquel le coulisseau (22) est guidé ;
    c) au moins deux butées de fin de course (58a, b) différentes sélectionnables par un utilisateur et jusqu'auxquelles le coulisseau (22) peut être déplacé dans la position de placement maximale respective du dispositif déployable (16) ;
    d) un dispositif de blocage (42) au niveau duquel le coulisseau (22) est retenu de manière amovible avec une force de blocage au niveau de la butée de fin de course (58a, b) respective afin de protéger le dispositif déployable (16) contre les surcharges ;
    l'intensité de la force de blocage pouvant être réglée par l'utilisateur ;
    le réglage de l'intensité de la force de blocage étant effectué grâce au réglage de la butée de fin de course (58a, b) ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'intensité de la force de blocage est augmentée lorsque la butée de fin de course (58a, b) est réglée sur une position de placement maximale moindre.
  2. Dispositif déployable selon la revendication 1, le dispositif de blocage (42) présentant un ressort (40) qui retient le coulisseau (22) au niveau de la butée de fin de course (58a, b).
  3. Dispositif déployable selon la revendication 2, le ressort (40) pouvant être déplacé par rapport au guide de coulisseau (20) afin de régler l'intensité de la force de blocage, le ressort (40) étant moins précontraint pour une première position de placement maximale que pour une deuxième position de placement maximale.
  4. Dispositif déployable selon la revendication 3, le ressort (40) étant moins fortement précontraint par le guide de coulisseau (20) pour la première position de placement maximale que pour la deuxième position de placement maximale.
  5. Dispositif déployable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le dispositif déployable (16) présentant un tiroir (48) qui est mobile par rapport au guide de coulisseau (20) et présente la butée finale (58a, b) destinée au coulisseau (22) dans au moins une position de placement maximale.
  6. Dispositif déployable selon la revendication 5, le tiroir (48) présentant au moins deux évidements (68a, b) reliés, le dispositif déployable (16) présentant un boulon de blocage (50) qui peut être déplacé entre les évidements (68a, b) à l'état déverrouillé de sorte que le tiroir (48) peut être déplacé, et qui vient en prise dans un évidement (68a, b) à l'état verrouillé de sorte que le tiroir (48) ne peut pas être déplacé.

Dispositif déployable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le guide de coulisseau (20) étant réalisé en forme de U en section transversale et présentant une coulisse de guidage (32), le coulisseau étant réalisé en forme de boulon et étant guidé dans la coulisse de guidage (32).
  13. Fenêtre (10) ou porte comprenant un cadre fixe (12) et un battant (14), un dispositif déployable (16) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes étant agencé entre le cadre fixe (12) et le battant (14) afin de pouvoir amener le battant (14) de manière au moins unilatérale jusqu'à une position de placement maximale sélectionnable.
