Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pull-out system according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the WO 2012/065880 discloses a pull-out slide in which a central rail is provided between a running rail and a guide rail, and the movement of the rails is controlled via a cable control. This can prevent the rails from slipping relative to one another when the running rails move and such a slip would result in a slanted position of a thrust element. In addition, impact noises can also be significantly reduced as a result.
- a cable control can control the movement of the center rail and the running rail relative to the guide rail, but the problem can arise, especially with wide push elements, that the pull-out guides are moved offset on opposite sides and an undesired inclination of a push element occurs.
- the EP 2 165 624 discloses a synchronous guide for a push element which has a coupling rod to synchronize the movement of the rails of two spaced-apart drawer guides.
- rigid synchronization devices With such rigid synchronization devices, the problem can arise that heavy thrust elements are subjected to heavy mechanical loads and the service life is limited. In addition, it is difficult to compensate for tolerances. Pinions and racks are often used in rigid synchronization devices, which can cause annoying noises when moving the pull-out system.
- U.S. 3,722,964 discloses a push element with two pull-out guides which are synchronized with one another via two cables. Each cable pull is guided around two pulleys on the two drawer rails.
- U.S. 5,492,400 discloses a pull-out slide with several rails, the movement of which is controlled relative to one another via a cable pull.
- a similar pull-out guide each also show DE 39 36 754 and U.S. 5,564,807 .
- the synchronization means comprise at least one flexible deflection element in order to synchronize the movement of the movable rails of the at least two pull-out guides.
- the force is not transmitted via rigid elements, such as coupling rods, but rather the flexible deflection element ensures synchronization between the movable rails of the pull-out guides, which enables simple assembly and allows tolerance compensation.
- the synchronization means also ensure an opening on the opposite side of the pushing element, a smooth movement being ensured by the low weight of the flexible deflecting element.
- the use of the flexible deflection element results in a very quiet and smooth-running synchronization.
- the synchronization means are coupled to at least one movable rail.
- the synchronization means can then be moved together with the at least one movable rail, for example the central rail of a pull-out guide formed from three rails.
- the flexible deflecting element is arranged with a section parallel to the longitudinal direction of a pull-out guide and at a connecting section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- the connecting section can be moved together with at least one rail of the two pull-out guides, while the sections are tensioned there via deflection elements parallel to the longitudinal direction of the pull-out guides.
- the flexible deflection element can be guided on the rail via at least one deflection roller. In this case, a deflection can be made on each pull-out guide on the deflection roller by about 180 °.
- the flexible deflecting element can be at least partially surrounded by an envelope.
- the sheath can also be designed to be flexible as a cable hose.
- the tension of the deflecting element can be adjusted in a simple manner via the sheath by making the length of the sheath adjustable.
- the casing absorbs forces in the axial direction. This can be done in a simple manner by means of appropriate thread adjustments.
- One or more means are therefore preferably provided in order to adjust the tension of the flexible deflecting element.
- the sheaths can be guided by guide elements, preferably in the area of the deflecting rollers, so that the flexible deflecting element can be transferred to the deflecting rollers in a defined manner.
- the tension of the flexible deflecting element is preferably adjustable via a spring.
- a defined force for prestressing the flexible deflecting element can be applied via the spring, so that errors during assembly can be avoided.
- the set pre-tension can then be fixed via a locking means, so that when a rail of the pull-out system is moved, the set pre-tension does not change.
- the flexible deflecting element is preferably designed to be circumferential.
- an element that can be changed little in length such as a band or a rope or a belt, can be used as the deflecting element.
- a wire rope is preferably used, the length of which changes only insignificantly in the event of a tensile load.
- the flexible deflecting element can also consist of several, preferably four, sub-elements that are at least operatively connected.
- the pull-out system preferably comprises two pull-out guides, which comprise a stationary rail, a running rail and a central rail arranged between them, the flexible deflecting element being held on the central rail.
- the flexible deflecting element can then be fixed at a first connection point on the stationary rail and at the second connection point on the running rail, so that the movement of the rails of a pull-out guide is also controlled by the synchronization means.
- Such a sequence control can ensure that the running rail moves at twice the speed of the central rail.
- the flexible deflection element together with the deflection rollers can also be arranged as a separate assembly on at least one carrier which can be detachably or permanently connected to the center rail or another rail, for example by means of a clip connection.
