Definitions
- the present invention relates to a drive device for a movable furniture part according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for opening and closing a movable furniture part according to the preamble of claim 10.
- DE 10 2010 036 903 A1 discloses an ejection device for movable furniture parts with a housing on which a first cam guide is formed for a driver which is pretensioned via an energy storage device and can be locked in a position with a tensioned energy storage device.
- a second curved guide for a driver slide is formed on the housing, which can be coupled at least in sections to the driver and has a receptacle for an activator, a stop being movably mounted on the driver slide, which can be moved along a third curve guide.
- the WO 2014/165873 A1 discloses a drive device for a movable furniture part, which has an ejector device for moving the movable furniture part from a closed position into an open position, the ejector device being unlockable by moving the furniture part into an overpressure position.
- the ejection device comprises a locking lever which is pivotably mounted on an ejection slide.
- a release stop is arranged on the locking lever, which unlocks the ejection device via a transmission stop so that an ejection slide can eject the movable furniture part.
- the pivotable locking lever requires a comparatively large installation space due to the forces present, since a certain angular movement is required so that a corresponding control process for unlocking and locking can be effected.
- a long lever arm can, however, have a detrimental effect on switching reliability or lead to plastic deformation that endangers the operational safety of the system.
- an ejector device and a retraction device are provided, the ejector device being chargeable in a clamping area which is arranged essentially in front of the closing area so that when the movable furniture part is closed in the clamping area, the user clamps the ejector device and then subsequently the movable one Can pass furniture part of the retraction device, which then automatically closes.
- the ejector has a carriage preloaded by an energy storage device, on which a control element is slidably guided, which is coupled on the one hand to the movable furniture part via a driver and on the other hand to a guide track on the ejector.
- the control element can preferably be moved relative to the driver in the closing area.
- the control element can then be latched to a latching receptacle of the ejector device after the end of the clamping process, in order then to be moved in the closing area relative to the driver, since the movable furniture part is moved further in the closing direction in the closing area via the retraction device in the closing area.
- the control element can be guided displaceably essentially perpendicular to the direction of movement of the slide.
- the slide can be guided in the opening and closing directions on a housing of the ejection device, while the control element is guided perpendicular thereto.
- the control element can be guided on opposite sides on a guide of the slide, the guide being formed, for example, by opposite side walls on a receptacle of the slide. Other curves too or guide strips can be used to guide the control element.
- the control element preferably has a first pin, which is guided in a guide path of the ejection device, and a second pin, which is guided in a path of the driver. Depending on the switching position, the control element can then be moved relative to the slide via the two pins.
- an overpressure protection is provided which prevents the ejector from being unlocked during a closing process and a movement of the movable furniture part beyond the closed position into the overpressure position.
- Such an overpressure protection is necessary in particular when the movable furniture part is manually pushed beyond the closed position or is thrown at too high a closing speed and then the closed position is passed. Another triggering can then be prevented via the overpressure protection, since the user obviously only wanted to cause a closure.
- a switching element can be provided which can be actuated via the control element that can be coupled to the movable furniture part, which enables the ejector device to be unlocked in a first position and prevents the ejector device from being unlocked in a second position, with a continuous movement of the movable furniture part in the closing direction into the closed position and beyond the closed position into the overpressure position, the control element moves the switching element from the first to the second position and only when the movable furniture part is subsequently moved from the overpressure position into the closed position the switching element can be moved from the second position to the first position is.
- the switching element can be designed as a pivotable lever which can be moved between the first and the second position.
- the ejection device preferably comprises a housing on which a guide track for the control element is formed, with a first part of a latching receptacle being formed on the guide path, on which the control element can be placed in the latched position, and a second part of the latching receptacle is relative to the first part of the latching receptacle movable to release the control element on the guide track in the opening direction.
- the latching receptacle can thus be closed via the movable part of the latching receptacle Take training for a latching or are shifted or pivoted in such a way that the control element can be moved past the two parts of the latching receptacle.
- the second part of the locking receptacle can be arranged on a linearly displaceable or pivotable adjusting element which can be moved together with the switching element.
- a method for opening and closing a movable furniture part in which the movable furniture part is unlocked by overpressing the movable furniture part from a closed position in the closing direction against an energy storage device of an ejector device in order to then eject the movable furniture part.
- the movable furniture part can then be moved again in the closing direction in order to tension the energy store of the ejector device in a tensioning area.
- the movable furniture part can then be moved further in the closing direction up to the closing position by means of a retraction device.
- the ejector device has a slide biased by the energy storage device, on which a control element is slidably guided, and the control element is coupled to the movable furniture part via a driver, and the control element is moved relative to the driver in the closing area.
