Description

The present invention relates to a hair treatment product presented in the form of a kit comprising a plurality of ingredients, inter alia. at least two preparation components for producing a multicomponent preparation mixture. The preparation mixture is intended to be mixed from the individual components only immediately prior to the actual hair treatment and then applied.

Such hair treatment products in the form of sets of parts are known in a large number of different design variants. So describes the WO 2004/041020 A2 For example, a product for hair color treatment, which as a set of parts comprises several product components that are contained within a box-like outer packaging and are presented to the consumer as a sales unit in this compact packaging format. The individual product components are arranged in at least one box-like insert, which in turn is received in the outer packaging. The safe and orderly positioning of the individual product components in use not only ensures that the hair treatment product can be safely stored and transported, but also improves the user-friendly applicability of the product. In detail, the hair treatment product there comprises at least two preparation components, initially kept separately, within separate bottles or tubes, which are only mixed into a preparation mixture immediately before the actual application on the hair. The two preparation components are usually mixed in the bottle that already holds one of the preparation components or in a separate mixing bowl. In addition to the large number of product ingredients required for such a hair treatment product, it is a disadvantage that at least the second admixed preparation component must have low-viscosity or at least very easily flowable properties. Otherwise it is not ensured that the container for the second admixed preparation component can be completely emptied, which adversely affects the mixing ratio of the ready-to-use preparation mixture. This disadvantageous aspect applies to both preparation components if the mixture is mixed in a separate mixing bowl.

From the EP 0628495 B1 a comparable packaging system for a product for lightening hair is known. The packaging system there also comprises a compilation of several product components, which enable the mixing of a multi-component preparation mixture for hair application. The preparation mixture is mixed within a flexible bag that already contains a powdery decolorizing component contains. In addition to the decolorizing component, a creamy developer component consisting of a tube and water is added to maintain the preparation mixture. Mixing takes place in the flexible bag by manually kneading the bag. For the subsequent use of the lightening preparation, the ready-to-use preparation mixture is put from the bag into a container, which is also part of the entire packaging system. Using the flexible bag basically facilitates the mixing of the individual components to form a homogeneous preparation mixture, but here too there is the disadvantage that the tube for the developer cream cannot be emptied sufficiently. This applies above all to highly viscous developer components and harbors the risk of an undesirable deviation from the required mixing ratio between the individual components. In addition, the packaging system described above contains a large number of individual components.

The EP2087878 A1 finally discloses a method for coloring or bleaching hair using a two-component preparation mixture. Until shortly before use, the two low-viscosity preparation components are kept separately from one another in separate bottle-shaped containers. Only immediately before use are the essentially liquid individual components mixed in one of the two bottle-shaped containers to form the finished preparation mixture. For use, the preparation mixture is dispensed manually from the bottle-shaped container via a corresponding applicator head, which converts the liquid preparation mixture into a hair coloring or hair bleaching foam. Such manually operated foam dispensers only allow the use of low-viscosity, essentially liquid preparation components, since otherwise reliable foam generation cannot be guaranteed. For such a foam dispenser device, there is thus inevitably only a limited area of application.

The document US2011 / 155629 discloses a kit for mixing two products for the preparation of a hair treatment mixture.

Based on this, the object of the invention is to provide a generic hair treatment product with several components for producing a multi-component preparation mixture which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art described above and combines improved applicability and a simplified structure.

