Abstract
Description
- The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wearable smart products, and particularly to a dial plate of a smart wristband.
- With the increasing development and disclosure of wearable smart products, the requirements of users are also growing, for example, miniaturization of dimension for portability, a big screen for facilitating viewing, and other requirements. Existing smart wristbands have a dial plate of a fixed shape, with a common dimension which is usually less than 2 inches, thus the viewing requirement for a big screen cannot be satisfied.
- How to design a dial plate that not only can be miniaturized in dimension but also can satisfy the requirement of enlarging the screen for viewing is a project continuously researched in the industry.
- A technical problem to be solved by embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide a frame assembly. Using the frame assembly in a dial plate of a smart wristband not only can satisfy the requirement of dimension miniaturization but also can expand the dimension of a screen.
- In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a frame assembly for supporting a dial plate. The frame assembly includes a left frame, a right frame, and a telescopic assembly. The left frame and the right frame are oppositely arranged and a receiving space is defined therebetween. The telescopic assembly is located in the receiving space and connected between the left frame and the right frame. Through the telescoping of the telescopic assembly, a distance between the left frame and the right frame is variable, so as to change a dimension of the frame assembly.
- In another aspect, the present disclosure further provides a dial plate which includes a screen assembly, a reel assembly, and the frame assembly. The reel assembly is received in a receiving space defined in the frame assembly and is rotatably connected to the frame assembly. The reel assembly is operable to be wound by the screen assembly. The frame assembly is operate to support the screen assembly.
- In a further aspect, the present disclosure further provides a smart wristband which includes a dial plate, a wrist belt, and a battery module. The battery module is fixed in the wrist belt. An end of the wrist belt is connected to the dial plate.
- The frame assembly of the present disclosure is applied in the dial plate of the smart wristband. Through the telescoping of the telescopic assembly, the distance between the left frame and the right frame is variable, so as to change the dimension of the frame assembly, and further adjust a dimension of a display interface of the screen assembly arranged on the frame assembly. The frame assembly not only can satisfy the requirement of miniaturization of dimension but also can expand the dimension of a screen.
- In order to illustrate the technical solutions of embodiments of the present disclosure or the related art more clearly, the accompanying drawings used in the description of the embodiments will be briefly described. Apparently, the accompanying drawings described in the following are merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, and a person ordinarily skilled in the art still can obtain other accompanying drawings according to these accompanying drawings without any creative effort.

Apparently, some but not all of embodiments of the present disclosure are described. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all the other embodiments, which a person ordinarily skilled in the art obtains without paying creative effort, fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
- Terms "first", "second", "third", "fourth" and the like (if present) in the description and claims of the present disclosure and the above accompanying drawings are used for distinguishing similar objects, but are not necessarily used to describe a specific order or sequence.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , the present disclosure relates to a smart wristband which includes adial plate 10 and awrist belt 20. Thewrist belt 20 receives abattery module 30 therein. In an embodiment, thedial plate 10 and thebattery module 30 are oppositely arranged (the two are located at the side of the hand back and the side of the palm, respectively, and by "oppositely arranged" herein, it not merely refers to "directly oppositely arranged", but also can be "staggered with each other" or "partially oppositely arranged"), thebattery module 30 is fixed in thewrist belt 20, and an end of thewrist belt 20 is connected to thedial plate 10, so that the smart wristband is substantially in a C shape or U shape. As illustrated inFIG. 1 , thewrist belt 20 is further provided with aswitch button 234, anexpansion button 232, ahome button 231, andsound holes 235. In the present disclosure, more electronic parts (for example, various buttons described above) are arranged on thewrist belt 20, which facilitates the wrist belt being multi-functional, while freeing up more spaces for thedial plate 10. - Referring to
FIG. 2 , thedial plate 10 includes aframe assembly 12, asupport assembly 14, ascreen assembly 16, and areel assembly 18. Theframe assembly 12 receives a receivingspace 121 therein. Theframe assembly 12 includes atop end 122 and abottom end 123. Thesupport assembly 14 is installed at thetop end 122 of theframe assembly 12, and thesupport assembly 14 is used to support thescreen assembly 16. Thereel assembly 18 is arranged in the receivingspace 121 of theframe assembly 12, and thereel assembly 18 is rotatably connected to theframe assembly 12 for winding a part of thescreen assembly 16. In the present disclosure, through telescoping of theframe assembly 12, thesupport assembly 14 and thescreen assembly 16 are driven to be varied in dimension, so that the dimension of thedial plate 10 of the smart wristband is expanded and a display interface can telescope. Theframe assembly 12 in the present disclosure further can be applied in other portable electronic devices (for example, cellphones) for supporting the screen assembly. - The
screen assembly 16 includes aflexible display screen 162 and aflexible touch screen 164, which are stacked and both can be made from a flexible material that can be rolled. - Referring to
FIG. 3 andFIG. 4 , theframe assembly 12 includes aleft frame 124, aright frame 126, and atelescopic assembly 125. Theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 are oppositely arranged and define the receivingspace 121 therebetween. Thetelescopic assembly 125 is located in the receivingspace 121, and is telescopically connected between theleft frame 124 andright frame 126, and a variation of a distance between theleft frame 124 andright frame 126 is realized through thetelescopic assembly 125. - Referring to
FIG. 4 andFIG. 5 , theleft frame 124 includes afirst bottom wall 1241, a pair offirst side walls 1242 formed at two opposite sides of thefirst bottom wall 1241, and a first connectingwall 1243 connected between thefirst bottom wall 1241 and the pair offirst side walls 1242. Thefirst bottom wall 1241 defines afirst screw hole 1244 and an elongatedfirst limit slot 1245. Two corners are formed at places of thefirst bottom wall 1241 close to the first connectingwall 1243 and the pair offirst side walls 1242, and the two corners are refered as a first corner and a second corner, respectively. Thefirst screw hole 1244 is located at the first corner. Thefirst limit slot 1245 extends from the second corner and along an extending direction of the first connectingwall 1243. Thefirst screw hole 1244 and thefirst limit slot 1245 are used to install thetelescopic assembly 125. One of thefirst side walls 1242 defines twofirst grooves 1246, and the twofirst grooves 1246 each define an opening at an end face of thefirst side wall 1242 away from the first connectingwall 1243. Furthermore, the twofirst grooves 1246 are parallel to each other. - Referring to
FIG. 4 andFIG. 6 , theright frame 126 is substantially the same as theleft frame 124 in structure. Theright frame 126 includes asecond bottom wall 1261, a pair ofsecond side walls 1262 formed at two opposite sides of thesecond bottom wall 1261, and a second connectingwall 1263 connected between thesecond bottom wall 1261 and the pair ofsecond side walls 1262. Thesecond bottom wall 1261 defines asecond screw hole 1264 and an elongatedsecond limit slot 1265 located at two corners, respectively. Thesecond limit slot 1265 extends along an extending direction of the second connectingwall 1263. Thesecond screw hole 1264 and thesecond limit slot 1265 are used to install thetelescopic assembly 125. One of thesecond side walls 1262 defines twosecond grooves 1266, and the twosecond grooves 1266 each define an opening at an end face of thesecond side wall 1262 away from the second connectingwall 1263. Furthermore, the twosecond grooves 1266 are parallel to each other. Theright frame 126 differs from theleft frame 124 in that the pair ofsecond side walls 1262 of theright frame 126 respectively define twonotches 1267, and eachnotch 1267 is located at an end face of thesecond side wall 1262 away from thesecond bottom wall 1261. Furthermore, the twonotches 1267 respectively located on the pair ofsecond side walls 1262 are arranged opposite to each other, and close to the second connectingwall 1263. The twonotches 1267 are used to position thesupport assembly 14. - The
left frame 124 and theright frame 126 are oppositely arranged, and thefirst bottom wall 1241 and thesecond bottom wall 1261 are coplanar. The pair offirst side walls 1242 are connected to the pair ofsecond side walls 1262, respectively. When theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 get close to each other, the pair offirst side walls 1242 are located at inner sides of the pair ofsecond side walls 1262, respectively, as illustrated inFIG. 3 . At this point, the twofirst grooves 1246 and the twosecond grooves 1266 overlap with each other, respectively. Thefirst grooves 1246 and thesecond grooves 1266 are used for connecting elements to extend out of theframe assembly 12 from the inside of theframe assembly 12, so as to cooperate with structures of thewrist belt 20. For example, as illustrated inFIG. 38 andFIG. 47 , at the twofirst grooves 1246 and the twosecond grooves 1266, anFPC 11 and a connectingsheet 127 extend out of theframe assembly 12 from the inside of theframe assembly 12, respectively. Particularly, theFPC 11 extends out of the upperfirst groove 1246 and the uppersecond groove 1266, and the connectingsheet 127 extends out of the lowerfirst groove 1246 and the lowersecond groove 1266. Thus, extending paths of theFPC 11 and the connectingsheet 127 are spaced apart from each other, avoiding interference with each other. Certainly, there may be onefirst groove 1246 and onesecond groove 1266, and theFPC 11 and the connectingsheet 127 extend out of theframe assembly 12 from the same groove. Thefirst limit slot 1245 and thesecond limit slot 1265 are parallel to each other, and directions of extension of thefirst limit slot 1245 and thesecond limit slot 1265 are perpendicular to a direction along which theleft frame 124 moves relative to theright frame 126. - In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the
telescopic assembly 125 has a connecting rod structure formed by hinging a number of connecting rods with each other. In other embodiments, thetelescopic assembly 125 also can have a sleeve structure, for example, similar to a telescopic structure of a luggage. - Referring to
FIG. 7 andFIG. 8 , thetelescopic assembly 125 used in the present disclosure includes arod assembly 1252 and anelastic element 1254. Therod assembly 1252 includes at least two connecting rods, and the at least two connecting rods are hinged. Theelastic element 1254 may be a coil spring or a spring. Theelastic element 1254 elastically connects at least two connecting rods of therod assembly 1252. When theelastic element 1254 is in a stretched state, therod assembly 1252 is in an unfolded state, and when therod assembly 1252 is in a folded state, theelastic element 1254 is in an elastically compressed state. - The
