Description

The present invention relates to a compartment made of a textile material for arrangement in a transport container with at least one compartment for receiving components, wherein the compartment comprises at least one belt having a side wall.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a foldable transport container with a cuboid shell, wherein at least two opposite sides of the shell have vertical folding edges, and with an outer ring to which the jacket is attached.

Such compartments are known from the prior art and serve, for example, as a component receptacle for foldable transport containers with an outer ring. The compartments are usually formed from limp materials. Such a compartment is for example from the DE 10 2009 044 929 A1 known, wherein a tension belt is arranged on an upper side of the Gefaches. By the recorded component increases in known systems, the train on the outer ring or the tension belt, so that this yields and thus the compartment sags down. The compartment bends due to the weight of the component and collides with, for example, another compartment arranged underneath. Since the foldability of the transport container must continue to be ensured, it is not possible to reinforce the compartment by rods or rods to improve stability.

Object of the present invention is thus to provide a compartment and a foldable transport container with increased stability, without affecting the foldability of the transport container negative.

The object is achieved by a compartment according to claim 1, as well as a foldable transport container according to claim 13. The belt preferably runs horizontally over the entire length of the side wall. About the webbing, the compartment may be indirectly connected to the transport container, so that at least the webbing having side wall is stretched. The webbing is in the unloaded state substantially flat, d. H. arranged with only a slight inclination angle, so that the forces acting on the webbing forces, in particular in its connection region with the transport container, in the loaded state are very high. This is based on the realization that the forces are higher the flatter the angle of the webbing is.

In order to prevent this high force and a resulting sagging of the webbing, the compartment in addition to this strap on the stabilization device. This stabilization device is arranged such that the compartment, in particular the belt arranged in the side wall thereof, can not sag downwards as a result of loading by a component. The design of the stabilization device is to be selected depending on the load so that the tensile force is balanced in the webbing. By stabilizing the load acts not alone on the webbing but evenly over the side wall of the compartment. As a result, on the one hand, the tensile force is reduced to the connection region of the webbing with the transport container. On the other act by the stabilizing device such tensile forces that the vertical loads are introduced substantially perpendicular to the side wall and thus the horizontally acting forces are neutralized in the webbing.

So that the stabilization device can experience the necessary tension, it is essentially inelastic. In this way, it can be ensured that the stabilization device does not yield or only very slightly yields as a result of a load, but is tensioned to tension, so that the associated side wall furthermore has the required stability. The stabilization device is designed as a tension belt, in particular as a woven or knitted fabric made of synthetic or natural fiber. The voltage that can be generated can be selected individually by the angle of inclination of the tensioning belt so that the tensile force in the strap itself is balanced and consequently the side wall can not sag. The tension belt is inventively arranged obliquely tapering on the webbing. For this purpose, the tension belt may be formed in one piece or in several parts. The tensioning belt extends on both sides starting from an outer region of the side wall, in particular v-shaped or curved, in the middle thereof. The tension belt is designed to divert the vertical loads in the form of tensile forces, so that the horizontal loads are neutralized. The tray or its side wall can not or only minimally bend down so that the stability of the Gefaches can be guaranteed even at high loads.

Advantageously, the stabilization device is arranged to form connection points on an edge region of the strap and / or on the compartment, in particular the side wall of the compartment. The stabilizing device is preferably sewn to the edge region of the webbing and / or the side wall. The ends of the stabilizing device are each connected to opposite edge regions of the webbing, in particular sewn. As a result, the ends of the stabilizing device are spaced apart from each other at least by the webbing. Starting from these connection points, the stabilizing device extends in the direction of the horizontal center of the side wall, where the tension belt is sewn to the side wall. Alternatively, the stabilizing device may be formed only connected to the side wall itself. The tension belt may be connected to the opposite edge regions of the belt or even to the upper corner of the side wall itself. Starting from these connection points, the tensioning belt extends obliquely downward, in particular in the direction of the horizontal center in the lower region of the side wall. Likewise, two straps may be arranged on the side wall of the compartment, each strap extending from the edge region of the strap or the upper corner of the side wall in the direction of the center in the lower region of the side wall. In this lower area of the side wall, the straps are together or respectively individually sewn to the side wall. In any case, this firm connection points are created, which hold the tension belt with respect to its position on the side wall position so that it optimally counteracts the component load.

It is a further advantage if the distance of the connection points on the stabilization device is shorter than the distance of the respective connection points on the belt and / or the compartment. As a result, the stabilization device is kept shorter and thus biased so that the compartment, in particular its side wall having the stabilization device, is stable.

Each side wall is advantageously formed of at least two layers of the textile material. This creates a sandwich-like side wall with increased stability. In addition, the protection of the component is thereby reliably ensured, since even in the case of damage to a layer of the side wall at least one further layer is present to safely transport the component.