The object is achieved by a hair treatment product with several ingredients for producing a multi-component preparation mixture for use on the hair according to claim 1. Thereafter, the hair treatment product initially comprises a first container for holding at least one first preparation component and at least one second container for holding at least one second preparation component in order to produce a preparation mixture for use from the preparation components. According to the invention, one of the containers is designed as a closable mixing bowl, while the other container is not restricted in its design or shape and can therefore have any suitable shape. The mixing bowl has an advantageous dual function in this context. She serves in closed state on the one hand as a storage container for one preparation component. In this state, the mixing bowl is tightly closed, so that one preparation component is kept safe and stable until the time of use. In the open state, the mixing bowl is used to mix the at least two preparation components to form a homogeneous preparation mixture, specifically in the interior volume of the mixing bowl. For this purpose, at least one further preparation component is added to the first preparation component already held in the mixing bowl and then mixed or otherwise mixed with it in a suitable manner. The dual function of the mixing bowl according to the invention, on the one hand as a storage container for a first preparation component and, on the other hand, as a mixing container for the preparation mixture, results in several advantages. First of all, by eliminating an additional storage container for the at least one preparation component, packaging material can advantageously be saved. Furthermore, the preparation component stored in the mixing bowl can be used in its entirety for the subsequent hair application. There can be no loss of this one preparation component, as was the case, for example, with previously known hair treatment product systems, for example through incomplete emptying of the storage container for a preparation component. This known phenomenon of incomplete emptying of the container occurs in the case of previously known hair treatment products according to the prior art, especially in bottle-shaped or tube-shaped storage containers. In principle, the incomplete emptying of the container in the case of multicomponent hair treatment products of the generic type entails the risk that the preparation components are mixed with one another in the wrong mixing ratio, so that ultimately the intended functionality of the preparation mixture is also endangered. The mixing bowl according to the invention avoids this risk. Rather, for the first time, the possibly advantageous use of highly viscous or otherwise difficult-to-flow substances is also conceivable for the preparation component held within the mixing bowl.

The hair treatment product is constructed as a set of parts with several components and comprises an outer packaging which contains all the components of the hair treatment product. By means of this outer packaging, which can be designed, for example, as a cardboard box, box or other suitable storage container, the hair treatment product can be presented to the user in compact form.

The hair treatment product has an insert which at least partially accommodates the components of the hair treatment product. On the one hand, this results in a safe and storage-stable provision of the individual components of the hair treatment product. In addition, the product components are presented to the user in a very user-friendly way. The insert is preferably designed in the shape of a bowl or tray and ideally has compartments, depressions or other receiving or fastening means for the individual product components. Basically is the use of several insert elements within the outer packaging of a hair treatment product according to the invention is also conceivable.

The mixing bowl is tightly closed with one preparation component in the phase up to immediately before the preparation mixture is used with a detachable closure element. The closure element closes the mixing bowl in a particularly liquid, gas and dust-tight manner, so that one preparation component can be held in the mixing bowl in a reliable and long-term storage-stable manner until it is actually used. Such a closure element can, depending on the situation, be reclosable or, alternatively, a disposable element. Disposable elements are often less expensive and are therefore often preferred. The usual hair treatment products, above all hair bleaching and hair coloring products, are usually designed as single applications, so that single-use closure elements are sufficient in this case. A fixed cover element or a flexible sealing film, for example, can be used as such a closure element. PE-coated films, among other things, are suitable as sealing films. Other locking elements with the same effect are also conceivable.

The mixing bowl is formed in one piece on the insert. This makes the mixing bowl a direct component of the insert, so that the packaging effort is further reduced in this way. For example, the insert comprises the tub-like mixing bowl lying at the bottom, which is tightly closed with the closure element, and above it corresponding receiving or fastening means which fix the further components of the hair treatment product. Alternatively, other arrangements are also possible.

According to a further developed embodiment of the hair treatment product, the insert consists of a suitable plastic material which has the necessary barrier properties for storing the preparation component and is sufficiently inert to the preparation component, e.g. B. PET or PE. In addition, plastic is preferred due to its good processability and its flexibility to be able to produce almost any shape from it. Recyclable plastic materials are particularly preferably used for the insert element. Alternatively, materials with comparable material properties can also be used, in particular environmentally friendly or sustainably usable materials.

A further embodiment of the hair treatment product is achieved in that the preparation mixture has an essentially flowable consistency, with at least one preparation component having a liquid content of 40-98%, which is sufficiently high to ensure that the first and second preparation components can be homogeneously mixed and / or dissolved to guarantee. The liquid portion according to the invention of at least one preparation component ensures that the preparation components can be mixed with one another as homogeneously as possible. The individual preparation components can also have different states of aggregation. In this respect, mixtures, solutions, blends, emulsions, suspensions, colloids and possibly also dispersions can result as preparation mixtures within the meaning of the invention, as long as these have almost homogeneous properties. Mixing the preparation components as homogeneously as possible is important, particularly in the case of hair treatment products, in order to be able to ensure the intended function of the preparation mixture. This is especially true for hair bleaching or hair coloring products. Against this background, liquid and solid aggregate states are preferred for the individual preparation components in the hair treatment products according to the invention, so that above all emulsions or suspensions are used in hair treatment products.

