Claims (6)

  1. Wiederverschließbarer Verschluss (11), der eine erste Öffnung freilegt, die an einer Gewindemündung (12) eines Behälters (10) positioniert ist, wobei der wiederverschließbare Verschluss im Wesentlichen einen Basiskörper, von dem sich ein Gießelement (17) aufwärts erstreckt, und eine Schutz- und Schließkappe (19) umfasst, die ein Außengehäuse (32) aufweist und einteilig mit dem Basiskörper in einem einzelnen Stück erzeugt und mit dem Basiskörper mittels einer Verbindungsbrücke (18) in der Form eines Streifens verbunden ist, der als ein Gelenk wirkt, wobei der Basiskörper auch einen Sicherungsring (14) umfasst, der über brechbare Brücken (15) mit einem Bund (16) verbunden ist, der in seinem Inneren mit einem Innengewinde (13) versehen ist, das komplementär zu dem der Gewindemündung (12) ist, wobei die Schutz- und Schließkappe (19) fest an dem Basiskörper zum Verschließen positioniert ist, wobei eine Gruppe zwischen dem Basiskörper mit dem Gießelement (17) und der Schutz- und Schließkappe (19) vorgesehen ist, die eine erste Öffnung freigibt und ein doppeltes brechbares Verbindungssystem (22, 23, 24; 25, 30, 29, 31) umfasst, das zu der Außenseite der Schutz- und Schließkappe (19) des Verschlusses hin betätigt werden kann, wobei die Schutz- und Schließkappe (19) zusätzlich zu dem Außengehäuse zumindest eine Innenwand koaxial zu dem Gießelement (17) umfasst, die mit einer Außenfläche (32) des Gießelements (17) zusammenwirkt, wobei eine luftdichte Kammer (36) definiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die koaxialen Innenwände eine Außenlippe (33) und eine weitere Lippe (35) umfassen, die ebenfalls zylindrisch und koaxial mit dem Gießelement (17) sind und die sich abwärts erstrecken und in einem dazwischenliegenden extern geformten Bereich desselben Gießelements (17) liegen, wobei die weitere Lippe (35), die Außenlippe (33), das Außengehäuse (32) der Kappe und die Außenwand des Gießelements (17) die luftdichte Kammer (36) definieren.
  2. Wiederverschließbarer Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gruppe, die eine erste Öffnung freilegt, einen Zahn (22, 23) umfasst, der sich von dem Basiskörper erstreckt und in ein Fenster (24) eingesetzt ist, das in einer Klappe (25) angeordnet ist, die einteilig mit der Schutz- und Schließkappe (19) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Klappe (25) sich mittels faltbarer Linien (27) von der Schutz- und Schließkappe (19) erstreckt und in ein Gehäuse (30) eingesetzt ist, das in einer Außenwand (32) der Schutz- und Schließkappe (19) positioniert und an dem Gehäuse (30) mittels brechbarer Brücken (29, 31) eingeschränkt ist.
  3. Wiederverschließbarer Verschluss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (25) zwei Abschnitte umfasst, die in Bezug aufeinander in einer dazwischenliegenden faltbaren Linie (28) faltbar sind, einen ersten unteren Abschnitt (225), in welchem sich der größte Teil des Fensters (24) befindet, und einen zweiten oberen Abschnitt (325), der mittels der faltbaren Linie (28) mit dem ersten unteren Abschnitt (225) verbunden ist.
  4. Wiederverschließbarer Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bund (16) eine radiale Krone umfasst, die sich einwärts (20) erstreckt und an der die Schutz- und Schließkappe (19) gepuffert ist, wobei das Gießelement (17), das mittels eines zylindrisch geformten Elements erzeugt ist, das einen unterschiedlichen Durchmesser aufweist und mit einer Zentralöffnung (21) endet, die einen oberen Rand (34) aufweist, sich aufwärts von der ringförmigen Krone (20) erstreckt.
  5. Wiederverschließbarer Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Erstreckungsstreifen (26) die Klappe (25) unterhalb der Schutz- und Schließkappe (19) mit einem Paar von faltbaren Linien (27) verbindet.
  6. Wiederverschließbarer Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die koaxialen Innenwände zwei zylindrische konzentrische Lippen (33) umfassen, die sich abwärts innerhalb der Kappe (19) erstrecken, und die in eine Öffnung (21) des Gießelements (17) und extern außerhalb eines oberen Randes (34) der Öffnung (21) eingesetzt sind.