- the flexible deflection element can be retrofitted to existing pull-outs without great effort. Only the connections to the at least one further rail have to be retrofitted, for example by clipping.
- the connections can be made by elements on the rail that support the Carrying carrier, or on the carrier itself, which cooperate with correspondingly configured areas of the at least one further rail, for example grooves or projections, are formed. If the pull-out system is not used properly, these elements could be deflected and the synchronization prevented from being destroyed.
- the pull-out system according to the invention can also have a self-closing mechanism and / or a damping and / or an opening device, which can be provided in addition to the synchronization.
- the activator for these additional components can advantageously be arranged on the flexible deflecting element. Due to the synchronization according to the invention, an arrangement of a self-closing mechanism or an opening device on one side of the pull-out system is sufficient. This can reduce costs.
- the pull-out system can be used in particular in a household appliance or a piece of furniture, but other applications are also possible.
- a pull-out system comprises two pull-out guides 1, with in Figure 1 only one of these pull-out guides 1 is shown.
- the pull-out slide 1 comprises a running rail 2 which can be coupled to a pushing element such as a drawer, a receiving basket or another pushing element.
- the running rail 2 is movably supported on a center rail 3 via rolling elements, the center rail 3 being displaceable relative to a stationary rail 4 via further rolling elements.
- the stationary rail 4 can be fixed to a body of a piece of furniture or a household appliance by means of fastening brackets 5.
- An upwardly protruding hook 6 is provided on the running rail 2 of the pull-out guide 1 and can be connected for connection to the pushing element, such as a drawer or a basket. Furthermore, a plug 7 is provided on the front side of the running rail 2, which plug serves as a stop and can be coupled, for example, to a self-closing mechanism or a damping device.
- corresponding means 10 for synchronization comprise a flexible deflecting element 11.
- the flexible deflecting element 11 is designed as a rope made of a wire, but can also be another rope, band or other element that can be deflected.
- the flexible deflecting element 11 is coupled to the running rail 2 via a holder 12, the flexible deflecting element 11 being fixed at a connection point 13 on the holder 12.
- a holder 14 is provided on the stationary rail 4, the flexible deflecting element 11 being fixed at a connection point 15 on the holder 14.
- the flexible deflecting element can be fixed to the holders 12 or 14 by welding, gluing or with mechanical fastening means.
- the flexible deflection element 11 is deflected in the front area around a deflection roller 16 by approximately 180 °, which is rotatably mounted on a holder 17 which is fixed on the center rail 3.
- a sequence control can thus take place between the running rail 2, the center rail 3 and the stationary rail 4, which ensures that the running rail 2 at twice the speed as the middle rail 3 is moved and a slip between the rails is avoided.
- the means 10 for synchronization also comprise guide means in order to guide the flexible deflecting element 11 from one pull-out guide 1 to the opposite pull-out guide 1.
- a further holder 24 is provided on the rear of the center rail 3, on which an upper deflecting roller 18 and a lower deflecting roller 19 are provided, which have an essentially vertical axis.
- the flexible deflection element 11 can be deflected horizontally at the deflection rollers 18 and 19, in contrast to the deflection roller 16 which is rotatable about a horizontal axis.
- a ring 22 is also provided on the upper holder 20 with the deflection roller 18 and is connected to a knurled nut 23 via a threaded sleeve 26.
- a ring 22 with a threaded sleeve 26 is provided on the lower holder 21, onto which a further knurled nut 23 is screwed.
- the tension of the flexible deflecting element 11 can be adjusted, as will be explained below.
- the tension of the flexible deflection element 11 can also be adjusted by shifting the holder 17 and / or the holder 24 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the pull-out guide 1.
- elongated holes can be provided on the holders 17, 24, for example.
- the pull-out guide 1 is shown in different positions.
- the pull-out position is shown in which the running rail 2 has moved completely in front of the stationary rail 4.
- Figure 2B the drawing-in or closed position is shown, in which the running rail 2 and the stationary rail 4 are arranged one above the other.
- the pull-out system is shown with the two pull-out guides 1, which are connected to one another in a rear area, the connecting section, via the flexible deflecting element 11.
