- the anchoring piece serves to wedge the slabs on the stud and thus considerably limit movement of the slabs relative to the stud.
- the known anchor has a substantially circular shape geometry with a recessed portion, which serves to facilitate the installation of the slabs and the anchor.
- the anchor is fixed on the stud with a screw that is aimed through the center of the anchor.
- a disadvantage of the anchor is its circular shape. Indeed if on the one hand the circle shape facilitates the rotation of the anchor in the notch of the slabs, it however limits the surface on which the anchor can take hold in the notch of each of the slabs whose corner rests on the stud. On the other hand, the symmetrical shape, inherent to the circle, does not make it possible to check whether the anchor piece is correctly placed in each notch so as to allow a correct grip of the anchoring piece in each notch.
- the object of the invention is to provide an anchoring piece which makes it possible on the one hand to better verify that it is correctly placed in each notch and on the other hand to allow a firmer grip of the anchor in each notch.
- an anchoring piece is characterized in that the plate has a geometry substantially in the shape of a parallelogram, said hollow portion extends from a first corner located on a crossing of a first rising edge and a first horizontal flank of the parallelogram shape over substantially a quarter of the surface of the plate.
- the shape of a parallelogram allows to have more area of the plate that engages in a notch and therefore a better grip of the anchor in the notch of each slab whose corner rests on the stud.
- the surface has rising and horizontal flanks means that in the space between two adjacent slabs it will be possible to see whether the flank extends or not, and thus to correctly position the anchor to ensure a correct grip in each cut.
- a first preferred embodiment of an anchor according to the invention is characterized in that a second horizontal flank of the geometry essentially in the form of a parallelogram is provided with a notch. The presence of the notch allows to align this notch on the space between two adjacent slabs and thus to facilitate the correct installation of the anchor.
- a second preferred embodiment of an anchor according to the invention is characterized in that the notch extends over a depth of about 3 mm. Thus the notch is sufficiently visible without weakening the anchor.
- a third preferred embodiment of an anchor according to the invention is characterized in that the geometry substantially in the form of a parallelogram comprises a second and a third corner located respectively at the other end of the first rising edge and the first horizontal side of the one where the first corner, said second and third corners being planed.
- the fact that these two corners are planed makes it possible to increase the length of the flanks and thus the taking of the plate in the cuts without hindering the rotation or requiring deep cuts in the slabs.
- a fourth preferred embodiment of an anchor according to the invention is characterized in that at a fourth corner of the geometry substantially in the form of a parallelogram diagonally opposite the first corner there is provided a hole through the plate. This hole allows to introduce a screw which serves to keep in place the anchor on the stud.
- a lower surface of the plate is provided with water discharge grooves. This prevents the water from stagnating under the plate because the grooves make it possible to evacuate the water.
- a rod extends from a lower surface of the plate, which rod is provided with a threaded section. This facilitates the installation of the anchor piece on the stud.
- the figure 1 illustrates an elevation pad 1 on which an anchor piece 5 is placed.
- the anchoring piece is intended to be mounted on the elevation pad 1, in particular in the center of the upper plate of the stud.
- the elevation pad is used either to compensate the inclination of a slope or to raise the ground level.

- the notches preferably have a depth of between 3 and 6 mm, a height of about 5 mm and a width of between 10 and 15 mm.

- the anchor comprises a plate 6 provided with a recessed portion 7 which extends from a portion of its edge.
- the plate is arranged to introduce in part each time the notch 3 located on the lateral flank of an angle of the slabs 2 resting on the pad and thus maintain the slabs in place on the pad.
- the plate has a thickness of about 4mm.
- the plate 6 has a geometry essentially in the shape of a parallelogram, as illustrated in FIG. figure 5 .

- the recessed portion 7 extends from a first corner P located on a crossing of the first rising edge 8 and the first horizontal side 9 of the parallelogram shape.
- the recessed portion 7 extends over substantially a quarter of the surface of the plate and reduces as much as half the length of the first rising edge 8 and the first horizontal side 9.
- the second rising flank 11 of the parallelogram shape is provided with a notch 12.
- This latter extends from the center of the second rising flank 11 towards the first rising flank 8.
- the notch preferably has a flank entering 14 at right angles and another side 13 entering at an inclined angle of about 20 °.
- the notch extends to a depth of about 3mm. This notch is used to properly position the anchor during assembly as will be described below.
- the plate 6 in parallelogram shape comprises a second Q and a third R corner located respectively at the other end of the first rising edge 8 and the first horizontal side 9 of the one where the first corner P. is located. These second and third corners are planed to allow rotation of the plate in the cuts, as will be described below.
- a fourth corner S of the parallelogram shape diagonally opposite the first corner P is provided with a hole 15 passing through the plate. This hole is used to introduce a screw to fix the anchor on the stud.
- a lower surface of the plate 6 is provided with grooves 16 for discharging water, as illustrated in FIG. figure 6 .
- the plate preferably comprises a rod 17, which extends from the lower surface of the plate.
- the rod is provided with a threaded section 18, which is preferably protruding on the rod and allows to aim the anchor on the stud.
- the threaded section extends about half the height of the rod in the lower part of this rod so as not to disturb the slabs placed on the stud.
- an upper surface of the plate is provided with another notch 19 for receiving a head of a screwdriver so as to target the anchor in the stud.
- the other notch is located in the extension of the rod 17.
- To mount the anchor on the stud is first aimed, with its threaded section, on the stud, for example with a screwdriver.
- the position of the anchor is then adjusted so that the recessed portion is at the point where the corner of the slab is to be laid.
- the anchoring piece is engaged in the notch 3 of the slab 2 by rotating the anchor and the height is adjusted so that the anchor is properly in the notch.
- the anchor is rotated so that the recessed part of the anchor is at the point where the corner of the next slab is to be placed so that the next slab can be placed without the piece anchoring hampers this pose. This operation is repeated for the other slabs to be laid with their corner on the stud.
