Description

The present invention relates to a dispensing system for medicaments according to the preamble of claim 1.

The DE 102 12 711 A1 discloses a tablet box in which controlled withdrawal of tablets is to be ensured by storing a take cycle and issuing an alert for removal. Subsequently, a tablet is pushed out of a blister pack to allow the patient to take. However, this tablet box is disadvantageous in that often not only tablets of a certain type must be taken, but a tablet mix in which certain tablets must be taken at different intervals. When patients need to take a tablet mix, nursing care at an outpatient foster home often needs to put together the tablet mix and control ingestion, which requires a great deal of nursing and ongoing intervention in the patient's privacy.

The WO2014 / 173628A1 discloses a device for presenting goods that can be moved via a feed device to a front stop. The device is used on retail shelves.

In the WO 2015 / 006638A1 discloses a sales system for product containers, which are conveyed via a biased feed element to a removal station. The product containers are guided on lateral walls.

Die GB 881 700 offenbart ein Spendersystem für Zigarettenpackungen. The GB 881 700 discloses a dispenser system for cigarette packs.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a dispensing system for drugs that can be flexibly adapted to the drugs to be administered and relieves the care services.

This object is achieved with a dispensing system for medicaments having the features of claim 1.

In the dispenser system according to the invention vessels are first used, which can be filled with one or more drugs. In the vessels, the drugs in different dosage forms, so be filled as tablets, dragees, powder or liquid. In addition, the type of vessels can be chosen depending on the disease, wherein simple cups or even sippy cups or other vessels can be used. The respective foremost vessel on a feed channel can then be removed from the patient at a removal station, in order then to take the medicaments present in the vessel. In this case, a feed system is provided in the housing, which ensures at a removal of the foremost vessel that the arranged in a common feed channel vessels are conveyed in the direction of the removal station. This allows a foster pad to fill the donor system with a variety of vessels and medicaments that correspond, for example, to a daily ration and can be withdrawn by the patient in a predetermined time sequence. Faulty operation can be avoided by the fact that the vessels are accessible only at the sampling station and can be removed. The remaining vessels can be arranged protected within the housing or the feed channel.

If vessels are described in the application, these are designed as open or closed containers, mugs, cups, sippy cups. Furthermore, a vessel can also be formed by a vessel carrier and a container arranged on or in the vessel carrier, for example a disposable vessel can be arranged in or on the vessel carrier. All of these variants are referred to in the application as a "vessel".

The feed system preferably comprises a spring-biased slide, by means of which the vessels are displaceable along the feed channel. This results in an automatic conveying of the vessels after the foremost vessel has been removed from a feed channel. The patient can thus only resort to the foremost vessel, and the time sequence of the removal is determined by the positioning of the vessels within the feed channel. The vessels are guided by a guide profile or the walls of the feed channel to the removal station, and the at least one feed channel is formed substantially closed. It is of course optionally possible for the filling process, for example, to remove a cover from the housing in order to fill the feed channel from above. The vessels can then tension when inserting the feed system and specify the timing of drug delivery.

In a further embodiment of the invention, means for detecting the number of vessels within the feed channel are provided on the housing. As a result, it can be checked whether a vessel has been removed from the feed channel at the predetermined intake time.

Furthermore, a control can be provided by means of which a signal for a removal of the foremost vessel to be made can be transmitted to optical and / or acoustic means. For example, optical means may be provided which have a display that can display information about the foremost vessel, such as ingestion time, contents of the vessel, type of intake, or the like. Alternatively or additionally, acoustic means may be provided which emit a warning signal when the foremost vessel has not been removed from the housing after a predetermined time.

In a further embodiment, communication means may be provided by means of which a signal or a message can be sent to a foster home if the foremost vessel has not been removed from the housing after a predetermined time. Then the foster home can check for a visit on the spot, which is the cause of the missing removal.

Furthermore, it is possible to equip the dispenser system with a camera, by means of which, after the removal of the foremost vessel, an ingestion of the medicament or medicaments is receivable, in particular for observation by a foster home. Then not only the removal of the vessel, but also the intake of the contents can be controlled, which gives the patient the security that the medication must be taken reliably in any case and otherwise can pass by a caregiver.

In a preferred embodiment, a stop for limiting the feed path of the vessels is provided at the removal station, so that an exact positioning of the foremost vessel is ensured. Two feed channels are provided on the housing, wherein in the first feed channel vessels with at least one drug and in a second feed channel, for example, vessels with aids for taking the medication, in particular liquid and / or food, are provided.

