Abstract

Zur Bindung und Führung von Langlaufski ist in die Sohle (2) angepasster Skischuhe (1) eine längs verlaufende Rille (3) eingefügt, in die die Bindung eingreift. Zum Anziehen der Ski sind aber vielfach Schritte im Schnee erforderlich, bei denen sich diese Rille (3) zusetzt, was das korrekte Einrasten des Schuhs (1) in die Bindung erschwert. Um dies zu verhindern wird ein Einsatz (5) für die Rille (3) vorgeschlagen, auf dem man gut laufen kann und der erst unmittelbar vor Einrasten in die Ski (von einem Fuß vor dem Anderen) abgezogen wird.
