Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for transporting and filling sacks, preferably open sacks, comprising a filling device rotatable about a rotation axis with a plurality of filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device, and comprising a feeder, with which an empty sack can be fed to a filling opening wherein the feeder comprises at least one holding device for a bag, which is movable normal to the axis of rotation of the filling device.
  • feeders which move in sections with the filling device, so that the filling device can maintain a constant rotational speed.
  • the transfer device has a gripping arm with a gripping unit as a holding device, the gripping arm on the one hand around the gripper arm Transfer device is formed circumferentially to bring the gripping arm after transfer of a bag to the filling device back to the starting position, and the gripping arm on the other hand performs a longitudinal movement, which is at least temporarily adapted to the peripheral speed of the circumferential movement of the filler to a bag to the continuously handed over rotating filling device.
  • this device has the disadvantage that the guidance of the gripping arm by the combination of circumferential movement and longitudinal movement is complex and susceptible to wear. Due to the - in relation to the rotational movement of the filling device - tangential movement of the transfer device this also requires an increased space requirement at the production site.
  • DE 203 09 914 U and DE 10 2011 101040 A1 disclose similar rotary filling machines with holding devices, wherein DE 203 09 914 U with parallel guide rods 23,24 or transport grippers 21,22 and DE 10 2011 101040 A1 with a transfer device 6 try to optimize the performance of the machine by low loss time when attaching an empty bag.
  • Starting point is a device for transporting and filling of bags, preferably of open sacks, comprising a filling device rotatable about a rotation axis with a plurality of filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device, and comprising a feeder, with which an empty sack can be fed to a filling opening, wherein the Feeder comprises at least one holding device for a bag, which is movable normal to the axis of rotation of the filling device.
  • the term "normal to the axis of rotation" can in principle include both a component of movement radially to the axis of rotation and a component of motion in the circumferential direction.
  • the holding device has two separate holders, wherein the holders are each along the same open trajectory forward and backward movable, wherein the first holder is movably mounted on the filling device, while the second holder movable on a fixed space guide is stored.
  • first and second holders By separating the first and second holders, they are independently movable and it is easier to define trajectories associated with other parts of the filling device, such as e.g. Filler, do not collide.
  • the first holder advances on a predetermined trajectory to move the empty bag with it at the same speed as the filling device until the bag is attached to the filling device. Then the first holder disengages from the bag and moves back on the same trajectory to take over the next empty bag.
  • the second holder performs the same sequence of movements, usually at the same time as the first holder, thus advancing on a predetermined trajectory to move the empty bag at the same speed as the filling device until the bag is attached to the filling device is. Then the second holder detaches from the bag and travels back on the same trajectory to take over the next empty bag. In any case, since the guide of the first holder is provided on the filling device, no space is consumed radially outside the filling device by this guide.
  • the trajectory followed by the respective holder is open, so it may for example be a straight or curved path.
  • This differs from closed prior art trajectories where the retainer or gripper does not change its direction of travel, but always travels in the same direction along a circular path or other closed curve.
  • First and second holder may be movable parallel to each other in a variant. Their trajectories then run parallel to each other, the holders or their guides then have along the trajectories always the same distance. It would also be conceivable, however, for the trajectories (in the sense of the path predetermined by the guides of the holders) to move away from the first and second holders, for example to assist in opening the empty sack.
  • the first holder is movably mounted within the filling openings and the second holder is movably mounted outside the filling openings.
  • the empty bag can most easily be opened so that the bag opening is located below the filling opening.
  • the guidance of the first holder within the filling openings results in a corresponding saving of space outside the filling openings, so that a possible enclosure of the device according to the invention can be made smaller.
  • the second holder is preferably located at least partially radially within the largest diameter of the filling device.
  • the second holder is in all its possible positions always at least partially radially within the largest diameter of the filling device, and never completely outside.
  • the spatially fixed guide of the second holder can in this case lie radially outside the largest diameter of the filling device. This space savings in the radial direction can be increased even if the spatially fixed guide of the second holder is arranged radially within the largest diameter of the filling device, thus the second holder is arranged completely radially within the largest diameter of the filling device.
  • a particularly simple and compatible with the rotational movement of the filling openings trajectory is obtained when the trajectory of the first and / or the second holder is a portion of a circular path, so a circular arc.
  • the curvature of the portion of the circular path is directed outwards.
  • the center of the circular path lies on the axis of rotation of the filling device.
  • the circular path of the trajectory of the first and / or the second holder is then concentric with the axis of rotation of the filling device.
  • the first and / or the second holder may each comprise a means for sucking.
  • This first and second holder can attack from the outside of the empty bag, this suck in and open. Intervention in the interior of the bag is not necessary.
  • the means for sucking the first and / or the second holder with respect to the rest of the holder is movable radially to the axis of rotation.
  • the means for sucking can be realized by about one or more suction nozzles.
  • the first and / or the second holder each comprise a means for lifting a bag from a transfer position to a filling position.
  • the transfer position where the bag is transferred to the holders may be at a distance below the filling opening, e.g. below the filling, lie.
  • the empty bag In order to allow filling without loss, the empty bag must be lifted from the holders up to the filling opening, preferably beyond the filling opening.
  • These agents may e.g. Be pivoting arms, which then the actual holding means, so about the means for sucking, lift and then lower again.
  • the means for lifting can be designed as a parallelogram.
