Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verarbeitungsvorrichtung für Folienbeutel umfassend mehrere nebeneinander angeordnete Beutelaufnahmen, die jeweils zum Aufnehmen und Transportieren eines Folienbeutels ausgebildet sind, und mehrere in Transportrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Paare gegenüberliegender Rampen, entlang derer die Beutelaufnahmen im Betrieb geführt transportiert werden, wobei der Abstand gegenüberliegender Rampen die Breite der Beutelaufnahmen definiert. So eine Vorrichtung ist z.B. aus dem Dokument
Eine Verarbeitungsvorrichtung für Folienbeutel, beispielsweise eine Füllmaschine, erfordert prozessbedingt, dass das Öffnungsmaß der Folienbeutel entlang der Transportstrecke geändert wird. Beispielsweise sind Folienbeutel bei der Zuführung in die Beutelaufnahme flach und maximal breit. Für eine optimale Befüllung sollen die Folienbeutel hingegen unter der Dosierung maximal geöffnet sein. Diese Unterschiede im Öffnungsmaß werden über die seitlich der angeordneten Rampen eingestellt. Da die Beutelbreite sich in Transportrichtung ändern soll, müssen mehrere in Transportrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Rampen verwendet werden. Die Rampen werden jeweils vor der Inbetriebnahme separat manuell entsprechend dem jeweils einzustellenden Öffnungsmaß in den unterschiedlichen Prozessbereichen eingestellt. Neben den verschiedenen Einstellungen für das geeignete Öffnungsmaß müssen die Rampen auch separat manuell eingestellt werden, wenn ein Formatwechsel bei den Folienbeuteln eine andere Kastenbreite erforderlich macht. - The processing device (1) for foil pouches (2) as set forth in any of the preceding claims, wherein the adjusting element comprises a plurality of drives (9, 17) each of them adjusting one or more ramps (8a, 8b) and being connected to a control member such that they are controlled thereby while in operation.
- The processing device (1) as set forth in any of the preceding claims, wherein the adjusting bar (12) is arranged parallel to the direction of transport (5).
- The processing device (1) as set forth in any of the preceding claims, wherein coupling elements (11) are configured such that a movement of the adjusting bar (12) parallel to the direction of transport (5) is transmitted to a movement of the ramps transversely to the direction of transport (5).
- The processing device (1) as set forth in any of the preceding claims, wherein the adjusting bar (12) is arranged at the side facing away from the pouch receiving elements of multiple successively arranged ramps (8a, 8b).
- The processing device (1) as set forth in any of the preceding claims, wherein the adjusting bar (12) is either made of one piece or of a plurality of bars attached to one another.
- The processing device (1) as set forth in any of the preceding claims, further comprising guide elements (15) configured such and guiding the adjusting bar (12) and the ramps (8a, 8b) such that the adjusting bar (12) is only movable parallel to the direction of transport (5) and the ramps are at least, particularly only, movable transversely to the direction of transport (5).
- The processing device (1) as set forth in any of the preceding claims, wherein the adjusting member is configured such that the positions of the ramps (8a, 8b) transversely to the direction of transport (5) are set by adjusting the position of the adjusting bar (12) parallel to the direction of transport (5).
- The processing device (1) as set forth in any of the preceding claims, wherein the coupling elements (11) are configured such that the distance of the movement of the ramps (8a, 8b) transversely to the direction of transport (5) is restricted by the transmission thereof.
- The processing device (1) as set forth in any of the preceding claims, wherein the adjusting element is configured such that different ramps (8a, 8b) are coupled to the adjusting bar (12) by coupling elements (11) of different transmission.
- The processing device (1) as set forth in claim 13, wherein the adjusting element is configured such that positions of the ramps (8a, 8b), particularly transversely to the direction of transport (5), are individually adjusted according to the transmission of the respective coupling elements (11).
- The processing device (1) as set forth in any of the preceding claims, wherein a or the drive (17) is configured such that it drives the adjusting bar (12) directly and moves it parallel to the direction of transport (5).
