Claims (15)

  1. Method for manufacturing a door or a window, in particular a door or window frame (100), in which a frame part (20) is fastened to at least one frame profile (10) of the leaf/sash or of the frame, wherein the frame part (20) is fastened to the frame profile (10) in an integrally bonded manner with an adhesive, characterized in that adhesive, which is applied in liquid form between the frame profile (10) and the frame part (20), penetrates into at least one undercut region (14) of the frame profile (10) and/or at least one undercut region of the frame part (20) and, after it has cured, forms a connecting element which connects the frame profile (10) and the frame part (20) in an integrally bonded manner and also in a form-fitting manner with the at least one undercut created in its cured form.
  2. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that, as frame part (20), a part of the locking device, in particular a positionally fixed part of the locking device, preferably a strike plate (20) for receiving locking pins or a guide element for guiding a shoot bolt, is adhesively fastened to the frame profile (10).
  3. Method according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the frame part is fastened by its lower side (21) on the rebate face (13) of the frame profile (10).
  4. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adhesive is pressed in liquid form through at least one duct, which extends between the frame part upper face and the lower face through the thickness of the frame part (20), into a region between the frame part lower face and the frame profile upper face, in particular wherein a duct is formed by a screw hole of a frame part provided for screw connection.
  5. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adhesive is distributed in at least one, preferably a plurality of, chambers which are formed in the lower face of the frame part and are designed to be open in the direction of the frame profile upper face, in particular wherein a respective chamber is enclosed by chamber walls.
  6. Method according to Claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the adhesive distributed by pressing is distributed in a plurality of chambers through apertures which are arranged in the chamber walls of adjacent chambers.
  7. Method according to Claim 5, characterized in that an accumulation of adhesive is applied pointwise into the at least one chamber, preferably into each of a plurality of chambers, with a height above the chamber base that is greater than the chamber depth/chamber wall height, with preferably the adhesive being applied in the respective chamber in an amount which is less than or equal to the respective chamber volume.
  8. Method according to Claim 5, characterized in that the adhesive is arranged in a plurality of pointwise accumulations of adhesive on the upper face of the frame profile, wherein the arrangement of the pointwise accumulations of adhesive corresponds to the arrangement of a plurality of chambers in the lower face of the frame part, with preferably each of the pointwise accumulations of adhesive being applied with a height that is greater than the chamber depth/chamber wall height, with preferably each pointwise accumulation of adhesive comprising an amount which is less than the volume of the chamber in which the adhesive is distributed when pressing the frame part onto the frame profile.
  9. Method according to Claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the application of the plurality of pointwise accumulations of adhesive to the upper face of the frame profile or to the lower face of the frame part, in particular in the chambers thereof, is effected with an adhesive applicator which simultaneously produces all the pointwise accumulations of adhesive with each application, in particular by pressing the adhesive out of a nozzle template having a number of nozzle openings that corresponds to the number of the required plurality of pointwise accumulations of adhesive.
  10. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adhesive is applied to the frame part lower face or the frame profile upper face in an amount which corresponds to a volume which is equal to the surface area of the frame part lower face multiplied by the desired adhesive thickness.
  11. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a desired adhesive thickness between the frame profile (10) and frame part (20) is set by means of spacers projecting from the lower side of the frame part in the direction of the frame profile, in particular the chamber walls according to Claim 6, which have a height corresponding to the desired adhesive thickness.
  12. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an adhesive, in particular a fibre-reinforced adhesive, is used which
    a. is applied in a heated state and, by subsequent cooling, cures between the frame profile and the frame part, or
    b. is mixed from at least two components whose mixture cures between the frame profile and the frame part by chemical reaction, in particular polymerization, or
    c. is preconfigured as an adhesive tape, in particular in the form of the outer contour of the frame part lower face.
  13. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adhesive is used to seal the fastening region between the frame part (20) and the frame profile (10) against moisture, with in particular screw holes or drill holes present in the frame profile (10) in this region being closed by means of the adhesive.
  14. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the frame part (20) is fastened to the frame profile (10) by means of a latching connection.
  15. Method according to Claim 14, characterized in that the frame part (20) has at least one first latching element, in particular on its lower side (21), which is brought into latching interaction with at least one second latching element of the frame profile (20), in particular wherein the at least one second latching element, preferably atop/on the rebate face (13) of the frame profile (10), extends over the entire axial length of the frame profile (10).