The at least one essentially liquid preparation component preferably has a viscosity in the range from 500-10,000 mPas. Viscosities of less than 500 mPas for the preparation component are, in principle, also conceivable, but in practice they generally prove to be not so user-friendly due to the particularly liquid properties. For hair treatment products in particular, viscosities of more than 500 mPas are therefore chosen for the preparation components.

Another alternative of the hair treatment product results from the fact that that preparation component which is not kept in the mixing bowl is kept in a deformable and completely emptying container. Such a container is preferably designed as a bottle, crucible, sachet or tube. The essential aspect here is that this container can be completely emptied in order to ensure the correct mixing ratio of the individual preparation components within the preparation mixture through complete utilization of the corresponding preparation component.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the hair treatment product, it is designed as a hair coloration product, containing a coloration component and a developer component. In particular, the developer component is kept within the mixing bowl. In this respect, there is the advantage of being able to use higher viscosity developer substances if necessary. Furthermore, the use by the user of such hair coloration products is simplified, since in the ideal case only one additional container content needs to be added to the mixing bowl and mixed there. This improves handling and also increases product safety.

In addition to the components already mentioned, the hair treatment product according to the invention, created as a set of parts, can also comprise further components as required. It is thus conceivable to optionally provide additional preparation components or additives which are also added to the ready-to-use preparation mixture for hair treatment. Furthermore, additional application aids, such as. B. an application brush / comb, disposable gloves or an instruction manual are used. The hair treatment product according to the invention with its insert element can be used very flexibly in order to also accommodate such additional product components.

The exemplary embodiment of a hair treatment product 1 shown in the figures is embodied here as a multi-component hair coloration product 1 and comprises several components. For better clarity, the hair coloration product 1 is shown without the enclosing outer packaging, which basically also belongs to the salable hair coloration product 1 and contains its individual components in a compact manner.

The hair coloration product 1 initially comprises a tray-shaped or bowl-shaped insert 2, which is arranged inside the box-like outer packaging (not shown) and has compartment-like recesses 3, 13 or other fastening means to attach the individual components (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ) to fix the hair coloration product 1 completely or at least to a large extent and to present it in a form suitable for the application. In the course of using the product, the insert 2 with the corresponding product components (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) is removed from the outer packaging (not shown) and provides the user with the product components (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ) in a very user-friendly way. For this purpose, the insert 2 has, in its lower area, a tub-shaped mixing bowl 4 in which a first preparation component 5, here the developer component 5, is held. Alternatively, another preparation component can of course also be kept in the mixing bowl 4. The mixing bowl 4 is integrally formed on the insert 2 and is therefore an integral part of it, which results in reduced packaging costs. The insert 2 together with the mixing bowl 4 is preferably made of a suitable plastic material. To the reliable as well as storage-stable storage of the first preparation component 5, the mixing bowl 4 is in accordance with the delivery state Figure 1 tightly closed with a suitable closure element, here a sealing film 6. Together, the sealing film 6 and mixing bowl 4 thus form a storage container for the developer component 5. The mixing bowl 4 as well as the sealing film 6 must be made of a suitable material that, on the one hand, has adequate barrier properties and, on the other hand, is sufficiently inert to the contents. For this purpose, the sealing film 6 is preferably covered with a PE or another suitable coating. Basically, the storage of the first preparation component, here coloring component 5, directly in the mixing bowl 4 offers the advantage that highly viscous or poorly flowable preparation components can be used that would otherwise only be dispensed completely from a separate storage container with great difficulty.