  • the feeder with which an empty bag can be fed to a filling opening can also comprise a pivoting device with which an empty bag can be pivoted from a storage position, in particular a horizontal position, into a transfer position, in particular a vertical position, for transfer to the holding device.
  • the pivoting device is not in direct communication with the rotating filling device, but is spatially fixed radially outside or next to the filling device. The pivoting device leads to the empty bags of the holding device, this takes them from the pivoting device.
  • the pivoting means may therefore comprise two pivoting arms which grip the folded empty bag at the edges and lift from the horizontal position on a stack located next to the filling device inwardly towards the filling device and at the same time upwardly in the direction of the holding device into a transfer position ,
  • the pivot axis is preferably arranged horizontally, in particular tangentially to an imaginary circle about the axis of rotation of the filling device.
  • the filling device has fixing units in the region of the filling openings, which are designed to hold a bag in the filling position after releasing the holding device at the filling opening.
  • These fixing units may be, for example, to the shape of the filling opening, in particular the shape of a filler neck, adapted brackets which press the bag from the outside against the filling opening, in particular the filler neck.
  • fixation units can be used. A pair can be used for bag handover and clamps the bag only in the center of the filling device, a pair has a shape adapted to the filler neck and surrounds the filler neck.
  • a bag-detachable device that is not co-rotating on the filling device
  • the gripping means of which can be moved, in particular pivotable, normal to the axis of rotation of the filling device, wherein the gripping means along the same open trajectory in the circumferential direction (relative to Axis of rotation of the filling device) are movable forwards and backwards.
  • moving normal to the axis of rotation comprises both a component of motion radial to the axis of rotation and a component of motion in the circumferential direction, ie a movement along and / or tangential to an imaginary circle about the axis of rotation.
  • the gripping means By the movement of the gripping means in the circumferential direction forward, the gripping means can follow the rotation of the filling device while gripping the bag and then pulling it off and, e.g. on another conveyor, settle. In order to grip the next bag, the gripping means must be moved backwards in the circumferential direction. Then they follow the rotation of the conveyor again, and so on.
  • the movement of the gripping means in the circumferential direction can be predetermined by a guide, such as a link, the trajectory can then be a straight or curved path, in particular a circular arc, preferably a circular arc concentric with the axis of rotation of the filling device.
  • the gripping means may be suspended between two pivoting arms with pivot axes parallel to the axis of rotation of the filling device in order to achieve a movement in the circumferential direction.
  • the gripping means of the bag removal device may additionally be movable or pivotable from top to bottom in order to pull a filled bag downwards from the filling opening.
  • a vibrating plate For compacting the bulk material in the bags may be provided below each filling opening a vibrating plate, which from the filling opening is inclined outwards so that filled bags rest on the vibrating plate.
  • a vibrating plate can be used not only for the device according to the invention, but also for any device for transporting and filling bags, preferably open-mouth bags, comprising a filling device rotatable about a rotation axis and having a plurality of filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device.
  • a flap which can be pivoted towards the filling opening can be provided in order to support a filled bag in the bottom area.
  • This flap is used to relieve the bag material and thereby causes a bulging of the bag, which in turn gives better filling and thus a reduction in the degree of filling.
  • One or more impacts of the flap on the bottom of the bag when folding up can also contribute to the compression of the bulk material in the bag.
  • the method for transporting and filling bags, preferably open-mouth bags, with a device according to the invention assumes that the filling device rotates at a constant speed with a plurality of filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device, with one feeder feeding an empty bag to a filling opening the feeder comprises at least one holding device for a bag, which is movable normal to the axis of rotation of the filling device.
  • two separate holders of the holding device together take over an empty bag at a transfer position, the holders are moved along the open trajectory synchronously forward while the bag is attached to the filling device, the holder release the bag and then the holder respectively along the same open trajectory, in particular synchronously, are moved backwards to the transfer position to take over again an empty bag.
  • synchronous movement is understood to mean that first and second holders move at the same angular velocity and are aligned radially with one another.
  • the forward movement should be done synchronously best, because otherwise the bag, more precisely its opening, has no defined position. It would also conceivable non-synchronous forward movement (and thus a relative movement of the means for suction in the circumferential direction), preferably during the short time of Sack Sacks to facilitate the bag opening, such as when the bags are charged electrostatically.
  • the backward movement of the holder will usually be synchronous, but the holder must be in the transfer position again at the same time.
  • Fig. 1 shows an overview of a device according to the invention for transporting a bag 1.
  • the device comprises a filling device 2, the filling openings are formed by filler neck 3. Above each filling nozzle 3, a hopper 4 is arranged, which is acted upon by a device, not shown, with bulk material.
  • the device further comprises a feeder, which is composed here of a holding device 5 and a pivoting device 6.
  • the device comprises a bag removal device 7 for removing a filled bag from the filling opening of the filler neck 3.
  • a downwardly obliquely arranged vibrating plate 8 is provided, on which the filled bags 1 rest. By shaking the Vibrating plate 8, the bulk material is compacted within the bag 1.
  • a compression could also be provided by a flap 24, which is arranged at the lower end of the vibrating plate 8 and pivotable towards the filling opening.
  • a flap 24 which is arranged at the lower end of the vibrating plate 8 and pivotable towards the filling opening.
  • the flap 24 If the flap 24 has been folded downwards, it can be located, for example, in the same plane as the vibrating plate 8. This flap 24 is used in the folded-up state, where, for example, it is approximately normal to the vibrating plate 8, but in any case to relieve the bag material of the filled bag. 1
  • the filling device 2 has a vertically arranged in the operating state rotary column 9, which is rotatable about a rotation axis 10.
  • the filling device 2 rotates here at a constant speed counterclockwise.

