Definitions
- the invention relates to a silencer device for a one- or two-barreled firearm, in particular a shotgun, according to the features of independent patent claim 1.
- a muffler for firearms which can be adapted to different ammunition.
- an attachable to the muzzle of the firearm lug is provided, forming the muffler muzzle, interspersed by a reject opening tail and arranged between the nosepiece and the tailpiece with a number of successive, aligned chamber parts, which are interspersed in each case by a bullet hole.
- Each chamber part is attached according to the modular principle directly to the adjacent chamber part and the outer walls of the successive chamber parts form the muffler outer wall.
- This silencer has a monolithic core, which is made regularly from a single piece of metal.
- the core is mounted in a tubular housing on the barrel of the firearm.
- the muffler has a plurality of baffles arranged at opposite acute angles, measured from a perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the muffler, so that the baffles are arranged in an opposite configuration to each other.
- Each of the baffles has fluted surfaces on both sides and is provided by a rib supported, which is arranged at the lateral center line of each baffle.
- the US Pat. Nos. 7,931,118 B1 describes a baffle for use in a firearm silencer which employs proximal and distal surfaces with at least one connecting wall positioned between the proximal and distal surfaces and defining two expansion chambers between the proximal and distal surfaces.
- the connecting wall has a borehole and at least one opening in the wall itself and at least one opening from the borehole in at least one of the expansion chambers positioned between the proximal and distal sides of the baffle.
- the connecting wall can be either curvilinear, curvilinear, flat or angled. Openings are provided on the proximal and distal surfaces of the baffle. At least one side of the baffle is either flat, curvilinear, curvilinear or asymmetrical to the axis of the baffle.
- the associated conduction of the explosive gases can lead to a target inaccuracy in the weapon.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a special chamber configuration for a muffler device, by means of which an efficient conduction of the explosive gases within the muffler device - and accompanied by a particularly effective sound attenuation - can be achieved.
- a silencer device for a firearm in particular a shotgun
- a central part which comprises at least two spaced apart in its longitudinal direction, substantially semicircular Kammennennitemente each having a bullet hole, wherein the bullet holes are aligned with each other; a housing part into which the central part is introduced, wherein at least one chamber is formed between the at least two substantially semicircular chamber partition wall elements and the inner wall of the housing part; and an attachment part which is at least connectable to the housing part at least and which is preferably lockable at the muzzle of the firearm; wherein the at least two substantially semicircular Kammentrennitemente each have at least one bevel on their outer sides, wherein the at least one chamfer together with the inner wall of the housing part forms a lateral passage for explosive gases and wherein the middle part has an elongated, platelet-shaped and non-disruptive base member of the the substantially semicircular Kammentrennitemente protrude, wherein the lateral
- the inventive muffler device is preferably used in (shotgun) shotguns, in particular Bockdoppelflinten and double shotguns (transverse shotguns). In principle, however, it is also conceivable to use rifles and handguns.
- the middle part has an elongated, platelet-shaped and non-pierced base element, from which the chamber partition wall elements protrude (ie upwards in the case of a single-barreled weapon and to the left in the case of a double-barreled weapon, such as a double-barreled long shotgun or upwards, or to the left, as in the case of a long-barreled shotgun and to the right).
- the middle part can be produced in one piece (eg cast) or consist of two (or more) middle sections, which are possibly joined together (eg welded).
- the lateral passages are arranged alternately, wherein preferably the alternately arranged lateral passages and the at least one chamber form a meandering flow path for the explosion gases. Due to such a line of the explosion gases through the chambers of the muffler device, a particularly high sound-damping effect can be achieved. In shotguns can be achieved in this way regularly a sound attenuation of about 140 dB to about 80 dB.
- “Alternating” in the present case means that the side chamfers of the chamber partition wall elements or the lateral passages are arranged alternately, ie seen in the weft direction left, right, left, etc. or right, left, right, etc.
