Claims (16)

  1. Caisson pour loger une pompe (6) dans un contenant, tel qu'un réservoir de combustible, le caisson comprenant
    - un élément tubulaire oblong (1) constitué d'un matériau imperméable aux fluides et possédant une ouverture au niveau d'une extrémité proximale et un orifice (2) et un siège de clapet (4) au niveau d'une extrémité distale,
    - une plaque de clapet (3) étant agencée de manière à pouvoir se déplacer sur le caisson (23) entre
    - une position de fermeture dans laquelle la plaque de clapet (3) prend appuie sur l'extrémité distale du caisson (23) au niveau du siège de clapet (4) et ferme l'orifice (2), et
    - une position d'ouverture dans laquelle la plaque de clapet (3) est agencée à une distance de l'orifice pour fournir un écoulement à travers l'orifice,
    - un ou plusieurs éléments résilients (5),
    - un mécanisme de fermeture (18) pour positionner la plaque de clapet (3) dans sa position de fermeture
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le ou les éléments résilients (5) sollicitent la plaque de clapet (3) vers sa position d'ouverture, et
    ledit ou lesdits éléments résilients (5) comprenant chacun un ressort mécanique agissant pour déplacer la plaque de clapet (3) vers une position d'ouverture dans laquelle la plaque de clapet (3) est agencée à une distance de l'orifice (2) pour fournir un écoulement à travers l'orifice, une force devant ainsi être appliquée à la plaque de clapet pour déplacer la plaque de clapet vers sa position de fermeture.
  2. Caisson selon la revendication 1, ledit mécanisme de fermeture (18) comprenant
    un tirant (7), un fil métallique ou une chaîne (8) et un mécanisme de traction pour tirer le fil métallique, ledit tirant (7) se trouvant au niveau d'une extrémité proximale raccordée au fil métallique (8) raccordé à une extrémité distale de la plaque de clapet (3), le fil métallique ou la chaîne (8) s'étendant à partir de l'extrémité proximale du tirant (7) jusqu'au mécanisme de traction de façon à déplacer la plaque (3) dans sa position de fermeture lors du déploiement du mécanisme de traction.
  3. Caisson selon la revendication 2, ledit mécanisme de traction comprenant un treuil (9), un piston à commande hydraulique, un piston à commande pneumatique et/ou un solénoïde auquel le fil métallique ou la chaîne (8) est raccordé.
  4. Caisson selon la revendication 1, ledit mécanisme de fermeture comprenant un actionneur hydraulique ou pneumatique (10) comprenant un piston (19) agencé dans un cylindre (20) agencé sur le caisson, de préférence au niveau d'une extrémité inférieure de celui-ci, le piston pouvant être actionné par commande hydraulique en fournissant du fluide au cylindre (20) pour effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient entre deux positions distantes longitudinales dans le cylindre (20), l'actionneur comprenant en outre un tirant (7) raccordé au piston au niveau d'une extrémité proximale et raccordé à la plaque de clapet (3) au niveau d'une extrémité distale afin que le mouvement de va-et-vient du piston (19) entraîne le déplacement de la plaque (3) entre ses positions d'ouverture et de fermeture.
  5. Caisson selon la revendication 1, ledit mécanisme de fermeture comprenant un solénoïde (21) comprenant un tirant (7) constitué d'un métal et une bobine électrique (11) entourant au moins une partie du tirant (7) comprenant une extrémité proximale du tirant (7), le tirant (7) étant raccordé à la plaque de clapet (3) au niveau distal afin que le tirant (7) soit tiré dans la bobine (11) et maintenu dans celle-ci lorsqu'un courant électrique est appliqué à la bobine électrique (11), de façon à déplacer la plaque (3) dans sa position de fermeture.
  6. Caisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, un ou plusieurs éléments d'étanchéité (22) étant disposés dans ou au niveau de l'extrémité distale de l'élément tubulaire (1), afin de créer un joint d'étanchéité entre la plaque de clapet (3) et l'extrémité distale de l'élément tubulaire (1), lesquels éléments d'étanchéité entourent l'orifice (2), lorsque la plaque de clapet (3) est dans sa position de fermeture.
  7. Caisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, un élément d'étanchéité (22) étant disposé dans la plaque de clapet (3) pour créer un joint d'étanchéité entre le siège de clapet (4) et l'extrémité distale de l'élément tubulaire (1), lesquels éléments d'étanchéité entourent l'orifice (2), lorsque la plaque de clapet (3) est dans sa position de fermeture.
  8. Caisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ledit caisson comprenant au niveau de l'extrémité distale de l'élément tubulaire (1) une bride (16) dans laquelle l'orifice (2) est disposé, la bride étant de préférence raccordée de manière amovible à l'élément tubulaire (1) du caisson.
  9. Caisson selon les revendications 6 et 8, ledit élément d'étanchéité (22) étant agencé sur ou dans la bride (16).
  10. Caisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ladite longueur de l'élément tubulaire (1) telle que mesurée entre les extrémités distale et proximale étant comprise entre 1 et 30 mètres, telle que comprise entre 1 et 25 mètres et telle que comprise entre 1 et 8 mètres, de préférence comprise entre 1 et 5 mètres, telle que comprise entre 1 et 3 mètres.
  11. Caisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ledit diamètre ou ledit diamètre équivalent (4*aire/périmètre) de l'élément tubulaire (1) étant constant sur toute sa longueur et étant compris entre 0,25 et 1 mètre.
  12. Caisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ledit mécanisme de fermeture (18) comprenant un tirant (7) et un mécanisme de traction, ledit tirant (7) s'étendant jusqu'à une position au-dessus de l'extrémité proximale de l'élément tubulaire oblong (1), position au niveau de laquelle le mécanisme de traction est situé et étant raccordé au mécanisme de traction pour obtenir une traction dans le tirant (7).
  13. Caisson selon la revendication 12, ledit mécanisme de traction comprenant un écrou (24) coopérant avec un filetage ménagé sur le tirant (7), afin que lors de la rotation de l'écrou (24), une traction soit créée dans le tirant (7).
  14. Caisson selon la revendication 12, ledit mécanisme de traction comprenant un piston à commande hydraulique, un piston à commande pneumatique et/ou un solénoïde auquel les tirants (7) sont raccordés.
  15. Caisson selon les revendications 12 à 14, deux tirants (7) étant utilisés, lesdits tirants (7) étant disposés avec un angle de 180 degrés entre eux.
  16. Contenant pour stocker du combustible, tel que du GNL, butane, éthane ou propane gazeux, ledit contenant comprenant un caisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