  • the here circular disk-shaped carrier 16 of the filling device 2 carries on the one hand the hopper 4 located above the carrier 16 and the filling nozzle 3 arranged below the carrier 16. The diameter of the carrier 16 thus forms the largest diameter of the filling device 2 in this example.
  • the holding device 5 is in Fig. 1 the first holder 12, which is movably mounted on the filling device 2, largely concealed by the filler neck 3. Only the second holder 13 can be seen, which is movably mounted on a fixed space guide.
  • the solid guide 14 is formed here as a curved guide rail, and is spatially fixed in the sense that it is not attached to the filling device 2 and thus not co-rotated with the filling device 2.

  • the pivoting device 6 can, in the vertical position of the bag 1 (see Fig. 5-7 ), also wait for the retracting holders 12, 13. Also, an alignment with the filling opening must not be given, this is only after the opening of the bag 1, namely during the attachment of the bag 1, required.

Description

GEBIET DER ERFINDUNGFIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a device for transporting and filling sacks, preferably open sacks, comprising a filling device rotatable about a rotation axis with a plurality of filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device, and comprising a feeder, with which an empty sack can be fed to a filling opening wherein the feeder comprises at least one holding device for a bag, which is movable normal to the axis of rotation of the filling device.

STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART

Various devices for transporting and filling bags are known from the prior art. Among other things, these devices are also used for filling open sacks, so-called open sacks, with bulk material. To increase the throughput of such devices are often designed rotatable, with fixing units, which serve to secure the bags around the filling openings (such as at a filler neck) or below the filling openings, are arranged rotatably about a rotary column. Empty bags are conveyed from the feeder to the filling device and taken over by this. After attaching the bags to the filling openings by means of fixing units, the bags are filled and further transported by rotation of the filling device until they are removed from the filling device by a bag removal device again.

To provide a clocked mode of operation of such devices, e.g. stopping the filling device to feed a bag and / or to remove a bag, feeders are known which move in sections with the filling device, so that the filling device can maintain a constant rotational speed.