- a force for opening the movable furniture part after unlocking the ejector device and a force for tensioning the energy storage device of the ejection device can be provided via the control element, with the area for ejecting the furniture part offset by the energy storage device in the opening or closing direction Clamping area is arranged.
- the control element which can be displaced on the slide, ensures a compact structure and good power transmission.
- control element is moved in a clamping area relative to a guide track formed on a housing of the ejection device.
- the control element can be locked to a latching receptacle in order to then move the movable furniture part further in the closing direction via the retraction device.
- the movable furniture part can preferably not only be moved in the closing direction via the retraction device, but also be braked, for example via a damper.
- a piece of furniture 1 comprises an in Figure 1 schematically illustrated body 2 on which one or more drawers can be movably mounted as movable furniture parts 3. Each drawer is guided on opposite sides via a pull-out guide 5, the pull-out guide 5 being fixed to a side wall of the body 2 via at least one bracket 9 and the drawer 3 being fixed to a movable running rail of the pull-out guide 5.
- a front panel 4 of the drawer is a short distance from the body 2, for example between 1 mm and 6 mm, in order to be pushed slightly further into the body 2 from this closed position into an overpressing position in order to unlock an ejector 6 .
- each ejection device 6 can thus be supported on the activator 7 in order to eject the drawer as the movable furniture part 3.
- Each pull-out guide 5 is arranged in a side frame 8 of the drawer. It is of course also possible to arrange the ejector 6 stationary on the body 2 and the activator 7 on the drawer. In addition, the number and arrangement of the ejection devices 6 on the movable furniture part 3 can be varied.
- the ejector device 6 prefferably be arranged on the carcass rail or the carcass rail holder of a pull-out slide and for the activator to be arranged on the drawer rail.
- the activator also being able to be formed directly from a movable furniture part or an immovable part, so that the function of the activator does not require a separate component.
- Each pull-out guide 5 can be coupled to a self-closing mechanism that pulls a movable running rail of the pull-out guide 5 in a draw-in area in the closing direction and optionally brakes it with a damper.
- a pull-out guide 5 with a self-closing mechanism is for example in the documents DE 10 2011 053 840 A1 or DE 10 2011 054 441 A1 disclosed, to which reference is made.
- FIG. 3 the ejection device 6 is shown, which is arranged in a housing 10.
- a guide 11 in the form of a web is provided on a longitudinal edge of the housing 10, on which a driver 12 is movably mounted.
- the driver 12 is connected to a coupling element 13 which forms a contact surface for the activator 7. Since the coupling element 13 has a magnet, both tensile and compressive forces can be transmitted between the driver 12 and the activator 7.
- an adjustment mechanism 15 is provided, by means of which the position of the coupling element 13 relative to the driver 12 can be adjusted.
- the coupling element 13 can alternatively also be designed as a gripper controlled in a guide or another mechanically releasable coupling.
- a slide 30 which is slidably mounted in a receptacle 20 in the longitudinal direction of the housing 10.
- Two springs 22 are provided, each of which is arranged in a spring receptacle 31 on the slide 30.
- An opposite end of the spring 22 is fixed to a spring holder 32 on the slide 30, so that the slide 30 is pretensioned on the housing 10 in the opening direction.
- the number and the respective spring characteristic of the springs 22 can be selected depending on the intended use of the drive device.
- the housing 10 can be closed by a cover 14.
- a receptacle 33 for guiding a control element 40 is also provided on the slide 30.
- Side walls 38 which guide the control element 40 essentially perpendicular to the opening direction, are arranged on the receptacle 33.
- a receptacle 37 is also provided on a side wall 38, on which a protruding web 43 of the control element 40 can be passed in order to be able to insert the control element 40 into the receptacle 33.
- the control element 40 is designed in the form of a plate and has protruding sliding elements 44 which rest on the side walls 38 of the receptacle 33.
- the control element 40 comprises a first pin 41 which is guided in a guide track 17 on the housing 10.
- a second pin 42 which is guided on the driver 12, is also provided on the control element 40.
- a guide track 16 is formed on the driver 12.
- a cam guide 34 is also provided on the slide 30, in which a gearwheel 36 is guided.
- the gear 36 engages with a locking projection 35 in the cam guide 34 and is part of a backstop.
- a rack 19 is formed on the housing 10, as shown in the detailed view of FIG Figure 5 is recognizable.
