Abstract

the positive displacement pump with an adjustment valve (20) comprising:
a valve housing (21),
a valve piston (22) movably mounted in the valve housing (21) with an effective area (23) for a valve actuating pressure (P 20 ) of a fluid,

- eine Ventilfeder (25), die einer von dem Ventilstelldruck (P20) auf den Ventilkolben (22) ausgeübten Kraft entgegen wirkt,
- eine Verstelleinrichtung (27, 28), mittels der der Ventilkolben (22) in Richtung der vom Ventilstelldruck (P20) ausgeübten Kraft oder gegen diese Kraft verstellbar ist,
wobei der Ventilkolben (22) eine weitere Wirkfläche (24) für den Ventilstellruck (P20) aufweist und die Wirkflächen (23, 24) einander entgegen wirkend angeordnet und der Größe nach unterschiedlich sind, um dem Größenunterschied der Wirkflächen (23, 24) entsprechend eine auf den Ventilkolben (22) der Ventilfeder (25) entgegen wirkende Differenzkraft zu erzeugen.
