Definitions
- the present invention relates to a laundry care device with a controller.
- washing liquid is fed to a tub of the laundry care device in a conventional laundry care device.
- a laundry drum of the laundry care device is rotated by a drum drive at a rotational speed in order to ensure advantageous wetting of the laundry in the laundry drum. Since the washing liquid in the tub provides increased resistance for the rotating laundry drum, the drum drive has to use increased force to rotate the laundry drum filled with laundry, which increases the overall energy consumption of the laundry care appliance.
- the object on which the invention is based is to specify a laundry care device in which an advantageous and energy-efficient laundry care process can be carried out.
- the object of the invention is provided by a laundry care device with a tub for receiving washing liquid, wherein in the Lye container a pressure detection device is arranged, which is designed to detect the pressure of the washing liquid in the tub, wherein a laundry drum for receiving laundry is arranged in the tub, a drum drive for rotating the laundry drum, a washing liquid supply device for feeding washing liquid into the tub, a pump for pumping washing liquid from the tub and a controller for controlling the drum drive, the washing liquid supply device and the pump released, the controller being designed to activate the washing liquid supply device during a first period of time in order to supply washing liquid into the tub and the drum drive activate to rotate the laundry drum at a first rotational speed and to wet laundry in the laundry drum with the supplied washing liquid, the control being designed at the end of the first Zei tab section to activate the pump in order to pump the washing liquid out of the tub and from the laundry care device if the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub remains constant during a detection time section, and the control is designed to perform the second time section
- the laundry care process ensures advantageous laundry care of the laundry in the laundry drum during the first and second time segments. Since the pump and the washing liquid supply device are deactivated during the second time segment, the energy consumption of the laundry care device can be significantly reduced.
- an equilibrium is reached between a laundry care agent concentration in the laundry and a laundry care agent concentration outside the laundry in the laundry drum.
- This equilibrium can be recognized by the fact that the pressure of the washing liquid in the tub, detected by the pressure detection device no longer drops, but remains constant. Since the laundry in the equilibrium state has the same laundry care agent concentration as the washing liquid supplied, it is not absolutely necessary to supply further washing liquid to the tub after the equilibrium state has been reached.
- the free washing liquid that is not bound to the laundry can be pumped out by the pump at the end of the first period of time. Since the amount of washing liquid in the tub has thus been reduced, the drum drive only has to rotate the washing drum filled with laundry during the second time segment through a reduced amount of washing liquid bound in the laundry. As a result, the energy consumption of the laundry care device can be significantly reduced and overheating of the motor of the drum drive can also be avoided. Furthermore, due to the reduced amount of washing liquid in the tub during the second time segment, the laundry in the rotating laundry drum can be turned particularly advantageously. The cleaning efficiency of the laundry care process is not reduced here.
- a laundry care device is understood to mean a device that is used for laundry care, such as a washing machine or a tumble dryer.
- a laundry care appliance is understood to mean a household laundry care appliance. So a laundry care device, which is used in the context of housekeeping, and with which laundry is treated in household quantities.
- control is designed to activate the pump at the end of the first time segment in order to pump the washing liquid out of the tub and out of the laundry care device when a detection mean value of the detected pressure values during the detection time segment is a comparison mean value of the detected pressure values during a comparison time segment corresponds, with the acquisition time segment following the comparison time segment.
- control can particularly advantageously determine when the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub remains constant.
- the pressure detection device detects a large number of pressure values during the comparison time segment and the subsequent detection time segment.
- the control determines a comparison mean value from the multiplicity of pressure values recorded during the comparison time segment.
- the control further determines a detection mean value from the plurality of pressure values detected during the detection time segment. The control now compares the acquisition mean value with the comparison mean value. If the detection mean value corresponds to the comparison mean value, the control can advantageously determine that the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub remains constant.
- the controller can advantageously determine that the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub remains constant if the detection mean value lies within a tolerance range of the comparison mean value. Then, at the end of the first time segment, the controller can activate the pump in order to pump washing liquid out of the tub.
- the controller is designed to activate the pump at the end of the first time segment in order to pump the washing liquid out of the tub and out of the laundry care device if the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub does not exceed an upper pressure threshold value during the detection time segment and does not fall below a lower pressure threshold.
- control can particularly advantageously determine when the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub will remain constant.
- the upper pressure threshold value and the lower pressure threshold value differ from one another only to a small extent, so that it is ensured that recorded pressure values that are between the upper and lower pressure threshold values also differ only slightly from one another, so that the control system maintains a constant Can detect pressure during the detection period.
