Definitions
- the present invention relates to an all-steel clothing for a card or card for the processing of textile fibers, comprising a sawtooth wire with teeth formed one behind the other in the wire running direction, the tooth contour of the teeth starting from a tooth base at least going into a tooth back, further going into a tooth tip section, going on is determined in a tooth face and again in a subsequent tooth base, and wherein the tooth tip section is formed with a tooth tip length determined in the wire running direction.
- the sawtooth wire has teeth formed one behind the other in the wire running direction, and a tooth tip section, which is referred to as the head surface, is defined with a length which corresponds to at least 15% of the length of the tooth pitch, and the tooth pitch is defined as the distance between the tooth tip and the tooth tip of two adjacent ones Teeth.
- the tooth tip of each tooth is formed by the transition from the tooth tip section into the tooth face.
- the WO 2013/072136 A1 discloses a set with a tooth back, which is formed by at least one recess in two raised sections.
- the raised sections have the same height level, so that both raised sections are always changed during regrinding.
- All-steel sets should on the one hand have a long service life, on the other hand the set should have a good alignment and cleaning of the Allow yarn-forming textile fibers.
- the area of the tooth tip section defined by the width of the teeth in the head region and the length of the tooth tip sections, should be as small as possible. If the surface is reground due to the wear of the sawtooth wire, the surface of the tooth tip section increases, as a result of which the result of carding is no longer satisfactorily possible. This is due in particular to the fact that for the structuring of the teeth, in particular also for the interaction with the textile fibers, the flank angle of the tooth back must be flatter than the chest angle of the tooth breast. If the surface of the tooth tip section is reground too often by grinding, the area increases by reducing the tooth height until the all-steel set can no longer be used.
- the object of the invention is the development of an all-steel set with a sawtooth wire
- the teeth of the sawtooth wire should have a tooth contour that allows the tooth tip sections to be ground as often as possible.
- the area of the tooth tip section should be made as small as possible, which does not increase unnecessarily even after repeated grinding.
- the breast angle of the tooth face should remain unchanged if possible even after multiple grinding.
- the invention includes the technical teaching that a tooth bump is formed on the tooth tip section, the tooth bump having a tooth bump length that is smaller than the tooth tip length.
- the object of the present invention is achieved by a tooth bump which is placed on a partial surface of the tooth tip section.
- the tooth bump can be made of the same material and in one piece with the tooth itself, for example by changing the tooth contour of the tooth in the region of the tooth tip section around the contour of the tooth bump. If the tooth bump is ground down, the tooth tip length does not change or changes only slightly, since the tooth bump does not merge into the back of the tooth. Rather, the back of the tooth bump merges into the tooth tip section.
- the particular advantage is that the all-steel set can be reground up to six times or more.
- the breast angle between the tooth face and the perpendicular to the wire running direction can have a value of 50 ° to 60 ° and preferably 55 °. This angle value does not change even after repeated regrinding of the all-steel clothing, and the all-steel clothing can be operated with an optimal chest angle even after repeated regrinding.
- the tooth bump length can be particularly advantageously 10% to 50% and preferably 15% to 25% of the tooth tip length.
- the tooth bump can be provided in the front area on the tooth tip section, so that the tooth bump is formed on the tooth tip section adjacent to the tooth face. This ensures that the tooth contour forms the tooth tip in the transition from the tooth bump to the tooth breast. If the sawtooth wire is reground, and the tooth protrusion is slightly shortened with each grinding process, the tip of the tooth moves downwards while resharpening. For example, the sawtooth wire can be re-sharpened until the tooth bump on the tooth tip section is completely ground off, and the tooth tip is removed before the end of the Use of sawtooth wire formed by a direct transition from the tooth tip section to the tooth face.
- the angle of the chest between the tooth face and the perpendicular to the direction of the wire run can retain the value of, for example, 55 ° until the end of the sawtooth wire.
- the tooth bump can be designed with a plan-shaped bump roof.
- the tooth cusp can have a cusp back formed behind the cusp roof, which as part of the tooth contour is formed approximately parallel to the section of the tooth breast located at the same height. If the contours of the cusp and the tooth face run approximately parallel to one another, the tooth bump length remains constant even after repeated regrinding, and the tooth bump length can, for example, be permanently 10% to 50% and preferably 15% to 25% of the tooth tip length. This value does not change if the tooth bump is designed accordingly and remains independent of the frequency with which the sawtooth wire was reground.
- the cusp roof can be formed parallel to the wire running direction of the sawtooth wire, the wire running direction being defined by the course of the bottom side of the sawtooth wire, which, when arranged on a drum, for example on the reel of a card, can also have a curvature, so that a corresponding tangent to the bottom side can be defined as the wire running direction.
- the chest angle can have a value of 50 ° to 60 ° and preferably of 55 °. Accordingly, the back of the hump can also have an angle that corresponds to the angle of the chest.
- the tooth bump length corresponds to approximately 15% of the length of the tooth division from tooth tip to tooth tip.
- Figure 1 shows a section of a sawtooth wire 10 of an all-steel clothing for a card or a card for the processing of textile fibers.
- the sawtooth wire 10 has a wire running direction 11, which is determined by the course of the bottom side 21 of the sawtooth wire 10.
- two teeth 12 are shown, and the teeth 12 have tooth tips 18 which point in the wire running direction 11.