- Bei two-armed firearms for example in a Bockdoppelflinte, the middle part on both sides of its elongated, preferably platelet-shaped, base element - from which the Kammennennteremente each protrude - corresponding chamfers or lateral passages on.
- these chamfers or lateral passages are arranged in opposite directions to the bevels or lateral passages on the other side of the elongate base element.
- the chamfer or the lateral passage in the first chamber partition wall element for the lower run is arranged on the right side of the muffler device.
- An equilateral arrangement of the bevels or lateral passages is also possible.
- the chamber partition wall elements for the upper and lower barrel are preferably arranged in pairs one above the other (ie in a plane transverse to the longitudinal axis) in order to ensure the best possible sound damping effect.
- a longitudinally staggered arrangement of the respective chamber partition wall elements for the upper and lower run (or the left and right run) is basically conceivable.
- the (first) Kammennenntakeement directly opposite the attachment part in any case sections a thicker wall than the other Kammennennitemente.
- This measure serves to bring into the first chamber (ie which formed between the first chamber partition wall element and the attachment part, so to speak, as an inlet chamber) to absorb introduced pressure and thereby keep the recoil of the weapon as low as possible.
- the wall may be formed approximately stepped. But particularly preferably, the wall in the form of a (continuous) bevel is formed, wherein the slope is arranged on the side facing the neck of the (first) Kammentrennitements.
- the bevel includes (viewed in cross-section) an angle ⁇ between 30 ° and 60 °, preferably of about 45 °, with the elongate base element of the middle part. This makes it possible to achieve the most effective recoil damping.
- the housing part on its outer side on a longitudinal flattening. In this way, a visual overlap of the muffler device with the aiming device of the firearm (i.e., in the case of a rifle with rail and grit) can be safely avoided.
- the attachment part on its side remote from the muzzle of the firearm side has a recess which serves to receive a narrow side of the elongated base member of the central part. In this way, a particularly good installation or attachment of the middle part can be achieved on the attachment part.
- the neck portion is flange-shaped to provide a flush fit of the To allow housing part.
- the regularly annular front of the housing part abuts flush with the flange of the attachment part.
- the housing part, the middle part and the attachment part are preferably of round, particularly preferably of circular cross-section.
- the flange-like attachment part has a mounting opening, preferably in the form of an upwardly open eight, which serves for applying the muffler device to the muzzle (s) of the firearm, so that the barrel / runs with the Bullet holes of the chamber partition wall elements is aligned / are and also the rail and the grain can be accommodated.
- the bullet holes of the chamber partition wall elements have the same diameter.
- the bullet holes, seen in the weft direction have increasing diameter.
- the middle part has, at its end remote from the attachment part, an end wall element with a reject opening, which is aligned corresponding to the passage openings of the at least two chamber partition wall elements.
- the reject opening preferably has the same diameter as the aforementioned bullet holes.
- the end wall element may also be formed by the housing element. The As a rule, the end wall element has a somewhat thicker wall than the chamber partition wall elements lying between it and the first chamber part wall element.
- the end wall element of the middle part has bores which correspond with bores at the end of the housing part facing away from the barrel mouth of the firearm. In this way, by means of pins, screws or similar fastening means, an efficient assembly or attachment of the housing element can be ensured at the middle part.
- the attachment part preferably has bores which correspond to bores on the end of the housing part facing the barrel mouth of the firearm and wherein preferably the attachment part also has mounting bores via which the attachment part can be mounted / locked on the barrel mouth of the firearm. In this way, can be ensured, for example by means of pins, screws or similar fasteners, an efficient assembly or attachment of the housing element on the attachment part and the attachment part at the muzzle of the firearm.
- the chamber partition wall elements, the end wall element and the neck element with the inner wall of the housing part form a total of two to ten, preferably four to eight and more preferably six chambers.
- the chambers within the meaning of the present invention therefore also include the first chamber between the first chamber dividing wall element and the attachment part and the firing direction seen between the end wall element and the last chamber dividing wall element.