- the control itself can be designed to determine the upper pressure threshold value and the lower pressure threshold value in the context of a reference laundry care cycle, or the two pressure threshold values can be specified when setting up the laundry care device.
- the laundry care device comprises a program selection device for selecting a laundry care program of the laundry care device, the controller being designed to determine the duration of the detection time segment and the comparison time segment, and / or the upper and lower pressure threshold values, depending on the selected laundry care program.
- the first rotational speed and the second rotational speed are identical and in particular have a value between 40 rpm and 60 rpm.
- first and second rotational speed ensures a simplification of the transition between the first and second time segment, since the control can operate the drum drive in both time segments with an identical rotational speed.
- a first and second rotational speed between 40 rpm and 60 rpm can also be advantageous in a further embodiment if the first and second rotational speeds differ.
- control is designed to deactivate the pump during the second time segment, when the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub falls below a minimum pressure threshold value.
- the minimum pressure threshold value is selected to be sufficiently high to ensure that the pump is deactivated in good time before it runs dry.
- control is designed to end the second time segment after a maximum time period has been reached, the control being particularly designed to determine the maximum time period of the second time segment as a function of the second rotational speed.
- the laundry care device comprises a program selection device for selecting a laundry care program of the laundry care device, the controller being designed to determine the maximum duration of the second time segment as a function of the selected laundry care program.

- the controller is designed to move the feed valve into the second valve position during the first time segment in order to guide washing liquid through the feed line into the tub, and the controller is designed to move the feed valve into the first valve position during the second time segment transfer in order to fluidically block the supply line.
- control ensures a particularly advantageous control of the amount of washing liquid supplied by controlling the supply valve of the washing liquid supply device.
- control is designed to activate the washing liquid supply device during a third time segment following the second time segment in order to supply washing liquid to the tub, and to activate the drum drive to rotate the laundry drum at a third rotational speed.
- the activation of the washing liquid supply device ensures particularly effective rinsing of the laundry in the laundry drum.
- the third rotational speed can be greater than the second rotational speed during the second time segment in order to ensure effective rinsing of the laundry.
- the controller is designed to activate the pump during the third time segment in order to pump washing liquid out of the tub.

Description
The present invention relates to a laundry care device with a controller.
In order to ensure an advantageous laundry care process, washing liquid is fed to a tub of the laundry care device in a conventional laundry care device. During the laundry care process, a laundry drum of the laundry care device is rotated by a drum drive at a rotational speed in order to ensure advantageous wetting of the laundry in the laundry drum. Since the washing liquid in the tub provides increased resistance for the rotating laundry drum, the drum drive has to use increased force to rotate the laundry drum filled with laundry, which increases the overall energy consumption of the laundry care appliance.

According to one aspect, the object of the invention is provided by a laundry care device with a tub for receiving washing liquid, wherein in the Lye container a pressure detection device is arranged, which is designed to detect the pressure of the washing liquid in the tub, wherein a laundry drum for receiving laundry is arranged in the tub, a drum drive for rotating the laundry drum, a washing liquid supply device for feeding washing liquid into the tub, a pump for pumping washing liquid from the tub and a controller for controlling the drum drive, the washing liquid supply device and the pump released, the controller being designed to activate the washing liquid supply device during a first period of time in order to supply washing liquid into the tub and the drum drive activate to rotate the laundry drum at a first rotational speed and to wet laundry in the laundry drum with the supplied washing liquid, the control being designed at the end of the first Zei tab section to activate the pump in order to pump the washing liquid out of the tub and from the laundry care device if the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub remains constant during a detection time section, and the control is designed to perform the second time section following the first time section To deactivate the pump and the washing liquid supply device, and to activate the drum drive in order to rotate the washing drum at a second rotational speed and to wet the washing in the washing drum with washing liquid absorbed in the washing.
This has the technical advantage that the laundry care process ensures advantageous laundry care of the laundry in the laundry drum during the first and second time segments. Since the pump and the washing liquid supply device are deactivated during the second time segment, the energy consumption of the laundry care device can be significantly reduced.
During a laundry care process, after a certain period of time, an equilibrium is reached between a laundry care agent concentration in the laundry and a laundry care agent concentration outside the laundry in the laundry drum. This equilibrium can be recognized by the fact that the pressure of the washing liquid in the tub, detected by the pressure detection device no longer drops, but remains constant. Since the laundry in the equilibrium state has the same laundry care agent concentration as the washing liquid supplied, it is not absolutely necessary to supply further washing liquid to the tub after the equilibrium state has been reached.