From the WO 2013/013731 A1 For the purpose of transferring the empty sacks to the rotatable filling device, it is known to accelerate a transfer device to a speed which makes it possible to transfer the sacks without the filling device having to be braked. For this purpose, the transfer device has a gripping arm with a gripping unit as a holding device, the gripping arm on the one hand around the gripper arm Transfer device is formed circumferentially to bring the gripping arm after transfer of a bag to the filling device back to the starting position, and the gripping arm on the other hand performs a longitudinal movement, which is at least temporarily adapted to the peripheral speed of the circumferential movement of the filler to a bag to the continuously handed over rotating filling device.

However, this device has the disadvantage that the guidance of the gripping arm by the combination of circumferential movement and longitudinal movement is complex and susceptible to wear. Due to the - in relation to the rotational movement of the filling device - tangential movement of the transfer device this also requires an increased space requirement at the production site.

Also the documents DE 203 09 914 U and DE 10 2011 101040 A1 disclose similar rotary filling machines with holding devices, wherein DE 203 09 914 U with parallel guide rods 23,24 or transport grippers 21,22 and DE 10 2011 101040 A1 with a transfer device 6 try to optimize the performance of the machine by low loss time when attaching an empty bag.

AUFGABE DER ERFINDUNGOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a simpler holding device, by which the filling device can be operated continuously at a constant speed and also manages with a small footprint.

DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNGPRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

Starting point is a device for transporting and filling of bags, preferably of open sacks, comprising a filling device rotatable about a rotation axis with a plurality of filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device, and comprising a feeder, with which an empty sack can be fed to a filling opening, wherein the Feeder comprises at least one holding device for a bag, which is movable normal to the axis of rotation of the filling device. The term "normal to the axis of rotation" can in principle include both a component of movement radially to the axis of rotation and a component of motion in the circumferential direction.

The object of the invention is achieved in that the holding device has two separate holders, wherein the holders are each along the same open trajectory forward and backward movable, wherein the first holder is movably mounted on the filling device, while the second holder movable on a fixed space guide is stored.

By separating the holding device into two separate holders, only the second of which must be guided separately from (for example outside) the filling device, less space is required for this second holder than for a holding device comprising both holders. At least two holders are therefore necessary so that they can detect and open an empty folded bag from two sides.

By separating the first and second holders, they are independently movable and it is easier to define trajectories associated with other parts of the filling device, such as e.g. Filler, do not collide.

The first holder advances on a predetermined trajectory to move the empty bag with it at the same speed as the filling device until the bag is attached to the filling device. Then the first holder disengages from the bag and moves back on the same trajectory to take over the next empty bag. The second holder performs the same sequence of movements, usually at the same time as the first holder, thus advancing on a predetermined trajectory to move the empty bag at the same speed as the filling device until the bag is attached to the filling device is. Then the second holder detaches from the bag and travels back on the same trajectory to take over the next empty bag. In any case, since the guide of the first holder is provided on the filling device, no space is consumed radially outside the filling device by this guide.

The trajectory followed by the respective holder is open, so it may for example be a straight or curved path. This differs from closed prior art trajectories where the retainer or gripper does not change its direction of travel, but always travels in the same direction along a circular path or other closed curve. Characterized in that according to the invention takes place forward and backward movement of the respective holder along the same trajectory section, in contrast to closed trajectories space is saved because there is a trajectory section for carrying the empty bag and another trajectory section for returning the holder or gripper to the starting position is needed, wherein the trajectory portion for the return of the holder is usually located radially outside the trajectory portion for carrying the empty bag.

First and second holder may be movable parallel to each other in a variant. Their trajectories then run parallel to each other, the holders or their guides then have along the trajectories always the same distance. It would also be conceivable, however, for the trajectories (in the sense of the path predetermined by the guides of the holders) to move away from the first and second holders, for example to assist in opening the empty sack.

In a preferred embodiment, the first holder is movably mounted within the filling openings and the second holder is movably mounted outside the filling openings. As a result, the empty bag can most easily be opened so that the bag opening is located below the filling opening. The guidance of the first holder within the filling openings results in a corresponding saving of space outside the filling openings, so that a possible enclosure of the device according to the invention can be made smaller.