Furthermore, it is advantageous if the webbing and the stabilization device are arranged between the layers and at least partially sewn thereto. The strap and the stabilizer are thereby arranged in the compartment so that the components can not hang on these. The component itself and the webbing or the stabilization device are thus arranged protected from damage.

It is advantageous if at least two compartments are arranged next to one another. It is advantageous if the belt having the side wall extending over both compartments. Each compartment has four walls of which in each case at least one wall at least partially forms the side wall. The side wall can be formed in two parts by the two walls of the adjacent compartments or extend in one piece over both compartments. Advantageously, the stabilization device extends from the edge region of the belt or the side wall, starting in the direction of a partition wall. The partition wall is formed by the adjacent walls of two adjacent compartments. If the stabilization device is designed as a tension belt, then this is arranged starting from the edge region at an angle, in particular in the direction of the partition wall. The strap runs V- or U- or arcuate. The stabilizing device is sewn to the side wall itself or alternatively to the partition, so that the required tension of the webbing can be generated. Adjacent compartments with the common webbing and the stabilization device arranged thereon can be used to form a compartment for receiving a plurality of components without sacrificing stability.

Another advantage is when the compartment has several rows of individual or juxtaposed compartments. In each case, the side wall is formed by two compartments arranged in rows. Consequently, there are several alternatives to forming the sidewall. As described, each compartment has four walls. The side wall can thus be formed by the two adjacent walls of two juxtaposed subjects. Alternatively, the side wall may be formed by two adjacent walls of two in-line compartments. In addition, the side wall can be formed by four compartments, in particular their adjacent or arranged in series walls. In this way, the compartment can be modularly adapted individually to the component to be transported. Each of the side walls has the webbing and the stabilizing device, in particular the at least one tensioning belt, so that the stability of the compartment can be ensured even at high weight.

Advantageously, the compartment has a plurality of sliders for arrangement in guide rails of the transport container provided for this purpose. The sliders are each arranged on the straps. The compartment which, apart from the slider, is essentially made of textile material, can thereby be moved in the transport container provided for this purpose. In order to equip the compartment with components, the compartment may initially be in a folded state. The compartment can now be moved in such a way on the provided guide rail, for example, that two adjacent compartments can be ergonomically equipped or unloaded without a person having to lean over the entire compartment. Likewise, it is possible to proceed with all following rows. The order to be loaded or unloaded row is spaced only by the still folded rows of Gefaches of the person performing the work.

The sliders are advantageously each at a Gurtbandende, in particular received by a loop arranged. The connection of the webbing with the slider can thereby be easily made. Likewise, the slider is replaceable in the event of damage with little effort.

In addition, it is advantageous if each compartment has at least one outer wall, wherein the outer wall is designed to fold over to protect the components. As already described, each compartment has four walls, of which in each case two opposite walls at least partially form a side wall. In the case of only single in-line compartments, the two form other walls, which are between the side walls be arranged, each having an outer wall. The outer wall is designed to be higher than the side walls, so that they can cover the component in the folded state. If the compartment has a plurality of adjacent compartments arranged in series, the two outermost walls arranged between the side walls in each case form an outer wall that can be laid over the component. The components are thus protected from scratches and dirt.

Advantageously, each compartment for protecting the components has a bottom with a reinforcement.

Also proposed is a foldable transport container with a cuboid jacket. At least two opposite sides of the shell thereby have vertical folding edges. Furthermore, the transport container has an outer ring, which is fastened to the jacket. According to the invention, at least one compartment according to the preceding description is arranged in the transport container, wherein said features may be present individually or in any desired combination.

The transport container can be equipped in preparation for the transport of the components with at least one compartment. After all compartments have been equipped with the designated number of components, the transport container can be transported, for example, with a truck to the destination. The compartment is formed according to the previous description of a textile material. This makes it possible to fold the foldable transport boxes together with the compartments as content after removal of the components. The cargo space for the return transport of the transport boxes can thereby be significantly reduced.

In this case, advantageously at least one rigid corner is arranged on the sides of the jacket which have the folding edges. The folding reduces the available volume in which the at least one compartment is arranged. Between the rigid corners having sides of the shell a solid wall is arranged in each case. In the area between two rigid corners, in particular along the respective intermediate fixed wall, there is space for accommodating the compartments even after folding the transport box. Due to the rigid edge, the transport box and with it the at least one compartment can be folded without damaging the compartment.

In addition, it is advantageous if between the folding edges having sides of the shell are fixed walls, each with at least one guide rail for receiving glides of the Gefaches are arranged. It can be arranged one above the other several guide rails, so that in the transport box several compartments can be transported at once.

