Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verstellung einer Tür mit einem Türprofil an einer Wand- oder einem Festfeldelement nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, sowie einer Duschkabine oder einer Duschabtrennung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 6 mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung.The invention relates to a device for adjusting a door with a door profile on a wall or a fixed panel element according to the preamble of claim 1, as well as a shower cubicle or a shower partition according to the preamble of claim 6 with such a device.

Derartige Vorrichtungen sind als sogenannte Beschläge oder Scharniere bekannt und werden beispielsweise in der EP 2 228 510 B1 offenbart. Sie dienen dazu die Tür an einer Wand oder einem Festfeldelement zu befestigen und weisen oft auch Stellflächen und Komplementärstellflächen auf, um die Tür während des Öffnungs- und Schließvorgangs anzuheben bzw. abzusenken (Hebe-und Senkmechanismus). Diese Stellflächen und Komplementärstellflächen bewirken zusätzlich, dass sich die Tür automatisch in eine Offenstellung bzw. eine Schließstellung bewegt und dort zur Ruhe kommt. Das Anheben und Senken der Tür trägt den Vorteil mit sich, dass beispielsweise am unteren Ende der Tür angebrachte Dichtungen nicht beim Öffnen und Schließen der Tür am Boden entlang streifen, sondern von diesem weggehoben werden. Dies wird benötigt um ein problemloses Bewegen der Tür gewährleisten zu können und um die Lebensdauer der Dichtung zu erhöhen. Um die Offen- bzw. Im Falle der EP 2 228 510 B1 ist diese Einstellmöglichkeit durch einen Klemmring gegeben. Der Klemmring umschließt eine Hubhülse, welche sich verdrehsicher im Klemmring befestigen lässt, indem der Klemmring zusammengezogen wird. Die so fixierbare Hubhülse weist Stellflächen auf, welche das Heben und Senken der Tür bewirken. Im abgesenkten Zustand der Tür befindet sich diese aufgrund der Stellflächen in der Schließ- oder der Offenstellung. Sollte die Tür mit dem Rahmen der Duschkabine oder der Duschabtrennung fluchten und im korrekten Winkel in der Schließ- oder Offenstellung verharren, muss diese Stellung eingestellt werden können. Dabei wird der Klemmring so weit geöffnet, dass die Hubhülse sich relativ zum Klemmring verdrehen lässt. Bei Erreichen der gewünschten Stellung wird durch das Zusammenziehen des Rings die Hubhülse geklemmt und somit die Stellung der Türe festgelegt. Problematisch dabei ist, dass der Klemmring einerseits mit dem Rahmenprofil oder Trägerprofil verbunden sein muss und gleichzeitig auch genügend Flexibilität aufweisen soll, um ein Öffnen und Schließen des Klemmrings gewährleisten zu können. Dies wird beim Stand der Technik durch das Einlegen des Klemmrings in eine Gelenkplatte realisiert. Durch den indirekten Kontakt zum Trägerprofil durch das Einlegen in die Gelenkplatte ist jedoch keine spielfreie Lagerung der Tür gewährleistet. Wird der Klemmring zusammengezogen, so verändert sich auch dessen Umfang, der mit der Gelenkplatte in Eingriff stehen muss. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für eine einfache, spielfreie, stufenlose Einstellung eines Türflügels mit Hebe-Senkmechanismus über eine sogenannte vorgespannte Wippe. Die Erfindung kann sowohl bei einer Verbindung Festfeldteil mit Tür oder der Tür an einer Wand verwendet werden. Die Vorrichtung kann dabei in eine direkte Wandanbindung zur Tür, in eine Festfeldverbindung zur Tür oder in einen Beschlag eingebaut sein. Die Türen und Festfelder können natürlich in verschiedenen Winkeln zueinander verbaut sein. Die Vorrichtung umfassende Baugruppe wird in ungespannter Stellung montiert. Als Wippe 2.1 werden dabei zwei abgeschrägte Flächen des Lagerhebers 2 bezeichnet. Der Lagerheber 2 mit der Wippe 2.1 (abgeschrägte Flächen) wird mit einem Spanner 3 (Federstahl) im Lager 1 montiert, wobei die den abgeschrägten Flächen der Wippe 2.1 gegenüberliegenden Flächen des Lagers 1 ebenfalls abgeschrägt sind. Der Spanner 3 ist dabei fest mit dem Lagerheber verbunden. Dabei wird der Spanner 3 über eine sogenannte Presspassung fest in den Lagerheber 2 gedrückt und sitzt dort fest. Diese Baugruppe wird dann ins Lagerteil 1 eingelegt, wo der Spanner formschlüssig mit leichtem Spiel gelagert ist. Im Lager 1 ist der Spanner 3 also beweglich (Gleiten) gelagert. Die Tür 13 steht schräg bzw. im Winkel (Fig.3).The assembly comprising the device is mounted in the unclamped position. Die maximale Verstellung wird durch Winkel und Dimension der Konstruktion festgelegt. Im Duschkabinenbau sind in der Regel für die Einstellbarkeit +/-10° ausreichend. Nach Einstellung des Türflügels 13 wird diese durch die Sicherungsschraube 7 gesichert und die Einstellöffnung 1.3 um Lager 1 durch die Abdeckung 8 verdeckt. Fig.6 zeigt einen vertikalen Schnitt der Vorrichtung und der Tür 13 mit dem Festfeld- oder Wandprofil. Die Tür 13 hebt sich über die Heberkurve 14.1 des Türhebers 14 und die Heberkurve 2.2 des verstellbaren Lagerhebers 2 vertikal nach oben. Claims (6)

  1. Device for adjusting a door (13), the door being connected to a wall or fixed panel element (11), comprising:
