Definitions
- the invention relates to a stacking container according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Known stacking containers are usually used for the transport of piece goods.
- the piece goods are placed in the receiving space, and the stack containers are stacked on each other, each of the receiving space of a lower stack container is closed by the next upper stack container.
- the stacking containers are usually placed on pallets, and the receiving space of the topmost stacking container is closed by means of a lid.
- the respective upper stacking container engages with a shoulder at its bottom in an area bordered by a stacking edge and rests there on the upper sides of the walls. If, however, vibrations occur during transport, this may result in a container being lifted up at one end. Then it is possible that the container will slip towards this end.
- the invention is based on the idea that the teeth of a stack container according to the invention in the recesses on the underside of the bottom of another, stacked on him, identical stack container engage and thereby a toothing of the stacked stack container is formed.
- This together with the peripheral stacking edge, creates a stable connection between the stacked containers. If the upper stack container is lifted by vibrations during transport at one of its ends, it can not readily slip relative to the lower stack container, since at its other end the teeth of the lower stack container are still in engagement with the recesses of the upper stack container.
- the peripheral stack edge not only inhibits the slippage in addition, it also gives the preferably integrally connected with him teeth a higher stability and prevents the penetration of dust or moisture between the teeth.
- the plastic straps used for securing and usually also the straps are superfluous in most cases.
- the teeth expediently protrude from the upper sides of all walls, so that slipping in both horizontal spatial directions is made more difficult.
- the outer surfaces of the stack edge facing away from the receiving space advantageously align with the outer surfaces of the walls, so that the stack container has a smooth outer surface.
- the stack edge extends to the same height above the top of the wall as the teeth, so that the Density function is improved.
- the stack edge expediently has a circumferential chamfer, which forms a circumferential surface rising from its outer surfaces in the direction of the receiving space. This measure also improves the sealing effect by discharging liquid draining from the outer surface of a container stack, such as rainwater, through the chamfer to the outside, the chamfer acting like a drip edge.
- the recesses are each arranged vertically below one of the teeth. This is located in the vertical direction just below each tooth has a recess which is dimensioned so that it is suitable for receiving such a tooth.
- the stack containers can then be stacked with aligned outer walls one above the other.
- each of the teeth measured in the longitudinal direction of the wall tops corresponds approximately to the length of the recess arranged below it.
- the teeth are then added without or with little play in the recesses.
- each of the teeth in its shape is complementary to the recess arranged below it.
- the teeth on at least one of the walls are not all the same length. Preferably, this applies to each wall, so that at least one tooth is arranged on each wall, the length of which differs from the length of the other, arranged on this wall teeth.
- the teeth have a greater length in the middle of the walls than at the wall ends adjoining the respective adjacent walls and / or that the teeth and the recesses are dimensioned so that the teeth with play in the recesses of a similar Stacking container can be accommodated and that the game in the middle of the walls is greater than at the adjacent to the respective adjacent walls wall ends.
- This measure increases the Manufacturing tolerances, while fitting the teeth in the middle of the walls in the corresponding recesses with little play the container in position to each other already good.
- the recesses are open to the outer contour of the ground. They are preferably surrounded by a circumferential paragraph, which is useful in its dimensions complementary to the stacking edge and rests on the stacking edge of a next lower identical stacking container.
- the stack container according to the invention is expediently integrally formed with preferably rigidly molded to the ground and rigidly interconnected walls.
- the material used is in particular a particle foam, with expanded polypropylene (EPP) and expanded polyurethane (EPU) being preferred.
- a chamfer is arranged in each case between the floor and the walls and / or between in each case two adjoining walls on the side facing the receiving space.
- the chamfer fills the angle between the floor and the respective wall or the angle between two walls and thereby stabilizes the stacking container in this area. This is particularly relevant because the connection area between the floor and the walls is weakened by the outside recesses.
- the chamfers between the adjacent walls counteract an expansion of the lower stack container, which can cause the upper stack container sinks a little way into the lower.
- each container stack 14 has three stack containers 10a, which are each manufactured in one piece from a particle foam.
- Each of the stacking containers 10a has a bottom 16 with a substantially rectangular layout and four walls 18 extending upwardly from the bottom 16. The walls 18 enclose a downwardly bounded by the bottom 16 receiving space 20 which is open at the top and has an opening 22 at its top.
- the next upper, placed on it stack container 10a forms a kind of cover by the opening 22 completely closes.
- the two uppermost stack container 10 are closed by a common cover 24.
- the teeth 28 are also formed with respect to an outer contour formed by the outer surfaces 36 of the walls 18 facing away from the receiving space , which corresponds to the rectangular floor plan of the floor 16, a distance far inward toward the receiving space 20 arranged offset.
- the recesses 34 in the stack container 10 for through rectangular outline of the floor 16 defined outer contour of the bottom 16 open edge, and it extends a circumferential shoulder 40 from the outer contour of the bottom 16 a little way inward, which rests on the stacking edge 38 of the next lower stacking container 10.
- Bottom surfaces 42 of the recesses 34 are aligned with a formed by the shoulder 40 around circumferential lower surface 44.