rod assembly 1252 includes a first fixing end P1 and a second fixing end P2 respectively fixed to theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126, and a first moving end P3 and a second moving end P4 slidably connected to theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126, respectively. Referring toFIG. 9 ,FIG. 10 ,FIG. 11 , andFIG. 12 , the first fixing end P1 is fixed at thefirst screw hole 1244, the second fixing end P2 is fixed at thesecond screw hole 1264, the first moving end P3 is installed to thefirst limit slot 1245, and the second moving end P4 is installed to thesecond limit slot 1265. In a process of folding or unfolding therod assembly 1252, the first moving end P3 is moved in thefirst limit slot 1245, and the second moving end P4 is moved in thesecond limit slot 1265, so as to drive relative movement between theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126. - That is to say, in the above embodiment, two ends of the
rod assembly 1252 are respectively provided with two end portions, the first fixing end P1 and the second fixing end P2 are moved together with theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 in the telescopic direction, and they are fixed with respect to theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126. The first moving end P3 and the second moving end P4 are moved together with theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126, meanwhile, the first moving end P3 and the second moving end P4 are moved with respect to theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126. Because in a direction perpendicular to the telescopic direction, in the process of the telescoping of the rod assembly, a distance between the first moving end P3 and the first fixing end P1 and a distance between the second moving end P4 and the second fixing end P2 are variable. - In other embodiments, the two ends of the
rod assembly 1252 also can be merely provided with one end portion, for example, therod assembly 1252 has a V shape by hinging two connecting rods, in this way, in the process of the telescoping of therod assembly 1252, tracks of relative movement between the end portion of the two ends of therod assembly 1252 and theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 are in an arc shape, so as to ensure that the telescoping of therod assembly 1252 causes the distance between theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 to vary. - In an embodiment, the
rod assembly 1252 is formed by connecting in sequence two X-shape connecting rod assemblys in series. Certainly, in other embodiments, therod assembly 1252 also can merely include one X-shape connecting rod assembly, or include three or more connecting rod assemblies. The specific number of the connecting rod assembly can be determined according to a range of dimension in which thedial plate 10 needs to be expanded. - Below the
telescopic assembly 125 formed by two X-shape connecting rod assemblies is described in detail. - Referring to
FIG. 7 to FIG. 12 , therod assembly 1252 includes a first connecting rod R1, a second connecting rod R2, a third connecting rod R3, and a fourth connecting rod R4. The four connecting rods have a rod-shape structure with the same length. A middle portion of the first connecting rod R1 and a middle portion of the third connecting rod R3 are hinged to form an X-shape structure. A middle portion of the second connecting rod R2 and a middle portion of the fourth connecting rod R4 are hinged to form an X-shape structure. One end of the first connecting rod R1 is hinged to one end of the second connecting rod R2. The other end of the first connecting rod R1 is provided with the second moving end P4, and the other end of the second connecting rod R2 is provided with the first moving end P3. That is, free ends of the first connecting rod R1 and of the second connecting rod R2 (ends of the first connecting rod R1 and the second connecting rod R2 away from the hinging ends of the first connecting rod R1 and the second connecting rod R2) are the second moving end P4 and the first moving end P3, respectively. The second moving end P4 passes through thesecond limit slot 1265 of theright frame 126 to be slidably connected to theright frame 126, and the first moving end P3 passes through thefirst limit slot 1245 of theleft frame 124 to be slidably connected to theleft frame 124. One end of the third connecting rod R3 is hinged to one end of the fourth connecting rod R4. The other end of the third connecting rod R3 is provided with the second fixing end P2. The other end of the fourth connecting rod R4 is provided with the first fixing end P1. That is, free ends of the third connecting rod R3 and of the fourth connecting rod R4 (ends of the third connecting rod R3 and the fourth connecting rod R4 away from the hinging ends of the the third connecting rod R3 and the fourth connecting rod R4) are the second fixing end P2 and the first fixing end PI, respectively. The first fixing end P1 is fixed to thefirst screw hole 1244 of theleft frame 124 by a screw, and the second fixing end P2 is fixed to thesecond screw hole 1264 of theright frame 126 by a screw. - The
elastic element 1254 is a coil spring. Theelastic element 1254 is sleeved at a hinged place between the first connecting rod R1 and the second connecting rod R2. Two ends of theelastic element 1254 are fixed to the first connecting rod R1 and the second connecting rod R2, respectively. With the telescoping of therod assembly 1252, the first connecting rod R1 and the second connecting rod R2 are switched between an open state and a closed state. In this process, theelastic element 1254 generates elastic deformation. Specifically, referring toFIG. 7 ,FIG. 9 , andFIG. 11 , the first connecting rod R1 defines aclamp slot 1255. Theclamp slot 1255 is located between a hinged place between the first connecting rod R1 and the second connecting rod R2 and the middle portion of the first connecting rod R1. Theclamp slot 1255 is close to the middle portion of the first connecting rod R1. One end of theelastic element 1254 is fixed in theclamp slot 1255. The second connecting rod R2 includes aprojection 1256 protruding from a surface of the second connecting rod R2, aninner slot 1257 is defined between theprojection 1256 and the surface of the second connecting rod R2, and the other end of theelastic element 1254 is fixed in theinner slot 1257. - Furthermore, referring to
FIG. 7 andFIG. 8 , a surface of the first connecting rod R1 contacting the third connecting rod R3 or a surface of the third connecting rod R3 contacting the first connecting rod R1 forms astep 1258 for limiting therod assembly 1252 in the telescopic process. Thestep 1258 can protrude from the surface of the first connecting rod R1, and also can protrude from the surface of the third connecting rod R3. Thestep 1258 is used to realize the limited movement between the first connecting rod R1 and the third connecting rod R3 in the telescopic process. When theelastic element 1254 is in the elastically compressed state, therod assembly 1252 is in a folded state, at this point, the third connecting rod R3 abuts against thestep 1258 of the first connecting rod R1, preventing further movement of the first connecting rod R1 relative to the third connecting rod R3. Likewise, a surface of the fourth connecting rod R4 lying on the second connecting rod R2 is provided with astep 1258. When theelastic element 1254 is in the elastically compressed state, therod assembly 1252 is in the folded state, at this point, the second connecting rod R2 abuts against thestep 1258 of the fourth connecting rod R4. - When the
rod assembly 1252 is in the folded state, as illustrated inFIG. 9 andFIG. 10 , the first moving end P3 is located at one end of thefirst limit slot 1245 close to thefirst side wall 1242, the second moving end P4 is located at one end of thesecond limit slot 1265 close to thesecond side wall 1262, and theelastic element 1254 is in the elastic compressed state. When therod assembly 1252 is in an unfolded state, as illustrated inFIG. 11 andFIG. 12 , the first moving end P3 is located at one end of thefirst limit slot 1245 away from thefirst side wall 1242, the second moving end P4 is located at one end of thesecond limit slot 1265 away from thesecond side wall 1262, and theelastic element 1254 is in a free state. The folding and unfolding direction of therod assembly 1252 is perpendicular to a moving direction of the first moving end P3 in thefirst limit slot 1245. In the process of from folding to unfolding, the position of the hinged place between the first connecting rod R1 and the second connecting rod R2 is not changed, a hinging position of the third connecting rod R3 and the fourth connecting rod R4 moves towards a position close to the hinged place between the first connecting rod R1 and the second connecting rod R2, the first fixing end P1 and the second fixing end P2 move left and right, respectively, the first moving end P3 moves left and towards the first fixing end PI, and the second moving end P4 moves right and towards the second fixing end P2. In the process of from folding to unfolding, the first fixing end P1 and the first moving end P3 maintain the opposite position relationship all the time, and the two have the same displacement of movement in the left and right directions; the second fixing end P2 and the second moving end P4 also maintain the relative position relationship all the time, and the two also have the same displacement of movement in the left and right directions. - Referring to
FIG. 13 andFIG. 14 , theframe assembly 12 further includes a connectingsheet 127, and one end of the connectingsheet 127 is arranged in the receivingspace 121 for connecting therod assembly 1252. The connectingsheet 127 passes through onefirst groove 1246 and onesecond groove 1266 to extend out of the receivingspace 121 of theframe assembly 12. The connectingsheet 127 is used to connect therod assembly 1252 and an operating rod 15 (as illustrated inFIG. 18 andFIG. 19 ), and through the cooperation of the connectingsheet 127 and the operating rod, therod assembly 1252 can be locked in the folded state. When therod assembly 1252 is in the folded state, the operatingrod 15 is snapped to the connectingsheet 127, and when therod assembly 1252 is in the unfolded state, the operatingrod 15 is separated from the connectingsheet 127, - One end of the connecting
sheet 127 defines afixing hole 1271. Specifically, one end of the connectingsheet 127 includes a fixingportion 1272, a connectingportion 1273, and amain body 1274. The fixingportion 1272 and themain body 1274 are parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other. The connectingportion 1273 is perpendicularly connected between the fixingportion 1272 and themain body 1274. The fixinghole 1271 is defined in the fixingportion 1272. The fixingportion 1272 has a length less than that of themain body 1274. In an embodiment, the connectingsheet 127 has a metal sheet structure, and the fixingportion 1272 and the connectingportion 1273 are formed by bending one end of themain body 1274. Themain body 1274 extends out of theframe assembly 12 from positions of thefirst groove 1246 and thesecond groove 1266. One edge of themain body 1274 defines aclamp notch 1275. An end of themain body 1274 away from the connecting portion 1273 (i.e., an end away from the rod assembly 1252) includes a firstinclined face 1276. When therod assembly 1252 is in the folded state, theclamp notch 1275 is located outside theframe assembly 12, and theclamp notch 1275 cooperates with theoperation rod 15 to lock therod assembly 1252 in the folded state. - Referring to
FIG. 2 ,FIG. 15 to FIG. 19 , thedial plate 10 further includes abracket 142. Thebracket 142 may be a part of thesupport assembly 14, and also can be regarded as a part of theframe assembly 12. Thebracket 142 includes abracket body 1421 and abase 1422. Therod assembly 1252 is connected to thebracket body 1421, theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 are slidably connected to thebracket body 1421, and thebase 1422 is connected to thebracket body 1421 and located outside the receivingspace 121 of theframe assembly 12. Thebase 1422 extends into thewrist belt 20. - The operating