- the flexible deflecting element 11 is guided through threaded sleeves 26 and through the respective knurled nuts 23 and then arranged in a sheath 25 which is designed, for example, as a flexible hose. If the flexible deflection element 11 is to be tensioned, the distance between the knurled nut 23 and the pull-out guide can be slightly changed by turning at least one of the knurled nuts 23, preferably both arranged on a holder, relative to the ring 22, whereby the flexible deflection element either tensioned or is relaxed.
- the threaded sleeves 26 are used to fix the set tension.
- two pull-out guides 1 are at a distance from one another and are coupled to one another in the rear area via the flexible deflecting element 11, with FIG Figure 4A the envelope 25 has been omitted for better clarity.
- the flexible deflecting element has a circumferential design and, starting from the holder 12 on the running rail 2, is guided on the left around the deflecting roller 16 and then connected to the stationary rail 4 of the left pull-out guide 1.
- the flexible deflecting element 11 is aligned parallel to the rails 2, 3, 4.
- the deflection rollers 18 and 19 ensure that the flexible deflection element 11 is deflected by approximately 90 °.
- the pull-out guide 1 on the right-hand side can be constructed identically to the pull-out guide 1 on the left-hand side, the flexible deflecting element being arranged on the inside in each case.
- the area of the flexible deflection element 11, which is connected to the holder 14 on the left pull-out guide 1, is coupled to the running rail 2 on the opposite right pull-out guide 1 with a holder 12.
- the section that is connected to the stationary rail 4 with the holder 14 on the left-hand side is guided via the deflection roller 19 to the opposite side to the pull-out guide 1 and there connected via a deflection roller 18 to a holder 12, which is attached to the Running rail 2 is fixed.
- the flexible deflecting element 11 moves in the rear area together with the two middle rails 3, the movement of the running rails 2 being synchronized in such a way that when the flexible deflecting element 11 is loaded on one side, the pull-out guide 1 is also moved on the opposite side . This largely avoids an extreme inclination of a thrust element.
- the right pull-out guide on the running rail 2 has a web-shaped activator 31 which can be coupled to a self-closing mechanism 30.
- the self-closing mechanism 30 comprises a driver 32 which can be moved along a guide 33.
- the driver 32 is coupled to a spring element in a cartridge 34 so that the pull-out guide 1 can be pulled into a closed position shortly before the closed position.
- a damper in the cartridge 34 in order to brake a movement of the running rail before the closed position is reached.
- a corresponding self-closing mechanism and / or damper can also be mounted on the opposite side of the pull-out guide 1.
- the flexible deflection element 11 is designed to be circumferential, that is to say in the shape of a loop. It is of course also possible to provide synchronization with a flexible deflecting element 11 in which there is no loop-shaped arrangement, but only a connection between two pull-out guides with two free end sections.
- a modified pull-out guide 1 ′ is shown, in which, as in the previous exemplary embodiment, a running rail 2 is movably mounted on a stationary rail 4 via a center rail 3.
- means 10' are provided for synchronization, which include a flexible deflecting element 11 in the form of a wire rope.
- the flexible deflecting element 11 is, however, not designed to be circumferential, but rather is composed of several subsections.
- a first holder 50 is fixed to the running rail 2, for example by gluing or welding, on which two hooks 51 spaced apart from one another are provided.
- Each hook 51 engages around an end section of the flexible deflecting element 11, which is arranged adjacent to a thickened end section 52.
- the hook 51 ensures that the thickened end section 52 cannot be pulled out by the hook 51, so that the flexible deflecting element 11 can be held in the desired tension via the holder 50.
- a further holder 50 is fixed to the stationary rail 4, which also has two spaced apart hooks 51, which are each arranged adjacent to a thickened end section 52, so that a section of the flexible deflection element 11 with two thickened end sections 52 each on the hook 51 can be attached. This facilitates the assembly of the flexible deflection element 11, which can be assembled in several steps on the two pull-out guides 1 '.
- a guide device 60 for the flexible deflecting element 11 is formed on the center rail 3, the flexible deflecting element 11 being deflected essentially by 90 °.
- the guide device 60 comprises a housing 61 in which corresponding deflection rollers are arranged.
- the housing 61 is fixed to the center rail 3 via a holding section 62.
- the guide device 60 further comprises two sleeves 63, through each of which a flexible deflecting element 11 is guided.
