Die Vorrichtung 1 zum Abrollen und Abtrennen eines Bandes 2 auf einer Bandrolle 3 weist einen Grundkörper 4 auf. Der Grundkörper 4 weist eine Oberseite 5, eine erste seitliche Führungsfläche 6, eine zweite seitliche Führungsfläche 7 und eine Unterseite 8 auf. Der Grundkörper ist einstückig ausgebildet. An der Oberseite 5 ist eine sich radial nach außen erstreckende Abrissschneide 9 naheliegend einer Vorderkante 10 der Oberseite 5 angeordnet. Die Abrissschneide 9 hat die Form einer Säge und verläuft schräg, wobei eine Seite höher als die andere Seite ist, um das Abschneiden des Bandes 2 zu erleichtern. Die Vorderkante 10 weist in Richtung einer Abrollrichtung 11 des Grundkörpers 4. Auf der Oberseite 5 ist ein Spalt 12 ausgebildet. Die Oberseite 5 weist weiterhin eine Ablageplatte 13 auf. Der Spalt 12 befindet sich zwischen einer Hinterkante 14 desjenigen Teils der Oberseite 5, auf welchem die Abrissschneide 9 angeordnet ist, und einer Vorderkante 15 der Ablageplatte 13. Hierzu weist der Ansatz 17 einen nach innen gerichteten Vorsprung 18 auf, welcher in Endstellung der Ablageplatte 13 die zweite Führungsfläche 7 umgreift. Der Vorsprung 18 umgreift nur denjenigen Teil der zweiten Führungsfläche 7, welcher dem Ansatz 17 naheliegend ist. Der Vorsprung 18 hat von der Seite gesehen eine spitz zulaufende Form mit einer nicht horizontal sondern schräg verlaufenden Oberkante. Entsprechend verläuft die anliegende Unterkante der zweiten Führungsfläche 7 ebenfalls schräg, um ein Auseinandergleiten des Vorsprungs 18 und der zweiten Führungsfläche 7 nach Verrastung zu vermeiden. Die Unterseite 8 ist ein elastischer Klemmbügel, welcher mit der ersten Führungsfläche 6 verbunden ist und sich von der ersten Führungsfläche 6 bis vor die zweite Führungsfläche 7 erstreckt. Die Unterseite 8 ist im Längsschnitt S-förmig ausgebildet und weist etwa nach 2/3 von der ersten Führungsfläche 6 aus gesehen einen Abbiegebereich 19 auf, welcher bei Verwendung der Vorrichtung 1 an einer Innenseite 20 der Bandrolle 3 anliegt. Bei Anwendung der Vorrichtung 1 wird die zweite Führungsfläche 7 auf den Außenumfang der Bandrolle 3 aufgesetzt und die elastische Unterseite 8 zur Mitte der Bandrolle 3 hin etwas aufgebogen. Dann kann die Bandrolle 3 durch die Durchgangsöffnung 21 hindurchgesteckt werden und befindet sich dann innerhalb des Grundkörpers 4, wobei die Unterseite 8 an der Innenseite 20 der Bandrolle 3 anliegt. Beim Abreißen des Bandes 2 an der Abrissschneide 9 wird durch den Druck auf die Abrissschneide 9 die Oberseite 5 nach unten in Richtung des Bandes 2 gedrückt und damit auch der Stopper auf das Band 2 gedrückt. - Device for unrolling and severing a strip (2) on a strip roll (3) having a main body (4), wherein the main body (4) has an upper side (5) with a tear-off blade (9), a gap (12), a storage plate (13) for depositing the strip (2) or a roller, two lateral guide surfaces (6, 7) and an underside (8), characterized in that the storage plate (13) can be pivoted laterally or the roller (22) arranged behind the gap (12), as viewed against the unrolling direction (11), can be inserted and latched for depositing the strip (2), wherein the storage plate (13) or the roller (22) form the gap (12) in its end position with a rear edge (14) of the upper side (5).
- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the storage plate (13) can be latched in its end position with a lateral guide surface (7).
- Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that one of the lateral guide surfaces (6, 7) is partially open towards the center of the strip roll in order to form a through opening (21) for the strip roll (3).
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the underside (8) of the main body (4) consists of an elastic clamping bracket which rests against the inside (20) of the strip roll (3).
- Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the clamping bracket is formed in an S-shaped manner.
- Device according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the clamping bracket is formed in a spoon-shaped manner.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a stopper cooperating with the strip (2) is provided on the upper side (5).
- Device according to claim 7, characterized in that the stopper is arranged in the region of the tear-off blade (9).
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the strip (2) can be inserted into the gap (12) from the outer circumference of the strip roll (3).
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a radial pulling direction of the strip (2) causes a forward movement of the main body (4) in the unrolling direction (11).