- the first (inlet) chamber may, due to the slope with which the first partition element is optionally provided, have a different shape than the remaining chambers of the muffler device.
- the chamber partition wall members are substantially semicircular and formed in correspondence with the housing inner wall (i.e., except for the chamfers). Furthermore, the chamber partition wall elements, on both sides, arcuately into the base element of the middle part, so that thickened in this area, the foot of the chamber partition wall elements, the wall accordingly.
- a horizontal region of the base element is preferably provided in each case between the foot regions of two successive chamber partition wall elements.
- the middle part is usually formed in two parts, wherein the end wall element having (second) central portion is introduced with its base element piece in a corresponding recess in the back of the first chamber separation element having (first) central portion.
- the middle part can - depending on the number of desired chambers - also have a corresponding multi-piece design.
- a one-piece design of the middle part is also conceivable.
- the one-piece design of the middle part may be somewhat more expensive to manufacture, but particularly robust.

- the second central section 10b again has chamber partition wall elements 15d and 15e on the upper side of its elongate base element 13b and terminates with the end wall element 17 (which has no chamfers).
- the end wall element 17 closes with the front end of the housing section 20 in the mounted state.
- the end wall member 17 has holes 18 at its outer periphery, which correspond with holes 28 at the front end of the housing part 20 and which serve for later attachment of the two components.
- a longitudinal flattening 26 is provided, which opens into a recess 23.
- This design is intended to provide that in the assembled state (i.e., when the muffler device 1 has been mounted on a corresponding firearm), adaptation to the targeting device of the firearm (e.g., rail and grit of a shotgun) can be achieved.
- first chamber partition wall element 15a of the first middle section 10a has a bevel S extending in the direction of the attachment section 30.
- the elongated base element 13a of the first middle section 10a comprises the narrow side 14a and, on its upper side, the flat sections F 1 , F 2 and F 3 . Between the flat areas F 1 and F 2 , the first Kammentrenntreatment 15 a is arranged, which has a forwardly extending slope S and in this respect has a thicker wall than the other two Kammennenntakeemente 15 b and 15 c.
- the first chamber partition wall element 15a also has a chamfer 12a on its left side (seen in the weft direction). Through the first chamber partition wall element 15a passes through the Bullet hole 11a, ie for the shot load with a shotgun. Furthermore, through the flat region F 1 , the groove 19 a, which first opens into the lower region of the through-hole 11 a and then continues correspondingly further to the opposite end of the elongate base element 13 a, extends.

The connecting wall can be either curvilinear, curvilinear, flat or angled. Openings are provided on the proximal and distal surfaces of the baffle. At least one side of the baffle is either flat, curvilinear, curvilinear or asymmetrical to the axis of the baffle. However, the associated conduction of the explosive gases can lead to a target inaccuracy in the weapon.
The object of the present invention is to provide a special chamber configuration for a muffler device, by means of which an efficient conduction of the explosive gases within the muffler device - and accompanied by a particularly effective sound attenuation - can be achieved.
