Definitions
- the invention relates to a textile garment with ballistic protective equipment.
- a generic textile garment is from the DE 10 2012 110 104 A1 known.
- ballistic protective equipment is to be understood in particular to mean personal protective equipment by clothing worn close to the body, as a result of which the wearer of the clothing is to be protected against the effects of an explosion and the splinters which occur as a result, or the effects thereof on the wearer are to be reduced.
- the underwear for example underpants, has pockets into which ballistic protective packages are inserted.
- the ballistic protection packages can be, for example, a ballistic material called SPECTRAFLEX® from the Allied Signal Company. It is known from the US 6,691,958 B1 also use aramid fibers or polyethylene fibers, for example Twaron TM and Dyneema TM, to manufacture the protective packages that are to be inserted into the pockets.
- the generic document discloses an underwear, the base of which is composed of a knitted fabric which prevents the penetration of splinters and is composed of UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) and a different textile material.
- UHMWPE ultra high molecular weight polyethylene
- the different textile materials or the different zones that make up the underwear are sewn together.
- This invention was based on the consideration that the entire underwear does not have to be formed from a uniform knitwear which prevents the penetration of splinters, but essentially only the areas which require special protection. It has therefore been assumed within the scope of this invention that it is sufficient to use the knitted fabric made of UHMWPE in a first zone of the base area, which requires special protection.
- the invention was based on the consideration, in contrast to the prior art, such as this from the US 6,961,958 B1 is known to refrain from first producing the underwear completely from a material not equipped with ballistics and then to provide pockets for receiving ballistic protection packages.
- the generic document discloses that the underwear is assembled by sewing several different textile materials together. This is to ensure that the underwear has a comparatively low basis weight and still has a good protective effect.
- the first wave creates an overpressure that literally inflates or inflates the textile garment.
- the protective clothing bursts due to this pressure and inflation.
- a modular body armor system which comprises a plurality of flexible, air-permeable, thermally ventilated plates, which are arranged in fixed relationships and offer protection for the trunk and extremities.
- the present invention has for its object to provide a textile item of clothing with ballistic protective equipment that solves the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular particularly effectively protects against unconventional explosive and fire devices positioned near the ground, which is easy to use and Carrier affected as little as possible.
- the invention relates to a textile item of clothing with ballistic protective equipment with a torso part and arm parts, the torso part being a knitted fabric and having at least one protected zone which is formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters, characterized in that the arm parts are made of a woven fabric Material are formed.
- the torso part is the part of the article of clothing that covers a human torso and the arm parts the part of the article of clothing that at least partially covers the human arms when the article of clothing is worn correctly.
- the torso part has only one uniformly protected zone, that is to say that the knitted fabric which forms the torso part is produced in a uniform manner and is connected to the arm parts from the fabric.
- This has proven to be particularly suitable for the production of a so-called combat shirt, which fulfills the function of both underwear and a combat jacket or can replace these items of clothing.
- the arm parts are preferably long-sleeved.
- the torso part can also have a plurality of differently protected zones, at least two different zones being connected seamlessly to one another and at least one first zone being formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of fragments. All configurations and variants of the other inventions already described or described below can be used for this purpose.
- the arm parts made of the woven material preferably also have a ballistic protective effect.
- the torso part can be provided with cuffs, in particular in the region of the neck opening and also at the lower end of the torso part facing away from it.
- the cuffs can be designed and attached in the manner already described in the context of the other inventions.
- the textile garment with the torso part made of a knitted fabric and the arm parts made of a woven material, which is referred to below (and above) as a combat shirt, is particularly suitable at higher outside temperatures to be worn instead of a combat jacket.
- the arm parts can preferably be formed by a woven fabric with camouflage printing.
- the woven fabric or the woven material means that the arm parts withstand high loads, in particular also under the influence of moisture, and have permanently high strength values.
- the arm parts can be manufactured in such a way that they have high air permeability.
- the torso part of the combat shirt is preferably designed with a high collar.
- the combat shirt is particularly suitable for use in combination with a ballistic protective vest.
- the knitted design of the torso part eliminates annoying or rubbing seams.
- the torso part and also the arm parts can have fire-retardant properties and / or antistatic properties and / or antibacterial properties.
- the combat shirt can be made hydrophilic.
- the torso part of the textile item of clothing is preferably formed from a seamless tube with a flame-retardant and hydrophilic knitted fabric with different knitting zones that dissipate sweat and balance the body temperature.
- the preferred antibacterial property of the material inhibits the formation of odors.
- the combat shirt is used as underwear, that is to say that an additional undergarment of underwear is not necessary.
- An optimal moisture transport can be guaranteed by a close-fitting design of the combat shirt.
- a channel running from the hem to the cuff can be provided in a knitting technique to achieve a venturi effect, which improves the wicking away of moisture through the shirt.
- the removal of moisture is supported by the seamless design of the knitted fabric which is preferably provided according to the invention.
- the knitting technique to achieve the Venturi effect ensures good heat and moisture is released to the environment via the neck area, which is particularly suitable for the high collar.
- the arm parts of the combat shirt are preferably made from a light, flame-retardant twill.
- the upper fabric can be designed in a 3-color camouflage.
- a vector protection, preferably applied on both sides, and hydrophilic properties on the inside of the arm parts can be provided.
- pre-shaped pockets preferably made of a highly abrasion-resistant and flame-retardant polyamide, are provided on the elbows, in which, in particular, flexible elbow protectors, preferably in the configuration as shown in FIG DE 20 2013 100 788 U1 is recordable.
- the elbow protectors can be provided on the right / left specifically with pressed movement folds and special bulges to protect the elbow and / or the upper forearm.
- the arm parts can furthermore have pockets in the region of the upper arms, which serve as storage space.
- a fleece band can be provided, which serves to hold a rank badge and, if necessary, at the same time as a pen storage.
- the arm parts can preferably also have further pen pockets, for example in the region of the front left sleeve.
- the cuffs are preferably cut relatively far, in such a way that they can be rolled up in the area of the pulse.
- ventilation with a mosquito net can be incorporated in the forearm area of the arm parts.
- a zipper in particular a two-way zipper, can preferably be provided, which can preferably be opened in an O-shape.
- the arm parts can preferably be designed in a raglan construction.
- the arm parts can preferably be connected to the torso part with a flatlock seam.
- the combat shirt preferably has a high-cut stand-up collar, in which all opening options have been dispensed with. This is advantageous in order to avoid pressure points in this area when using a protective vest or wearing and protective equipment.