After the state of equilibrium has been reached, the free washing liquid that is not bound to the laundry can be pumped out by the pump at the end of the first period of time.
A laundry care device is understood to mean a device that is used for laundry care, such as a washing machine or a tumble dryer. In particular, such a laundry care appliance is understood to mean a household laundry care appliance. So a laundry care device, which is used in the context of housekeeping, and with which laundry is treated in household quantities.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the control is designed to activate the pump at the end of the first time segment in order to pump the washing liquid out of the tub and out of the laundry care device when a detection mean value of the detected pressure values during the detection time segment is a comparison mean value of the detected pressure values during a comparison time segment corresponds, with the acquisition time segment following the comparison time segment.
This achieves the technical advantage that the control can particularly advantageously determine when the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub remains constant. The pressure detection device detects a large number of pressure values during the comparison time segment and the subsequent detection time segment. In this case, the control determines a comparison mean value from the multiplicity of pressure values recorded during the comparison time segment. In this case, the control further determines a detection mean value from the plurality of pressure values detected during the detection time segment. The control now compares the acquisition mean value with the comparison mean value. If the detection mean value corresponds to the comparison mean value, the control can advantageously determine that the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub remains constant. In a further embodiment, the controller can advantageously determine that the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub remains constant if the detection mean value lies within a tolerance range of the comparison mean value. Then, at the end of the first time segment, the controller can activate the pump in order to pump washing liquid out of the tub.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the controller is designed to activate the pump at the end of the first time segment in order to pump the washing liquid out of the tub and out of the laundry care device if the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub does not exceed an upper pressure threshold value during the detection time segment and does not fall below a lower pressure threshold.
This achieves the technical advantage that the control can particularly advantageously determine when the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub will remain constant. The upper pressure threshold value and the lower pressure threshold value differ from one another only to a small extent, so that it is ensured that recorded pressure values that are between the upper and lower pressure threshold values also differ only slightly from one another, so that the control system maintains a constant Can detect pressure during the detection period. In a further embodiment, the control itself can be designed to determine the upper pressure threshold value and the lower pressure threshold value in the context of a reference laundry care cycle, or the two pressure threshold values can be specified when setting up the laundry care device.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the laundry care device comprises a program selection device for selecting a laundry care program of the laundry care device, the controller being designed to determine the duration of the detection time segment and the comparison time segment, and / or the upper and lower pressure threshold values, depending on the selected laundry care program.
This has the technical advantage that a particularly precise determination of the duration of the acquisition time segment and the comparison time segment, or the respective pressure threshold value, is made possible. Since the duration of the detection time segment and the comparison time segment, or the respective pressure threshold values, can depend on various parameters, such as type of laundry, amount of laundry, degree of soiling of the laundry, and the like, further information can be made available to the control by selecting a specific laundry care program enable the control to determine the duration of the respective time segments or the respective pressure threshold values in a particularly advantageous manner.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the first rotational speed and the second rotational speed are identical and in particular have a value between 40 rpm and 60 rpm.
This has the technical advantage that an identical first and second rotational speed ensures a simplification of the transition between the first and second time segment, since the control can operate the drum drive in both time segments with an identical rotational speed. A first and second rotational speed between 40 rpm and 60 rpm, in particular 50 rpm, is particularly advantageous here. A first and second rotational speed between 40 rpm and 60 rpm can also be advantageous in a further embodiment if the first and second rotational speeds differ.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the control is designed to deactivate the pump during the second time segment, when the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub falls below a minimum pressure threshold value.
This has the technical advantage that it is ensured that the pump does not run dry and is therefore not damaged. The minimum pressure threshold value is selected to be sufficiently high to ensure that the pump is deactivated in good time before it runs dry.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the control is designed to end the second time segment after a maximum time period has been reached, the control being particularly designed to determine the maximum time period of the second time segment as a function of the second rotational speed.
This has the technical advantage that ending the second time segment after the maximum period of time has elapsed ensures that laundry care substance contained in the laundry is not washed out of the laundry, and thus a sufficient laundry care effect can be ensured.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the laundry care device comprises a program selection device for selecting a laundry care program of the laundry care device, the controller being designed to determine the maximum duration of the second time segment as a function of the selected laundry care program.