In addition, the hair coloring product 1 comprises at least one further preparation component 7, in the present exemplary embodiment a coloring component 7, which is mixed together with the developer component 5 to form a ready-to-use preparation mixture immediately before the actual product application. In detail, due to the chemical reactivity, the coloring component 7 is kept in a separate second container 8 and thus separate from the developer component 5. By preparing the preparation mixture immediately before the product is used, the full functionality of the hair coloration product 1 is guaranteed. For the actual production of the preparation mixture, the coloring component 7 from the second container 8 is added to the developer component 5 already present there with the mixing bowl 4 open and mixed with this to form a mixture that is as homogeneous as possible. This is preferably done by appropriately pivoting the mixing bowl 4, if necessary after the mixing bowl 4 is closed again with the sealing film 6, or by using other mixing aids. An application brush 9 or the like, for example, can be used as such a mixing aid. Such an application brush 9, as shown in the figures, can be used not only for producing the preparation mixture, for example by stirring, but at the same time also for applying the finished preparation mixture to the hair. Both the second container 8 and the application brush 9 are each fixed within the associated recesses 3, 13 within the insert element.

The second container 8 is designed primarily as a completely emptying container in order to guarantee the desired mixing ratio of developer 5 and coloring component 7 within the preparation mixture due to the complete use of the contained amount of coloring component 7. For this purpose, the container 8 is preferably designed as a deformable, in particular squeezable, tube 8. Alternatively, a corresponding bottle design is also conceivable.

With Figure 2 the application of the hair coloration product 1 shown is illustrated in particular. After the insert 2 has been removed from the outer packaging, which is not shown, the user has access to it Preparation of the hair treatment or hair coloration, all necessary tools are available. First of all, the application brush 9 and the tube-shaped container 8 with the coloring component 7 and, if necessary, further additional components are removed from the insert 2 in order to expose the mixing bowl 4, which is initially closed with the sealing film 6, underneath. After the mixing bowl 4 has been opened by tearing open the sealing film 6, the coloring component 7 can be added from the tube-shaped container 8 to the developer component 5 in the mixing bowl 4. Subsequently, the developer and colorant components and, if necessary, further additional preparation components are mixed with one another as homogeneously as possible. The ready-to-use coloring mixture resulting therefrom can then be applied to the hair directly from the mixing bowl 4. The already mentioned application brush 9 or a comparable application aid is usually used to apply the coloration mixture to the hair.

In addition to the two preparation components mentioned, d. H. Developer component 5 and coloring component 7, the hair treatment product 1 according to the invention can optionally also contain further preparation components not explicitly shown here, e.g. B. additives included.

Furthermore, the hair treatment product 1 according to the invention can optionally also comprise additional components or application aids not shown here. These include, for example, an application comb or other application element for applying the preparation mixture to the hair, disposable gloves or an instruction manual for the hair treatment product 1.The aim is to arrange as many, if not all, of these additional components within the insert 2 in order to use this way to achieve a packaging solution that is both compact and user-friendly. In principle, the insert element 2 can be designed very flexibly in order to also accommodate such additional product components.

The hair treatment product 1 according to the invention is of course not limited to the embodiment of a hair coloration or hair bleaching product 1 shown in the figures, but can alternatively also be implemented with other multi-component hair treatment compositions within the meaning of the invention.

Furthermore, in the hair treatment product 1 according to the invention, preparation components with the same or different physical state can advantageously be used.

It is crucial that at least one preparation component has a sufficient proportion of liquid in order to achieve the best possible miscibility or solubility of the individual components and also to ensure that the preparation mixture is then applied properly to the hair.

Claims (5)

1. A hair treatment product (1) having a plurality of components (2, 4-9), comprising a first container (4, 8) for holding at least one first preparation component (5, 7) and at least one second container (8, 4) for holding at least one second preparation component (7, 5), in order to produce a preparation mixture for use from the preparation components (5, 7), having an outer packaging which contains all components (2, 4-9) of the hair treatment product (1), and having an insert (2) which accommodates the components (4-9) of the hair treatment product (1) at least in part, characterized in that one of the containers (4) is designed as a closable mixing bowl (4) which is tightly closed by a detachable closure element (6) until use and is integrally formed on the insert (2).

The hair treatment product (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the preparation mixture has a substantially flowable consistency, at least one preparation component (5, 7) having a liquid content of 40-98%, which is sufficiently high for ensuring homogeneous mixability of the first and second preparation components (5, 7).
