Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Möbelbeschlag zur bewegbaren Lagerung eines Möbelteils, vorzugsweise einer Möbelklappe, relativ zu einem Möbelkorpus, umfassend ein erstes Beschlagteil zur Befestigung am Möbelkorpus und ein zweites Beschlagteil zur Befestigung am bewegbar gelagerten Möbelteil, wobei die beiden Beschlagteile schwenkbar miteinander verbunden oder verbindbar sind und zumindest eines der beiden Beschlagteile, vorzugsweise das erste Beschlagteil, dazu ausgebildet ist, zumindest bereichsweise, vorzugsweise vollständig, in einer Ausnehmung im Möbelkorpus oder im bewegbar gelagerten Möbelteil angeordnet zu werden. Claims (15)

  1. A furniture fitment (1) for moveably mounting a furniture part (2), preferably a furniture flap, relative to a furniture carcass (3), including a first fitment part (4) for fixing to the furniture carcass (3) and a second fitment part (5) for fixing to the moveably mounted furniture part (2), wherein the two fitment parts (4, 5) are or can be pivotably connected together and at least one of the two fitment parts (4, 5), preferably the first fitment part (4), is adapted to be arranged completely in a recess (6) in the furniture carcass (3) or in the moveably mounted furniture part (2), characterised in that the furniture fitment (1) includes at least one fixing device (7) for fixing the at least one fitment part (4, 5) in the recess (6), wherein the at least one fixing device (7) includes at least one rotatably mounted actuating element (8) and at least two fixing elements (10) which can be at least region-wise sunk in a wall (9) of the recess (6) and/or can be pressed against the wall (9), wherein there is provided a coupling device (12) with which a rotary movement of the at least one actuating element (8) can be converted into a sinking movement and/or a pressing movement of the at least two fixing elements (10), wherein the at least one actuating element (8) and the at least two fixing elements (10) are arranged at a same side (13) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5) and spaced from each other in a longitudinal direction (14) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5), wherein the side (13) is a longitudinal side.
  2. A furniture fitment (1) according to claim 1, wherein the at least one actuating element (8) is in the form of a screw and/or has at least one tool receiving means (15) for actuation by means of a tool and/or is mounted about an axis of rotation (16) oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction (14) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5).
  3. A furniture fitment (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein there is provided at least one overload protection means for limiting a tightening torque of the at least one actuating element (8), preferably wherein the at least one actuating element (8) is made up at least of two parts (63, 64), wherein the at least two parts (63, 64) are in at least region-wise frictionally locking contact with each other below a predetermined tightening torque so that a torque can be transmitted between the at least two parts (63, 64), and wherein the contact can be at least partially removed when the predetermined tightening torque is exceeded so that substantially no torque can be transmitted between the at least two parts (63, 64), preferably wherein one of the at least two parts (63, 64) of the at least one actuating element (8) is in the form of a threaded sleeve and the other of the at least two parts (63, 64) is at least region-wise mounted rotatably within the threaded sleeve, and/or wherein there is provided at least one spring (65), preferably a compression spring, by way of which the at least two parts (63, 64) can be held in contact with a predetermined force, and/or there is provided at least one friction surface (66) having an increased friction, by way of which the at least two parts (63, 64) are at least region-wise in frictionally locking contact below the predetermined tightening torque..
  4. A furniture fitment (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the at least two fixing elements (10) are mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation (17, 25) which is oriented substantially perpendicularly or parallel to the longitudinal direction (14) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5), preferably wherein the at least two fixing elements (10) are rotatable in opposite directions of rotation about the axis of rotation (17, 25) in the course of the sinking movement and/or the pressing movement.
  5. A furniture fitment (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein there is provided at least one spring element (18) which applies a force to the at least two fixing elements (10) at least in a direction (19) transversely to the longitudinal direction (14) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5), and/or wherein there is provided at least one, preferably stud-shaped, deflector element (20), by way of which at least one of the fixing elements (10) can be deflected at least into a direction (19) transversely to the longitudinal direction (14) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5).
  6. A furniture fitment (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the at least two fixing elements (10) include at least one cutting element, preferably at least one cutting tooth (21) and/or at least one cutting edge (22), and/or at least one pressing element, preferably at least one pressing surface (62) which can be oriented substantially parallel to the wall (9) of the recess (6), preferably wherein at least one of the fixing elements (10) includes both at least one cutting element (21, 22) and also at least one pressing element (62), preferably wherein the at least one cutting element (21, 22) and the at least one pressing element (62) are connected in one piece to the at least one fixing element (10), or preferably wherein the at least one cutting element (21, 22) is arranged at a first component (68) of the at least one fixing element (10) and the at least one pressing element (62) is arranged at a second component (69) of the at least one fixing element (10), preferably wherein the first component (68) comprises substantially a hard material, for example steel, and the second component (69) comprises substantially a soft material, for example plastic, and/or wherein the first component (68) is at least region-wise of a U-shaped configuration in cross-section and the second component (69) is arranged at least region-wise between the limbs (11) of the U-shape, and/or wherein the first component (68) and the second component (69) bear at least region-wise sandwich-like against each other.
