Description

Domaine techniqueTechnical area

The invention relates to the technical field of stoves, in particular pellet stoves. More specifically, the invention relates to stoves of the fireplace-stove type where it is possible to observe the fire as in a fireplace.

État de l'artState of the art

  • un module de combustion, renfermant le foyer d'un poêle ;
A stove known from the state of the art, in particular from the document FR 3 038 034 , includes:
  • a combustion module, containing the hearth of a stove;
  • a power supply module, making it possible to supply the hearth with solid fuel.

The combustion module and the supply module are separate modules, without being wrapped in a common casing. In addition, such a stove of the state of the art comprises a dedicated protective wall panel, distinct from a covering wall, and arranged between the combustion module and the walls delimiting the storage space. The wall panel can be mounted on the front wall of the storage space (p.13, 1.14-15; fig.4 ). Alternatively, the wall panel can form the front wall of the storage space (p.13, 1.10-12; fig.5 ). The protective wall panel is designed to protect the wall but also the storage space, and therefore the fuel, from the heat radiated by the combustion module via its rear face (p.3, 1.20-24).

Such a stove of the state of the art is not entirely satisfactory insofar as the protective wall panel can turn out to be bulky and complicates the design of the stove, in particular when the wall panel forms the front wall of the stove. storage space. The bulky appearance of the protective wall panel can also weigh down the aesthetics depending on the nature of the room to be heated.

The document WO 2016/207395 A1 meanwhile, discloses a stove with a supply duct for a solid fuel stove, adapted to be installed between a solid fuel supply module and a combustion module of said solid fuel. The sheath comprises a supply duct for supplying the combustion module with solid fuel, an air intake duct for supplying the combustion module with air, and a smoke evacuation duct for discharging to the combustion module. feeding the fumes emitted by the combustion. At least a part of the air intake duct is interposed between the supply duct and the smoke evacuation duct.

Exposé de l'inventionDisclosure of Invention

  • un caisson, comprenant des parois d'habillage délimitant un volume de réception ;
  • une enceinte de combustion, agencée en dehors du volume de réception, et comprenant un brûleur alimenté en air comburant pour produire une flamme ;
  • un réservoir à combustible, agencé dans le volume de réception ;
  • des moyens de fixation, agencés pour fixer l'enceinte de combustion au caisson de manière à laisser une zone d'espacement entre l'enceinte de combustion et le caisson ;
  • un tube d'approvisionnement, comprenant une partie s'étendant dans la zone d'espacement, et agencé pour relier le réservoir à combustible à l'enceinte de combustion de manière à approvisionner le brûleur en combustible ;
  • un conduit d'évacuation, agencé dans le volume de réception pour évacuer des fumées de combustion hors du caisson ;
  • un tube d'évacuation, comprenant une partie s'étendant dans la zone d'espacement, et agencé pour relier l'enceinte de combustion au conduit d'évacuation de manière à évacuer les fumées de combustion de l'enceinte de combustion ;
  • un échangeur thermique, agencé dans le volume de réception pour transférer l'énergie thermique des fumées de combustion à un air ambiant d'une pièce à chauffer circulant dans le volume de réception ;
The invention aims to remedy all or part of the aforementioned drawbacks. To this end, the subject of the invention is a stove, comprising:
  • a box, comprising covering walls delimiting a reception volume;
  • a combustion enclosure, arranged outside the reception volume, and comprising a burner supplied with combustion air to produce a flame;
  • a fuel tank, arranged in the receiving volume;
  • fixing means, arranged to fix the combustion chamber to the casing so as to leave a spacing zone between the combustion chamber and the casing;
  • a supply tube, comprising a part extending into the spacing zone, and arranged to connect the fuel tank to the combustion chamber so as to supply the burner with fuel;
  • an evacuation duct, arranged in the reception volume to evacuate combustion fumes from the box;
  • an evacuation tube, comprising a part extending in the spacing zone, and arranged to connect the combustion enclosure to the evacuation conduit so as to evacuate the combustion fumes from the combustion enclosure;
  • a heat exchanger, arranged in the reception volume to transfer the thermal energy of the combustion fumes to ambient air of a room to be heated circulating in the reception volume;
  • circulation means, arranged to circulate the ambient air of the room to be heated in the reception volume via the heat exchanger.

