Claims (10)
- Presse plieuse (2) pour le pliage de tôles (3), cette presse plieuse (2) comprenant :une première barre de presse (4) fixe ainsi qu'une deuxième barre de presse (7) mobile par rapport à celle-ci ;des logements d'outils (5) disposés ou réalisés sur les barres de presse (4, 7) pour le logement d'outils de pliage (6) ;un dispositif de changement d'outil (16) qui est conçu pour l'insertion des outils de pliage (6) dans le logement d'outil (5) et qui comprend un dispositif de préhension (11) pour la manipulation de l'outil de pliage (6) ;un dispositif de mise à disposition d'outils (19) qui est conçu pour le logement de plusieurs outils de pliage (6) et qui peut être déplacé, au moyen d'un dispositif d'entraînement (28), entre une position d'équipement d'outil (41) et une position de changement d'outil (40), dans laquelle les outils de pliage (6) peuvent être transférés, au moyen du dispositif de changement d'outil (16), du dispositif de mise à disposition d'outils (19) vers le logement d'outil (5),caractérisée en ce queun magasin d'outils (36) est conçu pour le stockage des outils de pliage (6) non utilisés et en ce que la position d'équipement d'outil (41) permet d'équiper le dispositif de mise à disposition d'outils (19) avec des outils de pliage (6) provenant du magasin d'outils (36).
- Presse plieuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un porte-outil (38) est prévu, qui est conçu pour le logement d'au moins deux outils de pliage (6) simultanément, le porte-outil (38) pouvant être couplé avec le dispositif de mise à disposition d'outils (19) et être logé sur celui-ci.
- Presse plieuse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un premier guidage linéaire (20) est prévu, qui est disposé sur un côté interne (21) de la première barre de presse (4), et un deuxième guidage linéaire (22) est prévu, qui est disposé sur un côté externe (23) de la première barre de presse (4), le dispositif de mise à disposition d'outils (19) comprenant un portail (32) qui enjambe le logement d'outil (5) de la première barre de presse (4) et, sur ce portail (32), sont disposées une première unité de guidage (24) du premier guidage linéaire (20) et une deuxième unité de guidage (25) du deuxième guidage linéaire (22), ce qui permet de déplacer le dispositif de mise à disposition d'outils (19) parallèlement à une arête de pliage (15).
- Presse plieuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (28) comprend une crémaillère (31) qui est disposée sur la première barre de presse (4), un pignon (30), qui est couplé avec un moteur de positionnement (29) disposé sur le dispositif de mise à disposition d'outils (19), s'engrenant avec la crémaillère (31), ce qui permet de déplacer le dispositif de mise à disposition d'outils (19) parallèlement à une arête de pliage (15).
- Presse plieuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la crémaillère (31) est disposée sur le côté externe (23) de la première barre de presse (4).
- Presse plieuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de manipulation (37) est prévu, qui est disposé au niveau du magasin d'outil (36) et qui permet la manipulation des outils de pliage (6) et/ou des porte-outils (38) entre le magasin d'outils (36) et le dispositif de mise à disposition d'outils (19).
- Presse plieuse selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de manipulation (37) comprend un premier bras de manipulation (44) et un deuxième bras de manipulation (45), moyennant quoi, sur le premier bras de manipulation (44), est disposé un premier dispositif de couplage (46) et, sur le deuxième bras de manipulation (45), est disposé un deuxième dispositif de couplage (47) pour le logement du porte-outil (38) ou des outils de pliage (6).
- Presse plieuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les deux bras de manipulation (44, 45) comprennent un dispositif de déplacement linéaire (48) au moyen duquel les deux dispositifs de couplage (46, 47) peuvent être déplacés indépendamment entre eux dans la direction verticale (14).
- Presse plieuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de mise à disposition d'outils (19) comprend une première partie de logement d'outil (33) qui permet le logement d'outils de pliage (6) pour la première barre de presse (4) fixe et une deuxième partie de logement d'outil (34) qui permet le logement d'outils de pliage (6) pour la deuxième barre de presse (7) mobile.
- Presse plieuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, pour la détermination de la profondeur d'insertion de la tôle, un dispositif de butée arrière (18) sert de dispositif de changement d'outil (16) pour l'insertion des outils de pliage (6) dans le logement d'outil (5).