The second holder is preferably located at least partially radially within the largest diameter of the filling device. In this case, the second holder is in all its possible positions always at least partially radially within the largest diameter of the filling device, and never completely outside. As a result, at the height of the second holder in the radial direction-relative to the axis of rotation of the filling device-space can be saved outside the filling device. The spatially fixed guide of the second holder can in this case lie radially outside the largest diameter of the filling device. This space savings in the radial direction can be increased even if the spatially fixed guide of the second holder is arranged radially within the largest diameter of the filling device, thus the second holder is arranged completely radially within the largest diameter of the filling device.

A particularly simple and compatible with the rotational movement of the filling openings trajectory is obtained when the trajectory of the first and / or the second holder is a portion of a circular path, so a circular arc. The curvature of the portion of the circular path is directed outwards. In particular, it may be provided that the center of the circular path lies on the axis of rotation of the filling device. The circular path of the trajectory of the first and / or the second holder is then concentric with the axis of rotation of the filling device.

Preferably, because only attacking outside of the empty bag, the first and / or the second holder may each comprise a means for sucking. This first and second holder can attack from the outside of the empty bag, this suck in and open. Intervention in the interior of the bag is not necessary.

It can be provided that the means for sucking the first and / or the second holder with respect to the rest of the holder is movable radially to the axis of rotation. By the radial method of one or both means for suction then the opening of the bag can be effected. The means for sucking can be realized by about one or more suction nozzles.

It can also be provided that the first and / or the second holder each comprise a means for lifting a bag from a transfer position to a filling position. When an empty bag is fed to the two cooperating holders, the transfer position where the bag is transferred to the holders may be at a distance below the filling opening, e.g. below the filling, lie. In order to allow filling without loss, the empty bag must be lifted from the holders up to the filling opening, preferably beyond the filling opening. These agents may e.g. Be pivoting arms, which then the actual holding means, so about the means for sucking, lift and then lower again. The means for lifting can be designed as a parallelogram.

In the embodiment of the means for lifting as parallelogram results for the means for suction (or another means for holding the empty bag) also a movement with radial component.

The feeder with which an empty bag can be fed to a filling opening can also comprise a pivoting device with which an empty bag can be pivoted from a storage position, in particular a horizontal position, into a transfer position, in particular a vertical position, for transfer to the holding device. The pivoting device is not in direct communication with the rotating filling device, but is spatially fixed radially outside or next to the filling device. The pivoting device leads to the empty bags of the holding device, this takes them from the pivoting device. The pivoting means may therefore comprise two pivoting arms which grip the folded empty bag at the edges and lift from the horizontal position on a stack located next to the filling device inwardly towards the filling device and at the same time upwardly in the direction of the holding device into a transfer position , The pivot axis is preferably arranged horizontally, in particular tangentially to an imaginary circle about the axis of rotation of the filling device.

For easy fixing of the bags to the filling openings, it can be provided that the filling device has fixing units in the region of the filling openings, which are designed to hold a bag in the filling position after releasing the holding device at the filling opening. These fixing units may be, for example, to the shape of the filling opening, in particular the shape of a filler neck, adapted brackets which press the bag from the outside against the filling opening, in particular the filler neck. For example, one or two pairs of fixation units can be used. A pair can be used for bag handover and clamps the bag only in the center of the filling device, a pair has a shape adapted to the filler neck and surrounds the filler neck.

To remove a filled bag from a filling opening, a bag-detachable device (that is not co-rotating on the filling device) can be provided, the gripping means of which can be moved, in particular pivotable, normal to the axis of rotation of the filling device, wherein the gripping means along the same open trajectory in the circumferential direction (relative to Axis of rotation of the filling device) are movable forwards and backwards. Basically, moving normal to the axis of rotation comprises both a component of motion radial to the axis of rotation and a component of motion in the circumferential direction, ie a movement along and / or tangential to an imaginary circle about the axis of rotation. By the movement of the gripping means in the circumferential direction forward, the gripping means can follow the rotation of the filling device while gripping the bag and then pulling it off and, e.g. on another conveyor, settle. In order to grip the next bag, the gripping means must be moved backwards in the circumferential direction. Then they follow the rotation of the conveyor again, and so on.

The movement of the gripping means in the circumferential direction can be predetermined by a guide, such as a link, the trajectory can then be a straight or curved path, in particular a circular arc, preferably a circular arc concentric with the axis of rotation of the filling device. Or the gripping means may be suspended between two pivoting arms with pivot axes parallel to the axis of rotation of the filling device in order to achieve a movement in the circumferential direction.

The gripping means of the bag removal device may additionally be movable or pivotable from top to bottom in order to pull a filled bag downwards from the filling opening.