The guide rail advantageously has at least one piping rail for receiving a welt of a cover. The piping rail is in each case arranged on the uppermost guide rails. The cover has a corresponding with the piping rail section for connection with the piping rail. The cargo of the transport box can thereby be easily and inexpensively protected from damage and dirt.

The cover and the transport container also advantageously have mutually corresponding closure means. The closure means is preferably a hook and loop fastener. The cover can thereby be fastened in particular when inserting the components to the transport container, so that during this activity no obstructive parts of the transport container are in the way.

In the following description of the figures, in order to define the relationships between the different elements, relative terms, such as above, below, above, below, above, below, left, right, vertically or horizontally, referring to the position of the objects shown in the figures, are used. used. It goes without saying that these are Can change terminology in a deviation from the position of the device and / or elements shown in the figures. Accordingly, for example, in the case of an inverted orientation of the device and / or elements shown in relation to the figures, a feature specified above in the following description of the figures would now be arranged underneath. The relative terms used thus merely serve to simplify the description of the relative relationships between the individual devices and / or elements described below.

Fig. 3 ff.), welches wenigstens die Seitenwand 3 umfasst. The FIG. 1 shows a front view of a side wall 3 of a compartment 1 made of a textile material. A compartment 1 is understood as packaging without packaging. The compartment 1 has at least one compartment 2 (see. Fig. 3 ff.) Which comprises at least the side wall 3. The side wall 3 is multi-layered. In Fig. 1 the side wall 3 is shown in section, so that the components located between the layers can be clearly displayed. The side wall 3 has a webbing 4. The webbing 4 extends over the entire width of the side wall 3. At its Gurtbandenden 5, the webbing 4 each have a slider 6. The slider 6 are each received by a loop 7 of the webbing 4 received.

The side wall 3 has a stabilizing device 28, wherein these in the FIGS. 1 to 4 is formed by a tension belt 8. The tension belt 8 is formed in two parts in the illustrated embodiment. Such as in FIG. 3 illustrated, however, the tension belt 8 may also be integrally formed. The tension straps 8 are connected to form joints 9 with the belt 4 and the side wall 3 itself. The connection points 9 on the webbing 4 are formed at its edge region. Each tension belt 8 extends from the webbing 4, starting obliquely downwards in the direction of a central region of the side wall 3, where they forming one of the connection points 9 are connected thereto. The distance between the connection points 9 on the tension straps 8 itself is shorter than the distance between the connection points 9 of the respective tension belt 8 on the belt 4 and the side wall 3, so that the tension belt 8 is stretched. At the connection points 9, the tension straps 8 are sewn to the belt 4 and the side wall 3. The strap 4 and the straps 8 can be arranged in or on the side wall 3.

In the FIG. 2 a further embodiment of the side wall 3 of the compartment 1 is shown, wherein the following essentially addresses the differences with respect to the embodiment already described. Thus, the same reference numerals are used in the following description of the other embodiments for the same features. Unless these are again detailed, their design and mode of action corresponds to the features already described above. The differences described below can be combined with the features of the respective preceding and following embodiments.

Fig. 3 und 4). The FIG. 2 shows the side wall 3 in a front view. The side wall 3 extends over the entire width of two compartments 2. The webbing 4 extends over the side wall 3, in particular over both compartments 2. Each compartment 2 in this case has a part of the side wall 3. In the illustrated embodiment, the side wall 3 is thus formed in one piece. In an embodiment not shown, it is conceivable that the side wall 3 each extends across the width of a compartment 2. The compartments 2 are connected to each other by a seam, not shown. The Fig. 2 further shows a partition 10 through which the compartments 2 are spaced from each other. The partition 10 extends in the x direction (see. 3 and 4 ). The tension belt 8 extends obliquely downward from an upper region of the side wall 3 in the direction of the partition wall 10 Embodiment, the connection points 9 are therefore formed only on the side wall 3.

The layered structure of the side wall 3 corresponds to that of the partition 10. The side wall 3 and the partition 10 are formed by walls 11 of the compartments 2, which are constructed substantially the same. The partition wall 10 is formed by two juxtaposed walls 11 of two compartments 2. Between these two walls 11 further material may be arranged. The side wall 3 is also formed by two walls 11 of adjacent compartments 2. However, it is also conceivable that each wall 11 is formed from a folded material and between this folded material, the webbing 4 and the tension belt 8 is arranged. In addition, it is possible that only one partition wall 11 is arranged between two compartments 2.

The FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of a Gefaches 1. The structure of the side wall 3 corresponds substantially to the previously described. The compartment 1 has several compartments 2. The compartments 2 are arranged individually in series one after the other. Each compartment 2 has four walls 11 and a bottom 12. To protect the components, not shown, a reinforcement 13 is arranged on each bottom 12, preferably sewn. The reinforcement 13, like the compartment 1, is made of a textile material. The respective outer wall 11 of the compartments 2, which have no webbing 4 or no tensioning belt 8, is an outer wall 14. The outer wall 14 is designed to be foldable for the protection of components.

