Definitions
- the invention relates to a selector for an on-load tap changer and an on-load tap changer with a diverter switch and a selector.
- US 6 693 247 B1 describes an on-load tap changer that works according to the reactor switching principle.
- the on-load tap changer has a base plate and a cover plate, between which a motor, a transmission and the contact device are arranged.
- the fixed contacts are arranged in a circle on the base plate and are connected by different contact units that are operated via the gearbox.
- the fixed contacts are connected to the winding taps on the back of the base plate.
- the gearbox is essentially attached to the cover plate, which is made of steel.
- EP 0 907 192 discloses a tap changer selector according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a formulation of the type "A is connected to B” corresponds to a formulation of the type "A is connected to B
- a formulation of the type "A is connected to B” includes the meanings "A is directly conductively connected to B” and “A is indirectly conductively connected to B via C,” and has a formulation of the type "A is connected to B” meaning "A is directly conductively connected to B”.
- this selector enables both moving contacts to contact a fixed contact simultaneously in the stationary state. This means that the entire on-load tap-changer is at a defined potential and thus has a high surge voltage resistance.
- This selector is inexpensive due to fewer components and is nevertheless safe. All parts of the selector are attached to only one insulating plate. This particularly space-saving design makes it possible to considerably reduce the size for the corresponding transformer, which is designed, for example, as a local network transformer. This fact reduces the overall cost of a system. Furthermore, this simple structure enables the selector to be installed particularly quickly.
- the fixed contacts can be easily inserted into the insulating plate. Moving contacts are also easy to install, as they can be easily attached from either side.
- Each fixed contact can be connected or connected to an associated winding tap of a regulating winding of a transformer or a controllable coil.
- the moving contacts and fixed contacts are designed such that each moving contact can optionally be connected to each of the fixed contacts.
- This selector can be designed in any manner as required, for example in such a way that it has at least one or no additional insulating plate and / or at least one or no additional moving contact and / or at least one or no additional connection.
- the contact areas of the fixed contacts correspond to the geometry of the moving contacts and thus ensure an electrically conductive connection, which is particularly positive.
- the contact areas can be designed, for example, as simple straight or curved pins.
- Each moving contact can be attached to the respective Geneva wheel by additional means, such as compression and / or tension springs, in order to ensure a movable or floating bearing.
- the bearing axles can be designed as separate individual parts or as a sprayed-on part of the insulating plate.
- the drivers can have additional cams so that when a driver is rotated through 360 °, the respective Geneva wheel is correspondingly operated more often.
- the selector can have at least one or no additional drive shaft.
- the drivers and thus the cams arranged on them are offset from one another at an angle.
- the angle is so large that the individual moving contacts are actuated in a staggered manner.
- the fixed contact and the line can be connected by soldering, welding or another joining process.
- both parts can also consist of a wire which has two contact areas for the moving contacts by deforming at one end.
- the lines can be embedded in the insulating plate as required in any manner, for example by injection molding or low-pressure molding.
- FIG. 1 to 4 A preferred embodiment of a selector 10 with an insulating plate 11 is shown.
- the insulating plate 11 consists of an insulating material such as plastic or fiber-reinforced plastic (for example a mixture of polyamide or polyphthalamide with glass fibers).
- the insulating plate 11 is, for example, essentially rectangular and has a first side 20 and a second, opposite side 30.
- a plurality of fixed contacts 18 are arranged on the first side 20, which are connected via lines 19 with winding taps 16 to a control winding 17 ( FIG. 9 ) a step transformer are connected and are formed according to a first embodiment.
- the fixed contacts 18 extend from the first side 20 through the insulating plate 11 to the second side 30.
- the fixed contacts 18 are preferably made of copper and are additionally silver-plated. Furthermore, on the first side 20 of the insulating plate 11 there is a first Geneva wheel 23 with a first moving contact 21 movably mounted on it.
- the first Geneva wheel 23 is rotatably mounted about an axis 41 on a first bearing axis 24.
- the bearing axis 24 is designed, for example, as a separate part that is mechanically connected to the insulating plate 11.
- the bearing axis 24 can, however, also be sprayed on during the manufacture of the insulating plate 11 and can be formed with this as a unit.