For compacting the bulk material in the bags may be provided below each filling opening a vibrating plate, which from the filling opening is inclined outwards so that filled bags rest on the vibrating plate. Such a vibrating plate can be used not only for the device according to the invention, but also for any device for transporting and filling bags, preferably open-mouth bags, comprising a filling device rotatable about a rotation axis and having a plurality of filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device.

In particular, in one end section of the vibrating plate, which is remote from the filling opening, a flap which can be pivoted towards the filling opening can be provided in order to support a filled bag in the bottom area. This flap is used to relieve the bag material and thereby causes a bulging of the bag, which in turn gives better filling and thus a reduction in the degree of filling. One or more impacts of the flap on the bottom of the bag when folding up can also contribute to the compression of the bulk material in the bag.

The method for transporting and filling bags, preferably open-mouth bags, with a device according to the invention assumes that the filling device rotates at a constant speed with a plurality of filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device, with one feeder feeding an empty bag to a filling opening the feeder comprises at least one holding device for a bag, which is movable normal to the axis of rotation of the filling device. It is envisaged that two separate holders of the holding device together take over an empty bag at a transfer position, the holders are moved along the open trajectory synchronously forward while the bag is attached to the filling device, the holder release the bag and then the holder respectively along the same open trajectory, in particular synchronously, are moved backwards to the transfer position to take over again an empty bag.

Here, synchronous movement is understood to mean that first and second holders move at the same angular velocity and are aligned radially with one another. The forward movement should be done synchronously best, because otherwise the bag, more precisely its opening, has no defined position. It would also conceivable non-synchronous forward movement (and thus a relative movement of the means for suction in the circumferential direction), preferably during the short time of Sack Sacks to facilitate the bag opening, such as when the bags are charged electrostatically. The backward movement of the holder will usually be synchronous, but the holder must be in the transfer position again at the same time.

WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGWAYS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Fig. 1 shows an overview of a device according to the invention for transporting a bag 1. The device comprises a filling device 2, the filling openings are formed by filler neck 3. Above each filling nozzle 3, a hopper 4 is arranged, which is acted upon by a device, not shown, with bulk material. The device further comprises a feeder, which is composed here of a holding device 5 and a pivoting device 6. Also, the device comprises a bag removal device 7 for removing a filled bag from the filling opening of the filler neck 3. Under each filling opening or under each filler neck 3 a downwardly obliquely arranged vibrating plate 8 is provided, on which the filled bags 1 rest. By shaking the Vibrating plate 8, the bulk material is compacted within the bag 1. In addition, a compression could also be provided by a flap 24, which is arranged at the lower end of the vibrating plate 8 and pivotable towards the filling opening. In Fig. 1 If the flap 24 has been folded downwards, it can be located, for example, in the same plane as the vibrating plate 8. This flap 24 is used in the folded-up state, where, for example, it is approximately normal to the vibrating plate 8, but in any case to relieve the bag material of the filled bag. 1

Der Durchmesser des Trägers 16 bildet damit in diesem Beispiel den größten Durchmesser der Füllvorrichtung 2.The filling device 2 has a vertically arranged in the operating state rotary column 9, which is rotatable about a rotation axis 10. The filling device 2 rotates here at a constant speed counterclockwise. Of course, the filling device 2 can be moved in accordance with mirrored arrangement of the device according to the invention also in a clockwise direction. With on the filling device 2 movably mounted brackets 11, which are adapted to the shape of the filler neck 3, the bags 1 can be fixed to the filler neck 3 by clamping. The here circular disk-shaped carrier 16 of the filling device 2 carries on the one hand the hopper 4 located above the carrier 16 and the filling nozzle 3 arranged below the carrier 16. The diameter of the carrier 16 thus forms the largest diameter of the filling device 2 in this example.

Of the holding device 5 is in Fig. 1 the first holder 12, which is movably mounted on the filling device 2, largely concealed by the filler neck 3. Only the second holder 13 can be seen, which is movably mounted on a fixed space guide. The solid guide 14 is formed here as a curved guide rail, and is spatially fixed in the sense that it is not attached to the filling device 2 and thus not co-rotated with the filling device 2. The guide 14 may for example be attached to a housing surrounding the device according to the invention.

The Fig. 2-4 show the device of the invention Fig. 1 when receiving a bag 1 by the pivoting device 6. This is pivotable about a pivot axis which extends horizontally and tangentially to an imaginary circle about the axis of rotation 10 of the rotary column 9. Two pivot arms are rigidly connected to each other and carry at their ends grippers with which an empty bag 1 can be taken in a horizontal storage position here.