- the stacking edge 38 has a chamfer 46 on its outer surfaces 36 of the walls 18 aligned outer surfaces 48, which forms a drip edge and the entrance of liquid in the stack container 10 difficult.
- the stacking container 10 has both between the bottom 16 and each of the walls 18 and between each two adjoining walls 18 bevels 52 which fill the angle between the bottom 16 and the respective wall 18 and the angle between the walls 18 and a form transverse to the respective wall inner surfaces 50 and transverse to the surface 54 of the bottom 16 and transverse to the respective wall inner surface 50 extending, the receiving space 20 facing surface.
- the chamfers 52 reinforce the stacking container 10 and extend over the entire wall length or the entire wall height either to the top wall, as in Fig. 2a shown, or up to an upper surface 56 of the tooth 28 arranged there.
- the invention relates to a stacking container 10 with a bottom 16 and extending from the bottom 16, an upwardly open receiving space 20 enclosing walls 18, wherein protruding from the bottom 16 facing away from the top 26 walls up teeth and wherein in a receiving space 20 facing away from bottom 32 of the bottom 16 a number of teeth 28 corresponding number of recesses 34 for receiving the teeth 28 of a similar stacking container 10 are arranged.

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stapelbehälter gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a stacking container according to the preamble of claim 1.
It is therefore an object of the invention to develop a stacking container of the type mentioned in such a way that its handling is simplified.
This object is achieved by a stack container with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
The invention is based on the idea that the teeth of a stack container according to the invention in the recesses on the underside of the bottom of another, stacked on him, identical stack container engage and thereby a toothing of the stacked stack container is formed. This, together with the peripheral stacking edge, creates a stable connection between the stacked containers. If the upper stack container is lifted by vibrations during transport at one of its ends, it can not readily slip relative to the lower stack container, since at its other end the teeth of the lower stack container are still in engagement with the recesses of the upper stack container. The peripheral stack edge not only inhibits the slippage in addition, it also gives the preferably integrally connected with him teeth a higher stability and prevents the penetration of dust or moisture between the teeth. By this measure, the plastic straps used for securing and usually also the straps are superfluous in most cases. The teeth expediently protrude from the upper sides of all walls, so that slipping in both horizontal spatial directions is made more difficult.
The outer surfaces of the stack edge facing away from the receiving space advantageously align with the outer surfaces of the walls, so that the stack container has a smooth outer surface. In addition, it is preferred that the stack edge extends to the same height above the top of the wall as the teeth, so that the Density function is improved. In addition, the stack edge expediently has a circumferential chamfer, which forms a circumferential surface rising from its outer surfaces in the direction of the receiving space. This measure also improves the sealing effect by discharging liquid draining from the outer surface of a container stack, such as rainwater, through the chamfer to the outside, the chamfer acting like a drip edge.
Suitably, the recesses are each arranged vertically below one of the teeth. This is located in the vertical direction just below each tooth has a recess which is dimensioned so that it is suitable for receiving such a tooth. The stack containers can then be stacked with aligned outer walls one above the other.
It is preferred that the length of each of the teeth measured in the longitudinal direction of the wall tops corresponds approximately to the length of the recess arranged below it. The teeth are then added without or with little play in the recesses. Suitably, each of the teeth in its shape is complementary to the recess arranged below it. It is further preferred that the teeth on at least one of the walls are not all the same length. Preferably, this applies to each wall, so that at least one tooth is arranged on each wall, the length of which differs from the length of the other, arranged on this wall teeth. This measure ensures that the stack container always in the correct position with respect to each other, namely with at least substantially aligned outer surfaces of the walls, stacked on each other, otherwise meshing of the teeth and recesses is not possible. In addition, it is possible that the teeth have a greater length in the middle of the walls than at the wall ends adjoining the respective adjacent walls and / or that the teeth and the recesses are dimensioned so that the teeth with play in the recesses of a similar Stacking container can be accommodated and that the game in the middle of the walls is greater than at the adjacent to the respective adjacent walls wall ends. This measure increases the Manufacturing tolerances, while fitting the teeth in the middle of the walls in the corresponding recesses with little play the container in position to each other already good.
Suitably, the recesses are open to the outer contour of the ground. They are preferably surrounded by a circumferential paragraph, which is useful in its dimensions complementary to the stacking edge and rests on the stacking edge of a next lower identical stacking container.
The stack container according to the invention is expediently integrally formed with preferably rigidly molded to the ground and rigidly interconnected walls. The material used is in particular a particle foam, with expanded polypropylene (EPP) and expanded polyurethane (EPU) being preferred.
Advantageously, a chamfer is arranged in each case between the floor and the walls and / or between in each case two adjoining walls on the side facing the receiving space. The chamfer fills the angle between the floor and the respective wall or the angle between two walls and thereby stabilizes the stacking container in this area. This is particularly relevant because the connection area between the floor and the walls is weakened by the outside recesses. When acting on the stack container high ballast, the chamfers between the adjacent walls counteract an expansion of the lower stack container, which can cause the upper stack container sinks a little way into the lower.

From the bottom 16 facing away from the
In summary, the following should be noted: The invention relates to a stacking