- the tooth contour of the teeth 12 is determined by a plurality of sections, and the tooth contour begins with a tooth base 13 which merges into a tooth back 14, and the tooth back 14 is located on the side of the tooth 12 which opposes the wire running direction 11. Transitioning from The tooth back 14 is followed by a tooth tip section 15, which can run parallel to the wire running direction 11, or the tooth back section 15 has a slope in the direction of the tooth back 14 into a tooth face 16, the tooth face 16 pointing in the direction of the wire running direction 11 and being extended by the height of the tooth bump 17. Finally, the tooth face 16 merges again into the subsequent tooth base 13.
- Figure 2 shows a side view of the sawtooth wire 10, and the base section 22 of the sawtooth wire 10 is made wider than the width of the tooth 12, which adjoins the base section 22 on the upper side.
- the cut, indicated in Figure 1 lies between two teeth 12 and is delimited on the upper side with the tooth base 13.
- Figure 3 finally shows a detailed view of a tooth 12 of the sawtooth wire 10, and the tooth contour of the tooth 12 with the individual sections is shown in detail.
- the tooth back 14 follows, which delimits the tooth 12 against the wire running direction 11.
- the tooth back 14 merges into the tooth tip section 15, which has a length L.
- a tooth bump 17 is formed on the tooth tip section 15, and the tooth bump 17 has the tooth bump length I.
- the contour goes from the rear tooth tip section 15 into a cusp 20 and the cusp 20 goes into a cusp roof 19 19 forming the tooth tip 18 over.
- the breast angle ⁇ can be tapped between the tooth face 16 and the perpendicular to the wire running direction 11.
- the view shows approximately the size relationships of the tooth bump 17 to the tooth 12 and in particular the view shows the tooth bump length I, which is smaller than the tooth tip length L.
- the tooth bump length I can be 10% to 50% and preferably 15% to 25% of the tooth tip length L.
- the example shows that the tooth bump length I is approximately 20% of the tooth tip length L.
- the sawtooth wire 10 is regrinded, then the regrinding takes place on the bump roof 19 of the tooth bump 17.
- the sawtooth wire 10 can be resharpened several times until the tooth bump 17 on the tooth tip section 15 has disappeared, and the tooth tip section 15 extends as far as the tooth tip that has moved downward 18 into the area of the dashed line as shown in the figure.

Description
The present invention relates to an all-steel clothing for a card or card for the processing of textile fibers, comprising a sawtooth wire with teeth formed one behind the other in the wire running direction, the tooth contour of the teeth starting from a tooth base at least going into a tooth back, further going into a tooth tip section, going on is determined in a tooth face and again in a subsequent tooth base, and wherein the tooth tip section is formed with a tooth tip length determined in the wire running direction.

All-steel sets should on the one hand have a long service life, on the other hand the set should have a good alignment and cleaning of the Allow yarn-forming textile fibers. For this purpose, the area of the tooth tip section, defined by the width of the teeth in the head region and the length of the tooth tip sections, should be as small as possible.
The object of the invention is the development of an all-steel set with a sawtooth wire, the teeth of the sawtooth wire should have a tooth contour that allows the tooth tip sections to be ground as often as possible. The area of the tooth tip section should be made as small as possible, which does not increase unnecessarily even after repeated grinding. In addition, the breast angle of the tooth face should remain unchanged if possible even after multiple grinding.
This object is achieved on the basis of an all-steel clothing for a card or card for the processing of textile fibers according to the preamble of claim 1 in conjunction with the characterizing features. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
The invention includes the technical teaching that a tooth bump is formed on the tooth tip section, the tooth bump having a tooth bump length that is smaller than the tooth tip length.
The object of the present invention is achieved by a tooth bump which is placed on a partial surface of the tooth tip section. The tooth bump can be made of the same material and in one piece with the tooth itself, for example by changing the tooth contour of the tooth in the region of the tooth tip section around the contour of the tooth bump. If the tooth bump is ground down, the tooth tip length does not change or changes only slightly, since the tooth bump does not merge into the back of the tooth. Rather, the back of the tooth bump merges into the tooth tip section. The particular advantage is that the all-steel set can be reground up to six times or more. Another significant advantage is that the breast angle between the tooth face and the perpendicular to the wire running direction can have a value of 50 ° to 60 ° and preferably 55 °. This angle value does not change even after repeated regrinding of the all-steel clothing, and the all-steel clothing can be operated with an optimal chest angle even after repeated regrinding.
The tooth bump length can be particularly advantageously 10% to 50% and preferably 15% to 25% of the tooth tip length. The tooth bump can be provided in the front area on the tooth tip section, so that the tooth bump is formed on the tooth tip section adjacent to the tooth face. The angle of the chest between the tooth face and the perpendicular to the direction of the wire run can retain the value of, for example, 55 ° until the end of the sawtooth wire.
With further advantage, the tooth bump can be designed with a plan-shaped bump roof. The tooth cusp can have a cusp back formed behind the cusp roof, which as part of the tooth contour is formed approximately parallel to the section of the tooth breast located at the same height.
The cusp roof can be formed parallel to the wire running direction of the sawtooth wire, the wire running direction being defined by the course of the bottom side of the sawtooth wire, which, when arranged on a drum, for example on the reel of a card, can also have a curvature, so that a corresponding tangent to the bottom side can be defined as the wire running direction. According to a further advantage for forming the all-steel clothing between the tooth face and the perpendicular to the wire running direction, the chest angle can have a value of 50 ° to 60 ° and preferably of 55 °. Accordingly, the back of the hump can also have an angle that corresponds to the angle of the chest.
According to the invention, the tooth bump length corresponds to approximately 15% of the length of the tooth division from tooth tip to tooth tip.