The second holder 13 is located, seen in the direction of rotation of the filling device 2, at this time at the very beginning of the guide 14 and can already be aligned in the radial direction with a filling opening 15. At the time the pivoting movement of the pivoting device 6, the holder 12, 13 need not necessarily be located at the beginning of the guide 14. The pivoting device 6 can, in the vertical position of the bag 1 (see Fig. 5-7 ), also wait for the retracting holders 12, 13. Also, an alignment with the filling opening must not be given, this is only after the opening of the bag 1, namely during the attachment of the bag 1, required.

In Fig. 4 the structure of the first holder 12 and second holder 13 can be seen. In order to better recognize the details of the holders 12, 13, only part of the carrier 16 is shown to the left of the rotary column. The first holder 12 has two pairs of pivot arms 17, between which a means for suction, here a suction nozzle 19, is held. The pivot arms 17 are articulated on one side to the suction nozzle 19, on the other side to a rotatable arm 26 (see Fig. 24, 25 ), which is rotatably mounted on the rotary column 9. Thus, the first holder 12 moves in space along a circular arc. By the pivot arms 17, which is designed as a parallelogram, the suction nozzle 19 can be raised or lowered parallel to the axis of rotation 10. The suction nozzle 19 is additionally mounted radially displaceable relative to the pivot arms 17 here by means of a piston 18. The second holder 13 also has two pairs of pivot arms 17, between which a means for sucking, here a suction nozzle 19, is held. The pivot arms 17 are hinged on one side to the suction nozzle 19, on the other side to a guide member which is displaceable in the guide rail of the guide 14. The pivot arms 17 realize here a parallelogram. The guide rail here has the shape of a circular arc which is concentric with the axis of rotation 10. By the pivot arms 17, the suction nozzle 19 can be raised or lowered parallel to the axis of rotation 10. The suction nozzle 19 is not mounted radially displaceable here.

The holders 12, 13 and their suction nozzles 19 are located in the Fig. 2-4 in the transfer position, where an empty bag 1 can be taken over by the pivoting device 6.

The trajectories of the holders 12, 13 are formed as concentric circular arcs to the axis of rotation 10 and therefore extend parallel to each other. The trajectory of the first holder 12, more precisely the trajectory of the mounting of the pivot arms 17, extends within the filling openings 15, the trajectory of the second holder 13, more precisely the trajectory defined by the guide 14, extends outside the filling apertures 15. The guide 14 of the second holder 13 is arranged radially outside of the carrier 16, the second holder 13 is always partially radially inside and partially radially outside of the carrier 16 and the largest diameter of the filling device. 2

The holders 12, 13 are, as will be described, clocked about the axis of rotation 10 moves, namely always a piece about the rotation axis 10 in one direction and then rotated a piece in the other direction and then a piece in the one direction, and so on, while the filling device 2 rotates continuously at a constant speed about the axis of rotation 10, so neither the direction of rotation nor the rotational speed changes.

The Fig. 5-7 show the device of the invention Fig. 1 after swinging up a bag 1 by the pivoting device 6. The two pivot arms of the pivoting device 6 have the empty bag 1 pivoted from the horizontal storage position into a transfer position perpendicular here. In this case, the pivot arms of the pivoting device 6 protrude radially to the outer end of the filler neck 3 in the filling device 2. The bag 1 is located with its side facing away from the rotary column 9 wall on the suction nozzle 19 of the second holder 13. The piston 18 of the first holder 12, which piston 18 carries the suction nozzle 19, is displaced radially outwards until this suction nozzle 19 rests against the bag 1, on its side facing the rotary column 9 wall. Now the bag 1 can be held by means of the suction nozzles 19 and the grippers of the pivoting device 6 can be released. The pivoting device 6 is pivoted back again and can take the next bag 1 with the grippers.

The Fig. 8-10 show the device of the invention Fig. 1 when attaching the bag 1 to the filling opening of the filler neck 3. For this purpose, the bag 1 must first be opened by the holders 12, 13. This happens here in that the piston 18 of the first holder 12 is again moved radially inward and the sucked, the rotary column 9 facing wall of the bag 1 is pulled radially inward. The pivot arms 17 of the holders 12, 13 can then be lifted, so that the bag is pushed onto the outside of the filler neck 3. Then the bag 1 is pressed by a pair of clamps, which acts only centrally on the filler neck 3, against the filler neck 3 and thus taken over by the holders 12, 13. After the pivot arms 17 have been lowered, the clamps 11 are applied to the filler neck 3, so that it is completely enclosed by the brackets 11, and thereby the bag 1 attached to filler neck 3.

