To remove the band, a user grips one end of the perforation area on a section of the tear-off strip provided for this purpose. As a result, the tear-off strip can be torn off along a predetermined tear direction provided for this purpose, the band can thereby be separated and ultimately removed from the film roll.
The object of the invention is to provide a band of the type mentioned at the outset which can be removed particularly easily from the film roll while maintaining the simplest possible design.
This object is achieved in that the perforation area has a third predetermined tear track and a fourth predetermined tear track, which are spaced apart from one another along the edge of a second tear strip, the third predetermined tear track and the fourth predetermined tear track each being formed from a plurality of perforations arranged on the first tear strip, and wherein the second tear strip is set up for tearing along a second predetermined tear direction which is oriented opposite to the first predetermined tear direction. With the solution according to the invention, the band can either be removed from the film roll by tearing off the first tear strip along the first predetermined tear direction or by tearing the second tear strip along the second predetermined tear direction. This offers in particular ergonomic advantages over conventional bands, which only allow a single tear-off strip to be torn off along a single predetermined tear direction.
In the case of a conventional band, it is therefore not excluded that a user inadvertently grabs a front end of the (single) tear-off strip that is not provided for this purpose and tries to tear it off against an intended tear direction. This usually leads to an incomplete tearing off of the tear-off strip and thus to an incomplete separation of the band, so that it cannot be removed from the film roll, or can only be removed with great difficulty. This is counteracted by the solution according to the invention. For this purpose, the second tear-off strip is provided according to the invention. As a result of the arrangement according to the invention of the perforations bordering the second tear-off strip, this is arranged on the first tear-off strip. In other words, the second tear-off strip lies within the edge of the first tear-off strip. In other words, the second tear strip is part of the first tear strip. When the first tear-off strip is torn off, the second tear-off strip is thus also torn off at the same time - but not, for example, along the second predetermined tear direction. The inventive arrangement of the third predetermined tear track and the fourth predetermined tear track within the first tear strip bordered by the first predetermined tear track and the second predetermined tear track, both tear strips are arranged in one and the same perforation area. Regardless of which end of the perforation area the user touches to tear the band, the solution according to the invention always enables the band to be removed as intended, in which either the first tear strip can be torn off along the first predetermined tear direction or the second tear strip can be torn off along the second predetermined tear direction. In addition, the arrangement according to the invention of the second tear-off strip within the edge of the first tear-off strip enables a comparatively compact design of the perforation area. This is in comparison to a basically conceivable arrangement of two tear-off strips in different and spatially separated perforation areas of the band. This results in further advantages, since the user can visually recognize the (single) perforation area, which is naturally localized in comparison to two separate perforation areas, in a comparatively easier and faster manner. In addition, the band can be produced in a comparatively simple and cost-effective manner, since the necessary perforations do not have to be formed in two separate areas, but only in the (single) perforation area. In the wrapped state, the first predetermined tear direction and / or the second predetermined tear direction are preferably extended parallel to a longitudinal axis of the film roll wrapped with the band. The perforations provided for forming the first, second, third and / or fourth predetermined tear track are preferably formed in the form of punctiform and / or linear punchings which extend through the band in the direction of its thickness. The predetermined crack tracks are preferably arranged as follows: The first predetermined crack track and the third predetermined crack track are adjacent to one another elongated; the third predetermined crack track and the fourth predetermined crack track are elongated adjacent to one another; the fourth predetermined crack track and the second predetermined crack track are elongated adjacent to one another; the first predetermined crack track and the second predetermined crack track are separated from one another in the transverse direction of the perforation area by means of the third and / or fourth predetermined crack track and in this respect are not extended lengthways directly adjacent to one another. The band can in particular be made of plastic, wood pulp, cellulose or a composite material. The banderole is preferably a paper banderole made of paper or a cardboard banderole made of cardboard.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first predetermined crack track and the second predetermined crack track extend longitudinally parallel to the first predetermined crack direction. Accordingly, the first predetermined crack track and the second predetermined crack track are also elongated parallel to one another. This embodiment of the invention ensures that the first tear-off strip can be easily torn off manually along the first predetermined tear direction and counteracts a faulty tearing of the band and / or an incomplete tear-off of the first tear-off strip. Preferably, the first predetermined tear track and the second predetermined tear track are also parallel, more precisely antiparallel, extending longitudinally to the second predetermined tear direction.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the third predetermined tear track and the fourth predetermined tear track extend longitudinally parallel to the second predetermined tear direction. Accordingly, the third predetermined crack track and the fourth predetermined crack track are also elongated parallel to one another. This embodiment of the invention ensures that the second tear-off strip can be easily torn off manually along the second predetermined tear direction and counteracts incorrect tearing of the band and / or incomplete tearing of the second tear-off strip. Preferably, the third predetermined tear track and the fourth predetermined tear track are also parallel, more precisely antiparallel, to the first predetermined tear direction.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a first perforation pattern which borders the first tear strip is oriented opposite to a second perforation pattern which borders the second tear strip. The first perforation pattern is formed by those perforations which are provided for forming the first predetermined crack track and the second predetermined crack track. The second perforation pattern is formed by those perforations which are provided for forming the third nominal crack track and the fourth nominal crack track. The first perforation pattern is set up with regard to an arrangement and / or design of its perforations for tearing along the first predetermined tear direction, so that the first tear strip can be torn as intended along the first predetermined tear direction. The second perforation pattern is in terms of an arrangement and / or design of its perforations set up for tearing along the second predetermined tear direction, so that the second tear strip can be torn as intended along the second predetermined tear direction. In other words, the first perforation pattern runs along the first predetermined tear direction and the second perforation pattern runs - in the opposite direction to this - along the second predetermined tear direction.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the first predetermined tear track is formed from several first perforations, the second predetermined tear track is formed from several second perforations, and the first perforations and the second perforations are arranged and / or designed mirror-symmetrically with respect to a central longitudinal axis of the first tear strip. In this way, in particular, reliable tearing along the first predetermined tear direction can be achieved. As a result of the mirror-symmetrical arrangement and / or design, a comparatively simple design of the tools required for making the perforations and thus cost-effective production can also be achieved. The first perforations and the second perforations form the first perforation pattern for the border of the first tear-off strip. The central longitudinal axis of the first tear strip is oriented parallel to the first predetermined tear direction. In other words, the first tear strip can be torn off as intended along its central longitudinal axis and in the direction of the first predetermined tear direction.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the first perforations and the second perforations are each designed linearly and aligned at an angle to one another, the angle being open in the direction of the first predetermined tear direction and closed in the direction of the second predetermined tear direction. This ensures particularly reliable tearing along the intended first predetermined tear direction.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the third predetermined tear track is formed from several third perforations, the fourth predetermined tear track is formed from several fourth perforations, and the third perforations and the fourth perforations are arranged and / or designed mirror-symmetrically with respect to a central longitudinal axis of the second tear strip. In this way, in particular, reliable tearing along the second predetermined tear direction can be achieved. In addition, the mirror-symmetrical arrangement and / or design enables the production tools required for introducing the corresponding perforations to be designed in a simple manner, so that, in particular, inexpensive production can be achieved. The third perforations and the fourth perforations form the second perforation pattern for the border of the second tear-off strip. The central longitudinal axis of the second tear-off strip is oriented parallel to the second predetermined tear direction.
