In dem Gehäuse ist dabei ein Vorschubsystem vorgesehen, das bei einer Entnahme des vordersten Gefäßes dafür sorgt, dass die in einem gemeinsamen Vorschubkanal angeordneten Gefäße in Richtung der Entnahmestation gefördert werden. Dadurch kann eine Pflegestelle das Spendersystem mit einer Vielzahl von Gefäßen und Medikamenten befüllen, die beispielsweise einer Tagesration entsprechen und vom Patienten in einer vorbestimmten zeitlichen Abfolge entnommen werden können. Eine Fehlbetätigung kann dadurch vermieden werden, dass die Gefäße nur an der Entnahmestation zugänglich sind und entnommen werden können. Jeder Vorschubkanal 3 und 4 besitzt an dem Gehäuse 2 eine Entnahmestation 6, an der das jeweils vorderste Gefäß 5 der in dem Vorschubkanal 3 positionierten Gefäße 5 von außen zugänglich und entnehmbar ist. Die übrigen Gefäße 5 sind innerhalb des Gehäuses 2 geschützt angeordnet. Die Gefäße 5 werden dabei über ein Vorschubsystem automatisch zu der Entnahmestation 6 gefördert, wobei an der Vorderseite ein Anschlag 7 vorgesehen ist, der die Position des vordersten Gefäßes 5 vorgibt. Das Vorschubsystem umfasst dabei einen zur Entnahmestation 6 vorgespannten Schieber 8, der dafür sorgt, dass die Gefäße 5 zu dem Anschlag 7 geschoben werden. Die Gefäße 5 werden dabei innerhalb des Vorschubkanals 3 oder 4 durch die Wände des Gehäuses oder eine Trennwand 21 zwischen den zwei Vorschubkanälen 3 und 4 geführt, so dass diese durch den Schieber 8 nur nach vorne gedrückt werden können.Each
An dem Gehäuse 2 ist an einer Vorderseite ein Anzeigefeld 9 vorgesehen, das als stationäre Anzeige oder als digitale Anzeige ausgebildet sein kann und dazu dient, dem Patienten Informationen zu geben, beispielsweise über die Entnahmezeit, die Medikamente oder weitere Informationen. In jedem Gefäß 5 können sich eines oder mehrere Medikamente befinden, die von dem Benutzer zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt eingenommen werden müssen. Zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit muss daher der Benutzer das vorderste Gefäß 5 an der Entnahmestation 6 herausnehmen, und nach der Herausnahme werden die anderen Gefäße 5, die in dem Vorschubkanal 3 oder 4 angeordnet sind, über den Schieber 8 nach vorne geschoben, so wie dies anhand der

Das Spendersystem 1 kann ferner eine Steuerung aufweisen, die Mittel zur Erfassung der Anzahl an Gefäßen 5 innerhalb eines Vorschubkanals 3 oder 4 aufweist. Dadurch kann der Füllstand bestimmt werden. Sollte zu einer vorbestimmten Entnahmezeit kein Gefäß 5 an der Entnahmestation 6 entnommen werden, können optische oder akustische Signale ausgegeben werden. Beispielsweise kann an dem Anzeigefeld 9 eine Information für den Patienten ausgegeben werden, dass die nächste Medikamenteneinnahme erfolgen soll. Falls dies nach einer vorbestimmten Zeit nicht erfolgt, können ergänzend zu den optischen Mitteln auch akustische Mittel eingesetzt werden, die dem Patienten signalisieren, dass die Einnahme der Medikamente überfällig ist. Sollte nach einer vorbestimmten Zeit immer noch keine Entnahme des vordersten Gefäßes erfolgt sein, kann über Kommunikationsmittel eine Pflegestelle verständigt werden, damit diese überprüfen kann, welches die Gründe für die mangelnde Entnahme eines Gefäßes 5 sind. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann das Spendersystem auch eine Kamera aufweisen, die zumindest bei Entnahme eines Gefäßes 5 eingeschaltet wird, um dann aufzunehmen, ob die in dem Gefäß 5 befindlichen Medikamente auch eingenommen werden. Die entsprechenden Aufnahmen können dann einer Pflegestelle übermittelt werden, so dass diese ohne Besuch vor Ort die Einnahme der Medikamente überprüfen kann. Claims (10)
- Dispensing system (1) for medicaments, comprising a housing (2) and vessels in the form of beakers, cups or feeding cups, wherein a plurality of the vessels (5) filled with at least one medicament are arranged in the housing (2), wherein the respective foremost vessel (5) can be withdrawn at a withdrawal station (6), wherein a forward movement system is provided on the housing (2) which, when the foremost vessel (5) is withdrawn, ensures that the vessels (5) arranged in a common forward movement channel (3, 4) are conveyed in the direction of the withdrawal station (6), characterized in that the housing (2) is closed by a lid (20) which can be removed from the housing (2) for a filling operation, and two forward movement channels (3, 4) are provided on the housing (2), wherein vessels (5) containing at least one medicament are provided in the first forward movement channel (3) and vessels containing means that make it easier for the medicaments to be taken, in particular liquid and/or foodstuff, are provided in the second forward movement channel (4).
- Dispensing system according to claim 1, characterized in that the forward movement system has a pusher (8) which is preloaded by a spring (11) and by means of which the vessels (5) can be pushed along the forward movement channel (3, 4).

- Dispensing system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that means for detecting the number of vessels (5) within a forward movement channel (3, 4) are provided on the housing (2).
- Dispensing system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a control system is provided, by means of which a signal indicating that the foremost vessel (5) is to be withdrawn can be transmitted to optical and/or acoustic means.
- Dispensing system according to claim 5, characterized in that optical means are provided which comprise a display (9) including information relating to the foremost vessel (5), such as the time at which the medicaments are to be taken, the contents of the vessel, the way in which the medicaments are to be taken or the like.
- Dispensing system according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that acoustic means are provided which output an alarm signal if the foremost vessel (5) has not been withdrawn from the housing (2) after a predetermined time.
- Dispensing system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that communication means are provided, by means of which a signal or a message can be transmitted to a point of care if the foremost vessel (5) has not been withdrawn from the housing (2) after a predetermined time.
- Dispensing system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a camera is provided, by means of which, after the foremost vessel (5) has been withdrawn, it is possible to capture the taking of the medicament(s), optionally for observation by a point of care.
- Dispensing system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a stop (7) for limiting the forward movement travel of the vessels (5) is provided at the withdrawal station (6).