The tension belt 8 is in FIG. 3 arranged in one piece and sloping. The tension belt 8 is U- or arcuately arranged on the side wall 3. Of course, it can also be V-shaped.

The FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of a Gefaches 1 in a perspective view. In the following, the differences with respect to the already described embodiment are essentially discussed. Thus, the same reference numerals are used in the following description of the other embodiments for the same features. Unless these are again detailed, their design and mode of action corresponds to the features already described above. The differences described below can be combined with the features of the respective preceding and following embodiments.

This in FIG. 4 shown compartments 1 has a plurality of compartments 1. The compartment 1 has a plurality of rows of juxtaposed compartments 2. Each belt 4 extends over the two juxtaposed compartments 2. The compartments 2 thus each have at least two opposing straps 4. The tension belt 8 extends obliquely downwards from the webbing 4 in the direction of the partition wall 10.

As in FIG. 2 described, the partition 10 is formed in each case by two compartments 2. In order to grant the foldability of the compartment 1, no belt 4 or tension belt 8 is arranged in the partition 10. In an embodiment not shown, however, it is conceivable that the partition wall 10 has the same. The slider 6 is for reasons of clarity in the FIGS. 3 and 4 indicated only schematically.

The FIG. 5 shows a transport container 15 in a perspective view. The transport container 15 is designed to receive a compartment 1 of the type described above. The transport container 15 has a cuboid shell 16. At least two opposite sides of the shell 16 each have a folding edge 17. Along the folding edges 17, the transport container 15 as in FIG. 6 shown folded up become. At the folding edges 17 having sides of the shell 16 two rigid corners 19 are arranged in each case. Furthermore, the transport container 15 has an outer ring 18. On the outer ring 18 of the jacket 16 is attached. Alternatively, the outer ring 18 may be formed by an upper edge of the shell 16 itself. It when the outer ring 18 is arranged on a not shown, the bottom of the transport container 15 forming pallet and the jacket 16 is inserted and stabilized in this outer ring 18 is particularly advantageous.

Fig. 8) vorgesehen. Between the folding edges 17 having sides of the shell 16 two hard walls 24 are arranged to form the cuboid shape. The solid walls 24 each have a guide rails 20 depending on the compartments to be accommodated. Per compartment 1 are in this embodiment, two guide rails 20 (see. Fig. 8 ) intended. The guide rails 20 are arranged one above the other and spaced apart from each other such that the compartments provided for this purpose 1 can not collide with each other. On the outside of the shell 16 20 corresponding sheet metal reinforcements 25 are attached to the guide rails. The sheet metal reinforcements 25 are connected via connecting means 26 with the guide rail 20, in particular screwed.

Fig. 8). The transport container 15 also has a cover 22. The cover 22 is received by the guide rail 20 (see. Fig. 8 ). The transport container 15 and the cover 22 in this case have mutually corresponding closure means 23, so that the contents of the transport container 15 is protected from contamination and the like. Furthermore, the transport container 15 may have on the outside of its walls 24 with the cover 22 corresponding closure means 23 so that the cover 22 during loading of the transport container 15 is held firmly on the fixed wall 24.

The FIG. 6 shows the transport container 15 according to FIG. 5 in a partially folded state. In order to fold the transport container 15, it only needs to be pressed against its folded edges 17 in the direction of its center. The foldable sides of the shell 16 can thus be moved in a V-shape, so that the width of the transport container 15 is reduced. The compartment 1 is shown here only schematically. The compartment 1 can be pushed together for better foldability of the transport container 15. So that the compartment 1 can not be damaged, the transport container 15 has the rigid corners 19. When pushed together remains through the rigid corners 19 continue to place in the transport container 15, in which the compartment 1 can fit. The transport container 15 can be folded along the folded edge 17 until its width corresponds approximately to the width of the two rigid corners 19 together.

FIG. 7 shows the slider 6 of the previously described Gefaches 1. The slider 6 is formed to be received by the not shown here loop 7 of the webbing 5. Furthermore, the slider 6 can be arranged in the guide rails 20 provided therefor, so that the compartment 1 is movably arranged in the transport container 15.

The FIG. 8 shows the arrangement provided for in the transport container 15 guide rail 20. The left figure shows the guide rail 20 along the section AA of the right figure. The guide rail 20 is formed around the in FIG. 7 record described slider 6. For this purpose, the guide rail 20 has a slider seat 27. In the FIG. 5 described cover 22 can be connected via a piping rail 21 with the guide rail 20. By means of the circular openings along the guide rail 20, these can be screwed or riveted to the fixed walls 24.