According to the invention we have achieved this object by a silencer device for a firearm, in particular a shotgun, with a central part, which comprises at least two spaced apart in its longitudinal direction, substantially semicircular Kammennennwandelemente each having a bullet hole, wherein the bullet holes are aligned with each other; a housing part into which the central part is introduced, wherein at least one chamber is formed between the at least two substantially semicircular chamber partition wall elements and the inner wall of the housing part; and an attachment part which is at least connectable to the housing part at least and which is preferably lockable at the muzzle of the firearm; wherein the at least two substantially semicircular Kammentrennwandelemente each have at least one bevel on their outer sides, wherein the at least one chamfer together with the inner wall of the housing part forms a lateral passage for explosive gases and wherein the middle part has an elongated, platelet-shaped and non-disruptive base member of the the substantially semicircular Kammentrennwandelemente protrude, wherein the lateral passages (7) are arranged alternately and wherein the alternately arranged lateral passages (7) and the at least one chamber (5) form a meandering flow path (P) for the explosive gases. The inventive muffler device is preferably used in (shotgun) shotguns, in particular Bockdoppelflinten and double shotguns (transverse shotguns). In principle, however, it is also conceivable to use rifles and handguns. According to the invention, the middle part has an elongated, platelet-shaped and non-pierced base element, from which the chamber partition wall elements protrude (ie upwards in the case of a single-barreled weapon and to the left in the case of a double-barreled weapon, such as a double-barreled long shotgun or upwards, or to the left, as in the case of a long-barreled shotgun and to the right). The middle part can be produced in one piece (eg cast) or consist of two (or more) middle sections, which are possibly joined together (eg welded). According to the invention, the lateral passages are arranged alternately, wherein preferably the alternately arranged lateral passages and the at least one chamber form a meandering flow path for the explosion gases. Due to such a line of the explosion gases through the chambers of the muffler device, a particularly high sound-damping effect can be achieved. In shotguns can be achieved in this way regularly a sound attenuation of about 140 dB to about 80 dB. "Alternating" in the present case means that the side chamfers of the chamber partition wall elements or the lateral passages are arranged alternately, ie seen in the weft direction left, right, left, etc. or right, left, right, etc. Bei
two-armed firearms, for example in a Bockdoppelflinte, the middle part on both sides of its elongated, preferably platelet-shaped, base element - from which the Kammennennwandelemente each protrude - corresponding chamfers or lateral passages on. Preferably, these chamfers or lateral passages are arranged in opposite directions to the bevels or lateral passages on the other side of the elongate base element. This means that in a Bockdoppelflinte that when approximately (seen in the weft direction) in the first chamber partition wall element for the upper run, the chamfer or the lateral passage is arranged on the left side of the muffler device, the chamfer or the lateral passage in the first chamber partition wall element for the lower run is arranged on the right side of the muffler device. An equilateral arrangement of the bevels or lateral passages is also possible. The chamber partition wall elements for the upper and lower barrel are preferably arranged in pairs one above the other (ie in a plane transverse to the longitudinal axis) in order to ensure the best possible sound damping effect. However, a longitudinally staggered arrangement of the respective chamber partition wall elements for the upper and lower run (or the left and right run) is basically conceivable.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the (first) Kammennennwandelement directly opposite the attachment part in any case sections a thicker wall than the other Kammennennwandelemente. This measure serves to bring into the first chamber (ie which formed between the first chamber partition wall element and the attachment part, so to speak, as an inlet chamber) to absorb introduced pressure and thereby keep the recoil of the weapon as low as possible. The wall may be formed approximately stepped. But particularly preferably, the wall in the form of a (continuous) bevel is formed, wherein the slope is arranged on the side facing the neck of the (first) Kammentrennwandelements. In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bevel includes (viewed in cross-section) an angle α between 30 ° and 60 °, preferably of about 45 °, with the elongate base element of the middle part. This makes it possible to achieve the most effective recoil damping.
In yet another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the housing part on its outer side on a longitudinal flattening. In this way, a visual overlap of the muffler device with the aiming device of the firearm (i.e., in the case of a rifle with rail and grit) can be safely avoided.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the attachment part on its side remote from the muzzle of the firearm side has a recess which serves to receive a narrow side of the elongated base member of the central part. In this way, a particularly good installation or attachment of the middle part can be achieved on the attachment part.