  • au tube d'évacuation qui permet d'évacuer les fumées de combustion hors de l'enceinte de combustion ;
  • à l'échangeur thermique, agencé dans le volume de réception délimité par le caisson, et permettant le transfert de l'énergie thermique des fumées de combustion dans le volume de réception, et non dans l'enceinte de combustion ;
Thus, such a stove according to the invention makes it possible to dispense with a dedicated protective wall panel by reducing the flow of thermal radiation transmitted by the rear face (ie oriented towards the spacing zone) of the combustion enclosure. . This is made possible thanks to:
  • the evacuation tube which allows the combustion fumes to be evacuated from the combustion chamber;
  • to the heat exchanger, arranged in the reception volume delimited by the casing, and allowing the transfer of the thermal energy of the combustion fumes into the reception volume, and not into the combustion chamber;
  • to the means of circulation, which allow heat to be diffused by convection.

It is therefore made possible to keep simple covering walls and possibly to provide a thermal insulation layer or an air space arranged around the fuel tank and/or to provide materials of the thermal insulating type arranged on either side. on the other side of the rear face of the combustion enclosure, which is less bulky and simpler to implement than a protective wall panel, to limit the temperature and reduce radiation from the hearth, at the rear of the combustion chamber.

In addition, the fuel tank has its own walls, distinct from the casing cladding walls. Thus, such a stove according to the invention also makes it possible to overcome a protective wall panel forming a wall of the fuel tank, which simplifies the design of the stove.

Further, the part of the supply tube and the part of the exhaust tube are concealed in the spacing area.

Finally, such a stove according to the invention makes it possible to deport the fuel tank, the evacuation duct and the heat exchanger outside the combustion chamber, which allows an aesthetic break making it possible to focus on the flame. The convection function is separated from the radiation function.

By "flame" is meant a combustion reaction.
By "box" is meant a hollow enclosure that can contain objects with technical functions.

The stove according to the invention may comprise one or more of the following characteristics.

  • une première ouverture, formée dans une paroi d'habillage du caisson, et autorisant une entrée de l'air ambiant dans le volume de réception ;
  • une deuxième ouverture, formée dans une paroi d'habillage du caisson, et autorisant une sortie de l'air ambiant hors du volume de réception ;
According to one characteristic of the invention, the stove comprises:
  • a first opening, formed in a covering wall of the box, and allowing entry of ambient air into the reception volume;
  • a second opening, formed in a covering wall of the box, and allowing the ambient air to exit from the reception volume;
and the circulation means are arranged to circulate the ambient air from the first opening to the second opening via the heat exchanger.

According to one characteristic of the invention, the first opening is located above the combustion enclosure; the second opening is located below the combustion enclosure; and the circulation means are arranged to draw ambient air from the first opening to the second opening via the heat exchanger.

Thus, an advantage procured by such forced convection is to obtain a destratification of the ambient air by moving the ambient air from an upper part to a lower part.

According to a characteristic of the invention, the stove comprises a deflector arranged to deflect the ambient air leaving the second opening downwards.

Thus, an advantage obtained is to improve the destratification of the ambient air.

  • un conduit d'alimentation en air comburant, agencé dans le volume de réception ;
According to one characteristic of the invention, the stove comprises:
  • a combustion air supply duct, arranged in the reception volume;
  • a combustion air supply tube, comprising a part extending in the spacing zone, and arranged to connect the combustion air supply conduit to the combustion enclosure so as to supply the burner with combustion air.

Thus, an advantage obtained is to purify the combustion chamber by concealing the technical parts (combustive air supply duct, smoke evacuation duct) in the frame, in order to focus on the flame. In addition, the part of the combustion air supply tube is concealed in the spacing zone.

According to a characteristic of the invention, the part of the combustion air supply tube extends in the space zone below the part of the supply tube and above the part of the evacuation tube. .