- the upper material of the torso part can have camouflage properties, but this is not necessary in a preferred embodiment, since the torso part is covered in use by wearing and protective equipment that already has a camouflage function.
- the material of the torso part and the standing collar can preferably be made hydrophilic and antibacterial.
- the combat shirt can be worn especially in combination with a ballistic protective vest and wearing and protective equipment, as is customary for military personnel. This represents a particularly advantageous inventive use.
- the knitted fabric from which the torso part is made can have several differently protected zones, at least two different zones being seamlessly connected to one another, and at least one zone being formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of fragments.
- multiple zones is understood to mean two or more zones.
- Any existing cuffs of the textile item of clothing are not considered a "zone" in the sense of the invention.
- the part of the textile article of clothing which is formed by the first zone can be formed in one piece or in several pieces.
- the other zones provided can also be in one piece or in several pieces, i.e. H. distributed over several areas.
- two zones are considered to be differently protected if their structure, ie the yarn used and / or the thickness of the yarn and / or the binding and / or the structure of the Yarns and / or the thickness of the layer and / or the number of layers arranged one above the other gives a different ballistic protection.
- the ballistic protection that the textile item of clothing is to provide only results from the knitted fabric having differently protected zones, without additional protective packages which are inserted into pockets according to the prior art being necessary.
- a plurality, preferably all, of the zones are connected to one another seamlessly.
- the zones are preferably knitted together.
- the textile item of clothing is knitted flat seamlessly and the different zones are knitted together.
- the inventor has recognized that a seamless connection of the zones can significantly improve the protective effect of the textile item of clothing.
- the textile clothing no longer bursts due to the seamless connection due to the pressure wave, the textile clothing is still in the intended position even after the pressure wave, so that the first zone, which is formed from a yarn that prevents the penetration of fragments, can develop their protective effect at the intended location and protect the wearer of the item of clothing.
- the invention also offers the advantage that different zones of protection or other areas can be formed by the formation of different zones, so that the textile can also have other properties, for example thermoregulation and a secure fit.
- the inventor has also recognized that it is very advantageous if the textile item of clothing lies close to the wearer's body, in particular if the textile item of clothing is an undergarment, thereby preventing the textile item of clothing from being affected by the first pressure wave bloated.
- the textile item of clothing is designed in such a way that it not only fits tightly against the body of the wearer of the item of clothing with any cuffs provided, but rather the item of clothing is designed in such a way that it fits tightly overall on the wearer of the item of clothing.
- the inventor has also recognized and solved a further problem of ballistically protected textiles from the prior art, in particular in accordance with the generic script. If the individual zones are knitted independently of one another and then put together to form a textile item of clothing, open edges or predetermined breaking points are inevitable. These open edges prevent the acting forces from being distributed as effectively as possible, since the filaments are cut off directly at the edge and the force can only be absorbed by the filaments up to this point of intersection.
- the way soft ballistics work is based on the absorption and distribution of the kinetic energy that occurs. The directly hit threads of the garment are destroyed and / or stretched by the penetration of the projectile and thus distribute the energy to the surrounding threads.
- the zones of the textile item of clothing consist of endless yarns that are not cut off at the edge.
- Each zone is preferably formed by only one thread.
- the thread would (theoretically) derive the force almost endlessly, which leads to a reduction in the number of layers, an associated weight reduction and improved trauma values.
- the production from a thread is cheaper and more environmentally friendly, since there is no waste and there are no additional costs for the assembly of the layers.
- composition of the textile item of clothing from several zones has the advantage that the zones providing the ballistic protection can be concentrated on the areas which are to be protected accordingly. Appropriate materials can be installed in the other zones, which ensure, for example, thermal regulation or ensure advantageous elasticity of the item of clothing.
- the textile item of clothing is designed as underwear, undershirt, t-shirt, combat shirt or long-sleeved shirt.
- the textile garment is designed as a t-shirt or underwear with female shapes, as a shirt or as a long-sleeved shirt, in particular as a combat shirt.
- the textile clothing item is preferably worn directly on the skin, that is to say the textile clothing item also serves as underwear or replaces an underwear.
- a second zone which has a higher ballistic protective effect than the first zone.
- the second zone which can also be formed in one piece or in multiple pieces, i. H. which is realized by a coherent surface or by several individual surfaces, can in turn be seamlessly connected to the other zones, preferably entangled with them.
- the second zone which has a higher ballistic protective effect than the first zone, protects the areas of the wearer that are particularly at risk. It is advantageous if the second zone is formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of fragments, the yarn being coarser and / or the basis weight is higher and / or denser bonds are provided than in the yarn of the first zone. This allows a higher protective effect to be achieved in a simple manner. It is advantageous if the first zone has a single layer and the second zone has two or more layers. Alternatively, it can also be provided that the first zone has two layers and the second zone has three, four or more layers.
- the second zone is designed as a spacer fabric.
- a double layer or possibly a multiple layer can be realized in a simple manner.
- a spacer fabric has proven to be advantageous, particularly with regard to breathability. Despite the multiple layers of the distance, this is not too stiff for the wearer.
- the first zone is designed as a spacer fabric.
- the yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters has or is UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) or aramid or Vectran®.
- Aramid is the abbreviation for "aromatic polyamide", a special form of polyamides. They are divided into para and meta aramids. Para-aramids are well suited for protective clothing due to their mechanical properties. H. for ballistic and stab and cut protection. Meta-aramids are especially used in heat protection. In the para-aramid polymers, the amide groups are located on the opposite sides of a benzene ring and thus create a straightforward structure of the molecular chains.
- PBO is an isotropic, crystalline polymer fiber and is a polybenzazole. Because of its linear structure and aromatic heterocyclic groups, PBO is a rigid rod-shaped macromolecule (similar to para-aramid). However, the assembly of PBO is very difficult.
- Vectran® has proven to be suitable. This is a high-performance multifilament yarn that is spun from liquid crystal polymers.
- a further zone has an elastic yarn or is formed by an elastic yarn.
- the further zone can be defined as a zone which requires less protection and which focuses on other properties, for example the production of air circulation and the elasticity in order to achieve a good fit.
- the further zone can be designed as a comfort zone, possibly as a so-called mesh, ie. H. as an air-permeable textile mesh fabric.
- the yarn selected for the further zone can also be designed in such a way that this enables or supports thermoregulation and / or the removal of sweat from the body.
- the further zone is designed to be flame-retardant and / or breathable.
- the part of the textile article of clothing which is formed by the further zone can be formed in one piece or in several pieces.
- the further zone can also have different properties, in particular, as described below, be designed with and without ballistic protection.
- the further zone has a yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters.