In other words, the second tear strip can be torn off as intended along its central longitudinal axis and in the direction of the second predetermined tear direction.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the third perforations and the fourth perforations are each linear and aligned at an angle to one another, the angle being open in the direction of the second predetermined tear direction and closed in the direction of the first predetermined tear direction. This ensures particularly reliable tearing along the intended second predetermined tear direction.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the third perforations and the second perforations have an identical shape, the third perforations being arranged rotated by 180 ° relative to the second perforations about an axis of rotation oriented parallel to a surface normal of the band. In other words, although the third perforations and the second perforations basically look the same, they are rotated differently relative to one another within the perforation area. Due to this differently rotated arrangement in the plane of the band, the respective intended tear direction is specified.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the fourth perforations and the first perforations have an identical shape, the fourth perforations being arranged rotated by 180 ° relative to the first perforations about an axis of rotation oriented parallel to a surface normal of the band. In other words, although the fourth perforations and the first perforations look the same, they are rotated differently in the perforation area. Due to this differently rotated arrangement, the different intended tear directions are specified.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the perforation area has at one end a first handling section, which is arranged on the front end of the first tear-off strip, and at the other end a second handling section, which is arranged on the front end of the second tear-off strip. The handling sections are provided for manual handling, in particular between the thumb and another finger of a hand. The first handling section is used to manually introduce force into the perforation area in order to tear off the first tear-off strip. The second handling section is used to manually introduce force into the perforation area in order to tear off the second tear-off strip. The handling sections are arranged in opposing areas of the perforation area. The handling sections are preferably arranged mirror-symmetrically to a central transverse axis of the perforation area.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the first handling section and the second handling section are identical and / or are each designed in the form of a bulge bordered by rounded cutouts. This is a particularly simple and therefore inexpensive embodiment of the invention. The bulges can also be referred to in figurative language as flags, tips or ears.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the perforation area has a first crack initiation track that adjoins the first handling section at one end and merges into the first predetermined crack track at the other end, and a second crack initiation track that adjoins the first handling section at one end and merges into the second predetermined crack track at the other end, wherein Front ends of the third predetermined crack track and the fourth predetermined crack track are delimited from the first handling section by means of the crack initiation tracks in such a way that tearing of the third predetermined crack track and the fourth predetermined crack track caused by handling the first handling section is counteracted. This counteracts any improper tearing of the second tear-off strip along the first predetermined tear direction. The crack initiation tracks are each formed from at least one perforation. The crack initiation traces are preferably elongated with respect to a central longitudinal axis of the perforation area and along the first predetermined tear direction from the inside to the outside and / or oriented at an angle with respect to the first predetermined tear direction and / or designed with mirror symmetry to one another.

In a corresponding manner, the third perforations P3 and the fourth perforations P4 are aligned at an angle W2 relative to one another. The angle W2 can also be referred to as the second perforation angle. The angle W2 is formed between unspecified main directions of extent of the linear third perforations P3 and the linear fourth perforations P4. The angle W2 is open in the direction of the second predetermined tear direction R2 and closed in the direction of the first predetermined tear direction R1.

The same applies mutatis mutandis with regard to an identical shape and an arrangement of the first perforations P1 and the fourth perforations P4 rotated relative to one another.
The first perforations P1 and the second perforations P2 form a first perforation pattern P1, P2 which borders the first tear-off strip A1. The third perforations P3 and the fourth perforations P4 form a second perforation pattern P3, P4, which borders the second tear-off strip A2. The first perforation pattern P1, P2 is oriented opposite to the second perforation pattern P3, P4. In simple terms, the perforation pattern P1, P2 runs along the first predetermined tear direction R1 and the second perforation pattern P3, P4 runs 180 ° opposite to this along the second predetermined tear direction R2.
In order to enable the tear-off strips A1, A2 to be torn off easily and ergonomically by hand, the perforation area P also has a first handling section 5 and a
In the present case, the two handling
In order to prevent the second tear strip A2 from being unintentionally torn or torn off by handling the first handling section 5, the perforation area P has a first