- a first driver 25 is arranged, which is actuated via a drive shaft 43 which extends through the insulating plate 11.
- the first driver 25 has a first cam 26 which engages in the first Geneva wheel 23 and rotates it in the process.
- the first driver 25 When the selector 10 is actuated, the first driver 25 is rotated through 360 ° by corresponding actuation of the drive shaft 43.
- the first Geneva wheel 23 When the first driver 25 rotates completely, the first Geneva wheel 23 is only rotated piece by piece, that is to say by a fraction of a complete rotation.
- the combination of the first driver 25 and the first Geneva wheel 23 converts the continuous rotary movement of the first driver 25 into a stepwise or piecewise rotation of the first Geneva wheel 23.
- the combination of a Geneva wheel 23 and a driver 25 enables a locking function of the two parts against one another even in the idle state, that is to say before or after actuation of the selector 10.
- the first moving contact 21 Before the first Geneva wheel 23 is actuated, the first moving contact 21 always contacts one of the fixed contacts 18 and connects it in an electrically conductive manner to a first connection 27 ( FIG. 9 ) a first branch 12 of the diverter switch 14. When the selector 10 is actuated, the first Geneva wheel 23 is rotated and the first moving contact 21 is switched from this fixed contact 18 to an adjacent fixed contact 18.
- Each fixed contact 18 has first and second contact areas 22, 32.
- the fixed contacts 18 are contacted with the first moving contact 21 on the first side 20 via the respective first contact area 22.
- FIG. 2nd the opposite side of the selector 10 is shown.
- the fixed contacts 18, which are connected to the winding taps 16 via the lines 19, can also be seen on the second side 30 of the insulating plate 11.
- a second Geneva wheel 33 with a second moving contact 31 is attached to the second side 30.
- the second Geneva wheel 33 is rotatably mounted about the axis 41 on a second bearing axis 34.
- a second driver 35 is arranged next to the second Geneva wheel 33 and is actuated by the same drive shaft 43 as the first driver 25.
- the second driver 35 has a second cam 36 which engages in the second Geneva wheel 33 and rotates it in the process.
- the first cam 26 is arranged offset from the second cam 36 or the drivers 25, 35 and thus the cams 26, 36 are arranged offset.
- the offset arrangement of the cams 26, 36 or drivers 25, 35 results in actuated actuation of the Geneva wheels 23, 33 and thus the moving contacts 21, 31.
- the second moving contact 31 Before the second Geneva wheel 33 is actuated, the second moving contact 31 always contacts one of the fixed contacts 18 and connects it in an electrically conductive manner to a second connection 37 ( FIG. 9 ) of a second branch 13 of the diverter switch 14.
- the selector 10 When the selector 10 is actuated, the second Geneva wheel 33 is rotated and the second moving contact 31 is switched from this fixed contact 18 to an adjacent fixed contact 18.
- the first and the second moving contacts 21, 31 contact the same fixed contact 18 before actuation of the selector 10, that is to say in the stationary state.
- the fixed contacts 18 are contacted with the second moving contact 31 on the second side 30 via the respective second contact area 32.
- FIG. 3rd The first side 20 of the selector 10 is shown again, but without the first Geneva wheel 23.
- the lines 19, which connect the fixed contacts 18 to the respective winding taps 16, run alternately on the first and second sides 20, 30 of the insulating plate 11.
- the lines 19 are attached to the insulating plate 11 by way of example on the first side 20 with a first retaining ring 29.
- the attachment can also be done in other ways.
- the lines 19 can be snapped into sprayed-on locking contours or snap connections or can be integrated into the insulating plate 11 directly by injection.
- the lines 19 are mounted, for example, by means of additional fastening rails 40 on both sides 20, 30 of the insulating plate 11.
- the cables can also be fastened here by snapping, gluing, etc., as previously described.
- the fixed contacts 18 and the lines 19 can also be made in one piece.
- FIG. 4th the second side 30 of the selector 10 is shown again, but without the second Geneva wheel 33.
- the fixed contacts 18 are shown with their respective second contact areas 32.
- the lines 19 are attached to the insulating plate 11 by way of example on the second side 30 with a second retaining ring 39.
- the attachment can also be done in other ways.