  7. A furniture fitment (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the at least one fixing device (7) has at least one carrier (23) which is moveable by way of the at least one actuating element (8) and at which the at least two fixing elements (10) are arranged, preferably wherein the at least one carrier (23) is oriented in its longitudinal extent substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction (14) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5), and/or is in the form of a pull element which is displaceable in the longitudinal direction (14) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5) and/or is mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation (24) oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction (14) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5), and/or is moveable relative to the at least two fixing elements (10).
  8. A furniture fitment (1) according to one claim 7, wherein the at least one carrier (23) is mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation (24) oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction (14) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5) and the at least two fixing elements (10) are arranged eccentrically on the at least one carrier (23).
  9. A furniture fitment (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, wherein there is provided at least one resetting force storage means (67) which applies a resetting force to the at least two fixing elements (10) at least in a direction (19) transversely to the longitudinal direction (14) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5) so that the at least two fixing elements (10) can be at least region-wise sunk into and/or pressed against the wall (9) of the recess (6) in time-displaced relationship after a first fixing of the at least one fitment part (4, 5) in the recess (6).
  10. A furniture fitment (1) according to claim 9, wherein the resetting force storage means (67) is arranged between a counterpart element (55), preferably with a counterpart thread, for the at least one actuating element (8) and a carrier (23), at which the at least two fixing elements (10) are arranged.
  11. A furniture fitment (1) according to one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the at least one fitment part (4, 5) has a first longitudinal side (13) at which the at least two fixing elements (10) are arranged, wherein the at least one fitment part (4, 5) has a second longitudinal side (26) which is opposite the first longitudinal side (14) and at which at least one further fixing element (27) is arranged, preferably wherein the at least one further fixing element (27) is connected in motionally coupled relationship to the at least one fitment part (4, 5) and/or by the sinking movement and/or pressing movement of the at least two fixing elements (10) arranged at the first longitudinal side (13) can be sunk into and/or pressed against the oppositely disposed wall (28) of the recess (6).
  12. A furniture fitment (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the furniture fitment (1) has at least one actuating arm (29) and a housing (30) and the at least one actuating arm (29) is displaceable between a closed position in which the at least one actuating arm (29) is arranged substantially in the interior of the housing (30) and at least one open position in which the at least one actuating arm (29) is arranged at least region-wise outside the housing (30), preferably wherein there is provided at least one force storage means (31) for applying force to the at least one actuating arm (29).
  13. A furniture fitment (1) according to one of claims 1 to 12, wherein disposed at an end (32) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5) is an opening (33), by way of which the at least one actuating element (8) of the at least one fixing device (7) is actuable, preferably even when an actuating arm (29) which is possibly provided is arranged in a closed position.
  14. An article of furniture (34) comprising a furniture carcass (3), at least one furniture part (2), preferably a furniture flap, which is moveable relative to the furniture carcass (3), preferably about a horizontal axis (35), and at least one, preferably precisely two, furniture fitments (1) according to one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the first fitment part (4) of the at least one furniture fitment (1) is fixed to the furniture carcass (3) and the second fitment part (5) of the at least one furniture fitment (1) is fixed to the moveably mounted furniture part (2).
  15. An article of furniture (34) according to claim 14, wherein the furniture carcass (3) includes at least one side wall (36), wherein at least one recess (6) is arranged in the at least one side wall (36) and the first fitment part (4) is at least region-wise, preferably completely, arranged in the at least one recess (6), preferably wherein the at least one recess (6) and/or the first fitment part (4) is of a substantially cuboidal configuration and the first fitment part (4) is covered at at least four, preferably five, sides (13, 26, 37, 38, 39) by a material of the at least one side wall (36), and/or wherein the at least one fixing device (7) is arranged at an underside (13) of the at least one fitment part (4, 5), and/or the at least one actuating element (8) is accessible from an end (32) of the at least one furniture fitment (1), that faces towards the user, and/or wherein the at least one furniture fitment (1) is moveable by the sinking movement and/or pressing movement of the at least two fixing elements (10) in the vertical direction (40) by 0.5 mm through 2.0 mm, preferably wherein the at least one furniture fitment (1) is substantially immovable in the horizontal direction (41) .
