Abstract

The invention concerns a tamping machine (1) comprising a machine frame (2) and a unit frame (11) which is disposed between rail bogies (3), can travel on the track by way of a bogie (14) and is connected in longitudinally displaceable manner to the machine frame (2) by means of a frame support (17).