rod 15 and thebase 1422 are in elastically sliding connection, and the connectingsheet 127 extends into thebase 1422 and cooperates with the operatingrod 15 to form a locking structure, so as to lock therod assembly 1252 in a folded position. - Specifically, as illustrated in
FIG. 18 , thebase 1422 is used to receive the operatingrod 15 and theelastic element 17. As illustrated inFIG. 16 , thebase 1422 defines a first guide groove G1 and a second guide groove G2, and the first guide groove G1 and the second guide groove G2 crossed and communicating with each other. The first guide groove G1 is used to receive the main body of the connectingsheet 127. The second guide groove G2 is used to receive the operatingrod 15. The second guide groove G2 includes an open end G21 and a bottom end G22 opposite to the open end G21, and the open end G21 is located at an edge of thebase 1422, such that an outside of thebase 1422 is in communication with an inside of the second guide groove G2. As illustrated inFIG. 15 andFIG. 17 , thebase 1422 further defines a hole G3 in communication with the second guide groove G2. In an embodiment, extending directions of the first guide groove G1 and of the second guide groove G2 are perpendicular, and the extending direction of the second guide groove G2 is the same as the relative movement direction of theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 in the telescopic process of therod assembly 1252. The first guide groove G1 communicates with the receivingspace 121 inside theframe assembly 12. - Referring to
FIG. 19 , the operatingrod 15 includes ahead end 151 and atail end 152 opposite to thehead end 151, and abottom face 153 and a cooperatingface 154 connected between thehead end 151 and thetail end 152, and thebottom face 153 and the cooperatingface 154 are oppositely arranged. The cooperatingface 154 is provided with aprotrusion 155, arecess 156, and a snap-fit portion 157. Specifically, therecess 156 is defined between theprotrusion 155 and the snap-fit portion 157. The operatingrod 15 is installed in the second guide groove G2, and theprotrusion 155 is received in the hole G3. Theprotrusion 155 has a dimension smaller than that of the hole G3, such that theprotrusion 155 can move in the hole G3, so as to limit a moving distance of the operatingrod 15 in the second guide groove G2. The snap-fit portion 157 is used to be engaged with theclamp notch 1275 of the connectingsheet 127. The snap-fit portion 157 includes a secondinclined face 1572 oriented towards the inside of the first guide groove G1, and the secondinclined face 1572 is oriented towards theframe assembly 12. The secondinclined face 1572 cooperates with the firstinclined face 1276 to realize movement of the operatingrod 15 in the second guide groove G2 that is driven by the movement of the connectingsheet 127. The snap-fit portion 157 of the operatingrod 15 has the same shape as theclamp notch 1275 of the connectingsheet 127, and the snap-fit portion 157 is received in theclamp notch 1275, then the position of the connectingsheet 127 can be locked. - The
elastic element 17 is elastically connected between the operatingrod 15 and thebase 1422. Furthermore, theelastic element 17 is received in the second guide groove G2, and is elastically connected between thetail end 152 of the operatingrod 15 and the bottom end G22 of the second guide groove G2. Thehead end 151 of the operatingrod 15 can extend out of the base 1422 from the open end G21 of the second guide groove G2 for user's operation. - When the
rod assembly 1252 is in the folded state, thehead end 151 of the operatingrod 15 extends out of the open end G21 of the second guide groove G2, and is located outside thebase 1422. Theprotrusion 155 of the operatingrod 15 abuts against an end of the hole G3. The snap-fit portion 157 locks with theclamp notch 1275, such that the connectingsheet 126 is limited, and a pulling force generated by the connectingsheet 127 to therod assembly 1252 counteracts a restoring resilience force of theelastic element 1254 of therod assembly 1252. - When the
frame assembly 12 needs to be stretched, thehead end 151 of the operatingrod 15 is pressed down, the operatingrod 15 moves in the second guide groove G2, such that the snap-fit portion 157 leaves theclamp notch 1275. At this point, the pulling force generated by the connectingsheet 127 to therod assembly 1252 is eliminated, and under the effect of the restoring resilience force of theelastic element 1254 of therod assembly 1252, theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 are driven to move towards left and right sides, meanwhile, the connectingsheet 127 is driven to move into the receivingspace 121 of theframe assembly 12. When thehead end 151 of the operatingrod 15 is released, under the elastic force of theelastic element 17 in thebase 1422, the operatingrod 15 returns to an initial position. - When the
frame assembly 12 needs to be retracted, theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 are pressed towards the middle of theframe assembly 12, such that theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 move towards each other. Meanwhile, theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 drive the connectingsheet 127 to move into the first guide groove G1 of thebase 1422. Then the firstinclined face 1276 of the connectingsheet 127 abuts against the secondinclined face 1572 of the operatingrod 15, forcing the operatingrod 15 to move towards the bottom end G22 of the second guide groove G2. When the connectingsheet 127 moves to a position where the snap-fit portion 157 meets theclamp notch 1275, theelastic element 17 in the second guide groove G2 restores the deformation to drive the operatingrod 15 to move towards the open end G21 of the second guide groove G2, such that the snap-fit portion 157 moves into theclamp notch 1275, so as to fix the connectingsheet 127. - In the processes of stretching and retracting, the position of the
bracket 142 remains original. - Referring to
FIG. 15 andFIG. 16 , thebracket body 1421 of thebracket 142 includes afront baffle 1423, arear baffle 1424, aplate 1425, and asupport beam 1426. Thefront baffle 1423 and therear baffle 1424 are oppositely arranged at an interval. Surfaces of thefront baffle 1423 and of therear baffle 1424 facing each other are both provided with twolimit strips 1427, a limit passage is formed between the twolimit strips 1427, and the limit passage is used to receive thefirst side wall 1242 of theleft frame 124 and thesecond side wall 1262 of theright frame 126. In other words, the limit passage is used to cooperate with theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126, so as to realize the sliding connection of theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 to thebracket 142. Theplate 1425 and thesupport beam 1426 are oppositely arranged between a side of thefront baffle 1423 and a side of therear baffle 1424. Edges of two opposite sides of theplate 1425 are respectively connected to onelimit strip 1427 of thefront baffle 1423 and onelimit strip 1427 of therear baffle 1424, and thefront baffle 1423 and therear baffle 1424 are located at the same side of theplate 1425. Theplate 1425 is installed at top ends of theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126, i.e., a side opposite to thefirst bottom wall 1241 of the left frame and a side opposite to thesecond bottom wall 1261 of theright frame 126. One end edge of thesupport beam 1426 is connected to theother limit strip 1427 of thefront baffle 1423, and the other end edge of thesupport beam 1426 is connected to theother limit strip 1427 of therear baffle 1424. Thesupport beam 1426 and theplate 1425 are oppositely arranged, and thesupport beam 1426 is connected between thefront baffle 1423 and therear baffle 1424 to form an "I" shape. - The
support beam 1426 is used to connect therod assembly 1252. The telescopic assembly telescopes with thesupport beam 1426 as a center. Thesupport beam 1426 defines athird screw hole 1429 and athird limit slot 1428, thethird screw hole 1429 is close to therear baffle 1424, and thethird limit slot 1428 is close to thefront baffle 1423. A side of thefront baffle 1423 away from therear baffle 1424 is connected to thebase 1422. Thethird screw hole 1429 is located between thefirst screw hole 1244 in thefirst bottom wall 1241 of theleft frame 124 and thesecond screw hole 1264 in thesecond bottom wall 1261 of theright frame 126. Thefirst screw hole 1244, thethird screw hole 1429, and thesecond screw hole 1264 are collinear (it means that central points of the three are collinear). Thethird limit slot 1428 is located between thefirst limit slot 1245 and thesecond limit slot 1265. Thefirst limit slot 1245, thethird limit slot 1428, and thesecond limit slot 1265 are parallel to each other, and central points of the three are collinear. Thethird screw hole 1429 is used to fix a spindle at the hinged place between the first connecting rod R1 and the second connecting rod R2. Thethird limit slot 1428 is used to install a spindle at the hinged place between the third connecting rod R3 and the fourth connecting rod R4. The fixinghole 1271 at an end of the connectingsheet 127 is fixedly connected to the spindle at the hinged place between the third connecting rod R3 and the fourth connecting rod R4. - When the
rod assembly 1252 is in the folded state, thefirst bottom wall 1241 and thesecond bottom wall 1261 are connected to two opposite sides of thesupport beam 1426, respectively. - A surface of the
plate 1425 is provided with a number of protrudingribs 14252 for supporting thescreen assembly 16, and the protrudingribs 14252 are spaced apart from each other and arranged in an array. Thebracket 142 provided with the protrudingribs 14252 also can be regarded as a portion of thesupport assembly 14. - Referring to
FIG. 22 to FIG. 24 , a bottom face of thefirst bottom wall 1241 and a bottom face of thesecond bottom wall 1261 are both provided withprotruding points 128. Theframe assembly 12 further includes aleft bottom plate 1291, aright bottom plate 1292, and asupport plate 1293. Theleft bottom plate 1291 and theright bottom plate 1292 both define fixing holes, and through the cooperation of the fixing holes and the protrudingpoints 128, theleft bottom plate 1291 is installed to the bottom face of thefirst bottom wall 1241, and theright bottom plate 1292 is installed to the bottom face of thesecond bottom wall 1261. Thesupport plate 1293 is fixedly connected to thefront baffle 1423 and therear baffle 1424 of thebracket 142, and covers thesupport beam 1426. Thesupport plate 1293 does not move with the movement of theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126. When theframe assembly 12 is in the folded state, thesupport plate 1293 covers theleft bottom plate 1291 and theright bottom plate 1292, and merely thesupport plate 1293 is visible, as illustrated inFIG. 23 . When theframe assembly 12 isunfolded, theleft bottom plate 1291 and theright bottom plate 1292 extend beyond thesupport plate 1293 so as to support theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126, as illustrated inFIG. 24 . Theleft bottom plate 1291, theright bottom plate 1292, and thesupport plate 1293 are connected with each other to form a continuous bottom face of the frame assembly. - Referring to
FIG. 25 , thereel assembly 18 is used to wind thescreen assembly 16, and thereel assembly 18 is arranged inside the frame assembly, specifically installed to an inner side of theright frame 126. Thesecond side wall 1262 of theright frame 126 defines screw holes, and two ends of thereel assembly 18 are fixed to the second side walls at the screw holes by screws. Thescreen assembly 16 is a flexible screen, and when theframe assembly 12 is retracted, a part of thescreen assembly 16 is wound on thereel assembly 18, and when theframe assembly 12 is stretched, thescreen assembly 16 is released and unfolded from thereel assembly 18. - The
