Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Offenend-Spinneinrichtung umfassend ein mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbares Rotorgehäuse (1) und einen Spinnrotor (2), das Rotorgehäuse (1) ist nach vorne hin offen und durch ein Deckelelement verschließbar, nach hinten weist das Rotorgehäuse (1) eine Rückwand (3) mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung (4) für einen Rotorschaft (5) des Spinnrotors (2) auf. Um das Auftreten von Fadenwickeln im Inneren des Rotorgehäuses (1) hinter dem Spinnrotor zu verhindern, ist vorgesehen, dass am größten Außendurchmesser des Spinnrotors (2) ein enger Spalt (6) von weniger als 2mm Spaltbreite zwischen dem Spinnrotor (2) und der Rückwand (3) des Rotorgehäuses (1) vorhanden ist und dass die Rückwand (3) des Rotorgehäuses (1) so ausgebildet ist, dass im Inneren des Rotorgehäuses (1) der Bereich (7) hinter dem Spinnrotor (2) verdeckt wird.
