Abstract
Description
- This application claims the benefit of Korean Utility Model Application No.
20-2019-0002283 filed on June 4, 2019 - The present invention relates generally to a shoe with a replaceable heel, and more particularly to technology that is configured to enable the heel of a shoe to be easily replaced with various types of heels according to a user's purpose and preference, so that getting tired may be prevented even when the shoe is used for a long period of time and an appropriate function may be applied according to an environment.
- In general, shoes are worn on the feet, and function to protect the feet indoors or outdoors. Such shoes come in various designs, and have improved structures for the comfort of the feet.
- In particular, in the case of leather shoes, heels are formed beneath the outsoles of the shoes. Since such heels are the first to be impacted and worn out, there is the inconvenience of repairing or replacing the heels at predetermined periods.
- Furthermore, there is a problem such as having to have each pair of shoes according to the height of the heels of shoes, and there is the discomfort of having to change current shoes into separate functional shoes when walking on an icy road or an unpaved road.
- As a related technology, Korean Patent No.
10-1201844 - The related technology has a complicated configuration. A problem arises in that the squeaking noise of the spring occurs when the spring of the heelpiece cushioning member becomes old. Since it is impossible to adjust the overall length of the heel, a problem arises in that it is difficult to replace the heel when the heel body is damaged.
- The present invention has been conceived to overcome the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a shoe with a replaceable heel, which enables various types of heels to be selected and conveniently coupled according to a user's purpose and preference, so that various heel heights may be implemented using a single shoe body and the shape of a heel may vary depending on an environment, thereby considerably improving the functionality of the shoe.
- According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a shoe with a replaceable heel, the shoe including: a shoe body including an outsole configured to support the overall sole of a foot of a user and an upper configured to surround the foot of the user; a base heel formed to protrude from the bottom surface of the outsole of the shoe body and provided with a first coupling portion; and a replaceable heel coupled to the bottom of the base heel and provided with a second coupling portion that is formed at a location opposite to the first coupling portion and is coupled with the first coupling portion.
- A coupling structure for the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion may be an internal and external-thread coupling structure.
- A coupling structure for the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion may be a protrusion-groove interference fitting structure.
- The first coupling portion and the second coupling portion may be formed in polygonal or toothed gear shapes.
- A functional heel made of a different material or formed in a different shape may be further provided on the bottom of the replaceable heel.
- The above and other objects, features, and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:

FIG. 4 is a view showing a shoe with a replaceable heel, further including a functional heel, according to an embodiment of the present invention; and -
FIG. 5 is a view showing still another embodiment of the functional heel in a shoe with a replaceable heel according to the present invention. - Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Furthermore, in the following description of the present invention, when it is determined that a detailed description of a related well-known function or component may make the gist of the present invention unnecessarily obscure, the detailed description will be omitted.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 , a shoe with a replaceable heel according to the present invention includes: ashoe body 100 including anoutsole 110 configured to support the overall sole of a foot of a user and an upper 120 configured to surround the foot of the user; abase heel 200 formed to protrude from the bottom surface of theoutsole 110 of theshoe body 100 and provided with afirst coupling portion 210; and areplaceable heel 300 coupled to the bottom of thebase heel 200 and provided with asecond coupling portion 310 that is formed at a location opposite to thefirst coupling portion 210 and is coupled with thefirst coupling portion 210. - The
shoe body 100 is a component that is generally essential in constructing the shape of the shoe, and includes theoutsole 110, upper 120 and insole of the shoe. - The
base heel 200 according to the present invention is formed on the bottom surface of theoutsole 110 of theshoe body 100, and is formed at a rear side corresponding to the heel. Thefirst coupling portion 210 is formed at the center of thebase heel 200 to be coupled with thereplaceable heel 300. Thefirst coupling portion 210 is formed on thebase heel 200 itself. Accordingly, when thefirst coupling portion 210 is used without the coupling of thereplaceable heel 300, thereplaceable heel 300 may not be smoothly coupled due the wear or damage of thefirst coupling portion 210. - The