reel assembly 18 includes areel 181, aconnector 182, alimit part 183, and aspring 184. Theconnector 182 is fixedly connected to theframe assembly 12. Thelimit part 183 is rotatably connected to theframe assembly 12. One end of thereel 181 is rotatably connected to theconnector 182, and the other end of thereel 181 is fixedly connected to thelimit part 183. Two opposite ends of thespring 184 are fixedly connected to theconnector 182 and thelimit part 183, respectively. When thereel 181 rotates, thelimit part 183 rotates with thereel 181, while theconnector 182 does not rotate with thereel 181. When thereel 181 rotates, one end of thespring 184 rotates with thelimit part 183, while the other end remains still with respect to theconnector 182, thereby generating a resilience force. Thelimit part 183 is fixedly connected to the other opposite end of thereel 181 by a snap (i.e., astep 1832 in a subsequent embodiment). - In an embodiment, referring to
FIG. 25 andFIG. 26 , thereel assembly 18 includes areel 181, aconnector 182, alimit part 183, aspring 184, and a fixingpart 185. Thereel 181 includes two opposite end faces and a side face connected between the two end faces, and the side face is a cylindrical face. Thereel 181 has a hollow tubular shape open at two ends. The side face of thereel 181 defines aseam 1812, and theseam 1812 is used to fix thescreen assembly 16. Theconnector 182 is installed to an opening of an end of thereel 181, and theconnector 182 and thereel 181 are in free rotational connection in a circumferential direction (i.e., in a circumferential direction of the reel, there is no limit structure), and both rotation centers of theconnector 182 and thereel 181 are in an axis of thereel 181. The fixingpart 185 is used to connect theconnector 182 to thesecond side wall 1262 of theright frame 126, and the engagement of the fixingpart 185 with theright frame 126 and theconnector 182 realizes the limit between theconnector 182 and theright frame 126 in the circumferential direction, i.e.,theconnector 182 cannot rotate relative to the right frame. Thelimit part 183 is connected to an opening of the other end of thereel 181. Thelimit part 183 is fixedly connected to thereel 181, and thelimit part 183 and thereel 181 are in limit connect in the circumferential direction, that is, thelimit part 183 and thereel 181 cannot rotate relative to each other. Thelimit part 183 is rotatably connected to the screw holes of theright frame 126 by a screw. Thespring 184 is received in thereel 181. One end of thespring 184 is connected to theconnector 182, and the other end of thespring 184 is connected to thelimit part 183. Thespring 184 is in an axial compressed state in thereel 181, and the elastic force of thespring 184 generates a pushing force to theconnector 182, such that theconnector 182 abuts against theright frame 126. - Referring to
FIG. 27 , thelimit part 183 includes aseat 1831, a step 1832 (it is the snap mentioned above) formed on theseat 1831, and a protrudingcolumn 1833. An end of thereel 181 connected to thelimit part 183 defines anotch 1813. Thestep 1832 is engaged in thenotch 1813 of thereel 181 so as to realize the fixed connection between thelimit part 183 and thereel 181 in the circumferential direction. The protrudingcolumn 1833 defines a penetratinghole 1834, and the penetratinghole 1834 is used to fix thespring 184. Furthermore, theseat 1831 covers the end face of thereel 181, a truncated cone protrudes from a surface of theseat 1831, and the protrudingcolumn 1833 is formed on a surface of the truncated cone away from theseat 1831. In a preferred embodiment, the protrudingcolumn 1833 is located in a central area of the truncated cone. Thestep 1832 is located on a side face of the truncated cone and is formed on a surface of theseat 1831. In a preferred embodiment, twosteps 1832 are provided, and the steps are symmetrically distributed on a periphery of the truncated cone, correspondingly, twonotches 1813 are provided. In an embodiment, theseat 1831 is in a disk shape, and thereel 181 is in a cylindrical shape. The truncated cone extends into thereel 181, and contacts an inner surface of thereel 181. When thelimit part 183 and thereel 181 rotate together, the protrudingcolumn 1833 drives one end of thespring 184 to rotate, while the other end of thespring 184 does not rotate as it is connected and fixed to theconnector 182, therefore, thespring 184 is twisted to generate elastic deformation. The elastic deformation of the spring generated by twisting can drive thereel 181 to rotate back automatically. Theseat 1831 of thelimit part 183 defines a threaded hole, and through the cooperation of thescrew 186 and the threaded hole, thelimit part 183 is rotatably connected to theright frame 126, as illustrated inFIG. 31 . - Referring to
FIG. 28 , thescrew 186 includes asmooth section 1862 and a threadedsection 1864 formed at one side of a screw head thereof. Thesmooth section 1862 passes through the screw hole of theright frame 126, and the threadedsection 1864 is locked in the threaded hole of theseat 1831, as illustrated inFIG. 31 , such that thescrew 186 is fixed to theseat 1831. Thesmooth section 1862 of thescrew 186 acts as a spindle connecting theright frame 126 to thereel assembly 18. A surface of thesmooth section 1862 is smooth. Thesmooth section 1862 and the screw hole of theright frame 126 are in clearance fit, and thesmooth section 1862 and theright frame 126 can rotate freely relative to each other. - Referring to
FIG. 29 , theconnector 182 includes abase plate 1821 and alug 1822. Thebase plate 1821 defines agroove 1823, and thegroove 1823 has a non-rotational symmetrical structure, for example, thegroove 1823 can be in a semicircular shape, a polygonal shape, etc.. Thebase plate 1821 covers the end face of thereel 181, and thelug 1822 extends into thereel 181. Thelug 1822 defines a penetratinghole 1824, and the penetratinghole 1824 is used to fix one end of thespring 184. Thelug 1822 further includes a cooperatingface 18221, as illustrated inFIG. 31 , and the cooperatingface 18221 contacts an inner surface of thereel 181. The cooperatingface 18221 is a cylindrical face. Through the contact of the cooperatingface 18221 with the inner surface of thereel 181, the limit between theconnector 182 and thereel 181 in a radial direction is realized, such that theconnector 182 and thereel 181 are in a stable rotational connection, and do not wobble in the radial direction. The radial direction refers to a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of thereel 181. - The
connector 182 is located at an inner side of theright frame 126. Referring toFIG. 30 , the fixingpart 185 includes a fixinghead 1851 and aninsertion rod 1852, and the shape of theinsertion rod 1852 is consistent to the shape of thegroove 1823 in thebase plate 1821 of theconnector 182. Both theinsertion rod 1852 and thegroove 1823 have a non-rotational symmetrical structure, and theinsertion rod 1852 cooperates with thegroove 1823 to realize the fixed connection of theconnector 182 to the fixingpart 185. In an embodiment, theinsertion rod 1852 is a cylinder with a part being cut off, i.e., formed by an arc surface and a plane. In other embodiments, a section of theinsertion rod 1852 also can have a triangular shape or a square shape or other irregular shapes, as long as it ensure that theinsertion rod 1852 cannot rotate relative to thegroove 1823 when theinsertion rod 1852 is inserted in thegroove 1823. The fixinghead 1851 also has a non-rotational symmetrical structure, for example, the fixing head has a square shape. - Referring to
FIG. 31 , the side wall of theright frame 126 defines a slot matched with the fixinghead 1851 of the fixingpart 185, for example, a square slot, the fixinghead 1851 is received in the square slot, and the fixing head and the square slot are in non-rotational connection. An end face of the fixinghead 1851 defines ahole 1853. Theconnector 182 is not fixed to thereel 181, and thereel 181, when rotates, does not drive theconnector 182 to rotate. - When a torsion of the
spring 184 in thereel 181 in the circumferential direction needs to be adjusted, a part of the fixingpart 185 can be pulled out from the square slot of theright frame 126, then a tool is inserted in thehole 1853 of the fixinghead 1851 of the fixingpart 185 to rotate the fixinghead 1851. Since a plane of theinsertion rod 1852 of the fixingpart 185 abuts against a plane of thegroove 1823 of theconnector 182, theconnector 182 is driven to rotate together, and theconnector 182 drives an end of thespring 184 to rotate through thelug 1822 thereof, so that thespring 184 is twisted, thus the torsion is varied. Therefore, since the square slot of theright frame 126 is a through slot defined in thesecond side wall 1262, the torsion of thespring 184 in thereel 181 can be adjusted outside theframe assembly 12, without the need of disassembling thedial plate 10. After the adjustment is completed, the fixingpart 185 is again pushed into the square slot. - When the
dial plate 10 is stretched to expand, under the pulling of thescreen assembly 16, thereel 181 rotates to drive thespring 184 in thereel 181 to generate torsional deformation, thus creating a resilience force. When the user pushes theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 to enable thedial plate 10 toretract, under the effect of the torsional elastic force, thereel 181 rotates to drive thescreen assembly 16 to be wound on thereel 181, therefore, the present disclosure can realize the effect of automatically winding thescreen assembly 16. The elastic force of the torsional deformation of thespring 184 in thereel 181 is less than the elastic force of theelastic element 1254 of the elastic connectingrod assembly 1252 of theframe assembly 12, so as to prevent thedial plate 10, after being stretched, from being driven by thespring 184 in thereel 181 to automaticallyretract. - Referring to
FIG. 32 to FIG. 36 , thesupport assembly 14 includes aleft support frame 144, aright support frame 146, and thebracket 142. Theframe assembly 12 also belongs to a portion of thesupport assembly 14. Theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 are slidably connected to the limit strips 1427 of thefront baffle 1423 and therear baffle 1424 of thebracket 142. Theleft support frame 144 is fixed to theleft frame 124, and theright support frame 146 is fixed to theright frame 126. - Referring to
FIG. 32 , theleft support frame 144 includes afirst base 1441, a pair offirst side plates 1442, afirst bottom plate 1443, and afirst tooth portion 1444. - The
first base 1441 has an arc shape. Specifically, a section of thefirst base 1441 is semicircular, and a surface of thefirst base 1441 is a half cylindrical surface. Thefirst tooth portion 1444 and thefirst bottom plate 1443 are connected to a top portion and a bottom portion of thefirst base 1441, respectively. From a surface of thefirst tooth portion 1444 to a surface of thefirst bottom plate 1443, smooth transition is formed by the acr surface of thefirst base 1441. Furthermore, a plane where thefirst tooth portion 1444 is located and a plane where thefirst bottom plate 1443 is located are parallel to each other. The pair offirst side plates 1442 are located at a front end and a rear end of thefirst base 1441, respectively, and thefirst side plate 1442 is connected between thefirst base 1441 and thefirst bottom plate 1443. - The
first side plates 1442 are used to be fixedly connected to thefirst side walls 1242 of theleft frame 124. Specifically, thefirst side plate 1442 defines screw holes. Thefirst side plate 1442 is fixed to an inner surface of thefirst side wall 1242 of theleft frame 124 by screws passing through the screw holes thereof. Thefirst side walls 1242 and thefirst bottom plate 1443 are received in the receivingspace 121 of theframe assembly 12. Theleft support frame 144 can move along with theleft frame 124. One end of thescreen assembly 16 passes through a gap between thefirst base 1441 of theleft support frame 144 and the first connectingwall 1243 of theleft frame 124 to be fixed, and is electrically coupled to electronic components inside. - The
