Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une liaison d'éléments (70, 140) comprenant une structure de fixation (60, 160) qui comporte au moins une épaisseur d'élément (60A, 60a;160a, 160b) et un élément de liaison thermoplastique (10, 110) comprenant une tête (12, 112) et une tige (14, 114). Selon l'invention, l'élément de liaison (10, 110) est enfoncé dans la structure de fixation (60, 160) en appliquant une rotation et une pression de sorte que la tige (14, 114) pénètre dans la structure de fixation (60, 160), l'élément de liaison (10, 110) étant, après avoir pénétré dans la structure de fixation (60, 160), amené par frottement dans un état ramolli fluide sur une matrice (44, 144) qui est appliquée contre la direction d'enfoncement sur la structure de fixation (60, 160) de manière à obtenir un épaississement (22, 122) dépassant de la détente radiale de la tige (14, 114) par endroits, la structure de fixation (60, 160) étant maintenue par complémentarité de forme entre la tête (12, 112) et l'épaississement (22, 122).