In yet another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the neck portion is flange-shaped to provide a flush fit of the To allow housing part. The regularly annular front of the housing part abuts flush with the flange of the attachment part. The housing part, the middle part and the attachment part are preferably of round, particularly preferably of circular cross-section.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flange-like attachment part has a mounting opening, preferably in the form of an upwardly open eight, which serves for applying the muffler device to the muzzle (s) of the firearm, so that the barrel / runs with the Bullet holes of the chamber partition wall elements is aligned / are and also the rail and the grain can be accommodated. In general, the bullet holes of the chamber partition wall elements have the same diameter. However, it is also conceivable that the bullet holes, seen in the weft direction, have increasing diameter.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the middle part has, at its end remote from the attachment part, an end wall element with a reject opening, which is aligned corresponding to the passage openings of the at least two chamber partition wall elements. In this way, a shot channel is formed. The reject opening preferably has the same diameter as the aforementioned bullet holes. However, it is also conceivable that the reject opening has a larger diameter than the bullet holes. In another embodiment of the invention, the end wall element may also be formed by the housing element. The As a rule, the end wall element has a somewhat thicker wall than the chamber partition wall elements lying between it and the first chamber part wall element.
In yet another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the end wall element of the middle part has bores which correspond with bores at the end of the housing part facing away from the barrel mouth of the firearm. In this way, by means of pins, screws or similar fastening means, an efficient assembly or attachment of the housing element can be ensured at the middle part.
In addition, the attachment part preferably has bores which correspond to bores on the end of the housing part facing the barrel mouth of the firearm and wherein preferably the attachment part also has mounting bores via which the attachment part can be mounted / locked on the barrel mouth of the firearm. In this way, can be ensured, for example by means of pins, screws or similar fasteners, an efficient assembly or attachment of the housing element on the attachment part and the attachment part at the muzzle of the firearm.
In yet another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the chamber partition wall elements, the end wall element and the neck element with the inner wall of the housing part form a total of two to ten, preferably four to eight and more preferably six chambers. In this way, the ideal length for the flow path of the explosion gas can be set and thus the optimum Soundproofing effect can be achieved. For the purposes of the present invention, the chambers within the meaning of the present invention therefore also include the first chamber between the first chamber dividing wall element and the attachment part and the firing direction seen between the end wall element and the last chamber dividing wall element. The first (inlet) chamber may, due to the slope with which the first partition element is optionally provided, have a different shape than the remaining chambers of the muffler device.
The chamber partition wall members are substantially semicircular and formed in correspondence with the housing inner wall (i.e., except for the chamfers). Furthermore, the chamber partition wall elements, on both sides, arcuately into the base element of the middle part, so that thickened in this area, the foot of the chamber partition wall elements, the wall accordingly. A horizontal region of the base element is preferably provided in each case between the foot regions of two successive chamber partition wall elements. Embodiments in which the foot areas of two successive Kammentrennwandelementen pass directly into each other but are also conceivable.
The middle part is usually formed in two parts, wherein the end wall element having (second) central portion is introduced with its base element piece in a corresponding recess in the back of the first chamber separation element having (first) central portion. However, the middle part can - depending on the number of desired chambers - also have a corresponding multi-piece design. A one-piece design of the middle part is also conceivable. The one-piece design of the middle part may be somewhat more expensive to manufacture, but particularly robust.
By way of example only and for purposes of clarity, preferred embodiments of the present invention are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

The flange-like attachment part 30 has a flange ring 36 and a mounting opening 31, which is presently designed in the form of an open-topped eight, with an (upper) gap 33. This embodiment is correspondingly used in double-barreled firearms. The attachment part 30 essentially serves for applying and for mounting the muffler device 1 to the corresponding firearm. On the outer periphery of the flange-like attachment part 30 mounting holes 35 are provided so far, which run horizontally between the two runs of the firearm (here, for example, for a Bockdoppelflinte) to ensure a particularly secure locking can.
On the front side of the flange-like attachment part 30 extends, substantially parallel to the mounting holes 35, a recess 32 which is interrupted by the mounting hole 31.
The recess 32 serves to connect the attachment part 30 with the first center section 10a. On the outer circumference of the flange-like attachment part 30 are further bores 34, which serve for connection or for mounting the housing part 20 on the attachment part 30.
