Claims (10)
- Machine encartonneuse (1) comprenant :- un tapis transporteur d'entrée (2) pour transporter des produits à emballer le long d'une direction d'avancement (A),- un chargeur (4) pour transférer les produits à emballer,- une première tête de préhension (3) pour prélever les produits depuis le tapis transporteur d'entrée (2) et positionner lesdits produits dans le chargeur (4), et- une seconde tête de préhension (5) pour prélever les produits du chargeur et positionner lesdits produits dans une boîte pour former un conditionnement,où ledit chargeur (4) comprend :- un corps (40) monté coulissant horizontalement dans un guide horizontal (10) de façon à pouvoir se déplacer horizontalement le long d'une direction (T),- un support (42) monté coulissant verticalement dans ledit corps (4) de façon à pouvoir se déplacer le long d'une direction verticale (Z),- une plaque de base (43) montée sur ledit support (42) et destinée à accueillir lesdits produits à emballer, conformément au format du conditionnement à obtenir,- un rebord fixe (46) fixé au support (42) de la plaque de base, et- un rebord mobile (47) relié de façon amovible au rebord fixe (46), afin de pouvoir se déplacer horizontalement pour s'adapter aux dimensions de la plaque de base (43), conformément au format du conditionnement à obtenir.
- Machine encartonneuse (1) selon la revendication 1, où ledit chargeur (4) comprend un rebord antérieur (49) relié de façon amovible au rebord fixe (46) afin de pouvoir se déplacer horizontalement pour compacter les produits sur la plaque de base (43).
- Machine encartonneuse (1) selon la revendication 2, où ledit rebord antérieur (49) est apte à se déplacer horizontalement le long d'une direction horizontale (V) orthogonale à la direction horizontale (T) de déplacement du corps (40) du chargeur.
- Machine encartonneuse (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, où ledit chargeur (4) comprend un actionneur (A1) relié au rebord fixe (46) et au dit rebord antérieur (49) pour déplacer ledit rebord antérieur (49).
- Machine encartonneuse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où ledit rebord mobile (47) est apte à se déplacer horizontalement le long d'une direction horizontale (U) parallèle à la direction horizontale (T) de déplacement du corps (40) du chargeur.
- Machine encartonneuse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où ledit rebord fixe (46) a une section en forme de « L » de façon à définir une paroi latérale (46a) et une paroi postérieure (46b) et ledit rebord mobile (47) a une section en forme de « L » de manière à définir une paroi latérale (47a) et une paroi postérieure (47b).
- Machine encartonneuse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où ladite plaque de base (43) est pivotée sur le support (42), avec un axe de rotation (P) et ledit chargeur comprend un actionneur (A2) relié au support (42) et à la plaque de base (43), de façon à pouvoir soulever la plaque de base (43) en la faisant tourner autour de l'axe de rotation (P), de manière à ce que la plaque de base assume une assiette inclinée par rapport à un plan horizontal.
- Machine encartonneuse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où ledit chargeur comprend un moteur électrique (M1) fixé au dit guide horizontal (10) pour déplacer une courroie d'entraînement reliée au dit corps (40) du chargeur pour déplacer le corps du chargeur.
- Machine encartonneuse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où ledit chargeur comprend un moteur électrique (M2) fixé au dit corps (40) du chargeur pour déplacer une courroie d'entraînement reliée à une pince (44) solidaire au dit support (42) de la plaque de base pour déplacer ledit support (42) de la plaque de base.
- Machine encartonneuse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où ladite seconde tête de préhension (5) est apte à se déplacer dans une direction horizontale (X) et ladite direction horizontale (T) de déplacement du dit corps (40) du chargeur est orthogonale à la direction horizontale (X) de déplacement de ladite seconde tête de préhension (5).
