L'invention concerne un ensemble connecteur dit modulaire.The invention relates to a so-called modular connector assembly.
En particulier, on peut utiliser un tel ensemble connecteur par exemple pour des applications aérospatiales ou encore pour des applications militaires voire aéronautiques. Un tel ensemble connecteur doit pouvoir résister à des contraintes mécaniques fortes. De façon connue, notamment selon la norme EN4165, ces ensembles connecteurs comportent des boitiers d'embase et de fiche qui peuvent être assemblés ou accouplés l'un à l'autre. Les boitiers comportent respectivement des contacts électriques complémentaires permettant la connexion électrique lorsque les boitiers d'embase et de fiche sont assemblés. - Assembly (1) according to Claim 1, wherein said at least one return member (23) is configured to urge the clip-fastening element (21) borne by the plug casing (31) into the position of engagement, in which position said clip-fastening element (21) projects into the passage of the receptacle poka-yoke (17) in the plug casing (31) so that, on assembly, the receptacle poka-yoke (17) is configured to come to bear against said clip-fastening element (21) and continue its travel.
- Assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the receptacle poka-yoke (17) is configured to plug-together with the plug poka-yoke (15) through a translational movement in a direction of assembly (D), and wherein the clip-fastening elements (17d, 21) are configured for mutual engagement in a radial manner with respect to the direction of assembly (D) when the receptacle poka-yoke (17) is in the end-of-travel position.
- Assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the clip-fastening elements (17d, 21) comprise at least:- a clip-fastening projection (21) and- a complementing clip-fastening groove (17d)which are such that the clip-fastening projection (21) is configured to engage in the clip-fastening groove (17d) when the receptacle poka-yoke (17) is in the end-of-travel position.
- Assembly (1) according to Claim 4, wherein the clip-fastening projection (21) is produced as one piece with the push-button (25), and the clip-fastening groove (17d) is formed on the receptacle poka-yoke (17).
- Assembly (1) according to Claim 4 or 5, wherein the receptacle poka-yoke (17) has an exterior contour of cylindrical shape and wherein the clip-fastening projection (21) has a curved shape that complements the shape of the clip-fastening groove (17d) formed on the cylindrical peripheral region of the receptacle poka-yoke (17).
- Assembly (1) according to one of Claims 4 to 6, wherein the clip-fastening projection (21) comprises:- an entry portion (21a) configured to be the first portion of the clip-fastening projection (21) to come into contact with the end of the receptacle poka-yoke (17) during assembly, and shaped to conform to the shape of the end of the receptacle poka-yoke (17), and- a retaining portion (21b) configured to come to bear against an internal wall of the receptacle poka-yoke (17) delimiting the clip-fastening groove (17d) under the thrust of said at least one return member (23), so as to limit the translational travel of the receptacle poka-yoke (17).
- Assembly (1) according to Claim 7, wherein- the entry portion (21a) has a frustoconical surface, and- the retaining portion (21b) has a cylindrical surface.
- Assembly (1) according to Claim 8, wherein the frustoconical surface is generated by a generatrix that makes an angle (α) of less than 45°, preferably of the order of 15° to 35°, with the direction of assembly (D) .
- Assembly (1) according to Claim 3 considered in conjunction with any one of the preceding claims, wherein said at least one push-button (25) is mounted with the ability to move radially with respect to the direction of assembly (D) of the receptacle poka-yoke (17) in the plug casing (31).
- Assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said at least one push-button (25) comprises:- an actuating zone (25a) arranged projecting on the plug casing (31), and- a body (25b) arranged inside the plug casing (31) and having an orifice (29) configured to accept the end (17e) of the receptacle poka-yoke (17) in the end-of-travel position.
- Assembly according to the preceding claim, wherein said at least one return member (23) is mounted on the body (25b) of the push-button (25) opposite the actuating zone (25a).
- Assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the plug poka-yoke (15) is produced in the form of a sleeve and the receptacle poka-yoke (17) is produced in the form of a pin which is configured in such a way as to be housed inside the sleeve when the casings (31, 51) are coupled together.