During these operations - opening and attaching the bag 1 - moves the second holder 13 along the guide 14 in synchronism with the filling device 2, so has the same angular velocity with respect to the axis of rotation 10 of the rotary column 9 as the filling device 2. Also the first holder 12 is moved synchronously with the filling device 2, so has the same angular velocity with respect to the axis of rotation 10 of the rotary column 9. Instead of the about the axis of rotation 10 rotatable arm 26 (see FIGS. 24 and 25 ) of the first holder 12, such as by means of a mounted on the rotary column 9 gear, could also be a rail or link fixed to the filling device 2, for example on the carrier 16 may be provided. The first holder 12 could then be fixed when opening and attaching the bag 1 relative to the filling device and only then back process against the direction of rotation along, for example, the rail or gate back to record the next bag 1.

The first holder 12 is after attaching the bag 1 through the brackets 1 on the filler neck 3 again by a rotational movement of the arm 26 in the transfer position according to the Fig. 2-7 moved back. The second holder 13 is after securing the bag 1 through the brackets 1 on the filler neck 3 again along the guide 14 in the transfer position according to the Fig. 2-7 moved back.

The Fig. 11-13 show the device of the invention Fig. 1 when filling a bag 1. The holders 12, 13 have been omitted in these illustrations. It recognizes the brackets 11 better, which fix the bag 1 at the filler neck 3. Bulk material is now, in particular in a by measurement, such as weighing, predetermined amount, filled in the hopper 4 and passes through the filler neck 3 in the bag 1. The bag 1 is now on the inclined vibrating plate 8, whereby the bulk material in the bag. 1 is compressed. At the lower end of the vibrating plate 8 a flap 24 is provided here to support the filled bag 1 in the bottom area. The flap 24 is in the folded up state.

The Fig. 14-16 show the device of the invention Fig. 1 when retracting the bag removal device 7 in the direction of the filling device 2. As soon as the bags 1 are completely filled and the bulk material is compacted, the bag 1 can be removed from the filling device 2. For this purpose, the corresponding gripping means 23 of the bag removal device 7 should also move with the filling device 2. For this purpose, a space-fixed guide 20 is provided, which in this embodiment is circular arc-shaped and concentric with the axis of rotation 10, so that the gripping means 23 can be carried along a circular arc with the filling device 2. In order to remove the filled bag downwards and outwards from the filler neck 3, the gripping means 23 are mounted on two pairs - relative to the guide 20 and the gripping means 23 - pivotable arms 21, 22 to realize a parallelogram.

In the Fig. 14-16 are the gripping means 23 - seen in the direction of rotation of the filling device 2 - at the beginning of the defined by the guide 20 Arc. The gripping means 23 are now pivoted inwards and upwards into the filling device 2, so that the gripping means 23 can grip the bag 1. The gripping means 23 are thereby moved along the guide 20 at the same speed with the filling device 2.

The Fig. 17-19 show the device of the invention Fig. 1 before removing the filled bag 1 from the filling device 2 by the bag removal device 7. The flap 24 is here already folded down. Until the gripping means 23 have reached the end of the guide 20, the gripping means 23 have seized the bag 1. After the gripping means 23 have grasped the bag, the clamps 11 open and the bag 1 is set down. Already at the same time or only then swing the arms 21, 22 outwards and downwards.

The Fig. 20-22 show the device of the invention Fig. 1 after the back pivoting of the bag removal device 7 away from the filling device 2. The bag 1 is still held by the gripping means 23 and can be parked, for example, on a arranged below the bag removal device 7 conveyor belt by loosening the gripping means 23 and transported away. Before and while the bag 1 is turned off, it is spread in the head space of the bag 1 for a proper transfer by means of the gripping means 23.

Fig. 23 shows an example of how the space-fixed guide 14 of the second holder 13 may be performed. The longitudinal ends of the guide rail of the guide 14 are mounted on fixed spacers 25. These pillars 25 need not be specially provided for the guide 14, it can be used existing stand 25, which are about part of a housing that surrounds the device according to the invention.
