Der türseitige Intumeszenzstreifen 11 ist im Bereich des Schutzkastens 14 an der Innenseite des Falzbereichs 5 unterbrochen. Auf dem Schutzkasten 14 liegt ein Abschnitt 11b des türseitigen Intumeszenzstreifens 11 auf. Dabei entspricht der Abschnitt 11b des Intumeszenzstreifens auf den Schutzkasten 14 in Breite und Stärke dem türseitigen Intumeszenzstreifen 11 unmittelbar an der Innenseite des Falzabschnitts 5 in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Schutzkastens 14 in Längserstreckungsrichtung des Blechprofils 1. Sie liegt am Laibungsabschnitt 9 sowie am Umbug 10 flächig an und ist durch eine in den Grund der Nut 8 eingreifende Befestigungsschraube 20 mit dem Blechprofil 1 verbunden. Zusätzlich kann die Gegenzarge 19 durch eigene Befestigungselemente 21 mit der Wand 2 verbunden sein. Claims (9)

  1. A steel door case with fire-retardant properties with a sheet metal moulded part (1), which comprises a door-side door case surface (4), a rebate section (5) angled at right angles and adjoining the door-side door case surface (4), an abutment section (6) adjoining the side of the rebate section (5) facing away from the door-side door case surface (4), a reveal section (9) aligned in parallel with the rebate section (5) and adjoining the abutment section (6), and an edge fold (10) adjoining the reveal section (9), angled in the direction of the door case surface and aligned parallel with the latter, wherein an intumescent material (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 12) is arranged at the inner side of the sheet metal moulded part (1), characterised in that the intumescent material (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 12) is arranged exclusively in the form of a door-side intumescent strip (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 12) at least in sections at the inner side of the rebate section (5) and in the form of a reveal-side intumescent strip (12) at the inner side of the edge fold (10) and that the inner side of the door case surface (4) and the inner side of the reveal section (9) are free from intumescent material.
  2. The steel door case according to claim 1, characterised in that the reveal-side intumescent strip (12) is arranged continuously over the entire longitudinal extent of the sheet metal moulded part (1) at the inner side of the edge fold (10).
  3. The steel door case according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that a fastening element (13) for fastening to a wall is arranged in the angle between the door case surface (4) and the rebate section (5), that the door-side intumescent strip (11) is omitted in the region of the fastening element (13) at the inner side of the rebate section (5) and that in the region of the fastening element (13) a section (11a) of the door-side intumescent strip (11) is arranged at the inner side of the abutment section (6).
  4. The steel door case according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a protection box (14) for a locking element (15, 16) is arranged in the angle between the door case surface (4) and the rebate section (5), that the door-side intumescent strip (11) is interrupted in the region of the protection box (14) at the inner side of the rebate section (5) and that a section (11b) of the door-side intumescent strip (11) is laid on the protection box (14).
  5. The steel door case according to claim 4, characterised in that the section (11b) of the intumescent strip (11) on the protection box (14) corresponds in width and thickness to the door-side intumescent strip (11) directly at the inner side of the rebate section (5) in the immediate vicinity of the protection box (14) and that the length of the section (11b) at the upper side of the protection box (14) has a length which corresponds to the length of the interruption of the door-side intumescent strip (11) arranged directly on the rebate section (5).
  6. The steel door case according to claim 4 or 5, characterised in that the section of the door-side intumescent strip (11b) arranged at the upper side of the protection box (14) is surface-parallel to the door-side intumescent strip (11) arranged directly on the inner side of the rebate section (5).
  7. The steel door case according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that an angle bracket (17) of a door hinge (18) is fastened on the inside in the angle between the door case surface (4) and the rebate section (5), that the door-side intumescent strip (11) is omitted in the region of the angle bracket (12) at the inner side of the rebate section (5) and that a hinge angle section (11c) of the door-side intumescent strip is arranged on the angle bracket (17) surface-parallel to the door-side intumescent strip (11) at the inner side of the rebate section (5).
  8. The steel door case according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the door-side intumescent strip (11, 11a, 11b, 11c) is formed multi-part in the longitudinal extent direction of the sheet metal moulded part (1) and without overlapping.
  9. The steel door case according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the steel door case is designed as a two-part enclosing door case, wherein the counter door case (19) can be fastened to the sheet metal moulded part (1) and wherein the counter door case (19) is designed without intumescent material.