- the lines 19 can be snapped into sprayed-on locking contours or snap connections or can be integrated into the insulating plate 11 directly by injection.
- the drivers 25, 35 are shown.
- the cams 26, 36 face each other, but can also be aligned differently depending on the design and operative connection with the respective Geneva wheel 23, 33. It can be seen particularly well here that the drivers 25, 35 and thus the cams 26, 36 are offset by approximately 180 °.
- the individual Geneva wheels 23, 33 are rotated with a time delay and the moving contacts 21, 31 are thus actuated at different times.
- FIG. 6 the first embodiment of the first moving contact 21 and the first embodiment of the fixed contacts 18 are shown enlarged.
- the moving contact 21 is designed on its front side or contact side in such a way that its contour is optimally adapted to the first contact area 22 of the fixed contact 18 and contacts it optimally.
- the contour of the moving contact 21, 31 in connection with the geometry of the fixed contact 18 even enables a latching function.
- the moving contact 21 is spring-loaded and / or floating in the direction of the axis 41 by means of a compression spring 42. A contact pressure is thus always generated when connected to a fixed contact 18.
- the electrically conductive connection between the moving contact 21 and its connection 27 is realized, for example, via a wire 44 which is connected to an axial contact 49.
- the axial contact 49 is fixedly connected to the first Geneva wheel 23 via a driver and rotates with the latter.
- the first connection 27 is connected to a non-rotatable, electrically conductive, silver-plated disc 50.
- the disk 50 and the axial contact 49 are connected to one another in a grinding, electrically conductive manner.
- the second moving contact 31, the second contact areas 32 and the second connection 37 are formed on the second side 30 analogously to the first moving contact 21, the first contact areas 22 and the first connection 27.
- FIG. 7 a detailed view of a second embodiment of the first moving contact 21 and a second embodiment of the fixed contacts 18 are shown.
- a contact shaft 45 serves as a bearing for the first Geneva wheel 23 and contacts for the first connection 27.
- the contact shaft 45 has two opposite contact surfaces 46, which run at right angles to the contact shaft 45.
- Each first contact area 22 has two opposite contact surfaces 47, which run at right angles to the contact shaft 45.
- These contact surfaces 46, 47 can each be individually contacted by a moving contact 21 or by a multi-part moving contact 21.
- the individual parts of the moving contact 21 are movably, resiliently (floating) mounted and arranged on the Geneva wheel 23, not shown here, or held by it.
- moving contact 21 is self-sprung, ie the contact force is generated by the pretensioning of the contact spring plate.
- the material from which the moving contact is made is, for example, electrically conductive and resilient and preferably CuSn6 or CuCr1Zr.
- FIG. 8th a detailed view of a third embodiment of the first moving contact 21 and a third embodiment of the fixed contacts 18 are shown.
- a contact ring 48 is used for contacting the first connection 27.
- the contact ring 48 has two opposite contact surfaces 46, which run concentrically around the contact shaft 45.
- Each first contact area 22 has two opposite contact surfaces 47 which run parallel to the contact shaft 45.
- These contact surfaces 46, 47 can be made sliding contact by the multi-part moving contact 21.
- the individual parts of the moving contact 21 are movable, resilient (floating) and arranged on the Geneva wheel 23, not shown here.
- moving contact 21 is self-sprung, ie contact force is generated via the pretension of the contact spring plate.
- the material of which the moving contact is made is exemplary electrically conductive and resilient and preferably CuSn6 or CuCr1Zr.
- FIG. 9 An on-load tap changer 15 with a selector 10 according to the invention and a diverter switch 14 is shown schematically.
- the selector 10 has a first side 20 and a second side 30 with fixed contacts 18 arranged on a circle.
- the fixed contacts 18 are each electrically conductively connected via a line 19 to an associated winding tap 16 of a regulating winding 17 of a regulating transformer.
- the first moving contact 21 is electrically conductively connected to the first branch 12 of the diverter switch 14 via the first connection 27.
- the second moving contact 31 is electrically conductively connected to the second branch 13 of the diverter switch 14 via the second connection 27.
- the diverter switch 14 is also electrically conductively connected to a load lead 51 and thus to the ground potential. In the interior of the load switch, the switching takes place under load by means of different switching means 52 from the first branch to the second branch and vice versa.
