Die Schlösser können aber von jeder Person geöffnet werden, welche im Besitz des entsprechenden Schlüssels ist. Zudem sind die entsprechenden Schlösser leicht zu überwinden bzw. zu zerstören. Dies gilt nicht in gleicher Weise auch für das zusätzlich vorgesehene Türverschlusssystem 17. Dieses ist nur mit einem sehr hohen Aufwand unbefugt zu öffnen.