- Each sleeve 63 has a plurality of lateral slots 64 and central slots 65.
- a locking element 70 is inserted into the slots 64 and 65, by means of which a tension set on the flexible deflecting element 11 can be fixed.
- the guide device 60 and the tensioning device are shown in FIG Figure 8 shown in detail.
- springs 75 in the form of helical springs can be inserted, which act on clamping sleeves 80 which can be fixed within the sleeves 63.
- the tensioning device further comprises the locking elements 70, which are designed as angles and comprise two parallel webs 71, between which a central web 72 is arranged.
- the central web 72 can be inserted into the central slots 65 and the lateral webs 71 can be inserted into the slots 64 on the sleeves 63.
- the function of the clamping device is described in Figure 9 evident.
- deflection rollers 67 are arranged around an axis 66 ( Figure 7 ) rotatably mounted in order to deflect the two deflection elements 11 each by 90 °.
- the spring 75 is supported within a sleeve 63 on one side and rests on an inner projection of the clamping sleeve 80 on the opposite side.
- the clamping sleeve 80 acts on the opposite side on a sheath 25 which is arranged around the flexible deflecting element 11.
- the clamping sleeve 80 is now to the right in Figure 9 moves, the portion of the casing 25, which is arranged between the opposing housings 61, is extended while the flexible deflection element 11 is tensioned. If, however, the clamping sleeve 80 is moved to the left, as shown in the case of the lower clamping sleeve 80, the length of the sheath 25, which is arranged between the opposing housings 61, is shortened, so that the tension on the flexible deflecting element 11 is reduced. Moving the clamping sleeve 80 does not change the actual length of the casing 25, but rather only the free, visible length that is arranged between the housings 61. Since the sheath 25 is displaced independently of the deflecting element 11, the pretensioning of the deflecting element 11 can thereby be adjusted.
- the spring 75 can thus specify the tension that the flexible deflecting element 11 receives.
- the pre-tensioning can take place relatively precisely, which avoids errors, because if the flexible deflecting element 11 is guided with too much tension, friction occurs and the system runs stiffly. If, on the other hand, too low a pre-tension is set, optimal synchronization of the two pull-out guides 1 'can no longer be guaranteed.
- the locking element 70 is provided, which is inserted with the webs 71 into the slots 64 when the clamping sleeve 80 is in the desired position. This prevents the clamping sleeve 80 from being displaced in the longitudinal direction of the deflecting element 11, since several grooves are provided on the outer circumference of the clamping sleeve 80, into which a section of the web 71 engages, so that the clamping sleeve 80 is held in place within the sleeve 63 until the The locking element 70 is pulled out of the sleeve 63 again.
- Other locking elements 70 or tensioning devices can also be used.
- the flexible deflecting element 11 is designed as a wire or wire rope. It is of course also possible to provide a band or a belt as the deflection element, in which case the deflection rollers 16, 18 and 19 must be modified accordingly, because groove-shaped receptacles for the rope are formed in the deflection rollers 16, 18 and 19.
- the means 10 for synchronization can be used instead of two pull-out guides 1 also with three or more pull-out guides in order to standardize the movement of the respective running rails.
- the arrangement of the deflection rollers can be reversed so that the connecting section between the at least two pull-out guides and the two deflecting rollers are located in the front area of the pull-out system and each one deflecting roller is located in the rear area of the pull-out system.
- the pull-out system according to the invention is preferably used in furniture or household appliances.
- FIG 5 an application example is shown in which a basket 40 of a cooling device is fixed to a pull-out guide 1.
- an upper strut 41 of the basket 40 is fixed on the running rail 2 of the pull-out guide 1.
- the basket comprises several vertical struts 43, which are connected to one another via horizontal struts 42, so that a grid-like structure arises.
- a drawer or another push element can also be mounted on a pull-out system according to the invention.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a pull-out system with at least two pull-out guides in which the movement of the movable rails is synchronized in a simple manner.