- the gear 36 is guided with a pin in a loop-shaped guide track 18 of the housing 10, a section of the guide track 18 running in the tensioning direction past the rack 19, while a section for an opening movement guides the gear 36 at a distance from the rack 19. If a clamping process of the ejector 6 is interrupted, the gear 36 engages in the rack 19 and thus prevents the movable furniture part 3 from being ejected.
- One such backstop is, for example, in the DE 10 2016 107 918 described. Such a backstop is advantageous for the present ejection device, but can optionally also be omitted.
- An adjusting element 50 is also provided on the housing 10, which is in an adjusting element receptacle 26 ( Figure 5 ) is held displaceably on the housing 10.
- a box-shaped section 55 engages in the adjusting element receptacle 26, while a web 56 is received on an end section 27 of the housing 10.
- a bearing 52 for a rotatable switching element 60 is formed on the actuating element 50 and has a lever arm on which a pressure piece 62 is provided at the end.
- An elongated recess 61 is provided on the axis of rotation of the switching element 60, into which a web 66 of a rotary damper 65 engages, which is coupled to the switching element 60 in a rotationally fixed manner.
- the rotary damper 65 is held on the actuating element 50 via a bracket 67, so that when the switching element 60 rotates, the rotary damper 65 is actuated and a braking effect is generated.
- the rotatable switching element 60 also has a protruding arm 63 which cooperates with stops on the actuating element 50 in order to limit the rotary movement of the switching element 60.
- the adjusting element 50 is biased into an initial position by a spring 68.
- the spring 68 is stored in a spring receptacle 69 on the adjusting element 50 ( Figure 4B ), whereby the spring 68 rests on one end face against the adjusting element 50 and on the opposite side against a wall of the housing 10.
- the spring 68 is designed as a compression spring and thus biases the adjusting element 50 in the opening direction.
- a bow spring 64 which biases the switching element 60 into a first position, is also mounted on the adjusting element 50.
- One end of the bow spring 64 rests on the arm 63 and is supported on the adjusting element 50 at the opposite end.
- a web 53 is also formed on the adjusting element 50, on which a part 51 of a latching receptacle for the pin 41 of the control element 40 is provided.
- the part 51 of the locking receptacle is designed as a projection.
- a latching lug 54 is also provided on the web 53, which can ensure that the adjusting element 50 is latched on the housing 10.
- a control rocker 70 is also shown, which is used to operate the switching element 60.
- the control rocker 70 is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation 71 which is inserted into a bearing receptacle 74 on the housing 10.
- the control rocker 70 has a boom 72 which acts on the switching element 60 in order to pivot it.
- a guide cam 73 is provided, which cooperates with the driver 12. When the driver 12 is moved along the housing 10, the driver 12 can pivot the control rocker 70 about the axis of rotation 71 and thus actuate the switching element 60.
- a cam guide 75 for the guide cam 73 is formed on the driver 12 in order to actuate the switching element 60 only over a defined path of the driver 12.
- FIG. 5 the housing 10 is shown without the cover 14 and the other components.
- a guide track 17 for the first pin 41 of the control element 40 is formed on the housing 10.
- the guide track 17 is designed in the shape of a loop.
- a first part 23 of a latching receptacle is provided on the guide track 17, on which the pin 41 for latching the ejection device 6 can be placed.
- the second part 51 of the latching receptacle is formed on the adjusting element 50.
- the second part 51 of the latching receptacle moves away from the first part 23, so that the latching receptacle is moved into the unlocking or release position and the pin 41 can no longer be placed in the latching receptacle.
- a latching projection 25 is also formed on the housing 10 in the region of the guide track 17, which interacts with the latching lug 54 on the actuating element 50 in order to be able to latch the actuating element 50 in an unlocking or release position for the control element 40.
- FIG Figures 6 to 13 each showing two sectional views through the ejection device 6, some of which are arranged in different planes in order to better follow the position of the pins 41 and 42 in the area of the driver 12 and the guide track 17.
- the ejector 6 is in a closed position.
- the pin 41 of the control element 40 is located in the latching receptacle which is formed by the first part 23 on the housing 10 and the second part 51 on the actuating element 50.
- the locking receptacle is in the closed position, and the ejection device 6 is locked against the force of the springs 22 via the pin 41 and the locking receptacle.
- the second pin 42 of the control element is located at an angled end of the guide track 16 on the driver 12.
- the movable furniture part 3 or the drawer is moved from the closed position into an overpressed position, as shown in FIG Figures 7A and 7B is shown.
- the control element 40 is pressed against the force of the springs 22, which are held on the carriage 30, the movable furniture part 3 acting on the control element 40 via the driver 12 and the pin 42.