- a yarn that has already been mentioned above can be used for this, in particular UHMWPE, aramid or Vectran®.
- the inventor has recognized that a wrap yarn is particularly suitable for the further zone.
- the further zone can have a wrapping yarn or be formed by a wrapping yarn which preferably has a core made of the elastic yarn, which is wrapped by the yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters.
- This solution has proven to be particularly suitable, since on the one hand a comfort zone with the desired properties, in particular the desired elasticity and the pleasant wearing behavior is realized and this also results in the technical advantage that the textile garment lies close to the body of the wearer. Furthermore, this solution offers a certain ballistic minimum protection by wrapping the core out of the elastic yarn with a yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters. This has proven to be particularly suitable.
- the yarn that prevents the penetration of splinters can in turn be one of the aforementioned yarns.
- the textile garment can have cuffs which are preferably seamlessly connected to adjacent zones.
- the cuffs can have an elastic thread or be formed by an elastic thread.
- the cuffs can also be flame-retardant and / or breathable. It is also possible to produce the additional zone from a wrapping yarn, preferably an elastic core, for example made of a material called elastane, which is wrapped with another yarn, for example again a yarn that prevents the penetration of fragments inhibits (UHMWPE, aramid or Vectran®).
- the cuffs are also preferably knitted with the adjacent other zones.
- the cuffs need not necessarily be present in the textile item of clothing and / or be seamlessly connected to the adjacent zones.
- the term “cuffs” also includes an embodiment of the textile item of clothing with only one waistband.
- Antibacterial treatment of at least the first or the second zone, preferably all zones, can be advantageous.
- first and / or the second zone preferably all zones, have hydrophilic properties.
- first zone and / or the second zone are designed as a close-knit fabric.
- the knitted fabric is knitted from UHMWPE using a double yarn.
- the first zone and / or the second zone and / or the further zone are each formed several times in the textile item of clothing.
- a carrying strap can be incorporated, preferably knitted in.
- the shoulder strap can be provided so that, for example, if the wearer of the undershirt or the T-shirt has been injured, it can be raised on the shoulder strap, which can be designed as a rescue grip, or at least the wearer can be helped to get up, for example.
- the shoulder strap can preferably be carried from the back over the chest and / or from the back under the armpits to the shoulder and back around the neck of the wearer if the undershirt or the T-shirt is worn correctly.
- the shoulder strap branches out from the back, so that it is led both under the armpits to the shoulder and also runs around the wearer's chest.
- padding is incorporated or formed in the shoulder area in order to make it easier to carry packing containers or backpacks, for example.
- pockets are introduced, preferably knitted in, in the area of the sleeves and / or the cuffs, for example for holding smartphones, keys, access cards, pens or the like.
- an undershirt or a T-shirt with a shoulder strap and / or a padding and / or pockets shown above is suitable for undershirts or T-shirts for men as well as undershirts or T-shirts for women, the Undershirts and T-shirts can have corresponding female shapes.
- the aforementioned configurations are also suitable for a long-sleeved shirt, in which case the pockets can preferably be formed in the arm parts, particularly preferably in the region of the upper arm.
- partial areas and / or individual zones have an outside which is knitted from a different material than the inside. How this can be achieved is fundamentally known from the prior art and is referred to there as plating technology.
- the textile garment has a seam in order to form a completely closed textile body, in particular in the form of an underwear, a long-sleeved shirt or a torso part of a long-sleeved shirt, from the flat and seamlessly knitted textile garment.
- the seam will preferably run in such a way that it disturbs the wearer as little as possible and preferably runs within a zone, i. H. preferably not between two zones.
- the above-mentioned seam can be designed, for example, as a "medical release", in order to be able to quickly remove it from the body in the event of an injury to the wearer of the textile clothing item.
- An embodiment of the seam as a "medical release” can also be useful, in particular, when the textile garment is designed as an inner glove or glove.
- the textile garment is preferably made on a flat knitting machine.
- the textile item of clothing is manufactured in such a way that it lies as close as possible to the body.
- wrapping yarns preferably with an elastane core, but also natural yarns and so-called FR yarns can be used.
- the further zone which is the comfort zone, is preferably additionally supported with a high-strength yarn, in particular UHMWPE, aramide and Vectran®, so that the clothing does not burst at this point due to the pressure of the detonation.
- the solution optionally provided according to the invention namely the seamless connection of the zones, in particular that the zones are entangled with one another, prevents the textile clothing item from bursting open.
- This configuration avoids that the air of a first pressure wave, in particular an IED explosion, does not get under the clothing item and thus the clothing is not inflated and bursts open. Furthermore, there are no seams that can be torn open by the pressure wave.
- mesh areas are also formed in the comfort area, in particular this can be implemented in the area of muscles or uncritical parts of the body without the product being adversely affected thereby.
- Network areas can be seamlessly connected to the other zones, in particular entangled.
- the further zone is preferably at least partially designed as a network.
- the textile item of clothing as ballistic underwear
- it is preferably provided that it is produced on a flat knitting machine and that the underwear fits snugly against the body, similar to what is known for cycling shorts.
- reinforced zones can be provided, which are preferably knitted with a spacer fabric. In this regard, reference is made to the description, in particular, of the second zone.
- the first zone can also be designed as described with regard to the second zone.
- the first zone is also produced by a spacer knitted fabric or is formed by several layers of the knitted fabric.
- the design of the textile item of clothing with two protection zones has proven to be particularly suitable, but if only one zone is to be formed, it can have one, more or all of the properties and options described with respect to the second zone were.
- first zone a protective zone
- first zone a protective zone
- the item of clothing is composed of a torso part and arm parts, the torso part being constructed as a knitted fabric, while the arm parts are constructed as a fabric, and the arm parts are each connected to the torso part via a seam.
- the torso part can be designed in such a way as has already been shown above and below in the context of the invention. However, it can also be provided that the torso part has only one protection zone and no further zone (“comfort zone”), but preferably a seamless connection of cuffs can be provided.
- the knitted fabric which forms the torso part has at least one zone which is formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of fragments.
- the further zone which can be arranged in the comfort area, can be produced by an elastic net and / or a jersey, optionally with UHMWPE yarns.
- High-performance filaments can be knitted in so that the textile garment does not burst.

Zones with a reduced degree of protection, i.e. the comfort zone, are especially the areas of the muscles and bones.
- the further zone can preferably be formed here.
- the first and second zones can be at least partially preferably manufactured using a plating technique. It is an advantage if the inside is made of UHMWPE or aramid or Vectran® and the outside is knitted from a flame-retardant material and possibly printed with a camouflage print.
