Description
- The invention referred to in this application is in the field of enamel application on nails and relates more particularly to a pen for coloring nails with semipermanent UV gel polish.
- Devices are known, otherwise called pens, whose function is to facilitate the application of the enamel on the nails. Among these, it is known a pen model specifically designed for the application of UV semipermanent gel enamels, the latter being a long-lasting nail polish that requires, after its application, nail exposure to light UV for a very short time, in order to determine the polymerization of the enamel.
- The pen model, of the latter type, has the drawback of not having a UV light emission, with the consequence that it is not possible to use the pen if, together, a UV light emission device is not available. Which normally requires a power supply from the mains.
- A first known solution is reported in the patent application
US 2014/042341 describing a UV curing device that includes a UV light source, a lens positioned proximate the UV light source, control means for actuating the UV light source; and safety means for minimizing inadvertent pointing of a UV light beam from said UV curing device into an eye. The UV curing device is used to sequentially, separately and individually apply UV light to cure UV gel on each of a plurality of fingernails. - A second solution is reported in the patent application
US 2013/218066 that describes a fluid dispenser comprising: a fluid reservoir (1); and a body (6) receiving: a dispenser member (3) that is connected to the reservoir (1); an actuator member (4) for actuating the dispenser member (3); a dispenser diffuser head (7) forming a fluid dispenser orifice (73) onto the skin; a module (5) comprising at least one source of radiation (51), such as an LED, each emitting a monochromatic light of 400 nm to 700 nm, and having an anti-inflammatory action and/or a stimulating action for stimulating skin-regeneration metabolisms; characterized in that the dispenser and diffuser head (7) comprises a source housing (78), and in that the body (6) comprises a module housing (65) wherein the module (5) is received, this module housing (65) communicating with the source housing (78) so that the source of radiation (51) extends in the source housing (78) of the head (7). - A third solution is reported in the patent application
US 2011/091263 that describes a nail polish applicator having illumination means. A main body of the nail polish applicator supports a brush holder and brush. The main body houses a power source, one or more light devices arranged on a printed circuit board housed by said main body to direct light to the brush and activation means configured to illuminate the light devices. The light devices may be conventional or focused light emitting diodes. Three light emitting diodes may be evenly spaced about the printed circuit board housed in the main body and activated by an automatic or manual switch. -

- A further purpose of the present application is to reduce the application time of the semipermanent enamel.
- Another purpose is to provide a pen for the application of semi-permanent gel polish which does not allow, when used in a professional setting, the transfer of pathogens, such as yeast, fungus or mold infections, between one customer and another.
- For this purpose, the silicone tubular pen for the application of semi-permanent nail polish on nails, of which in this application, is equipped with a micro-perforated silicone tip, which releases the semi-permanent gel polish, which can be easily cleaned between use the other, through suitable aids, such as, for example, anti-fungal, without ever contaminating the product contained within the pen.
- The pen for coloring nails in UV semi-permanent polish, is characterized by its micro-perforated silicone tip that allows, through a slight pressure of the fingers, the leakage of the enamel, so as to allow a quick and precise coloring of the nails, without smudging, typical of a brush treatment, preserving the same duration, of more than two of a treatment with a brush, preserving the same duration, for over two weeks, and to have a UV light emission device for the photo hardening of the UV gel polish. These and further purposes are reached by the pen to color the nails in UV semi-permanent gel polish, of the present application, which is described below, in a preferred non-limiting execution of further developments in the field of the patent, with the help of attached drawing tables illustrating the following figures:
-
Fig. 1 , a front view of the pen for coloring nails in UV semi-permanent gel polish; -
Fig. 2 , a detailed view of the tip of the pen for coloring the nails in UV semi-permanent gel polish, referred to in the present application; -
Fig. 3 , an exploded view of the pen to color the nails in UV semi-permanent gel polish, as per the present application. - With reference to
figures 1 and3 , the pen for coloring nails in UV semi-permanent gel polish, referred to in this application, is indicated, as a whole, with thenumber 1. - The
pen 1 comprises atube 2 preferably made of COEX or other suitable material, with amicro-perforated tip 3 made of soft silicone. - In order to avoid dispersion of the glaze due to accidental pressures of the
tube 2, and to make the color of the glaze contained within thesame pen 1 immediately recognizable, the latter is provided with a stopper 4. - On the side opposite the
tip 3, there is acompartment 5, inside which at least onebattery 8 is placed for supplying at least oneLED 6 located at the top of thepen 1. - The
battery compartment 5 can be made inside thetube 2, as can constitute a separate element, subsequently engaged, by any known means, to thetube 2 itself. - The at least one
LED 6 can, as it cannot, be contained inside asmall dome 7 in transparent material, which can be pressed into thebattery compartment 5 by pressure, by means of a thread or an adhesive.
