- System for controlling a use of an exercise (110) by a person (A), wherein the exercise (110) comprises a guidance element (111), along which a person (A) can move between a hang up region (112) of the guidance element and a hang out region (118) of the guidance element,
wherein there is formed at least in the hang up region (112) an identification region,
the system comprising
a securing device (101) for securing a person (A) to the guidance element (111),
wherein the securing device (101) is movably attachable along the guidance element (111) between the hang up region (112) and the hang out region (118),
wherein the securing device (101) is
hangable up to the guidance element (111) in the hang up region (112) and hangable out from the guidance element (111) in the hang out region (118),
an identification device (102), which is configured such that by means of the identification device (102), at least a hanging up of the securing device (101) within the identification region is identifiable, so that an occupation of the guidance element (111) with another person (B) is identifiable, and characterized in that the system comprises
a securing device actuating device (103), which is, based on an identification result of the identification device (102), controllable such that the securing device actuating device (103) is adjustable
to a release mode and, upon identification of the occupation of the guidance element (111) with another person (B),
to a blocking mode,
wherein the securing device actuating device (103) is couplable or coupled with the securing device (101) such that in the blocking mode, a hanging up of the securing device in the hang up region (112) and/or a movement of the securing device (101) between the hang up region (112) and the hang out region (118) of the guidance element (111) is blocked. - System according to claim 1,
wherein the securing device (101) comprises a rope pulley, to which person (A) is fixed. - System according to claims 1 or 2,
wherein the securing device (101) comprises a first hangable up securing mechanism (301), to which the person (A) is fixed. - System according to claim 3,
wherein the securing device (101) comprises a second hangable up securing mechanism (302), to which a person (A) is fixed, wherein the securing device (101) is formed such that either the first hangable up securing mechanism (301) or the second hangable up securing mechanism (302) is adjustable to an opening position for coupling or uncoupling. - System according to claim 4,
wherein the securing device actuation device (103) communicates with the securing device (101) such that an opening of the second hangable up securing mechanism (302) is selectively blockable. - System according to claim 5,
wherein the first hangable up securing mechanism (301) comprises a first blocking device (304) and the second hangable up securing device (302) comprises a second blocking device (305),
wherein the first blocking device (304) selectively controls the opening position of the first hangable up securing mechanism (301) and the second blocking device (305) selectively controls the opening position of the second hangable up securing mechanism (302). - System according to claim 6,
wherein the securing device (101) comprises a coupling means (303), which is coupled with the first blocking device (304) and the second blocking device (305) such that just one of the hangable up securing mechanisms (301, 302) is adjustable to the opening position. - System according to claim 7,
wherein the securing device actuating device (103) is fixable to the guidance rope in the hang up region (112),
wherein the securing device actuating device (103) comprises a key pin (1201),
wherein at least the first hangable up securing mechanism (301) comprises a key lock, which is couplable with the key pin (1201),
wherein the first hangable up securing mechanism (301) is configured such that upon coupling the key lock with the key pin (1201) the coupling means (303) controls the blocking device such that the second hangable up securing mechanism (302) is adjustable to opening position. - System according to claim 8,
wherein the key pin (1201) is adjustable to an active position and a passive position,
wherein in the active position the key pin (1201) is couplable with the key lock and in the passive position a coupling of the key pin (1201) with the key lock is blocked. - System according to claim 9,
wherein the securing device actuating device (103) comprises an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the key pin (1201), wherein the adjustment mechanism comprises an electromagnet (1202) and/or a servomotor. - System according to one of the claims 1 to 10,
wherein the identification device (102) comprises an RFID-reading unit, which is configured to detect an RFID transponder of the securing device (101) or of the person (A) in order to identify a passage of the person (A) at the identification device (102). - System according to one of the claims 1 to 11, further comprising
a further identification device (105), which is coupled with the guidance element (111) such that by means of the other identification device (105) within the hang out region (118) a hanging out from the securing device (101) is identifiable, so that the occupancy of the guidance element (111) is further identifiable. - System according to claim 12,
wherein the identification device (102) and the further identification device (105) are coupled with each other for the exchange of signals,
wherein the identification device (102) and the further identification device (105) are coupled with the guidance element (111) such that signals are exchangeable along guidance element (111) between the identification device (102) and the further identification device (105). - Securing device actuating device for controlling a use of an exercise (110) by
a person (A), which comprises a guidance element (111), along which a person (A) can move between an hang up region (112) of the guidance element (111) and a hang out region (118) of the guidance element (111), wherein there is formed at least in the hang up region (112) an identification region,
wherein there is provided a securing device (101) for securing a person (A) at the guidance element (111),
wherein the securing device (101) is movably attachable along the guidance element (111) between the hang up region (112) and the hang out region (118),
wherein the securing device (101) is hangable up to the guidance element (111) in the hang up region (112) and
hangable out from the guidance element (111) in the hang out region (118),
wherein an identification device (102) is configured such that by means of the identification device (102) at least a hanging up of the securing device (101) within the identification region is identifiable, so that an occupation of the guidance element (111) with another person (B) is identifiable, and characterized in that the securing device actuating device (103) is, based on an identification result of the identification device (102), controllable such that the securing device actuating device (103) is adjustable to a release mode and, upon identification of the occupation of the guidance element (111) with another person (B), to a blocking mode,
wherein the securing device actuating device (103) is couplable with the securing device (101) such that in the blocking mode, a hanging up of the securing device in the hang up region (112) and/or a movement of the securing device (101) between the hang up region (112) and the hang out region (118) of the guidance element (111) is blocked. - Method for operating a system for controlling a use of an exercise (110) by a person (A) in a climbing park according to one of the claims 1 to 13, wherein the method comprises
identifying of a hanging up of the securing device (101) within the identification region by means of the identification device (102), so that an occupation of the guidance element (111) with another person (B) is identifiable,
controlling the securing device actuating device (103) into the release mode with the identification device (102), or, if the guidance element (111) is occupied with another person (B), into the blocking mode.
