Claims (11)
- Dispositif (1), destiné à disperser au moins une substance (P) pulvérulente dans un fluide (F), comprenant un boîtier de processus (5) pourvu d'un rotor (3) avec une surface de rotor, une alimentation de fluide (7), un conduit d'arrivée (6) pour l'au moins une substance pulvérulente à disperser, pourvu d'au moins un orifice de sortie (21), ainsi que d'une sortie de produit (8), le rotor (3) étant apte à générer au moins par endroits un transport axial d'un fluide (F) alimenté et le rotor (3) étant apte à générer au moins par endroits un transport radial du fluide (F) alimenté, dans la zone de la surface de rotor, le rotor (3) comportant des structures de guidage (11) destinées à générer l'effet de transport axial et par un évasement d'une section transversale (Q) de rotor et/ou par une rotation du rotor (3), un effet de transport radial étant susceptible d'être généré,
les structures de guidage (11) étant conçues sur le côté du rotor (3) qui fait face au conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser et au moins l'une des structures de guidage (11) étant rallongée axialement, en direction du conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance pulvérulente à disperser par un noyau (10) massif du rotor (3),
caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un orifice de sortie (21) du conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance pulvérulente à disperser est entouré au moins en partie par l'au moins une structure de guidage (11) rallongée, à l'extérieur du noyau de rotor massif,
lors de la rotation du rotor (3) autour de l'axe de rotation (R), des forces centrifuges étant susceptibles d'être générées, qui ont pour effet que le fluide (F) soit guidé vers l'extérieur et ainsi maintenu à distance de l'orifice de sortie (21) de poudre, une pénétration de fluide (F) dans l'alimentation de poudre (6) étant efficacement empêché. - Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, le rotor (3) comprenant au moins un premier moyen destiné à générer le transport axial au moins par endroits et le rotor (3) comprenant au moins un deuxième moyen destiné à générer le transport radial au moins par endroits.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, le conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser étant entouré au moins partiellement par le rotor (3) et l'au moins un orifice de sortie (21) étant placé dans une zone du rotor (3) dans laquelle le fluide (F) est transportable en direction axiale.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser comportant un premier axe longitudinal (L6) et le rotor (3) étant logé en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (R), l'axe longitudinal (L6) du conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser et l'axe de rotation (R) du rotor (3) étant orientés de manière coaxiale ou parallèle et un orifice de sortie (21) du conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser étant placé en alignement sur le premier axe longitudinal (L6) du conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser et sur l'axe de rotation (R) du rotor (3), ou l'axe longitudinal (L6*) du conduit d'arrivée (6*) pour la substance à disperser et l'axe de rotation (R) du rotor (3) étant placés sous un angle (α) défini l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'alimentation de fluide (7) étant placée largement à l'orthogonale par rapport au conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser ou l'alimentation de fluide (7) étant placée sous un angle compris entre 0 degré et 90 degrés par rapport au conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, l'alimentation de fluide (7) comportant un deuxième axe longitudinal qui est placé à l'orthogonale ou sous un angle par rapport au premier axe longitudinal (L6) du conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser et l'alimentation de fluide (7) étant placée avec un écart par rapport au rotor (3), de sorte que du fluide (F) chargé s'écoule au moins en partie autour du conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 6, le fluide (F) étant susceptible d'être guidé à l'aide des structures de guidage (11) du rotor (3) et de la force centrifuge produite lors de la rotation du rotor (3) d'un centre du rotor (3) vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser étant réglable en direction axiale, notamment le conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser étant déplaçable à la parallèle de l'axe de rotation (R) du rotor.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, la profondeur d'immersion d'une zone d'extrémité (20) du conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser, notamment la profondeur d'immersion de la zone d'extrémité (20) comprenant l'au moins un orifice de sortie (21) dans les structures de guidage (11) rallongées du rotor (3) étant réglable.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, entre les structures de guidage (11) rallongées du rotor (3) et du conduit d'arrivée (6) pour la substance à disperser étant conçu un écart radial, notamment un écart radial compris entre 0,1 mm et 10 mm.
- Procédé, destiné à disperser au moins une substance (P) dans un fluide (F), notamment dans un liquide, à l'aide d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant un boîtier de processus (5) pourvu d'un rotor (3) avec une surface de rotor, une alimentation de fluide (7), un conduit d'arrivée (6) pour l'au moins une substance à disperser, pourvu d'au moins un orifice de sortie (21), ainsi que d'une sortie de produit (8), le rotor (3) étant apte à générer au moins par endroits un transport axial d'un fluide (F) alimenté et le rotor (3) étant apte à générer au moins par endroits un transport radial du fluide (F) alimenté.