This achieves the technical advantage that the maximum duration of the second time segment can be advantageously determined as a function of the selected laundry care program in such a way that the time duration of the second time segment can be optimized with regard to a particularly advantageous laundry care success.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the washing liquid supply device has a supply line and a supply valve, the supply valve being designed to fluidically block the supply line in a first valve position and to fluidically release the supply line in a second valve setting in order to allow washing liquid through the supply line to the tub The controller is designed to move the feed valve into the second valve position during the first time segment in order to guide washing liquid through the feed line into the tub, and the controller is designed to move the feed valve into the first valve position during the second time segment transfer in order to fluidically block the supply line.
This achieves the technical advantage that the control ensures a particularly advantageous control of the amount of washing liquid supplied by controlling the supply valve of the washing liquid supply device.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the control is designed to activate the washing liquid supply device during a third time segment following the second time segment in order to supply washing liquid to the tub, and to activate the drum drive to rotate the laundry drum at a third rotational speed.
This achieves the technical advantage that, after the end of the second time segment, the activation of the washing liquid supply device ensures particularly effective rinsing of the laundry in the laundry drum. In one embodiment, the third rotational speed can be greater than the second rotational speed during the second time segment in order to ensure effective rinsing of the laundry.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the controller is designed to activate the pump during the third time segment in order to pump washing liquid out of the tub.
This achieves the technical advantage that after the end of the second period of time, the activation of the pump during the rinsing process results in an effective rinsing of laundry care substance from the laundry.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the laundry care device has a heating device for heating the washing liquid in the tub, and the control is designed, the heating device during the activate the first and / or second time segment in order to heat the washing liquid in the tub.
This achieves the technical advantage that by heating the washing liquid, a particularly effective dissolution of the laundry care substance is achieved and, moreover, the effectiveness of the laundry care process can be increased.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care device, the tub comprises a drain opening and an inlet nozzle, the drain opening being connected to the inlet nozzle by a fluid-carrying line, the pump being arranged in the line and being designed to pump washing liquid out of the tub through the drain opening , and to pump the pumped out washing liquid through the line and through the inlet nozzle back into the laundry drum arranged in the tub, the control being designed to activate the pump during a pumping over process during the first time segment in order to remove the supplied washing liquid through the drain opening Pump out the tub and feed it to the tub again through the inlet nozzle in order to rewet the laundry in the laundry drum with washing liquid, the controller being designed to turn the pump on during a pumping process at the end of the first time segment Activate in order to pump the washing liquid out of the tub and out of the laundry care device when the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub remains constant during a detection period.
This has the technical advantage that a corresponding control is also possible during a pumping over process in a laundry care device with a pumping over system. During the first time segment, the controller can activate the pump during a pumping over process in order to pump the washing liquid that has been fed in and to feed the washing liquid which has been pumped over again to the laundry in the laundry drum. At the end of the first time segment, the pump pumps the washing liquid out of the tub and out of the pumping system during a pumping process if the detected pressure remains constant.
According to a second aspect of the invention, the object is achieved by a method for caring for laundry in a laundry care device, the laundry care device a tub for receiving washing liquid, wherein a pressure detection device is arranged in the tub, which is designed to detect the pressure of the washing liquid in the tub, wherein a washing drum for receiving laundry is arranged in the tub, a drum drive for rotating the washing drum, a washing liquid supply device for supplying washing liquid into the tub, a pump for pumping washing liquid from the tub and a controller for controlling the drum drive, the washing liquid supplying device and the pump, the method comprising the following steps, activating the washing liquid supplying device to add washing liquid to the To supply tub, and the drum drive to rotate the laundry drum at a first rotational speed, by the control during a first period of time to the laundry in the laundry drum with the supplied To wet the washing liquid, activation of the pump by the controller at the end of the first time segment in order to pump the washing liquid out of the tub and out of the laundry care device if the detected pressure of the washing liquid in the tub remains constant during a detection time segment, deactivation of the pump and the washing liquid supply device by the control during a second time segment following the first time segment, and activating the drum drive during the second time segment in order to rotate the laundry drum at a second rotational speed and to wet the laundry with washing liquid contained in the laundry.
This has the technical advantage that the method ensures particularly efficient and energy-saving laundry care in the laundry care device.
In an advantageous embodiment of the method, the method further comprises the following step of activating the washing liquid supply device and the drum drive during a third time segment following the second time segment in order to supply washing liquid to the tub, and rotating the laundry drum at a third rotational speed.
This has the technical advantage that effective rinsing of the laundry is ensured during the third time segment.

At the beginning of the
The washing liquid supplied can ensure that the laundry in the
In order to be able to effectively determine the end of the
For this purpose, the
Alternatively or in addition, the
In this case, the
The
During the
The
The
The third time segment 157 can be followed by a
By deactivating the
The
The
The
The