Furthermore, markings at the time of administration can be provided on the vessels, so that errors are avoided both during the removal and during the filling process.

A dispensing system 1 comprises a housing 2, which is closed by a cover 20, which is removable from the housing 2 for a filling operation. In the housing 2, a first feed channel 3 for vessels 5 and a second feed channel 4 for vessels 5 is formed. It is also possible to provide on the housing 2 only a single feed channel or more than two feed channels. As stated above, it is also possible to use, as vessels 5, units from a vessel carrier and a container arranged from or in the vessel carrier.

Each feed channel 3 and 4 has on the housing 2 a removal station 6, at which the respective foremost vessel 5 of the positioned in the feed channel 3 vessels 5 is accessible and removable from the outside. The remaining vessels 5 are arranged protected within the housing 2. The vessels 5 are conveyed via a feed system automatically to the removal station 6, wherein on the front side a stop 7 is provided, which determines the position of the foremost vessel 5. The feed system comprises a biased to the removal station 6 slider 8, which ensures that the vessels 5 are pushed to the stop 7. The vessels 5 are guided within the feed channel 3 or 4 through the walls of the housing or a partition 21 between the two feed channels 3 and 4, so that they can be pressed by the slider 8 only to the front.

On the housing 2, a display panel 9 is provided on a front side, which can be designed as a stationary display or as a digital display and serves to give the patient information, for example about the collection time, the medication or other information. Each vessel 5 may contain one or more medicaments to be taken by the user at a particular time. At a certain time, therefore, the user must the foremost vessel 5 at the Take out removal station 6, and after removal, the other vessels 5, which are arranged in the feed channel 3 or 4, pushed over the slide 8 to the front, as shown in the Figures 2 and 3 is recognizable. In each feed channel 3 or 4, there is a guide profile 10, on which a feed system runs guided and on which a roll spring 11 is provided for biasing the slider 8 in the direction of the removal position 6. The scroll spring 11 may be formed band-shaped and wound on the slider 8. The movement of the slide 8 can also be damped in order to move the vessels 5 to the removal station 6 and the stop 7 at the front at a slower speed.

As in FIG. 4 is shown, the feed channels 3 or 4 have a width which is adapted to the width of the vessels 5, so that a tilting movement is prevented. The vessels 5 may be formed as closed sippy cups or other vessels. On the bottom side, the vessels 5 rest on the guide profile 10, which for example has a sliding surface, so that a smooth movement of the vessels 5 is made possible. Each guide profile 10 has at least one guide bar 12 in order to be able to move the vessel 5 or a vessel carrier to the removal position.

In FIG. 7 the feed system is shown in detail. The feed system comprises the guide profile 10, along which a slide 8 is guided. The slide 8 is biased by the spring 11 in the feed direction to push vessels 5 to the stop 7, which is arranged in the lower region of the vessels 5, so that the vessels 5 can be conveniently gripped and removed at the removal station 6.

The dispensing system 1 may further include a controller having means for detecting the number of vessels 5 within a feed duct 3 or 4. This allows the level to be determined. If no vessel 5 is removed at the removal station 6 at a predetermined withdrawal time, optical or acoustic signals can be output. For example, information can be output to the patient on the display panel 9 that the next medication should be taken. If this does not occur after a predetermined time, acoustic means can be used in addition to the optical means, which signal to the patient that the intake of the medication is overdue. If, after a predetermined time, no removal of the foremost vessel has still taken place, a foster home can be notified by means of communication so that they can check what are the reasons for the lack of removal of a vessel 5. Alternatively or additionally, the dispenser system may also include a camera which is turned on at least upon removal of a vessel 5, to then record whether the drugs contained in the vessel 5 are also taken. The appropriate recordings can then be transmitted to a foster home, so that they can check without taking a visit to the place of taking the medication. This allows the patient to live in their own home without risking inadequate medication.

In the illustrated embodiment, two feed channels 3 and 4 are provided as feed lines, wherein in the second feed line optionally vessels 5 can be provided with drugs or vessels 5 with aids for taking. For example, the vessels 5 may be filled with water to facilitate the ingestion of the drugs from the other vessel 5. Alternatively, food or other items may be provided in the vessels 5 in the second feed line.

In the illustrated embodiment, eight vessels 5 are arranged in a feed channel 3 or 4. The number of vessels 5 can be freely selected in large parts, depending on the number of drugs to be taken or the intake intervals.