first tooth portion 1444 includes a number ofteeth 1445. Eachtooth 1445 includes a root portion and a tip portion. A distance from the root portion extending to the tip portion is a length of thetooth 1445, and a dimension perpendicular to the length direction of thetooth 1445 is a width of thetooth 1445. In an embodiment, in thefirst tooth portion 1444, a perpendicular distance L between two adjacent teeth 1445 (i.e., an interval width of two adjacent teeth) is twice the width W of eachtooth 1445. - Referring to
FIG. 33 , theright support frame 146 includes asecond base 1461, asecond tooth portion 1464, and a pair ofbulges 1462. - The
second base 1461 has an arc shape. Specifically, a section of thesecond base 1461 is semicircular, and a surface of thesecond base 1461 has a shape of a quarter of cylindrical surface. Thesecond base 1461 has a front end face, a rear end face, and a side face connected between the front end face and the rear end face. Thesecond tooth portion 1464 is connected to the side face. The front end face and the rear end face both definescrew holes 1463, and thesecond base 1461 is fixed to an inner surface of thesecond side wall 1262 of theright frame 126 by a screw passing through thescrew hole 1463 thereof. The pair ofbulges 1462 protrude from the front end face and the rear end face, respectively, and thebulges 1462 are clamped in thenotches 1267 of thesecond side wall 1262 of theright frame 126, as illustrated inFIG. 35 , thus facilitating positioning theright support frame 146 to theright frame 126. Theright support frame 146 can move along with theright frame 126. The other end of thescreen assembly 16 can pass through a gap between thesecond base 1461 of theright support frame 146 and the second connectingwall 1263 of theright frame 126, and then is wound on thereel assembly 18. - The
second tooth portion 1464 has the same structure as thefirst tooth portion 1444, and the dimension of thetooth 1465 of thesecond tooth portion 1464 is the same as that of thetooth 1445 of thefirst tooth portion 1444. In an embodiment, in thesecond tooth portion 1464, a perpendicular distance L between two adjacent teeth 1465 (i.e., an interval width between two adjacent teeth) is twice the width W of asingle tooth 1465. - As illustrated in
FIG. 34 andFIG. 35 , thefirst tooth portion 1444 of theleft support frame 144 and thesecond tooth portion 1464 of theright support frame 146 are coplanar. Theleft support frame 144 and theright support frame 146 are located at two sides of thebracket body 1421 of thebracket 142, respectively. The protrudingribs 14252 on the surface of theplate 1425 of thebracket body 1421 are spaced apart from each other. A plane where the protrudingribs 14252 are located is coplanar with thefirst tooth portion 1444 of theleft support frame 144 and thesecond tooth portion 1464 of theright support frame 146. A gap between two adjacent protrudingribs 14252 define a receiving groove, and theteeth 1445 of thefirst tooth portion 1444 and theteeth 1465 of thesecond tooth portion 1464 can be received in the receiving grooves. Each receiving groove receives one tooth of thefirst tooth portion 1444 and one tooth of thesecond tooth portion 1464. In an embodiment, the interval width between two adjacent protrudingribs 14252 is equal to a sum of the width of onetooth 1445 of thefirst tooth portion 1444 and the width of onetooth 1465 of thesecond tooth portion 1464. A width of one protrudingrib 14252 is equal to the width of onetooth 1445 of thefirst tooth portion 1444 or the width of onetooth 1465 of thesecond tooth portion 1464. Specifically, the width of the receiving groove is larger than or equal to the width of onetooth 1445 of thefirst tooth portion 1444 or the width of onetooth 1465 of thesecond tooth portion 1464, and is smaller than a sum of the width of onetooth 1445 of thefirst tooth portion 1444 and the width of onetooth 1465 of thesecond tooth portion 1464. - In the
left support frame 144 and theright support frame 146, the interval width of two adjacent teeth is twice the width of the tooth, while the width of the protrudingrib 14252 on theplate 1425 of thebracket body 1421 is the same as the width of thetooth FIG. 34 , when theleft support frame 144 and theright support frame 146 move along with theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 to fold, theteeth 1465 of theright support frame 146 and theteeth 1445 of theleft support frame 144 are totally received in the gaps between the protrudingribs 14252 of thebracket body 1421, thus theteeth left support frame 144 and of theright support frame 146 and the protrudingribs 14252 of thebracket body 1421 together form a relatively smooth plane, such that the hand feeling of touching thescreen assembly 16 on the smooth plane is ensured. - Referring to
FIG. 35 , when theleft support frame 144 and theright support frame 146 move along with theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 to expand, only a part of each of theteeth 1465 of theright support frame 146 and theteeth 1445 of theleft support frame 144 are received in the gaps (i.e., the receiving grooves) between the protrudingribs 14252 of thebracket body 1421, thus theteeth left support frame 144 and of theright support frame 146 and the protrudingribs 14252 of thebracket body 1421 together form a discontinuous plane, i.e., adjacent support faces (referring to faces of theteeth ribs 14252 for supporting the screen assembly 16) are separated by the receiving grooves. However, in the transverse direction (i.e., a direction front left to right), each protrudingrib 14252 and theadjacent tooth 1445 of theleft support frame 144 and theadjacent tooth 1465 of theright support frame 146 are continuously distributed; in the longitudinal direction, an interval between every twoadjacent teeth ribs 14252 still can provide good support to the screen assembly. In fact, since the width of the finger of the human beings is far bigger than the interval between theprotruding ribs 14252 and the interval between theteeth screen assembly 16 is not be significantly affected. - Referring to
FIG. 36 , atray 147 is further fixed in theleft support frame 144. Thetray 147 is located between thefirst tooth portion 1444 and thefirst bottom plate 1443 for supporting and positioning acircuit board 148, and a bottom of thetray 147 lies on thefirst bottom plate 1443 of theleft support frame 144. A front face and a back face of thecircuit board 148 are provided with electronic components such as controller and memory for controlling thescreen assembly 16. In other embodiments, thecircuit board 148 also can be directly fixed on thefirst bottom plate 1443. Specifically, thetray 147, together with thefirst side plate 1442 of theleft support frame 144, is locked by screws on an inner surface of thefirst side wall 1242 of theleft frame 124. Thetray 147 are provided withhooks 1472, and thehooks 1472 are used to suspend and position thecircuit board 148 on thetray 147, such that the front face and the back face of thecircuit board 148 both have a space for receiving the electronic componentss. - Referring to
FIG. 37 , thefirst bottom plate 1443 of theleft support frame 144 and thefirst bottom wall 1241 of theleft frame 124 are spaced apart from each other to define a space for receiving the telescopic assembly 125 (therod assembly 1252 in the embodiment). Theright support frame 146 is located above thereel assembly 18. Thereel assembly 18 is interposed between theright support frame 146 and therod assembly 1252. Thesecond base 1461 of theright support frame 146 and theright frame 126 define a gap therebetween for thescreen assembly 16 to extend into theright frame 126 therethrough and to be wound on thereel 181. - The present disclosure further provides a structure of another
support assembly 14. As illustrated inFIG. 38 to FIG. 42 , in this embodiment, thesupport assembly 14 differs from thesupport assembly 14 of the preceding embodiment in that tooth structures of theleft support frame 144 and of theright support frame 146 are different and that a structure of thebracket body 1421 of thebracket 142 engaging with the tooth structures of theleft support frame 144 and theright support frame 146 is different. In thesupport assembly 14 of the preceding embodiment, the receiving grooves are defined between the protrudingribs 14252 of thebracket 142, each receiving groove receives the teeth of theleft support frame 144 and theright support frame 146, i.e., one receiving groove receives two teeth. In thesupport assembly 14 of the present embodiment, the surface of theplate 1425 of thebracket body 1421 of thebracket 142 is not provided with the protrudingribs 14252, while the surface of theplate 1425 is coplanar with the surfaces of the tooth portions of theleft support frame 144 and theright support frame 146, meanwhile, the surface of theplate 1425 defines a number of receivinggrooves 14253. The receivinggrooves 14253 are distributed more densely than the receivinggrooves 14253 on thebracket body 1421 in the preceding embodiment. Two adjacent receivinggrooves 14253 define therebetween a support strip for supporting thescreen assembly 16, and each receivinggroove 14253 merely receives onetooth 1445 of theleft support frame 144 or onetooth 1465 of theright support frame 146, that is, one receivinggroove 14253 receives one tooth. Theteeth 1445 of theleft support frame 144 and theteeth 1465 of theright support frame 146 are alternately spaced and distributed and engaged with the receivinggrooves 14253, that is to say, the receivinggrooves 14253 are arranged in a row. The number of the receivinggrooves 14253 is equal to a sum of the number of theteeth 1445 of thefirst tooth portion 1444 and the number of theteeth 1465 of thesecond tooth portion 1464, and every two adjacent receivinggrooves 14253 receive thetooth 1445 of theleft support frame 144 and thetooth 1465 of theright support frame 146, respectively. - Referring to
FIG. 40 , when theleft support frame 144 and theright support frame 146 move along with theleft frame 124 and theright frame 126 to unfold, the adjacent support faces (referring to surfaces of theteeth screen assembly 16, and surfaces of the support strip arranged between two adjacent receivinggrooves 14253 for supporting the screen assembly 16) are continuous at a position close to edges of thebracket 142. - Referring to
FIG. 41 , sections of theteeth support assembly 14 in the embodiment substantially have a circular shape with a top face being cut off to form flat support faces for better contacting thescreen assembly 16. The sections of the receivinggrooves 14253 of thebracket 142 also have a circular shape with a top portion being cut off, so as to receive theteeth - Since the
teeth left support frame 144 and theright support frame 146 each have a structure with a narrow top and a wide bottom, the section of the receivinggroove 14253 also has a narrow top and a wide bottom, that is, an opening of the receivinggroove 14253 in a direction perpendicular to a surface of theplate 1425 of the bracket 142 (i.e., a direction perpendicular to the screen assembly 16) is smaller than the dimension of an inner space of the receiving groove, in this way, theteeth grooves 14253 are limited by the receivinggrooves 14253 in the vertical direction as being blocked by the inner walls of the receivinggrooves 14253, and no position of theteeth grooves 14253. Therefore, distal ends of theteeth screen assembly 16. - Furthermore, the
teeth 1445 of theleft support frame 144 and thefirst base 1441 can be integrally formed, and also can have a two-part structure, i.e., separately manufactured and then assembled in one piece. Theteeth 1465 of theright support frame 146 and thesecond base 1461 also can be integrally formed or have a two-part structure. - The present disclosure further discloses a trigger device for selectively triggering an operation area of the
screen assembly 16 according to a display size of thescreen assembly 16, realizing automatic switch of the operation area of thescreen assembly 16. Since thedial plate 10 can be folded and unfolded, when thedial plate 10 is folded, the trigger device merely triggers an exposed area of thescreen assembly 16 to operate, while the wound part does not need to operate; when thedial plate 10 isunfolded, the exposed area of thescreen assembly 16 is increased, and the trigger device trigger all the exposed area of thescreen assembly 16 to operate. - The trigger device includes a
