Abstract

A device (1) for the removal of wet wipes, in particular for disinfecting, comprises a container (7) in which the wet wipes are contained. The container (7) can be inserted into a carrier (2). The carrier (2) is provided with an opening (11) provided with a receiving part (6) into which the container (7) can be inserted. A lid (12), which is pivotally supported on the carrier (2) is held by a spring element in a position closing the opening and in an open position. A sealing element which can be fastened to the carrier (2) and which encloses the opening (11) of the container (7) inserted in the carrier (2) comes into sealing contact with the lid when it is in the closed position. This tightly closing device can be operated in a simple manner.

Description

The present invention relates to a device for the removal of wet wipes, in particular for disinfecting, comprising a container in which the wet wipes are contained, a carrier, in which the container is used and held and a closure device for closing the container.

Containers containing wet wipes are known in many ways. In particular, wet wipes for disinfecting are usually offered in dispenser cans. These cans are often provided with a lid having a click closure. To open this click fastener, the box must be held with one hand, with the other hand, the lid is clicked open and the wet cloth can then be removed from the box, the box must be closed again well, the click mechanism of the lid must click. In such containers, there is a risk that the lid provided with click closure does not close optimally, whereby the dampening solution of the container located in the wet wipes can evaporate, which massively worsens the effectiveness of the wet wipes, especially for disinfecting and make them useless. With such click closures there is also the risk that after removing a wet wipe from this container, the lid is not completely closed, which has a rapid evaporation of the dampening solution of the wet wipes result, with the above consequences.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a device for the removal of wet wipes from a container having a lid, with which the container is optimally closed, which the opening of the lid and the removal of the towels from the container with one hand allows and in which after the removal of a wet wipe the lid can be completely closed in a simple manner.

According to the invention, the solution of this object is achieved in that the carrier is provided with an opening receiving part, in which the open container is used and releasably held, a closure device forming the lid pivotally supported on the carrier and a spring element in an open and in a the opening-closing position is maintained, a fastened to the carrier sealing element which surrounds the opening of the container inserted into the carrier and on the lid, when it is in the closed position, sealingly comes to rest.

The carrier of this device for the removal of wet wipes can be fixed in a simple manner, for example, to a stationary stand, a wall or the like. Advantageously, the spring element consists of a leaf-shaped element, which is arranged on the cover, whereby a simple production can be achieved, and which ensures a secure operation.

On the carrier, a web is arranged, on which the sheet-shaped element is supported. This ensures that the lid is held independently in the open position and in the closed position.

Advantageously, the cover is pivotable about a pivot axis held on the support, which pivot axis is arranged with respect to the supporting portion of the sheet-like element on the web so that the lid during pivoting against the closed position is resiliently pressed into this closed position and when pivoting against the open Position can be pressed in this open position. With this configuration, an optimal closure and opening of the lid is made possible in a simple manner.

Advantageously, a stop for limiting the open position of the lid is attached to the web, thereby the lid can be brought from the open position in a simple manner again in the closed position.

In an advantageous manner, the cover is provided in the region facing away from the pivot axis with a region projecting beyond the support plate. This projecting portion allows the lid to be easily opened from the closed position with one hand.

From the FIGS. 1 and 2 the inventive device 1 for the removal of wet wipes can be removed. This device 1 comprises a support 2, formed by a support plate 3, which is connected to a mounting plate 4, which is aligned at right angles to the support plate 3. The support plate 3 is provided with a continuous recess 5, in which an annular receiving part 6 is inserted, as will be described later. In the annular receiving part 6, a container 7 can be used detachably, in which in a known manner, not shown, the wet wipes are included. The annular receiving part 6 is provided above the support plate 3 with a closing ring 8 between the annular receiving part 6 and the end ring 8, a plate 9 can be used, in which in a known manner a tear-off lip 10 is mounted. To reinforce the connection between the support plate 3 and mounting plate 4 reinforcing ribs 22 can be used.