- the first pin 41 presses against the pressure piece 62 on the switching element 60, which moves the actuating element 50 relative to the housing 10 against the force of the spring 68.
- the second part 51 of the latching receptacle is also displaced relative to the first part 23.
- the pin 41 can now pass through the gap between the first part 23 of the locking receptacle and the second part 51, as shown in FIG Figures 8A and 8B is shown.
- the driver 12 is coupled to the control element 40 in the pull-out direction via the second pin 42, so that the movable furniture part is ejected by the driver 12.
- the actuating element 50 is pressed in the opening direction by the spring 68 until the latching lug 54 rests against the latching projection 25 of the housing 10.
- the locking adjusting element 50 By locking the adjusting element 50, the locking receptacle remains in a release position. The distance between the two parts 23 and 51 of the locking receptacle is so great that the pin 41 can pass between them.
- the carriage 30 with the control element 40, and thereby also the driver 12 with the movable furniture part 3, is moved further in the opening direction until the in Figure 9 position shown is reached.
- the first pin 41 on the control element 40 runs against a bevel 57 on the web 53 and thus releases the latching lug 54 from the latching projection 25.
- the actuating element 50 can be moved further in the opening direction by the force of the spring 68 to close the latching receptacle close.
- the movable furniture part 3 is now moved further in the opening direction until the first pin 41 strikes a bevel 45 of the guide track 17 in order to move the control element 40 on the slide 30.
- the second pin 42 moves out of the angled end section of the guide track 16 and can thus be moved along the central section of the guide track 16, which is aligned slightly inclined to the closing and opening direction, in order to move the driver 12 further along the guide 11 on the housing.
- FIG. 10A and 10B a position of the ejection device 6 is shown in which the movable furniture part 3 can move away from the driver 12.
- the second pin 42 has been moved to the angled end section of the guide track 16, and the first pin 41 is located at a pointed end of the guide track 17.
- the activator In order to bring the movable furniture part back into a closed position, the activator is moved against the driver 12, which is coupled to the control element 40 via the second pin 42.
- the control element 40 thus moves together with the slide 30 in the closing direction and thereby tensions the springs 22.
- the pin 41 moves in the process Figures 10 and 11 in the left lane of the loop-shaped guide track 17.
- the backstop is also activated with the gearwheel 36, which is moved along the rack 19 on the housing. If the tensioning process is interrupted, the gearwheel 36 of the backstop secures the previously tensioned position of the slide 30.
- the control rocker 70 is pivoted about the axis of rotation 71 and presses with the arm 72 against the switching element 60, which is pivoted from the first position in which the ejector 6 can be unlocked into a second position in which the ejector 6 can be unlocked is not allowed.
- the ejector 6 cannot be triggered because the switching element 60, which can establish a connection between the pin 41 and the actuating element 50, is arranged in the pivoted position.
- the second pin 42 also comes out of the angled end section of the guide track 16 and can be moved along the driver 12.
- a self-closing function can now become effective, for example is arranged on the pull-out guide.
- Such a self-closing pulls the movable furniture part into a closed position, a damper preferably being provided which brakes the closing movement of the movable furniture part.
- a damper preferably being provided which brakes the closing movement of the movable furniture part.
- the second pin 42 is then located at the angled end section of the guide track 16, and the in Figures 6A and 6B shown closed position reached.
- the pin 41 does not lie against an end face of the pressure piece 62, but on the side of the pressure piece 62, so that no forces can be applied to the switching element 60 by the pin 41 in the closing direction. If the movable furniture part is released in the overpressure position, the springs 22 ensure that the driver 12 and the control element 40 are moved in the opening direction relative to the housing 10 until the first pin 41 is placed on the latching receptacle that is supported by the first part 23 is formed on the housing 10 and the second part 51 on the adjusting element 50, and the position shown in Figures 6A and 6B is reached.
- the latching receptacle moves the driver 12 along the housing 10, so that the guide cam 73 is released so far via the cam guide 75 that the switching element 60 can be pivoted from the second position to the first position by the force of the bow spring 64.
- An opening process can therefore take place again immediately after the closed position has been reached. If it is desired that a new opening can only be carried out after a certain period of time, the pivoting back movement of the switching element 60 can be slowed down by the rotary damper 65, depending on the period of time to be waited for.
- a linear damper or another mechanical timing element can also be provided for the delayed pivoting back or pushing back movement.
- Simple mechanical timing elements are, for example, suction cups with a small hole, which release contact with a surface due to the inflowing air, or an elastomer with a slowed return movement. If an elastomer is used, the spring 64 for the return movement can be omitted, since the elastomer itself can have a resilient effect.
