Bei Sanitärräumen, insbesondere im öffentlichen und gewerblichen Bereich, sind Maßnahmen erforderlich, um das Bauwerk vor eindringender Feuchtigkeit und Durchfeuchtungsschäden zu schützen. Als wasserabweisende Wand- und Bodenbeläge werden im Sanitärbereich überwiegend Fliesen eingesetzt. Die Fugen von Fliesen-, Keramikbelägen und Bauwerksfugen sind jedoch nicht wasserdicht. Daher wird unterhalb eines keramischen Wandbelags eine Wandabdichtung zum Schutz des Gebäudes vor eindringender Feuchtigkeit angebracht. Die für Bauwerksabdichtungen geltende Norm DIN 18195 sieht für genormte Flächenabdichtungen den Einsatz von Dichtungsbahnen vor. Alternative Flächenabdichtungen sind in dem Merkblatt des Zentralverbandes des Deutschen Baugewerbes (ZDB) "Abdichtungen im Verbund mit Fliesen und Platten" beschrieben. Bei diesen sogenannten alternativen Flächenabdichtungen werden Wandflächen vor Aufbringen eines keramischen Wandbelags mit einem Dichtstoff vorbehandelt. Zu diesem Zweck eignen sich Abdichtungsmassen auf Dispersionsbasis, 2-Komponenten-Dichtschlämme oder Reaktionsharzprodukte, zum Beispiel auf Epoxidharzbasis.In sanitary facilities, especially in the public and commercial sector, measures are required to protect the building from penetrating moisture and moisture damage. Zum Anschluss von Sanitärinstallationen wie etwa Mischbatterien muss diese Wandabdichtung durchstoßen werden. Solche sogenannten Durchdringungen müssen mit einem Flansch und/oder einer Manschette in die Flächenabdichtung eingebunden werden. Bei der Unterputzmontage von Armaturen werden hier vor allem flanschlose Konstruktionen mit übergezogener Dichtmanschette eingesetzt. Daneben sind auch Flanschkonstruktionen bekannt, bei denen Wandeinbaukästen mit einem Klebeflansch oder einem Pressdichtungsflansch mit Losund Festflansch versehen sind. Bei einem Pressdichtungsflansch wird der Festflansch in die Wandabdichtung mit eingebaut und anschließend der Losflansch des Wandeinbaukastens mit einer zusätzlichen Pressdichtung dagegen verschraubt. Bei einem Wandeinbaukasten mit Klebeflansch wird dieser unter Verwendung entsprechender Dichtmaterialien direkt mit der Wandabdichtung verbunden und mit dieser "verklebt".To connect plumbing installations such as mixer taps, this wall seal must be pierced. Auf den Wandeinbaukasten 1 wird von vorne ein Flansch 7 aufgesteckt, der von einem Steckrahmen 8 und einer an diesem in der Art einer Manschette angebrachten, nach außen weisenden Dichtmatte 9 gebildet wird. Von dem Steckrahmen 8 weist rechtwinklig nach hinten ein Kragen 10, der eine Feder zum Einstecken in die Nut 5 des Wandeinbaukastens bildet. Kragen 10 und Nut 5 bilden somit eine Nut-Feder-Verbindung, über die Aufsteckflansch 7 und Wandeinbaukasten 1 dichtend verbunden werden. Zur Abdichtung innerhalb der Nut 5 ist zu diesem Zweck am nach hinten weisenden Rand des Kragens 10 eine elastische Dichtung 11 angebracht. Alternativ könnte jedoch der Steckrahmen 8 auch mittels einer Dichtmasse wie etwa Sanitärsilikon, mit der die Nut 5 vor dem Aufstecken ausgestrichen wird, gedichtet werden.On the

Die maximale Einbautiefe des Wandeinbaukastens beträgt im Ausführungsbeispiel, ohne dass die Erfindung hierauf beschränkt wäre, 105 mm, die minimale Einbautiefe 80 mm. Der im Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigte Wandeinbaukasten 1 sowie dessen Steckrahmen 8 können im Spritzgussverfahren aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden. Die Dichtmatte 9 besteht aus einem mehrlagigen Laminat mit einer inneren und einer äußeren Gewebe- oder Vlieslage und einer dazwischen angeordneten Folienlage. Die Gewebe- bzw. Vlieslagen sorgen für eine gute Benetzung und Anbindung der Dichtmatte an die Dichtungsmasse der Wandabdichtung. Die dazwischen angeordnete Folie sorgt für eine wasserdichte Abdichtung. Steckrahmen 8 und Dichtmatte 9 sind randseitig stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden, insbesondere verschweißt. Der Wandeinbaukasten 1 selbst ist innenseitig wasserdicht ausgeführt und an seinen Durchlässen für die Anschlussfittinge mit elastomeren Dichtungsmuffen wasserdicht verschlossen. Somit kann von außen etwa eindringende Feuchtigkeit nicht in bzw. hinter die Rohbauwand gelangen und diese durchfeuchten. In den Wandeinbaukasten 1 wird nach dessen Montage von seiner offenen Vorderseite her die Wandeinbauarmatur eingebaut und mit einer Abdeckplatte verschlossen. Eine leichte Neigung der Seitenwände des Wandeinbaukastens 1 sorgt dafür, dass etwa eintretende Feuchtigkeit nach vorne hin ablaufen kann.The