controller 1482, ascreen assembly 16, atelescopic support assembly 14 for supporting thescreen assembly 16, and a drive assembly for driving thesupport assembly 14. The drive assembly is provided with a first contact, and thesupport assembly 14 is provided with a second contact movable relative to the first contact. In the process of stretching or retracting of thesupport assembly 14, the first contact and the second contact move relatively to be in a contact or separation state, and thecontroller 1482, according to the contact state or the separation state of the first contact and the second contact, determines whether thesupport assembly 14 is in the retracted state or in the stretched state, so as to control the display of thescreen assembly 16. - Referring to
FIG. 42 ,FIG. 43 ,FIG. 44 ,FIG. 45 , andFIG. 46 , the above drive assembly may be regarded as therod assembly 1252 in the embodiment, and the first contact is arranged on therod assembly 1252. The second contact is arranged on atab 19. Thetab 19 is fixedly connected to thesupport assembly 14, and can be regarded as a part of thesupport assembly 14. In an embodiment, thesupport assembly 14 telescopes along a first direction, the first contact moves relative to the second contact along the second direction, and the first direction is different from the second direction. In a preferred embodiment, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. When thesupport assembly 14 telescopes along the first direction, the first contact and the second contact also move along the first direction. - The drive assembly includes the first connecting rod R1 and the second connecting rod R2 hinged with each other, and when the
support assembly 14 is stretched or retracted, the first connecting rod R1 and the connecting rod R2 move relative to each other. In an embodiment, the first contact is arranged on the second connecting rod R2, the second connecting rod R2 is made from an electrically conductive material, and the second connecting rod R2 is electrically coupled to thecontroller 1482. When the first contact contacts the second contact, the second connecting rod R2 and thecontroller 1482 form a current path; when the first contact is separated from the second contact, the current path formed by the second connecting rod R2 and thecontroller 1482 is disconnected. - Referring to
FIG. 46 , specifically, the first contact is grounded, the second contact is electrically coupled to a terminal of thecontroller 1482, and thecontroller 1482 is further electrically coupled to a resistor (i.e., a pull-upresistor 1483 in the embodiment, as illustrated inFIG. 46 ), and when the first contact contacts the second contact, a low level is presented at the terminal of thecontroller 1482; when the first contact is separated from the second contact, the resistor (i.e., the pull-up resistor 1483) generates a high level signal and inputs the high level signal to the terminal of thecontroller 1482. - In the embodiment, the trigger action is performed through the cooperation of one connecting rod (for example, the second connecting rod R2) of the
rod assembly 1252 and thetab 19. Therod assembly 1252 can telescope to drive the telescopic of theframe assembly 12 for supporting thescreen assembly 16. Thetab 19 is fixedly connected to theleft frame 124 of theframe assembly 12. Therod assembly 1252 includes a protrudingcolumn 194. In the process of the telescoping of therod assembly 1252, the protrudingcolumn 194 moves relative to thetab 19. In the embodiment, the first moving end P3 of therod assembly 1252 is provided with the protrudingcolumn 194 extending towards the bottom of theleft support frame 144. Specifically, the protrudingcolumn 194 is arranged at an end of the second connecting rod R2. That is to say, the first contact includes the protrudingcolumn 194 formed on the second connecting rod R2, and the second contact includes thetab 19. - Specifically, the
support assembly 14 includes thetray 147, thecontroller 1482 is installed above thetray 147, and the second contact is fixed below thetray 147. The bottom (i.e., the first bottom plate 1443) of theleft support frame 144 defines a through groove exposing the bottom of thetray 147. Thetab 19 includes a fixingsheet 192 and apressing sheet 193. The fixingsheet 192 is fixed in the through groove by a screw. Thetray 147 and thecircuit board 148 are located at an side of thefirst bottom plate 1443 away from thefirst bottom wall 1241 of theleft frame 124. The fixingsheet 192 is electrically coupled to electronic components arranged on thecircuit board 148 in thetray 147. Thepressing sheet 193 protrudes and extends from the fixingsheet 192 towards therod assembly 1252. In an embodiment, thepressing sheet 193 has a bent structure, and is integrally formed with the fixingsheet 192, and thepressing sheet 193 may be perpendicular to the fixingsheet 192. Thepressing sheet 193 is used to abut against therod assembly 1252. - Referring to
FIG. 43 andFIG. 45 in detail, the protrudingcolumn 194 is connected to a ground terminal of the circuit board 148 (referring to thecircuit board 148 of thesupport assembly 14 arranged in the left support frame 144) through aconductor 195 connected to therod assembly 1252. Therefore, the protrudingcolumn 194 is grounded. In an embodiment, the protrudingcolumn 194 and therod assembly 1252 are both made from an electrically conductive material, for example, metal rods, and therod assembly 1252 is electrically coupled to the ground terminal of thecircuit board 148 through theconductor 195. In another embodiment, therod assembly 1252 is made from an insulating material, the protrudingcolumn 194 is made from an electrically conductive material, and the protrudingcolumn 194 is electrically coupled to the ground terminal of the circuit board through the conductor. - As illustrated in
FIG. 43 andFIG. 45 , thetab 19 is electrically coupled to thecontroller 1482 on thecircuit board 148 through theconductor 196. - The protruding
column 194, thetab 19, and electronic components on thecircuit board 148 form a sensing circuit, and the sensing circuit is used to sense a relative position relationship between the protrudingcolumn 194 and thetab 19, and generate a signal. Thecontroller 1482 on thecircuit board 148 is used to receive the signal transmitted by the sensing circuit, and control the display of thescreen assembly 16. - When the
dial plate 10 is retracted, the first moving end P3 is located at an end of thefirst limit groove 1245 close to thefirst side wall 1242 of theleft frame 124, the protrudingcolumn 194 contacts or abuts against thepressing sheet 193, and through the electrical coupling between thetab 19 and therod assembly 1252, the sensing circuit is enabled to form a closed current loop, thus generating a signal. Thecontroller 1482 on thecircuit board 148, upon receiving the signal, determines that thedial plate 10 is in the retracted state, furthermore, thecontroller 1482 merely controls the exposed area of thescreen assembly 16 to operate. - When the
dial plate 10 is unfolded, the first moving end P3 is moved to an end of thefirst limit slot 1245 away from thefirst side wall 1242, the protrudingcolumn 194 is separated from thepressing sheet 193, such that the current loop of the sensing circuit is disconnected. Thecontroller 1482 cannot receive the signal, at this point, thecontroller 1482 determines that thedial plate 10 is in the expanded state, and further controls the whole exposed area of thescreen assembly 16 to operate. - Referring to
FIG. 46 in detail, a circuit architecture of the trigger device in an embodiment includes thecontroller 1482 and the pull-upresistor 1483. Thecontroller 1482 is electrically coupled to thetab 19, and a switch structure is formed between thetab 19 and the protrudingcolumn 194. When thetab 19 abuts against the protrudingcolumn 194, thetab 19 is connected to a ground terminal of the protrudingcolumn 194, at this point, a voltage at the terminal of thecontroller 1482 is zero, presenting a low level. Thecontroller 1482, upon receiving a signal of low level, determines that thescreen assembly 16 is in the retracted state. When thetab 19 is separated from the protrudingcolumn 194, thetab 19 is disconnected from the ground terminal, at this point, a high level generated by the pull-upresistor 1483 is input into the terminal of thecontroller 1482. Thecontroller 1482, upon receiving the signal of high level, determines that thescreen assembly 16 is in the expanded state. - For the trigger structure of the present disclosure, since the telescopic structure (i.e., the rod assembly 1252) is used to realize the automatic switch function of the
screen assembly 16, it is unnecessary to add a complex switch means in the dial plate 10 (only asimple tab 19 is added), avoiding occupying too much space in thedial plate 10 additionally, such that the structure of thedial plate 10 is more compact, which is advantageous to save the inner space of thedial plate 10. - In an embodiment, all of the
left frame 124, theright frame 126, theleft support frame 144, theright support frame 146 and so on of thedial plate 10 are made from a metal material, therefore, if a wireless communication module is arranged in thedial plate 10, the wireless communication module cannot work well due to the metallic cover effect. Therefore, the present disclosure further designs a unique antenna structure. - Referring to
FIG. 47 , an antenna structure includes a wireless communication module (not illustrated in the figure) and an antenna module, and the wireless communication module is arranged on thecircuit board 148 inside thedial plate 10. Thecontroller 1482 is electrically coupled to theFPC 11. TheFPC 11 extends through thesupport assembly 14 and is partially located outside thedial plate 10. The part of theFPC 11 located outside thedial plate 10 is provided with the antenna module. The antenna module is arranged on theFPC 11 outside thedial plate 10, and is electrically coupled to the wireless communication module through a conductor. - Referring to
FIG. 48 andFIG. 49 , specifically, theFPC 11 extends beyond theframe assembly 12 from thefirst groove 1246 in thefirst side wall 1242 of theleft frame 124 and thesecond groove 1266 in thesecond side wall 1262 of theright frame 126. TheFPC 11 is provided with abutton 112 and acoupler 113 for realizing electrical connection with the structures on thewrist belt 20. Thecoupler 113 and thebutton 112 are arranged on the front face of theFPC 11, and are electrically coupled to the electronic components on thecircuit board 148 throughconductors 115. - The part of the
FPC 11 located outside thedial plate 10 is further attached with a reinforcingstructure 114 spaced apart from the antenna module, and the reinforcingstructure 114 and the antenna module are located at the same side of the FPC. The part of theFPC 11 located outside thedial plate 10 is further provided with thebutton 112, and thebutton 112 and the antenna module are located at two opposite sides of theFPC 11, respectively. Specifically, a bottom face of theFPC 11 is provided with the reinforcingstructure 114, as illustrated inFIG. 47 , and the reinforcingstructure 114 includes two portions independent from each other. The reinforcingstructure 114 is made of a rigid material, and can reinforce the hardness of theFPC 11, such that theFPC 11, when extending beyond thedial plate 10, can maintain flat shape connected to the electronic components such as the button and the coupler. The arrangement of the reinforcingstructure 114 is advantageous to enhance the stability and service life of thebutton 112 and thecoupler 113 on the FPC. The reinforcingstructure 114 arranged on the bottom face of theFPC 11 can be a metal sheet. Furthermore, the reinforcingstructure 114 can act as the antenna module, i.e., a radiating body of an antenna, and the antenna module is electrically coupled to the wireless communication module through the conductor to realize reception and transmission of wireless signals. The antenna module can be designed as an inverted F antenna or other types of antenna. Particularly, the reinforcingstructure 114 located at the left side and the reinforcingstructure 114 located at the right side are spaced apart by a trench so as to be insulated from each other. An area of the reinforcingstructure 114 located at the left side is less than that of the reinforcingstructure 114 located at the right side. Only the reinforcingstructure 114 located at the left side acts as the antenna module, while the reinforcingstructure 114 located at the right side is merely for supporting and reinforcement. - The
