- Method of manufacturing printed sheets (9) out of a web (1), wherein the web (1) or a foil (24) is coated with a fluid in a first step (100),wherein the web (1) is subsequently treated by means of the foil (24) in a second step (200),wherein the web (1) is subsequently cut into sheets (9) in a third step (300),wherein the sheets (9) are subsequently printed on in a fourth step (400), andwherein cutting marks formed by a glued-on cold-foil transfer layer or by cold-foil glue without cold foil or by an embossed cast-and-cure surface structure or by a cast-and-cure fluid without embossment are applied to the web (1) before the third step (300).
- Method according to claim 1,

in that the first, second, third, and fourth steps (100, 200, 300, 400) are carried out in line. - Method according to claim 1 or 2,
characterizedin that in the first step (100), the fluid is applied to the web (1) as a glue for a cold-foil transfer process,in that a transfer layer of the foil (24) is removed from a carrier layer of the foil (24) and transferred to the glue on the web (1) in the second step (200), andin that before the third step (300), the glue between the transferred transfer layer and the web (1) is cured by UV radiation to firmly bond the transfer layer to the web (1). - Method according to claim 1 or 2,
characterizedin that in the first step (100), the fluid is applied to a transfer layer of the foil (1) as a glue for a cold-foil transfer process,in that in the second step (200), the transfer layer is removed with the glue from a carrier layer of the foil (24) and transferred to the web (1), andin that before the third step (300), the glue between the transferred transfer layer and the web (1) is cured by UV radiation to bond the transfer layer firmly to the web (1). - Method according to claim 1 or 2,
characterizedin that in the first step (100), the fluid is applied to the web (1) as an embossment layer for a cast-and-cure process,in that in the second step (200), the foil (24) is used as an embossment foil to emboss a surface structure into the embossment layer by means of the embossment foil, and in that before the third step (300), the embossment layer is cured on the web (1) by UV radiation to permanently solidify the surface structure. - Method according to any one of claims 1 to 6,

in that in the fourth step (400), the sheets (9) are printed on in an offset printing process. - Device for implementing a method according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
characterized
in that a web-unwinding station (11), a fluid coating station (2), a foil transport station (3), a cross-cutting station (6), and a sheet printing station (10) are provided and succeed one another in the given order.