replaceable heel 300 according to the present invention is coupled to the bottom of thebase heel 200. Thesecond coupling portion 310 is formed at a location of thereplaceable heel 300 opposite to thefirst coupling portion 210 of thebase heel 200. In other words, thebase heel 200 and thereplaceable heel 300 constitute the heel of the shoe through the coupling thereof. A plurality of various types ofreplaceable heels 300 is provided, and areplaceable heel 300 desired by a user is selected and coupled. - A coupling structure for the
first coupling portion 210 of thebase heel 200 and thesecond coupling portion 310 of thereplaceable heel 300 may be various. As an embodiment, as shown inFIGS. 1 and2 , the coupling structure for thefirst coupling portion 210 and thesecond coupling portion 310 may be an internal and external-thread coupling structure. The directions of the internal and external threads are not limited. However, when the height of thereplaceable heel 300 is larger than the length by which the base heel 200 protrudes, thefirst coupling portion 210 of thebase heel 200 is preferably formed in an external thread shape. - Additionally,
FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the coupling structure for thefirst coupling portion 210 and thesecond coupling portion 310, in which the coupling structure for thefirst coupling portion 210 and thesecond coupling portion 310 is a protrusion-groove interference fitting structure. In this case, the protrusion and the groove are simply formed in circular shapes. In contrast, when the protrusion and the groove are formed in polygonal or toothed gear shapes, the protrusion and the groove are engaged with each other, and thus the coupledreplaceable heel 300 can be prevented from being unintentionally rotated. - Furthermore, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a
functional heel 400 made of a different material or formed in a different shape may be further provided on the bottom of thereplaceable heel 300. Thefunctional heel 400 may have a function that varies depending on one of various types of use environments. - As an embodiment of the
functional heel 400, when thefunctional heel 400 is applied as acushioning member 410, as shown inFIG. 4 , it may be possible to minimize the impact transmitted to the foot and reduce an ankle-twisting phenomenon in a place such as a non-paved road. Thecushioning member 410 is preferably made of an elastic material such as silicon, rubber, or the like. -
FIG. 5 shows still another embodiment of thefunctional heel 400, in which a sawteeth-shapedanti-slip portion 420 is formed in the lower portion of thefunctional heel 400, thereby increasing frictional force with the ground surface. Theanti-slip portion 420 may prevent falling down on an icy road in the winter or a slippery road in the rain. The material of thefunction heel 400 in which theanti-slip portion 420 is formed is preferably made of a harder material than thereplaceable heel 300. - The
functional heel 400 configured in this way is preferably fabricated separately and attached with an adhesive such as a bond, rather than being detachably attached to thereplaceable heel 300. - The present invention is configured such that the base heel is formed on the shoe body itself and the replaceable heel is detachably attached to the base heel, and thus effects are achieved in that the height, shape, color, etc. of the heel may be freely changed according to a user's preference based on the shape of the replaceable heel and the shoe may be used for a long period of time.
- Furthermore, the present invention is configured such that the functional heel having an additional function is provided on the bottom of the replaceable heel, and thus the shape of the heel may be varied depending on an environmental change in order to relieve impact when walking in a place with many irregularities such as an unpaved road, obtain an anti-slip effect on an icy in the winter or a slippery road in the rain, etc.
- Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments, various modifications may be made within the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention.
Claims (5)
- A shoe with a replaceable heel, the shoe comprising:a shoe body (100) including an outsole (110) configured to support an overall sole of a foot of a user and an upper (120) configured to surround the foot of the user;a base heel (200) formed to protrude from a bottom surface of the outsole (110) of the shoe body (100) and provided with a first coupling portion (210); anda replaceable heel (300) coupled to a bottom of the base heel (200) and provided with a second coupling portion (310) that is formed at a location opposite to the first coupling portion (210) and is coupled with the first coupling portion (210) .
- The shoe of claim 1, wherein a coupling structure for the first coupling portion (210) and the second coupling portion (310) is an internal and external-thread coupling structure.
- The shoe of claim 1, wherein a coupling structure for the first coupling portion (210) and the second coupling portion (310) is a protrusion-groove interference fitting structure.
- The shoe of claim 3, wherein the first coupling portion (210) and the second coupling portion (310) are formed in polygonal or toothed gear shapes.
- The shoe of claim 1, wherein a functional heel (400) made of a different material or formed in a different shape is further provided on a bottom of the replaceable heel (300).
