Fastening part (3) of at least one mesh panel (2) consisting of a trellis of vertical (21) and horizontal (22) wires to a fence post (1), said post (1) comprising on two opposite sides a groove (10A, 10B) for receiving a vertical edge of said mesh panel (2), each of said grooves (10A, 10B) comprising a bottom wall (11) bordered on one side by a side wall (12) extending substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall (11) and on the other side by a wing (13) curved towards the inside of the groove (10A, 10B) and having a free edge, or rim, (131) spaced from the bottom wall (11) so that the wing (13) delimits an open cavity (14) opening into the groove (10A, 10B),
    openings (121) being distributed regularly along the side wall (12) of each of said grooves (10A, 10B),
    said fastening part (3) of said panel (2) on the post (1) comprising at one end two locking lugs (33) each intended to be introduced into two openings (121) of said side wall (12) of the groove (10) for receiving the post (1), and at the other opposite end at least one locking tongue (34) intended to be housed in the internal cavity (14) of the wing (13) by elastic deformation of the latter, the locking lugs (33) and the locking tongue (34) each having a curved portion in the shape of a hook intended to be engaged at the rear of said side wall (12) of the post and at the rear of the rim (131) of the opposite wing (13) respectively over a predetermined length so as to prevent the removal of the fastening part once the latter has been assembled to the post.
  2. Fastening part (3) according to claim 1, comprising a plate (31) extended on its opposite longitudinal edges by a flange (32) extending essentially perpendicular to the plate (31) and intended to bear against the bottom wall (11) of said groove (10), the locking lugs (33) each extending in the plane of one of the flanges (32), the locking tongue extending from a lateral edge of the plate (31) between the two flanges (32) .
  3. Fastening part (3) according to claim 2, in that the width of the locking tongue (34) is greater than or equal to half the width of the plate (31).
  4. Fastening part (3) according to claim 2 or 3, in that the locking tongue (34) is in the shape of a curved protrusion (341, 342) defining a U-shaped housing (39) intended to receive and surround the rim (131) of the wing (13) of the post (1).
  5. Fastening part (3) according to claim 4, in that the distance between the bottom of the U-shaped housing (39) and the free end of the locking tongue (34) is greater than 2 mm, and preferably greater than 2.5 mm.
  6. Fastening part (3) according to one of claims 2 to 5, in that the locking lugs (33) are each in the shape of a curved protrusion defining a U-shaped housing (38) intended to receive and surround the edge of an opening (121) of the side wall (12) of the post (1).
  7. Fastening part according to claim 6, in that the distance between the bottom of the U-shaped housing and the free end of the locking lug (33) is greater than 2 mm, and preferably greater than 2.5 mm.
  8. Fastening part (3) according to one of claims 2 to 7, in that the flanges (32) each have at least one notch (35, 36) for the passage of a vertical wire (21, 22) of said panel (2).
  9. Fastening part (3) according to one of claims 2 to 8, in that the locking tongue (34) is disposed between two retaining tabs (37) each extending in the plane of one of the flanges (32).
  10. Fence post (1) intended to cooperate with at least one fastening part (3) according to one of claims 1 to 9 to fasten at least one rigid mesh panel (2) consisting of a trellis of vertical (21) and horizontal (22) wires to said post (1), said post (1) comprising on two opposite sides a groove (10A, 10B) for receiving a vertical edge of said mesh panel (2), each of said grooves (10A, 10B) comprising a bottom wall (11) bordered on one side by a side wall (12) extending substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall (11) and on the other side by a wing (13) curved towards the inside of the groove (10A, 10B) and elastically deformable to cooperate with a locking tongue (34) of the fastening part (3), said wing (13) having a free edge, or rim, (131) spaced from the bottom wall (11) so that the wing (13) delimits an open internal cavity (14) opening into the groove (10A, 10B), openings (121) being distributed regularly along the side wall (12) of each of said grooves (10A, 10B) to cooperate with two locking lugs (33) of said fastening part (3).
  11. Method for mounting a mesh panel (2) consisting of a trellis of vertical (21) and horizontal (22) wires to a post (1) according to claim 10 with at least one fastening part (3) according to one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the following steps:
    - positioning the lateral edge of a panel (2) in a groove (10A, 10B) of the post (1),
    - placing the fastening part (3) of the panel (2) in the groove (10A, 10B) of the post (1) so as to initially introduce the locking lugs (33) of the fastening part (3) into openings (121) of the side wall (12) of the groove (10A, 10B) of the post (1) until the lugs (33) engage at the rear of said side wall (12), the locking tongue (34) bearing on the external wall of the wing (13) of the groove (10A, 10B),
    - pressing the fastening part (3) into the groove (10A, 10B) of the post (1) so that the wing (13) elastically deforms and the locking tongue (34) engages in the rear of the rim (131) of the wing (13) of the groove (10A, 10B).
  12. Fence comprising at least two posts (1) according to claim 10 and at least one mesh panel (2) integral with the posts (1) by at least one fastening part (3) according to one of claims 1 to 9.