The opening 11 formed by the closing ring 8 can be closed by a cover 12. For this purpose, the end ring 8 as a sealing element formed, which cooperates with a lid attached to the sealing ring 13, so that the opening 11 in the closed position of the lid 12, as in FIG. 1 is shown, is sealed.

As will be described in detail later, a spring element 14, which is designed as a sheet-shaped element 15, is attached to the cover 12. The lid 12 is pivotable about a pivot axis 16 held on the support plate 3 and from a closed position shown in FIG FIG. 1 , in an open position, shown in FIG. 2 , swiveling. As will be described in detail later, the spring member 14 serves to resiliently urge the lid 12 to the closed position on the one hand and to hold it in the open position on the other hand.

The carrier and the lid can be formed from a stainless sheet, the production can be done in a simple manner by a punching and bending operation. Of course, other suitable materials are conceivable, for example on a plastic basis.

From the FIGS. 3 to 6 is the device 1 with the carrier 2, consisting of support plate 3 and mounting plate 4, shown. In the support plate 3, the annular receiving part 6 is held on the support plate 3, the closing ring 8 is placed. Between the annular receiving part 6 and the end ring 8, the plate 9 is inserted, in which the tear-off lip 10 is arranged. The annular receiving part 6, the end ring 8 and the plate 9 are fastened by screws 17 to the support plate 3, the screws 17 are regularly distributed over the circumference of the annular receiving part 6.

The container 7 is usually supplied in a sealed state filled with wet wipes. For example, a lid can be placed over a snap-on or bayonet lock on the container 7 in a known, not shown manner, so that the container 7 is provided at its upper edge with corresponding retaining elements. A corresponding retaining element can be mounted in the annular receiving part 6. Thus, the container 7 can be easily inserted into the annular receiving part 6 and is thus connected to the carrier 2. Of course, containers with other closure options can be used, it is also conceivable that the container is equipped with a screw, the receiving part 6 would then only need to be adjusted accordingly, so that such containers can be used in a carrier 2.

To the fixed to the support plate 3 pivot axis 16, the lid 12 is pivotally supported. FIG. 3 shows the lid 12 in the closed position, the sealing ring 13 attached to the lid 12 rests on the closing ring 8, the container 7 is thereby hermetically sealed. To open the device 1, the lid 12 can be raised, as shown in FIG FIG. 4 is apparent. For this purpose, on the cover 12 in the region remote from the pivot axis 16, a region 18 protruding beyond the support plate 3 is provided. At this projecting portion 18, the lid 12 can be easily lifted with one hand or even with a finger, but also with the elbow or forearm to clear the access to the wet wipes housed in the container 17. in the FIG. 5 the situation is shown in which the lid is already wide open. FIG. 6 shows the lid in the fully open position. This fully open position of the lid is limited by a stop 19, the lid 12 is resiliently held in this position, as will be described later. In this position, a wet tissue from the device 1 can be removed in a simple manner, this is an edge region or corner of this wet tissue held in the tear lip 10, the wet tissue is removed, the beginning of the subsequent wet tissue is in turn held in the tear lip 10. After removal of the necessary wipes from the device 1, the lid can be brought back into the closed position by light pressure with one hand, the elbow or forearm.

From the FIGS. 7 to 10 is the pivot axis 16 can be seen, which is connected via a bracket 20 with the support plate 3. The lid 12 is pivotally mounted about this pivot axis 16. When lifting the lid 12, as shown in FIG. 8 is shown, moves the sheet-shaped element 15 which is fixed to the cover 12, due to the arrangement of the pivot axis 16 with respect to the web 21 sliding backwards. The spring tension increases slightly.

Upon further lifting of the lid 12, as shown in FIG FIG. 9 is shown, the leaf-shaped element 15 shifts with respect to the web 21 even further to the rear, the spring tension increases somewhat and reaches in this position about the maximum.

Upon further lifting of the lid 12, as shown in FIG FIG. 10 is shown, the leaf-shaped element 15 with respect to the web 21 moves further back, the spring force of the biased sheet-like element 15 now acts so that the lid 12 is pressed into the open position, which is reached when the sheet-shaped element 15th comes to the stop 19 to the plant.