- the textile garment When designing the textile garment as an undershirt or t-shirt, it can be advantageous if a central area of the front, ie. H. the chest and / or a central area on the back is produced by a further zone that realizes a comfort area. This area is typically adequately protected by a ballistic vest so that the undershirt or t-shirt does not have to perform a ballistic protective function here.
- the chest and / or the lower region of the front in the region of the waist and beyond can preferably be formed from a high-strength material, in particular UHMWPE, aramid or Vectran® and preferably represent a first zone and / or a second zone, in order to supplement this Realize protection in addition to the ballistic vest.
- a high-strength material in particular UHMWPE, aramid or Vectran® and preferably represent a first zone and / or a second zone, in order to supplement this Realize protection in addition to the ballistic vest.

- the seam 8 preferably runs in such a way that it does not run between two zones 1, 2, 3, but within a zone, in particular in order not to weaken the seamless connection between two zones. In principle, however, it would also be possible for the seam 8 to be between two zones 1, 2, 3 runs. In the sense of the invention, this does not change the fact that zones 1, 2, 3 are seamlessly connected to one another.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 show an embodiment of the textile garment according to the invention as undershirt 200 or T-shirt.
- an undershirt 200 is referred to below, but it can equally well be a T-shirt.

Description
The invention relates to a textile garment with ballistic protective equipment.
The term “ballistic protective equipment” is to be understood in particular to mean personal protective equipment by clothing worn close to the body, as a result of which the wearer of the clothing is to be protected against the effects of an explosion and the splinters which occur as a result, or the effects thereof on the wearer are to be reduced.
Investigations have shown that military personnel, but also civilians in crisis areas, particularly in regions where terrorist activities occur regularly, for example in Afghanistan, have a significant increase in abdominal injuries. One of the reasons for this is that terrorists use unconventional explosive devices and fire devices known as IEDs. These are mostly explosive devices positioned on the ground, which develop their effect from the ground upwards. This creates primary splinters and secondary splinters, which particularly injure the lower abdomen. The explosion also accelerates particles of sand, dust and dirt. There is also a blast and fire from the explosive and fire devices.

Another disadvantage of known ballistically equipped underpants is that their protective packages are only inadequately matched to the areas in the lower abdomen that actually need special protection.
However, it has been shown that the protective effect of underwear which is produced in accordance with the disclosure of the generic document is still in need of improvement. One problem is that the aforementioned IED booby traps release their action in two waves. First of all, a pressure wave acts on the textile item of clothing, in particular the underwear. This inflates and the seams with which the individual textile surfaces are sewn together can burst. The areas that are intended to ensure a ballistic protective effect remain essentially intact, but are no longer necessarily in the intended places, since all other areas can be destroyed and in particular the seams can be torn. If the second wave acts on the body due to the explosion, splinters and dirt, a ballistic protective effect is no longer reliably present. The splinters and dirt can penetrate into the body.
It has been shown that the first wave creates an overpressure that literally inflates or inflates the textile garment. The protective clothing bursts due to this pressure and inflation.

The present invention has for its object to provide a textile item of clothing with ballistic protective equipment that solves the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular particularly effectively protects against unconventional explosive and fire devices positioned near the ground, which is easy to use and Carrier affected as little as possible.
This object is achieved by the features of
The invention relates to a textile item of clothing with ballistic protective equipment with a torso part and arm parts, the torso part being a knitted fabric and having at least one protected zone which is formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters, characterized in that the arm parts are made of a woven fabric Material are formed.
The torso part is the part of the article of clothing that covers a human torso and the arm parts the part of the article of clothing that at least partially covers the human arms when the article of clothing is worn correctly.
It can be provided that the torso part has only one uniformly protected zone, that is to say that the knitted fabric which forms the torso part is produced in a uniform manner and is connected to the arm parts from the fabric. This has proven to be particularly suitable for the production of a so-called combat shirt, which fulfills the function of both underwear and a combat jacket or can replace these items of clothing. The arm parts are preferably long-sleeved.
The torso part can also have a plurality of differently protected zones, at least two different zones being connected seamlessly to one another and at least one first zone being formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of fragments. All configurations and variants of the other inventions already described or described below can be used for this purpose.
The arm parts made of the woven material preferably also have a ballistic protective effect.
The torso part can be provided with cuffs, in particular in the region of the neck opening and also at the lower end of the torso part facing away from it. The cuffs can be designed and attached in the manner already described in the context of the other inventions.
The textile garment with the torso part made of a knitted fabric and the arm parts made of a woven material, which is referred to below (and above) as a combat shirt, is particularly suitable at higher outside temperatures to be worn instead of a combat jacket. The arm parts can preferably be formed by a woven fabric with camouflage printing. The woven fabric or the woven material means that the arm parts withstand high loads, in particular also under the influence of moisture, and have permanently high strength values. Furthermore, the arm parts can be manufactured in such a way that they have high air permeability.
The torso part of the combat shirt is preferably designed with a high collar.
The combat shirt is particularly suitable for use in combination with a ballistic protective vest. The knitted design of the torso part eliminates annoying or rubbing seams.
The torso part and also the arm parts can have fire-retardant properties and / or antistatic properties and / or antibacterial properties. The combat shirt can be made hydrophilic.
The torso part of the textile item of clothing (combat shirt) is preferably formed from a seamless tube with a flame-retardant and hydrophilic knitted fabric with different knitting zones that dissipate sweat and balance the body temperature. The preferred antibacterial property of the material inhibits the formation of odors.
According to the invention, it can be provided that the combat shirt is used as underwear, that is to say that an additional undergarment of underwear is not necessary. An optimal moisture transport can be guaranteed by a close-fitting design of the combat shirt. A channel running from the hem to the cuff can be provided in a knitting technique to achieve a venturi effect, which improves the wicking away of moisture through the shirt. The removal of moisture is supported by the seamless design of the knitted fabric which is preferably provided according to the invention.
The knitting technique to achieve the Venturi effect ensures good heat and moisture is released to the environment via the neck area, which is particularly suitable for the high collar.
The elbow protectors can be provided on the right / left specifically with pressed movement folds and special bulges to protect the elbow and / or the upper forearm. The arm parts can furthermore have pockets in the region of the upper arms, which serve as storage space. Furthermore, a fleece band can be provided, which serves to hold a rank badge and, if necessary, at the same time as a pen storage.
The arm parts can preferably also have further pen pockets, for example in the region of the front left sleeve.
The cuffs are preferably cut relatively far, in such a way that they can be rolled up in the area of the pulse.