FPC 11 extending beyond thedial plate 10 is fixed onto thebase 1422 of thebracket 142, the bottom face of theFPC 11 lies on thebase 1422, and thecoupler 113 and thebutton 112 on the front face of theFPC 11 are exposed so as to be combined with relevant structures of thewrist belt 20. - The
dial plate 10 of the present disclosure is combined with thewrist belt 20. Thewrist belt 20 not only is used to be worn on the wrist of the user, but also can supply power to thedial plate 10. In the present disclosure, thebattery module 30 is arranged on thewrist belt 20, preventing it from occupying the space in thedial plate 10, which is advantageous to design thedial plate 10 with small dimension. - Referring to
FIG. 50 to FIG. 53 , thewrist belt 20 includes a connecting part 21, asupport sheet 22, and an envelopingbody 23. The connecting part 21 is connected to an end of thesupport sheet 22 for connecting thesupport sheet 22 to thedial plate 10. The envelopingbody 23 envelops thesupport sheet 22 and the connecting part 21 for contacting the wrist of the human body. - The connecting part 21 includes an
end face 211, abottom face 212, atop face 213, and afirst side face 214 and asecond side face 215 oppositely arranged and connected between theend face 211, thebottom face 212, and thetop face 213. Thetop face 213 has an arc shape. Thebottom face 212 includes an arc-shape face corresponding to thetop face 213 and a plane corresponding to theend face 211. The connecting part 21 defines a receiving space. Theend face 211 defines afirst opening 2112. Theend face 211 is attached with thedial plate 10, and a part of the thedial plate 10 extend into the connecting part 21 through thefirst opening 2112. In the embodiment, thefirst opening 2112 is used for thebase 1422 on thebracket 142 of thedial plate 10 to extend into the connecting part 21. Thetop face 213 defines asecond opening 2132 and athird opening 2133. Thesecond opening 2132 is close to theend face 211 and communicates with thefirst opening 2112. After thebase 1422 extends into the inside of the connecting part 21, the button on theFPC 11 of thebase 1422 is received in thesecond opening 2132. Thethird opening 2133 directly faces thebottom face 212. - The
support sheet 22 is made from an elastic metal, and it is inserted in the envelopingbody 23. Thesupport sheet 22 includes atop end 221, abottom end 222, and abending section 223 connected between thetop end 221 and thebottom end 222. Thetop end 221 is used to be fixedly connected to the connecting part 21. Thebottom end 222 is used to fix thebattery module 30. In a preferred embodiment, a plane where thetop end 221 is located and a plane where thebottom end 222 is located are substantially parallel (i.e., thetop end 221 and thebottom end 222 are parallel or nearly parallel). Thesupport sheet 22 is attached with anFPC 25, and theFPC 25 extends from thebottom end 222 of thesupport sheet 22 to thetop end 221. TheFPC 25 on thesupport sheet 22 is fixedly connected to theFPC 11 of thedial plate 10, so as to conduct the signal and the current. - The
top end 221 of thesupport sheet 22 passes through an end face of thebottom face 212, as illustrated inFIG. 51 andFIG. 52 , and thetop end 221 is locked in the connecting part 21 by four screws. One side of the top end of thesupport sheet 22 is fixed with aloudspeaker 24, and theloudspeaker 24 is received in thethird opening 2133. Certainly, theloudspeaker 24 also can be other electronic components, for example, a battery management chip and a flash light. Thefirst side face 214 of the connecting part 21 defines a penetratinghole 2142. The penetratinghole 2142 is arranged close to theend face 211 and communicates with thefirst opening 2112, and thehead end 151 of the operatingrod 15 in thebase 1422 extends into the penetratinghole 2142. - Referring to
FIG. 53 , thebottom end 222 of thesupport sheet 22 is provided with thebattery module 30 connected to theFPC 25. Thebattery module 30 includes abottom frame 32 and atop cover 34. - The
bottom frame 32 is attached with thebottom end 222 of thesupport sheet 22 in a manner such as injection molding. Thebottom frame 32 has a hollow square frame structure, and is formed by connecting four side walls. The four side walls together define an opening. Thesupport sheet 22 is exposed to the opening. -
Baffles 2221 protrude from the surface of thebottom end 222 of thesupport sheet 22, as illustrated inFIG. 53 , the number of thebaffles 2221 is two, and thebaffles 2221 are formed by cutting and bending thebottom end 222. Thebaffles 2221 are fixedly connected to thebottom frame 32. In an embodiment, thebottom end 222 has a sheet-shape structure, and thebaffle 2221 is perpendicular to the surface of thebottom end 222. Thebaffle 2221 of thesupport sheet 22 is inserted in a side wall of thebottom frame 32 in the molding process of thebottom frame 32, such that the combination of thebottom frame 32 with thesupport sheet 22 is more stable. Specifically, thebottom frame 32 can be formed on thebottom end 222 by means of injection molding. - The
bottom frame 32 defines a buckle hole. Thetop cover 34 is provided with a buckle hook for clamping in the buckle hole of thebottom frame 32, thus fixing thetop cover 34 to thebottom frame 32. Furthermore, the top cover and the bottom frame are fixed by a screw passing through a screw hole of thetop cover 34 and locked in the screw hole of thebottom frame 32. - The
bottom frame 32 defines an inner cavity for receiving the battery, and thetop cover 34 covers thebottom frame 32 so as to cover the battery in thebottom frame 32. - Referring to
FIG. 53 , the present disclosure further provides apower switch 40. In an embodiment, thepower switch 40 is arranged at one side of thebattery module 30. Specifically, thepower switch 40 is arranged on theFPC 25 in thewrist belt 20. TheFPC 25 attached on thesupport sheet 22 forms aside wing 252 at a place of thebottom end 222 of thesupport sheet 22. Thepower switch 40 is arranged on theside wing 252, and theside wing 252 extends into one side wall of thebottom frame 32, and is fixed at the penetratinghole 322 of the side wall of thebottom frame 32 through a fixing structure. - In another embodiment, the
FPC 25 forms a cross structure at the bottom portion and erects upwards on the two sides to form theside wings 252. The side wall of thebottom frame 32 defines two penetratingholes 322 for theside wings 252 of theFPC 25 to pass through. TheFPC 25 is attached on the bottom face of thesupport sheet 22, and thebottom frame 32 is fixed to the top face of thesupport sheet 22. The side walls of thebottom frame 32 define penetratingholes 322. Thebottom end 222 of thesupport sheet 22 defines throughholes 2222 passing through the bottom face and the top face thereof. - Referring to
FIG. 54 , theFPC 25 penetrates into thebottom frame 32 through the throughholes 2222 of thesupport sheet 22, and theside wings 252 extend into the penetratingholes 322 of thebottom frame 32. One of theside wings 252 is fixed with thepower switch 40. Thebattery module 30 further includes asupport tab 36. Thesupport tab 36 includes a pair of oppositely arrangedabutment portions 362 and an elastic connectingsheet 364 connected between the pair ofabutment portions 362. The pair ofabutment portions 362 abut against the twoside wings 252 of theFPC 25, respectively, and the connectingsheet 364 is connected between the pair ofabutment portions 362 so as to provide support to thepower switch 40, such that thepower switch 40, when being pressed down, can be supported by thesupport tab 36 to restore an original position. Thesupport tab 36 and theFPC 25 together envelop the battery, and the twoside wings 252 are located at two sides of the battery, respectively. - As illustrated in
FIG. 51 ,FIG. 52 , andFIG. 53 , thewrist belt 20 further includes alap sheet 26, and thebottom end 222 of thesupport sheet 22 is connected to thelap sheet 26 by rivets. Thelap sheet 26 is made from a deformable stainless iron sheet material. Thelap sheet 26 and thesupport sheet 22 are made from different materials. The strength of thelap sheet 26 is higher than that of thesupport sheet 22, and thelap sheet 26 is mainly used to shape the envelopingbody 23, so as to comply with the shape of the wrist of the human body. Thelap sheet 26 has better flexibility, and can be bent to any position, and can maintain the shape at any position. Therefore, the wrist is enveloped by thesupport sheet 22, and thelap sheet 26 prevents thewrist belt 20 from falling off. - A screw passes through the
top end 221 of thesupport sheet 22 and thebottom face 212 of the connecting part 21, and is locked in the screw hole of thebase 1422 of thebracket 142, thus assembling and fixing thedial plate 10, the connecting part 21, and thesupport sheet 22. - The enveloping
body 23 is used to envelop the connecting part 21 and thesupport sheet 22. In an embodiment, the envelopingbody 23 is made from a soft material. Specifically, thesupport sheet 22 is preferably an elastic manganese steel sheet, and the envelopingbody 23 is a silicone molded on thesupport sheet 22. - Referring to
FIG. 50 to FIG. 52 , the envelopingbody 23 includes atop portion 236 and abottom portion 237, thetop portion 236 is close to thedial plate 10, and thebottom portion 237 is away from thedial plate 10. An end of thetop portion 236 of the envelopingbody 23 defines a receivingspace 2351 for receiving the connecting part 21. A top face of thetop portion 236 of the envelopingbody 23 is provided with ahome button 231. Thehome button 231 is arranged opposite to thesecond opening 2132 on the connecting part 21. Thehome button 231 is corresponding to thebutton 112 on theFPC 11. By pressing down thehome button 231, thebutton 112 on theFPC 11 can be triggered, such that display contents of thescreen assembly 16 return to a home interface. - A side face of the
top portion 236 of the envelopingbody 23 is provided with anexpansion button 232. Theexpansion button 232 is arranged opposite to the penetratinghole 2142 in the connecting part 21, and theexpansion button 232 is corresponding to thehead end 151 of the operatingrod 15. By pressing down theexpansion button 232, thedial plate 10 expands automatically. - A side face of the
bottom portion 237 of the envelopingbody 23 is provided with aswitch button 234, and theswitch button 234 is corresponding to thepower switch 40 of thesupport sheet 22. By pressing down theswitch button 234, thedial plate 10 is turned on or off. - The enveloping
body 23 is further provided with thesound holes 235, corresponding to theloudspeaker 24. The sound from theloudspeaker 24 goes out through the sound holes 235. - A free end of the
bottom portion 237 of the envelopingbody 23 is provided with atail portion 2371, and thetail portion 2371 is used to envelop thelap sheet 26. - Finally, it should be indicated that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely for illustrating the technical solutions of the present disclosure, rather than limiting the present disclosure. Although the present disclosure is described in detail with reference to the preceding embodiments, a person ordinarily skilled in the art should know that the scope of protection of the present disclosure is not limited to this, while modifications or replacements easily envisaged by any one skilled in the art, within the technical scope of the present disclosure, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present disclosure should be based on the scope of protection of the claims.
