  • Le ressort plat de verrouillage peut être formé d'un ergot de verrouillage, d'un coude de blocage supérieur pour être coincé dans l'encoche supérieure du boitier et d'une languette pliée permettant sa prise en main, à l'extérieur du mécanisme.
    Avantageusement, le ressort plat de verrouillage est bloqué dans le boîtier grâce à un axe fixé transversalement et grâce à un coude de blocage, au niveau de sa partie supérieure, ce qui permet son positionnement exact dans le boîtier.
    Le ressort plat peut être prolongé d'une languette légèrement pliée le faisant sortir vers l'une des faces du boîtier, favorablement vers l'avant, afin de permettre à l'utilisateur d'y accéder.
    Un ergot de forme angulaire, telle qu'en forme de V, est formé grâce à un pliage spécial du ressort plat et est destiné à verrouiller le système par engagement dans un second ressort plat de forme complémentaire, fixé dans la pièce mortaise du talon. Cet ergot peut dépasser sous le boîtier sous l'action de la poussée élastique du ressort en position de repos et peut remonter par action du doigt de l'utilisateur lorsqu'il agit sur la languette à l'extérieur du boîtier.
    La résistance du ressort plat doit être inférieure à la force appliquée par le doigt de l'utilisateur sur la languette afin de permettre le mouvement.   • La pièce mortaise, aussi appelée partie femelle, est adaptée de façon à s'emboiter sur le boitier et à contenir une encoche.
    Elle peut être usinée de manière à coulisser d'arrière vers l'avant sur le boîtier grâce à des glissières et à s'y emboîter sans jeu, de façon solide et stable, grâce à un usinage adapté.
    Elle peut être fixée au talon grâce à des moyens de fixations adaptés, tels que des vis par exemple, ce qui lui permet d'être identique pour tous les talons usinés ou bien elle peut être usinée directement dans le talon.
    Le verrouillage en position finale est assuré par la présence d'une encoche adaptée recevant l'ergot dépassant sous le boîtier. L'encoche adaptée est réalisée grâce à un deuxième ressort plat plié et inséré dans l'encoche de la pièce mortaise.
    Le déverrouillage de la pièce mortaise est réalisé en agissant sur l'extrémité du ressort de verrouillage, accessible au niveau de l'une des faces du boîtier, permettant son retrait vers l'arrière.
  • Le second ressort plat est plié au minimum trois fois pour avoir une forme adaptée en creux, telle qu'en forme de M par exemple, et pour être adapté de façon complémentaire à la forme du ressort plat de verrouillage, afin de recevoir l'ergot de ce dernier. Il peut être plié deux fois supplémentaires à ses extrémités afin de créer deux coudes de blocage lui permettant son positionnement exact et d'être bloqué dans l'encoche de la pièce mortaise. Sa poussée élastique et la fixation de la pièce mortaise sur le talon lui permettent le blocage en position finale.

Claims (10)

  1. Device for attaching removable interchangeable heels for shoes comprising:
    - a housing (1),
    - a flat locking spring (6), locked in the housing (1),
    - a removable heel (10),
    - a mortise piece (22) also called female part, configured to fit on the housing (1) and to contain a notch (23),
    - a second flat spring (24), locked in the notch (23) of the mortise piece (22), configured to be compatible with the flat locking spring (6).
  2. Device according to claim 1, wherein the housing (1) is fixed to the insole or machined under the sole of the shoe and the mortise piece (22) is fixed or machined in the heel (10).
  3. Device according to claim 1, according to another embodiment, wherein the housing (1) is fixed or machined in the heel (10) and the mortise piece (22) is fixed to the insole or machined under the shoe sole.
  4. Device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the housing (1) and the mortise piece (2) are fixed to the elements (insole of the shoe and heel) by fasteners, such as screw, for example.
  5. Device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the flat locking spring (6) is formed by a locking protruding member (9), by an upper bent part (7) to be locked in the notch (21) of the housing (1) and by a folded tab (8) allowing it to be grasped, outside the mechanism.
  6. Device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the second flat spring (24) is a flat spring folded at least three times (25; 26; 26') to have a suitable hollow shape (25), such as a M-shaped, for example, to receive the protruding member (9) of the locking spring (6).
  7. Device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the second spring (24) can be folded twice more at its ends in order to create two locking bent parts (27; 27 ') allowing it to be locked in the notch (23) of the mortise piece (22).
  8. Device according to any of Claims 1 to 4, according to another embodiment, wherein the locking spring (6) comprises a hollow part like an inverted M shape instead of a protruding V shape (9) and wherein the second spring (24) forms an inverted V and not a M, in order to serve as the locking protruding part.
  9. Device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the interlocking movement of the mortise piece (22) on the housing (1) is a transverse movement from rear to front.
  10. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the protruding member (9) does not jam the sliding of the housing (1) in the mortise piece (22) thanks to its particular inclination given by an obtuse angle.