Provision can also be made for the width of the arm end to be adjustable via a strap with an adhesive closure.
According to the invention, ventilation with a mosquito net can be incorporated in the forearm area of the arm parts. For this purpose, a zipper, in particular a two-way zipper, can preferably be provided, which can preferably be opened in an O-shape.
It is advantageous if short zipper slides and, if applicable, a zipper garage are provided at the ends of the ventilation openings, as a result of which noise is reduced. The arm parts can preferably be designed in a raglan construction. The arm parts can preferably be connected to the torso part with a flatlock seam.
The combat shirt preferably has a high-cut stand-up collar, in which all opening options have been dispensed with. This is advantageous in order to avoid pressure points in this area when using a protective vest or wearing and protective equipment.
The upper material of the torso part can have camouflage properties, but this is not necessary in a preferred embodiment, since the torso part is covered in use by wearing and protective equipment that already has a camouflage function. The material of the torso part and the standing collar can preferably be made hydrophilic and antibacterial.
The combat shirt can be worn especially in combination with a ballistic protective vest and wearing and protective equipment, as is customary for military personnel. This represents a particularly advantageous inventive use.
The knitted fabric from which the torso part is made can have several differently protected zones, at least two different zones being seamlessly connected to one another, and at least one zone being formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of fragments.
Dies wird nachfolgend noch näher dargestellt. This is shown in more detail below.
The term “multiple zones” is understood to mean two or more zones.
Any existing cuffs of the textile item of clothing are not considered a "zone" in the sense of the invention.
The part of the textile article of clothing which is formed by the first zone can be formed in one piece or in several pieces. The other zones provided can also be in one piece or in several pieces, i.e. H. distributed over several areas.
The feature that "at least two different zones are seamlessly connected" does not require that if a zone is multi-part, i. H. is divided into several areas of the textile item of clothing, all partial areas of this zone are seamlessly connected to one or more (partial) areas of a different zone. It is sufficient if two (partial) surfaces of different zones are seamlessly connected to each other. Preferably, however, all areas of a zone are seamlessly connected to all areas of a different zone.
For the purposes of the invention, two zones are considered to be differently protected if their structure, ie the yarn used and / or the thickness of the yarn and / or the binding and / or the structure of the Yarns and / or the thickness of the layer and / or the number of layers arranged one above the other gives a different ballistic protection.
- a) eine Zone, die aus einem Garn gestrickt ist, dass dafür bekannt ist, einen ballistischen Schutz zu bieten, insbesondere UHMWPE, Aramid oder Vectran®;
- b) eine Zone, die entsprechend der Zone a) aufgebaut ist, bei der jedoch das Garn, das den ballistischen Schutz bieten soll, gröber ist und/oder ein höheres Flächengewicht aufweist und/oder dichtere Bindungen vorgesehen sind und/oder eine abweichende Anzahl an übereinander angeordneten Lagen vorgesehen ist;
- c) eine Zone, bei der andere Eigenschaften, beispielsweise eine Elastizität oder eine Luftdurchlässigkeit im Vordergrund steht und die lediglich über einen ballistischen Mindestschutz, vorzugsweise dadurch, dass ein Umwindegarn eingesetzt wird, welches vorzugsweise UHMWPE, Aramid oder Vectran® aufweist, hergestellt ist;
- a) a zone knitted from a yarn known to provide ballistic protection, particularly UHMWPE, aramid or Vectran®;
- b) a zone which is constructed in accordance with zone a), but in which the yarn which is intended to provide ballistic protection is coarser and / or has a higher basis weight and / or denser bonds are provided and / or a different number layers arranged one above the other are provided;
- c) a zone in which other properties, for example elasticity or air permeability are in the foreground and which is only achieved by means of a minimum ballistic protection, preferably by using a wrapping yarn which is preferably made of UHMWPE, aramid or Vectran®;
- d) a zone in which no material is knitted, which is known to offer minimum ballistic protection, especially if the zone has neither UHMWPE, aramid or Vectran® as yarn.
It can be provided that the ballistic protection that the textile item of clothing is to provide only results from the knitted fabric having differently protected zones, without additional protective packages which are inserted into pockets according to the prior art being necessary.
According to the invention, it can be provided that a plurality, preferably all, of the zones are connected to one another seamlessly.
Die Zonen sind vorzugsweise miteinander verstrickt. The zones are preferably knitted together.
According to the invention it can be provided that the textile item of clothing is knitted flat seamlessly and the different zones are knitted together.
The inventor has recognized that a seamless connection of the zones can significantly improve the protective effect of the textile item of clothing. A previous problem, namely the bursting of the seams by the pressure wave of an explosion and the protective effect of the ballistic protected zones, which is no longer provided as a result, is thereby avoided.
Because the textile clothing no longer bursts due to the seamless connection due to the pressure wave, the textile clothing is still in the intended position even after the pressure wave, so that the first zone, which is formed from a yarn that prevents the penetration of fragments, can develop their protective effect at the intended location and protect the wearer of the item of clothing.
In contrast to the other state of the art, the invention also offers the advantage that different zones of protection or other areas can be formed by the formation of different zones, so that the textile can also have other properties, for example thermoregulation and a secure fit.
The inventor has also recognized that it is very advantageous if the textile item of clothing lies close to the wearer's body, in particular if the textile item of clothing is an undergarment, thereby preventing the textile item of clothing from being affected by the first pressure wave bloated.
It is particularly advantageous if the textile item of clothing is designed in such a way that it not only fits tightly against the body of the wearer of the item of clothing with any cuffs provided, but rather the item of clothing is designed in such a way that it fits tightly overall on the wearer of the item of clothing.
The inventor has also recognized and solved a further problem of ballistically protected textiles from the prior art, in particular in accordance with the generic script. However, the way soft ballistics work is based on the absorption and distribution of the kinetic energy that occurs. The directly hit threads of the garment are destroyed and / or stretched by the penetration of the projectile and thus distribute the energy to the surrounding threads. Because fabrics and scrims are generally made at right angles, this energy distribution mainly runs in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Via the crossing points of the fibers, the force is further distributed to the surrounding threads, which leads to a kind of chain reaction. The energy spreads further and further on the individual threads until the projectile has given up its kinetic energy and gets stuck when trying to penetrate the textile layer.