Claims (21)
- A frame assembly for supporting a screen assembly, comprising:a left frame;a right frame; anda telescopic assembly;wherein, the left frame and the right frame are oppositely arranged and define a receiving space therebetween, the telescopic assembly is located in the receiving space, the telescopic assembly is connected between the left frame and the right frame, and through telescoping of the telescopic assembly, a distance between the left frame and the right frame is variable, so as to change a dimension of the frame assembly.
- The frame assembly of claim 1, wherein the telescopic assembly comprises a rod assembly and an elastic element, the rod assembly comprises at least two connecting rods hinged with each other, the elastic element is elastically connected between the at least two connecting rods, when the elastic element is in a stretched state, the rod assembly isunfolded, and when the rod assembly is folded, the elastic element is in an elastically compressed state.
- The frame assembly of claim 2, wherein the rod assembly comprises a first fixing end, a second fixing end, a first moving end, and a second moving end, the first fixing end is fixedly connected to the left frame, the second fixing end is fixedly connected to the right frame, the first moving end is slidably connected to the left frame, and the second moving end is slidably connected to the right frame.
- The frame assembly of claim 3, wherein the rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod, and a fourth connecting rod, the first connecting rod is hinged to the third connecting rod, the second connecting rod is hinged to the fourth connecting rod; an end of the first connecting rod is hinged to an end of the second connecting rod, another end of the first connecting rod is provided with the second moving end, another end of the second connecting rod is provided with the first moving end; an end of the third connecting rod is hinged to an end of the fourth connecting rod, another end of the third connecting rod is provided with the second fixing end, and another end of the fourth connecting rod is provided with the first fixing end.
- The frame assembly of claim 4, wherein the elastic element is a coil spring, the elastic element is sleeved at a hinged place between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, and two ends of the elastic element are fixed to the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, respectively.
- The frame assembly of claim 4, wherein a surface of the first connecting rod contacting the third connecting rod forms a step for limiting movement of the rod assembly in a telescopic process, and when the elastic element is in the elastically compressed state, the third connecting rod abuts against the step to prevent further movement of the first connecting rod relative to the third connecting rod.
- The frame assembly of claim 4, wherein the left frame comprises a first bottom wall, the right frame comprises a second bottom wall, the first bottom wall defines a first screw hole and an elongated first limit slot, the second bottom wall defines a second screw hole and an elongated second limit slot, the first fixing end is fixed to the first screw hole, the second fixing end is fixed to the second screw hole, the first moving end is slidably connected to the first limit slot, and the second moving end is slidably connected to the second limit slot.
- The frame assembly of claim 7, wherein the left frame further comprises a pair of first side walls respectively formed at two opposite sides of the first bottom wall, and a first connecting wall connected between the first bottom wall and the pair of first side walls; the right frame further comprises a pair of second side walls respectively formed at two opposite sides of the second bottom wall, and a second connecting wall connected between the second bottom wall and the pair of second side walls.
- The frame assembly of claim 8, wherein the first bottom wall and the second bottom wall are coplanar with each other, the pair of first side walls are engaged with the pair of second side walls, respectively, and when the left frame and the right frame get close to each other, the pair of first side walls are located at inner sides of the pair of second side walls, respectively.
- The frame assembly of claim 8, wherein one of the pair of first side walls defines a first groove, the first groove defines an opening at an end face of the one of the pair of first side walls away from the first connecting wall; one of the pair of second side walls defines a second groove, the second groove defines an opening at an end face of the one of the pair of second side walls away from the second connecting wall; when the left frame and the right frame get close to each other, the first groove and the second groove overlap with each other.
- The frame assembly of claim 4, wherein the frame assembly further comprises a connecting sheet, an operating rod, and a bracket, the bracket comprises a bracket body and a base connected to the bracket body, the rod assembly is connected to the bracket body, the operating rod is elastically and slidably connected to the base, the connecting sheet is operable to pass through the left frame and the right frame, and the connecting sheet has an end connected to the rod assembly, and the other end extending into the base and engaging with the operating rod to form a locking structure, so as to lock the rod assembly in a folded position.
- The frame assembly of claim 11, wherein the base defines a first guide groove and a second guide groove that cross and communicate with each other, the first guide groove is operable to receive the connecting sheet, the second guide groove is operable to receive the operating rod, when the rod assembly is in the folded state, the operating rod is snapped to the connecting sheet, and when the rod assembly is in an unfolded state, the operating rod is separated from the connecting sheet.
- The frame assembly of claim 12, wherein the connecting sheet defines a clamp notch, the second guide groove comprises an open end defined at an edge of the base and a bottom end arranged opposite to the open end; the operating rod comprises a head end and a tail end opposite to the head end, and a snap-fit portion connected between the head end and the tail end, the tail end and the bottom end of the second guide groove are elastically connected through a spring therebetween, the head end is operable to extend out of the open end, when the rod assembly is in the folded state, the snap-fit portion engages in the clamp notch, such that the rod assembly is locked in the folded position; the head end of the operating rod is operable to be pressed, the snap-fit portion is released from the clamp notch, such that the rod assembly isunfolded.
- The frame assembly of claim 13, wherein the base further defines a hole communicating with the second guide groove, the operating rod further comprises a protrusion between the head end and the snap-fit portion, the protrusion is received in the hole and is movable in the hole, so as to limit movement of the operating rod in the second guide groove.
- The frame assembly of claim 13, wherein an end of the connecting sheet away from the rod assembly comprises a first inclined face, the snap-fit portion of the operating rod comprises a second inclined face oriented towards the first guide groove, the second inclined face is operable to be engaged with the first inclined face to drive the operating rod to move in the second guide groove through movement of the connecting sheet.
- The frame assembly of claim 11, wherein the bracket body comprises a front baffle, a rear baffle, a plate, and a support beam, the front baffle and the rear baffle are oppositely arranged at an interval, and surfaces of the front baffle and of the rear baffle facing each other are both provided with a limit passage, the limit passage is operable to receive the left frame and the right frame, the plate and the support beam are oppositely arranged at two opposite sides of the front baffle and the rear baffle, the support beam is operable to connect the rod assembly, when the rod assembly is in the folded state, the left frame and the right frame are connected to two opposite sides of the support beam, respectively, and when the rod assembly is in the unfolded state, the left frame and the right frame are separated from the support beam.
- The frame assembly of claim 16, wherein the support beam defines a third screw hole and a third limit slot, the third screw hole is adjacent to the rear baffle, and the third limit slot is adjacent to the front baffle, a spindle at a hinged place between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, is fixed in the third screw hole, and a spindle at a hinged place between the third connecting rod and the fourth connecting rod is slidably connected to the third limit slot.
- The frame assembly of claim 17, wherein an end of the connecting sheet is fixedly connected to the spindle at the hinged place between the third connecting rod and the fourth connecting rod.
- The frame assembly of claim 16, wherein the frame assembly further comprises a left bottom plate, a right bottom plate, and a support plate, the left bottom plate is fixed to a bottom face of the left frame, the right bottom plate is fixed to a bottom face of the right frame, the support plate is fixedly connected between the front baffle and the rear baffle and covers the support beam, when the rod assembly is in the folded state, the support plate covers the left bottom plate and the right bottom plate, when the rod assembly is in the unfolded state, the left bottom plate, the right bottom plate, and the support plate are connected with each other to form a continuous bottom face of the frame assembly.
- A dial plate comprising:a screen assembly;a reel assembly; andthe frame assembly of any one of claims 1 to 19;wherein, the reel assembly is received in the receiving space defined in the frame assembly and is rotatably connected to the frame assembly, the reel assembly is operable to be wound by the screen assembly, and the frame assembly is operable to support the screen assembly.
- A smart wristband comprising the dial plate of claim 20, a wrist belt, and a battery module, wherein an end of the wrist belt is connected to the dial plate.
