Claims (15)
- Sportschuh (1), der Folgendes aufweist:• eine Außensohle (33), die eine Dämpfungsschicht (331) aufweist, die sich im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge (L33) der Außensohle erstreckt,• einen Schaft (2), der an der Außensohle befestigt ist, wobei der Schaft Folgendes aufweist:wobeio eine Hülle (21), die dazu bestimmt ist, einen Teil des Fußes des Benutzers zu umgeben, und∘ eine flexible, nicht dehnbare Platte (26), die an der Hülle auf der Höhe eines Abschnitts der seitlichen Verbindung (123L) zwischen dem Schaft und der Außensohle befestigt ist,
der Sportschuh darüber hinaus eine Verstärkung (4) aufweist, die aus einem steifen Kunststoffmaterial besteht und eine Härte von mehr als 40 Shore D aufweist, wobei die Verstärkung einen Seitenflügel (41) aufweist, der an einem Teil einer Seitenkante (3311) der Dämpfungsschicht und an einer Außenseite (262) der flexiblen Platte befestigt ist. - Sportschuh (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Platte (26) und der Seitenflügel (41) des Trägers (4) so angeordnet sind, dass ein Teil der flexiblen Platte und/oder des Seitenflügels gegenüber dem Lisfranc-Gelenk oder Tarsometatarsalgelenk des Fußes liegt, wenn der Fuß im Schuh ist.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Platte ein oberes Ende aufweist, das ein Führungselement (253) eines Abschnitts eines Schnürsenkels (251) eines Spannsystems (25) des Schuhs trägt.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkung einen Querzweig (42) aufweist, der einen Teil einer Unterseite (3312) der Dämpfungsschicht (331) bedeckt, wobei sich der Querzweig im Wesentlichen quer über die gesamte Breite (W33) der Außensohle erstreckt.
- Sportschuh (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querzweig (42) in Längsrichtung nur gegenüber einer Übergangszone (3313) der Unterseite (3312) der Dämpfungsschicht positioniert ist, die sich unterhalb des Fußgewölbes befindet.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an der seitlichen Verbindung (123L) zwischen dem Schaft und der Außensohle der Teil des Seitenflügels, der der flexiblen Platte gegenüberliegt, über einen Abschnitt der seitlichen Verbindung erstreckt, der zwischen einer ersten Grenze (1231), die in einem Abstand von einem Achtel der Länge (L33) der Außensohle vom hinteren Ende (33R) aus positioniert ist, und einer zweiten Grenze (1232), die in einem Abstand von der Hälfte der Länge der Außensohle positioniert ist, liegt.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Platte (26) entlang einer Hauptachse (261) ausgerichtet ist, die um einen Winkel (α) zwischen 25 und 75° bezüglich einer horizontalen Ebene (XY) nach vorn geneigt ist, und dass der Teil des Seitenflügels (41), der der flexiblen Platte gegenüberliegt, entlang einer Hauptachse (411) ausgerichtet ist, die um einen Winkel (β) zwischen 25 und 75° bezüglich einer horizontalen Ebene (XY) nach vorn geneigt ist.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil des Seitenflügels auf die flexible Platte aufgeklebt ist.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkung (4) einen medialen Flügel (43) aufweist, der an mindestens einem Teil einer Seitenkante (3312) der Dämpfungsschicht befestigt ist.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Seitenflügel mindestens ein Viertel der Höhe der flexiblen Platte bedeckt.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Seitenflügel nicht über die Hälfte der Schafthöhe ansteigt.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Seitenflügel so dimensioniert ist, dass die Steifigkeit des Flügels mit zunehmendem Abstand von der Außensohle abnimmt.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkung aus einem der folgenden Materialien besteht: einem PolyAmid (PA), einem Thermoplastischen Polyurethan (TPU), einem PolyEster (PE) oder auch einem Verbundmaterial.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Platte über mindestens das untere Viertel der Höhe der flexiblen Platte an der Hülle befestigt ist.
- Sportschuh (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Platte über mindestens die obere Hälfte der Höhe der Platte von der Hülle getrennt ist.