When the ballistic clothing is cut, artificial "predetermined breaking points" are created, so that the force acting on the threads can only be absorbed up to the point of intersection. The configuration described above in which the individual zones are seamlessly connected to one another, preferably knitted together, solves this problem. It is advantageous if the zones of the textile item of clothing consist of endless yarns that are not cut off at the edge. Each zone is preferably formed by only one thread. In this way, the goal can be achieved to transmit the force of the projectile over the entire textile surface, instead of only over the surface directly affected. The thread would (theoretically) derive the force almost endlessly, which leads to a reduction in the number of layers, an associated weight reduction and improved trauma values. In addition, the production from a thread is cheaper and more environmentally friendly, since there is no waste and there are no additional costs for the assembly of the layers.
The composition of the textile item of clothing from several zones has the advantage that the zones providing the ballistic protection can be concentrated on the areas which are to be protected accordingly. Appropriate materials can be installed in the other zones, which ensure, for example, thermal regulation or ensure advantageous elasticity of the item of clothing.
According to the invention it can be provided that the textile item of clothing is designed as underwear, undershirt, t-shirt, combat shirt or long-sleeved shirt.
It can also be provided that the textile garment is designed as a t-shirt or underwear with female shapes, as a shirt or as a long-sleeved shirt, in particular as a combat shirt.
In all possible configurations, the textile clothing item is preferably worn directly on the skin, that is to say the textile clothing item also serves as underwear or replaces an underwear.
It is advantageous if a second zone is formed which has a higher ballistic protective effect than the first zone. The second zone, which can also be formed in one piece or in multiple pieces, i. H. which is realized by a coherent surface or by several individual surfaces, can in turn be seamlessly connected to the other zones, preferably entangled with them.
It is advantageous if the second zone, which has a higher ballistic protective effect than the first zone, protects the areas of the wearer that are particularly at risk.
It is advantageous if the second zone is designed as a spacer fabric. In this way, a double layer or possibly a multiple layer can be realized in a simple manner. A spacer fabric has proven to be advantageous, particularly with regard to breathability. Despite the multiple layers of the distance, this is not too stiff for the wearer.
According to the invention, it can be provided that the first zone is designed as a spacer fabric.
According to the invention, it can be provided that the yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters has or is UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) or aramid or Vectran®.
Aramid is the abbreviation for "aromatic polyamide", a special form of polyamides.
The use of UHMWPE has proven to be very suitable in ballistics and is already proposed in the generic script.
In principle, the use of PBO is also possible. PBO is an isotropic, crystalline polymer fiber and is a polybenzazole. Because of its linear structure and aromatic heterocyclic groups, PBO is a rigid rod-shaped macromolecule (similar to para-aramid). However, the assembly of PBO is very difficult.
The use of Vectran® has proven to be suitable. This is a high-performance multifilament yarn that is spun from liquid crystal polymers.
- a) innere Organe,
- a) internal organs,
- b) liver and / or kidney and / or bladder and / or digestive organs and / or spleen,
- c) abdomen and urinal tract,
- d) Aorta and venous system.
It goes without saying that if the textile item of clothing only partially or not adjoins one of the aforementioned areas, these areas cannot be protected by the textile item of clothing either.
It is preferable to assign several, particularly preferably all, of the aforementioned areas to the first and / or the second zone.
It is advantageous if a further zone has an elastic yarn or is formed by an elastic yarn.
The further zone can be defined as a zone which requires less protection and which focuses on other properties, for example the production of air circulation and the elasticity in order to achieve a good fit. The further zone can be designed as a comfort zone, possibly as a so-called mesh, ie. H. as an air-permeable textile mesh fabric. The yarn selected for the further zone can also be designed in such a way that this enables or supports thermoregulation and / or the removal of sweat from the body.
It can be advantageous if the further zone is designed to be flame-retardant and / or breathable.
The part of the textile article of clothing which is formed by the further zone can be formed in one piece or in several pieces. In the case of a multi-piece design, the further zone can also have different properties, in particular, as described below, be designed with and without ballistic protection.
It can also be advantageous if the further zone has a yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters. A yarn that has already been mentioned above can be used for this, in particular UHMWPE, aramid or Vectran®.
The inventor has recognized that a wrap yarn is particularly suitable for the further zone. The further zone can have a wrapping yarn or be formed by a wrapping yarn which preferably has a core made of the elastic yarn, which is wrapped by the yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters.
This solution has proven to be particularly suitable, since on the one hand a comfort zone with the desired properties, in particular the desired elasticity and the pleasant wearing behavior is realized and this also results in the technical advantage that the textile garment lies close to the body of the wearer. Furthermore, this solution offers a certain ballistic minimum protection by wrapping the core out of the elastic yarn with a yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters. This has proven to be particularly suitable. The yarn that prevents the penetration of splinters can in turn be one of the aforementioned yarns.
According to the invention, the textile garment can have cuffs which are preferably seamlessly connected to adjacent zones. The cuffs can have an elastic thread or be formed by an elastic thread. The cuffs can also be flame-retardant and / or breathable. It is also possible to produce the additional zone from a wrapping yarn, preferably an elastic core, for example made of a material called elastane, which is wrapped with another yarn, for example again a yarn that prevents the penetration of fragments inhibits (UHMWPE, aramid or Vectran®).
The cuffs are also preferably knitted with the adjacent other zones. The cuffs need not necessarily be present in the textile item of clothing and / or be seamlessly connected to the adjacent zones.
Within the scope of the invention, the term “cuffs” also includes an embodiment of the textile item of clothing with only one waistband.
Antibacterial treatment of at least the first or the second zone, preferably all zones, can be advantageous.
It is advantageous if at least the first and / or the second zone, preferably all zones, have hydrophilic properties.
It is advantageous if the first zone and / or the second zone are designed as a close-knit fabric.
It is an advantage if, when designing the first and / or second zone with UHMWPE, a plastic fiber with the name Dyneema®, developed by the identical group Royal DSM N.V. or a plastic fiber called Spectra® from Honeywell International Inc. is used.
It can be advantageous if the knitted fabric is knitted from UHMWPE using a double yarn.
According to the invention it can be provided that the first zone and / or the second zone and / or the further zone are each formed several times in the textile item of clothing.
If the textile garment is designed as an undershirt, a carrying strap can be incorporated, preferably knitted in. The shoulder strap can be provided so that, for example, if the wearer of the undershirt or the T-shirt has been injured, it can be raised on the shoulder strap, which can be designed as a rescue grip, or at least the wearer can be helped to get up, for example.
The shoulder strap can preferably be carried from the back over the chest and / or from the back under the armpits to the shoulder and back around the neck of the wearer if the undershirt or the T-shirt is worn correctly.
It is particularly advantageous here if the shoulder strap branches out from the back, so that it is led both under the armpits to the shoulder and also runs around the wearer's chest.
