- Dispositif (105) d'écoulement de commande et/ou de réglage d'une pression dans une installation (100) pneumatique de transport de sable d'un véhicule ferroviaire, le dispositif (105) d'écoulement ayant au moins les caractéristiques suivantes :- une chambre (110) sous pression ayant une interface (120) de buse de refoulement avec un dispositif (125) de buse de refoulement pour la production d'une pression dans la chambre (110) sous pression ; et- au moins un dispositif (115) de pression, qui peut être commandé, qui communique avec la chambre (110) sous pression et qui est constitué pour produire une pression afin de commander et/ou de régler la pression dans la chambre (110) sous pression,
caractérisé en ce que- le dispositif (115) de pression pouvant être commandé a au moins un dispositif (200) d'insufflation pour l'insufflation d'air (205) dans la chambre (110) sous pression afin de commander la pression. - Dispositif (105) d'écoulement suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel la chambre (110) sous pression a au moins une ouverture (210) d'admission d'air pour admettre l'air mis à disposition par le dispositif (200) d'insufflation.
- Dispositif (105) d'écoulement suivant la revendication 2, dans lequel l'ouverture (210) d'admission d'air est disposée dans la partie de l'interface (120) de buse de refoulement.
- Dispositif (105) d'écoulement suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 3, dans lequel la chambre (110) sous pression a une pluralité d'ouvertures (210) d'admission d'air pour l'admission de l'air (205) mis à disposition par le dispositif (200) d'insufflation.
- Dispositif (105) d'écoulement suivant la revendication 4, dans lequel la pluralité des ouvertures (210) d'admission d'air est disposée concentriquement autour de l'interface (120) de buse de refoulement et/ou d'un axe de la buse (125) de refoulement.
- Dispositif (105) d'écoulement suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 5, dans lequel le dispositif (115) de pression pouvant être commandé a au moins un conduit de dérivation, qui est constitué pour mettre le dispositif (200) d'insufflation en communication fluidique avec la au moins une ouverture (210) d'admission d'air et/ou une pluralité d'ouvertures (210) d'admission d'air.
- Dispositif (105) d'écoulement suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif (115) de pression pouvant être commandé est constitué pour produire la pression en réaction à un signal de capteur.
- Dispositif (105) d'écoulement suivant la revendication 7, dans lequel le dispositif (115) de pression pouvant être commandé est constitué pour produire la pression en réaction au signal d'un capteur de courant massique d'air et/ou d'un capteur de pression.
- Installation (100) de transport de sable comprenant un dispositif (105) d'écoulement suivant l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Procédé (300) de commande et/ou de réglage d'une pression dans une installation (100) pneumatique de transport de sable d'un véhicule ferroviaire, dans lequel le procédé (300) a au moins les stades suivants :- on se procure (305), une chambre (110) sous pression ayant une interface (120) de buse de refoulement avec un dispositif (125) de buse de refoulement pour la production d'une pression dans la chambre (110) sous pression, et un dispositif (115) de pression communiquant avec la chambre (110) sous pression et pouvant être commandé, qui a au moins un dispositif (200) d'insufflation ; et- on produit (310), une pression par le dispositif (115) de pression pouvant être commandé afin de commander et/ou de régler la pression dans la chambre (110) sous pression,caractérisé en ce qu'
au stade (310) de production, on insuffle l'air (205) dans la chambre (110) sous pression en utilisant le dispositif (200) d'insufflation pour commander la pression. - Programme d'ordinateur, qui est conçu pour effectuer et/ou commander le stade du procédé (300) suivant la revendication 10 de production d'une pression par le dispositif de pression pouvant être commandé.