- FIG 14 a distance-time diagram is shown in which a closing process is shown in which no overpressure position is reached.
- the movable furniture part 3 is moved in the closing direction, and the energy storage device is tensioned on the slide 30 in a first section.
- the self-retraction can take over, and the movement of the movable furniture part 3 in the closing direction is braked, as indicated by the curve in the area of the retraction .
- the movable furniture part 3 then reaches the closed position, and there is no longer any movement until the user moves the movable furniture part 3 into the overpressing position and thus unlocks the ejector device 6.
- the closing process can also take place in an overpressure position, the movable furniture part 3 being moved in the closing direction both in the clamping area and in the draw-in area, namely beyond the closed position into the overpressure position.
- the movable furniture part In the overpressed position, the movable furniture part can be held for any length of time until it is released by the user and then moved into the closed position. As soon as the movable furniture part 3 is arranged in the closed position, it can be opened again.
- the switching element 60 is rotatably mounted. It is also possible to provide a displaceably mounted switching element 60 in a mechanism for the overpressure protection.
- Figure 16 the ejector 6 is shown in a position during the opening movement in which the driver 12 has already moved in the opening direction over part of the distance on the housing 10 and the carriage 30 is arranged on the housing 10 shortly before reaching its end position.
- the first pin 41 is just moving against the run-on bevel 45 on the guide track 17, so that the control element 40 not only with the slide 30 in the opening direction, but also how Figure 16 shows, is moved slightly to the right, so that the second pin 42 is moved out of the angled end portion of the guide track 16 and thus a coupling between the control element 40 and the driver 12 is unlocked.
- the second pin 42 moves along the guide track 16, which is aligned slightly inclined to the opening and closing direction, for example at an angle between 1 ° and 20 °, in particular 5 ° to 15 °, so that the control element 40 at the further opening movement in Figure 17 is also moved to the right. Frictional forces act via the control element 40 and the pins 41 and 42, which slightly brake the movement of the driver 12.
- the slide 30 is only moved slightly in the opening direction in this area, but it can also be arranged stationary.
- the driver 12 moves together with the movable furniture part 3 further in the opening direction.
- the second pin 42 has reached the second angled end section of the guide track 16, so that the movable furniture part 3 can now be decoupled from the driver 12, similar to what is done with reference to FIG Figure 10 has been described.
- the driver 12 can also be moved further along the housing 10 in the opening direction up to a stop.
- the pin 42 is then attached to the in Figure 18 upper angled end portion of the guide track 16 held in order to move the driver 12 together with the carriage 30 in the closing direction and to tension the springs 22.
- FIG 19 a speed-path diagram for a heavy movable furniture part 3 is shown.
- the movable furniture part 3 is brought from the closed position into an overpressure position so that the ejection device 6 can eject the movable furniture part.
- the movable furniture part 3 is accelerated by the ejection device 6 from the overpressure position in a first distance to the point S 1 .
- the movable furniture part is heavy, so that the acceleration is low.
- the position shown no longer accelerates the movable furniture part, but only slows it down slightly due to the frictional forces when moving the movable furniture part and the driver 12 in the opening direction until the in Figure 18 position shown is reached, which corresponds to point S 2 in Figure 19 corresponds.
- the dashed line along the second distance between S 1 and S 2 shows the difference when no braking forces act on the movable furniture part 3 via the driver 12.
- the movable furniture part would only be slightly faster at the end of the path S 2 , with a decrease in speed also taking place due to the remaining frictional forces on the pull-out guide 5 or on other components that act on the movable furniture part 3.
- FIG 20 is a speed-path diagram for a light movable furniture part 3 is shown in which the same ejector 6 with the same springs 22 is used.
- the movable furniture part 3 is initially accelerated in the opening direction from the overpressure position or, in the case of an alternative unlocking, from the closed position until the speed V max is reached and the in Figure 16 position shown is reached.
- the ejection device After the first distance has been reached, the ejection device generates a certain braking effect on the driver 12 via frictional forces, the difference in the final speed at the end of the second distance (S 2 ) being greater than in FIG Figure 19 , since the movable furniture part 3 is lighter.
- the dashed line is in Figure 20 a non-braked movable furniture part 3 is shown, while the continuous line between S 1 and S 2 shows the braking effect of the driver 12.
- dampers can alternatively or additionally be provided be, for example, air dampers, fluid dampers, linear dampers or rotary dampers.
- the damping force is preferably speed-dependent, that is to say the higher the speed of the movable furniture part at the end of the first path, the higher the damping forces become in order to slow down the ejection speed more strongly at higher speeds.