In the case of a configuration of the textile item of clothing as an undershirt or t-shirt, it can be advantageous if padding is incorporated or formed in the shoulder area in order to make it easier to carry packing containers or backpacks, for example. Furthermore, it can be advantageous if pockets are introduced, preferably knitted in, in the area of the sleeves and / or the cuffs, for example for holding smartphones, keys, access cards, pens or the like.
The embodiment of an undershirt or a T-shirt with a shoulder strap and / or a padding and / or pockets shown above is suitable for undershirts or T-shirts for men as well as undershirts or T-shirts for women, the Undershirts and T-shirts can have corresponding female shapes. The aforementioned configurations are also suitable for a long-sleeved shirt, in which case the pockets can preferably be formed in the arm parts, particularly preferably in the region of the upper arm.
According to the invention, it can be provided that partial areas and / or individual zones have an outside which is knitted from a different material than the inside. How this can be achieved is fundamentally known from the prior art and is referred to there as plating technology.
According to the invention, it can be provided that the textile garment has a seam in order to form a completely closed textile body, in particular in the form of an underwear, a long-sleeved shirt or a torso part of a long-sleeved shirt, from the flat and seamlessly knitted textile garment.
This does not change the seamless connection of the optionally provided zones of the item of clothing, which is optionally provided according to the invention, but is only due to the preferably provided manufacturing method, which can optionally provide that the ends of the flat-knitted item of clothing are to be connected to one another so that a textile body is produced, that the wearer can wear. The seam will preferably run in such a way that it disturbs the wearer as little as possible and preferably runs within a zone, i. H. preferably not between two zones.
Depending on the knitting method, it is also possible, if necessary, to completely dispense with the seam in order to produce a completely closed textile body from the flat-knitted textile garment.
The above-mentioned seam can be designed, for example, as a "medical release", in order to be able to quickly remove it from the body in the event of an injury to the wearer of the textile clothing item. An embodiment of the seam as a "medical release" can also be useful, in particular, when the textile garment is designed as an inner glove or glove.
The textile garment is preferably made on a flat knitting machine.
According to the invention, it is provided that the textile item of clothing is manufactured in such a way that it lies as close as possible to the body.
In the further zone and possibly also in the cuffs, so-called wrapping yarns, preferably with an elastane core, but also natural yarns and so-called FR yarns can be used. The further zone, which is the comfort zone, is preferably additionally supported with a high-strength yarn, in particular UHMWPE, aramide and Vectran®, so that the clothing does not burst at this point due to the pressure of the detonation.
The solution optionally provided according to the invention, namely the seamless connection of the zones, in particular that the zones are entangled with one another, prevents the textile clothing item from bursting open. This configuration avoids that the air of a first pressure wave, in particular an IED explosion, does not get under the clothing item and thus the clothing is not inflated and bursts open. Furthermore, there are no seams that can be torn open by the pressure wave.
It is preferably provided that mesh areas (mesh) are also formed in the comfort area, in particular this can be implemented in the area of muscles or uncritical parts of the body without the product being adversely affected thereby. Network areas can be seamlessly connected to the other zones, in particular entangled. The further zone is preferably at least partially designed as a network.
In the case of a configuration of the textile item of clothing as ballistic underwear, it is preferably provided that it is produced on a flat knitting machine and that the underwear fits snugly against the body, similar to what is known for cycling shorts. In particular for the protection of arteries and veins, reinforced zones can be provided, which are preferably knitted with a spacer fabric. In this regard, reference is made to the description, in particular, of the second zone.
Insofar as a second zone is dispensed with, the first zone can also be designed as described with regard to the second zone. In particular, it can be provided that the first zone is also produced by a spacer knitted fabric or is formed by several layers of the knitted fabric. The design of the textile item of clothing with two protection zones (first zone and second zone) has proven to be particularly suitable, but if only one zone is to be formed, it can have one, more or all of the properties and options described with respect to the second zone were.
In one embodiment of the textile garment as an undershirt or T-shirt for female wearers, in which case corresponding female formations are provided on the textile garment, it may be sufficient if a protective zone (“first zone”) is formed, which if necessary is seamlessly connected to another zone and / or cuffs.
If the textile garment is designed as a long-sleeved shirt, in particular a combat shirt, it may be sufficient if the torso part of the shirt covering a torso of the wearer is formed from a protective zone (“first zone”).
In one embodiment of the textile item of clothing, it can be provided that the item of clothing is composed of a torso part and arm parts, the torso part being constructed as a knitted fabric, while the arm parts are constructed as a fabric, and the arm parts are each connected to the torso part via a seam. The torso part can be designed in such a way as has already been shown above and below in the context of the invention. However, it can also be provided that the torso part has only one protection zone and no further zone (“comfort zone”), but preferably a seamless connection of cuffs can be provided. In this case, the knitted fabric which forms the torso part has at least one zone which is formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of fragments.
The further zone, which can be arranged in the comfort area, can be produced by an elastic net and / or a jersey, optionally with UHMWPE yarns. High-performance filaments can be knitted in so that the textile garment does not burst.
The cuffs are made of an elastic and skin-friendly material. The cuffs are preferably connected without seams to the rest of the textile item of clothing, in particular the undershirt, the t-shirt or the long-sleeved shirt.
Instead of synthetic materials in the net, jersey and cuffs, viscose or cotton or other well-known skin-friendly materials can also be used. A special yarn, which is preferably also skin-friendly, can be used for the additional flame-retardant property (FR property).
All of the variants described above in detail using UHMWPE can also be implemented using aramid as a ballistic material. This is particularly useful due to the flame retardant properties. The use of a yarn with 420 dtex to 550 dtex can be advantageous.
Areas that should preferably be at least partially protected or where it may be advantageous to form the first zone or the second zone are arteries and veins, internal organs - abdomen and urinary tract, external and internal genital organs. Zones with a reduced degree of protection, i.e. the comfort zone, are especially the areas of the muscles and bones. The further zone can preferably be formed here.
The first and second zones can be at least partially preferably manufactured using a plating technique. It is an advantage if the inside is made of UHMWPE or aramid or Vectran® and the outside is knitted from a flame-retardant material and possibly printed with a camouflage print.
When designing the textile garment as an undershirt or t-shirt, it can be advantageous if a central area of the front, ie. H. the chest and / or a central area on the back is produced by a further zone that realizes a comfort area. This area is typically adequately protected by a ballistic vest so that the undershirt or t-shirt does not have to perform a ballistic protective function here. The side parts of the undershirt or T-shirt and / or the upper area of the back and / or the lower area of the back and / or the upper area of the front, i. H. the chest and / or the lower region of the front in the region of the waist and beyond can preferably be formed from a high-strength material, in particular UHMWPE, aramid or Vectran® and preferably represent a first zone and / or a second zone, in order to supplement this Realize protection in addition to the ballistic vest.