This object is achieved with a pull-out system with the features of
According to the invention, the synchronization means comprise at least one flexible deflection element in order to synchronize the movement of the movable rails of the at least two pull-out guides. As a result, the force is not transmitted via rigid elements, such as coupling rods, but rather the flexible deflection element ensures synchronization between the movable rails of the pull-out guides, which enables simple assembly and allows tolerance compensation. Even if a pushing element is pulled on one side, the synchronization means also ensure an opening on the opposite side of the pushing element, a smooth movement being ensured by the low weight of the flexible deflecting element. In addition, the use of the flexible deflection element results in a very quiet and smooth-running synchronization.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the synchronization means are coupled to at least one movable rail. The synchronization means can then be moved together with the at least one movable rail, for example the central rail of a pull-out guide formed from three rails.
According to the invention, the flexible deflecting element is arranged with a section parallel to the longitudinal direction of a pull-out guide and at a connecting section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. As a result, the connecting section can be moved together with at least one rail of the two pull-out guides, while the sections are tensioned there via deflection elements parallel to the longitudinal direction of the pull-out guides. The flexible deflection element can be guided on the rail via at least one deflection roller. In this case, a deflection can be made on each pull-out guide on the deflection roller by about 180 °.
In a connecting section between the pull-out guides, the flexible deflecting element can be at least partially surrounded by an envelope. The sheath can also be designed to be flexible as a cable hose. The tension of the deflecting element can be adjusted in a simple manner via the sheath by making the length of the sheath adjustable. The casing absorbs forces in the axial direction. This can be done in a simple manner by means of appropriate thread adjustments.
One or more means are therefore preferably provided in order to adjust the tension of the flexible deflecting element. In addition, the sheaths can be guided by guide elements, preferably in the area of the deflecting rollers, so that the flexible deflecting element can be transferred to the deflecting rollers in a defined manner.
The tension of the flexible deflecting element is preferably adjustable via a spring. A defined force for prestressing the flexible deflecting element can be applied via the spring, so that errors during assembly can be avoided. The set pre-tension can then be fixed via a locking means, so that when a rail of the pull-out system is moved, the set pre-tension does not change.
The flexible deflecting element is preferably designed to be circumferential. In particular, an element that can be changed little in length, such as a band or a rope or a belt, can be used as the deflecting element. A wire rope is preferably used, the length of which changes only insignificantly in the event of a tensile load. Alternatively, the flexible deflecting element can also consist of several, preferably four, sub-elements that are at least operatively connected.
The pull-out system according to the invention preferably comprises two pull-out guides, which comprise a stationary rail, a running rail and a central rail arranged between them, the flexible deflecting element being held on the central rail. The flexible deflecting element can then be fixed at a first connection point on the stationary rail and at the second connection point on the running rail, so that the movement of the rails of a pull-out guide is also controlled by the synchronization means. Such a sequence control can ensure that the running rail moves at twice the speed of the central rail.
Alternatively, the flexible deflection element together with the deflection rollers can also be arranged as a separate assembly on at least one carrier which can be detachably or permanently connected to the center rail or another rail, for example by means of a clip connection. As a result, the flexible deflection element can be retrofitted to existing pull-outs without great effort. Only the connections to the at least one further rail have to be retrofitted, for example by clipping. Alternatively, the connections can be made by elements on the rail that support the Carrying carrier, or on the carrier itself, which cooperate with correspondingly configured areas of the at least one further rail, for example grooves or projections, are formed. If the pull-out system is not used properly, these elements could be deflected and the synchronization prevented from being destroyed.
The pull-out system according to the invention can also have a self-closing mechanism and / or a damping and / or an opening device, which can be provided in addition to the synchronization. The activator for these additional components can advantageously be arranged on the flexible deflecting element. Due to the synchronization according to the invention, an arrangement of a self-closing mechanism or an opening device on one side of the pull-out system is sufficient. This can reduce costs.
The pull-out system can be used in particular in a household appliance or a piece of furniture, but other applications are also possible.

An upwardly
In order to synchronize the movement of the running
The
The means 10 for synchronization also comprise guide means in order to guide the

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the

Furthermore, a
In the rear region of the pull-out guide 1 ', a

The tensioning device further comprises the locking

The
In order to fix a pre-set tension, the locking
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the
The means 10 for synchronization can be used instead of two pull-out
As an alternative to the exemplary embodiment, the arrangement of the deflection rollers can be reversed so that the connecting section between the at least two pull-out guides and the two deflecting rollers are located in the front area of the pull-out system and each one deflecting roller is located in the rear area of the pull-out system.