The configuration described above is suitable for undershirts or T-shirts that are specifically designed for male or female wearers.
The undershirt and / or the t-shirt can preferably have shoulder pads or a shoulder strap or a rescue handle. Furthermore, it can be provided in the area of the arm and / or the hip that pockets are knitted in, for example for holding smartphones, keys, access cards and the like.
According to the invention it can be provided that so-called two-dimensionally knitted areas, ie. H. flat knitted areas, which are provided for example in the first zone, but also in the further zone or in the cuffs, are seamlessly connected to three-dimensional knitted areas. The three-dimensional areas are preferably designed as a spacer fabric or have a pile thread.
It is also advantageous if the t-shirt is used in conjunction with a sock according to the invention, a knee-high stocking, a glove, an inner glove and, if appropriate, a brassiere. This results in a particularly advantageous holistic protective equipment for the wearer.
It is also advantageous if the first zone with a single-layer structure has a basis weight of at least 150 g / m 2 , preferably 200 g / m 2 , particularly preferably 250 g / m 2 and very particularly preferably 300 g / m 2 , in particular 350 g / m 2 . It is advantageous if the weight per unit area is less than 700 g / m 2 , preferably less than 600 g / m 2 . A basis weight of 360 g / m 2 to 600 g / m 2 , in particular 400 g / m 2 to 600 g / m 2 , has proven to be very particularly suitable.
It is advantageous if the thickness of the yarn used for the production of the first zone from UHMWPE is at least 50 dtex, preferably at least 80 dtex, particularly preferably at least 200 dtex. It is advantageous if the thickness of the yarn used for the production of the first zone from UHMWPE is less than 880 dtex, preferably less than 700 dtex. A thickness of the yarn for producing a first zone from UHMWPE of 220 to 440 dtex, preferably 440 dtex +/- 20 dtex, has proven to be particularly suitable.
It is advantageous if a first zone made of UHMWPE is formed with a high moisture absorption, in particular with a Ret value according to DIN EN 31092 of 4.3895 m2 x Pa / W +/- 20%, preferably +/- 5%, based on a single-layer design of the first zone made of UHMWPE.
According to the invention, it can be provided that the textile item of clothing has a quick-opening function, which is also referred to as "medical release", so that the textile item of clothing can be quickly removed from the body of the wearer without the wearer having to regularly pull the item off. For this purpose, it can be provided according to the invention that a thread of the textile item of clothing is designed in such a way that a predetermined breaking point results when the thread is pulled, that is, the textile item of clothing falls apart in this area. Preferably, the thread that can be pulled so that the textile item of clothing falls apart along the thread line is specially dyed and thus more recognizable.
In an invention which is independent of the above-mentioned configurations, but which can be combined with or can make use of the above-described embodiments and variants, it is provided that a glove, an inner glove, a sock, a knee-high stocking or a bra is provided with ballistic equipment wherein the glove, the inner glove, the sock, the knee-highs and the bra have at least one knitted fabric, at least a first zone of the knitted fabric being formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters.
Inner gloves, gloves, socks, knee socks or bras that have a knitted fabric with ballistic protective equipment are unknown in the prior art. The inventive design of the aforementioned textiles increases the overall protection of the wearer against injuries, without reducing the comfort.
In the case of a glove, an inner glove, a sock, a knee-high stocking or a brassiere, it may be sufficient to provide a knitted fabric which has only a first zone made of a yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters. The design of further zones, which serve as comfort zones or as elastic zones, or a second zone with a further increased protective effect can be unnecessary. However, it is preferably also provided in a configuration of the textile garment as a glove, inner glove, sock, knee-high stocking or brassiere that in addition to the first zone, which is formed from a yarn which prevents the penetration of splinters, a further zone is provided, which is a comfort zone or forms an elastic zone in order to increase the comfort of the garment even in these configurations. All features and configurations that have already been described with regard to the configuration in which several differently protected zones are provided can be used. The differently protected zones can preferably be a first zone consisting of a yarn which prevents the penetration of fragments and a further zone, the structure of which is determined by the yarn used and / or the thickness of the yarn and / or the bond and / or the Structure of the yarn and / or the thickness of the layer and / or the number of layers arranged one above the other, so that there is a different protection.
The inner glove, the glove, the sock, the knee sock or the brassiere is preferably made of a knitted fabric or completely as a knitted fabric. It can be provided that the glove, the inner glove, the sock, the knee-highs or the brassiere have cuffs or a waistband, which are preferably attached seamlessly, in particular also in the form of a knitted fabric.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the glove or the inner glove can have elastic regions, preferably in the region of the palm of the hand and / or on the back of the hand. The elastic region preferably extends from the back of the hand into the fingers. The glove or the inner glove can further preferably have tactile zones on the fingertips. The glove can be worn alone or as an inner glove in another glove.
The glove is preferably designed in such a way that it has a high tactility, in particular in the area of the fingertips, in order to enable or facilitate the typical activities of a soldier, such as shooting or using displays. A high degree of tactility is of particular importance in the area of the index finger in the curved state and on the thumb.
The glove according to the invention or the inner glove preferably has a seamless knit construction. At most one seam is preferably provided, which is then preferably carried out as a "medical release", as already described.
Both the glove and the inner glove are preferably designed to be pre-curved. The inner glove and also the glove preferably have a tight fit. In the case of a configuration as an inner glove, it can be provided that it fits under a combat glove.
In an embodiment of the inner glove for firm sewing to an outer glove, it can be provided that the inner glove has small tabs on the fingertips, via which the inner glove can be sewn into the outer glove.
According to the invention, it can be provided that the glove has a first and a second protection zone, as has already been described in principle above. In particular, the areas that are important for operating instruments can be designed somewhat thinner than the other protection zones. The first zone is preferably made thinner and the second zone thicker.
According to the invention, it can be provided that, in the case of a configuration as an inner glove, this has silicone yarns or partial silicone application at partial locations. If necessary, this should prevent the gloves from sliding too much against one another and providing no grip. Silicone can also make it easier to operate buttons and other devices.
According to the invention, it can be provided that the inside of the glove is made hydrophilic, for example by plasma processing.
The glove can preferably be designed to be flame-retardant either by equipping the yarn or the entire glove.
Advantageous refinements of the invention result from the exemplary embodiments described below with reference to the drawing.