The first central section 10a comprises on the upper side of its elongate base element 13b the chamber partition wall elements 15a, 15b and 15c and on its rear side a recess 16, which in turn serves to receive the elongated base element 13b of the second central section 10b or of its narrow side 14b.
On the underside of the first central portion 10a further Kammentrennwandelemente 15f, 15g and 15h (here 15g hidden), whose configuration will be described in more detail below.
The second central section 10b again has chamber partition wall elements 15d and 15e on the upper side of its elongate base element 13b and terminates with the end wall element 17 (which has no chamfers). The end wall element 17 closes with the front end of the housing section 20 in the mounted state. On the underside of the first central section 10a further Kammentrennwandelemente 15i and 15j (here 15i hidden), whose configuration will be described in more detail below.
The end wall member 17 has holes 18 at its outer periphery, which correspond with holes 28 at the front end of the housing part 20 and which serve for later attachment of the two components.
On the outer side 22 of the housing part 20, a longitudinal flattening 26 is provided, which opens into a recess 23. This design is intended to provide that in the assembled state (i.e., when the muffler device 1 has been mounted on a corresponding firearm), adaptation to the targeting device of the firearm (e.g., rail and grit of a shotgun) can be achieved.
Arretierung am Lauf der Schusswaffe (Montagebohrungen 25, 35).The bores 24 and 25 at the rear end of the housing part 20, where the recess 23 is provided, serve on the one hand for fastening the housing part 20 to the attachment part 30 (bores 24, 34) and on the other hand for mounting or locking on the barrel of the firearm ( Mounting holes 25, 35).
Furthermore, it can be seen that the first chamber partition wall element 15a of the first middle section 10a has a bevel S extending in the direction of the attachment section 30.
In
The first chamber partition wall element 15a also has a chamfer 12a on its left side (seen in the weft direction). The groove 19a is provided to provide a precise alignment with the mounting hole 31 of the boss portion 30 and with the bullet hole 11a (and the other shot holes) and with the (upper) barrel of the firearm, when the muffler device 1 on the mouth of the firearm was applied.
The further chamber partition wall elements 15b and 15c each have lateral bevel 12b and 12c. The lateral bevels 12a, 12b and 12c run alternately (seen here in the weft direction from left to right and back to the left). The second chamber partition wall element 15b has a bullet hole 11b and the rear chamber partition wall element 15c has a bullet hole 11c, again with the bullet holes aligned with each other.
By means of the rear chamber partition wall element 15c, it can be seen that the (thinner) chamber partition wall elements 15b and 15c (and the first chamber partition wall element 15a on its side facing away from the attachment part 30) each have arcuately rounded foot areas R, which then respectively into the flat areas F 2 and F 2. Go to F 3 .
On the back of the first central portion 10a, a recess 16 is provided, in which - as already mentioned above - the elongated base member 13b of the second middle section 10b is used. On the underside of the elongated base member 13a corresponding Kammentrennwandelemente 15f, 15g and 15h are provided for each of the upper chamber partition wall elements 15, 15b and 15c, of which but only the central chamber partition wall element 15g can be seen here.
Here, too, it is easy to see how the arcuately rounded foot areas R of the respective chamber partition wall elements pass into the flat areas. The chamber partition wall elements 15a (top) and 15f (bottom) each have a slope S and thus have a thicker wall than the other chamber partition wall elements 15b, 15c, 15g and 15h. The bevel S encloses approximately at the longitudinal axis L M of the first central portion 10 a an angle α of 30 to 60 °, preferably of about 45 °. In this way The pressure generated during the shot can be well absorbed and a particularly efficient recoil damping can be achieved.
It can further be seen that the distance from the longitudinal axis L M of the first middle section 10a to the upper edge K o corresponds to the length l 1 and the distance from the longitudinal axis L M of the first central section 10a to the lower edge of the lower chamber partition wall element 15f corresponds to the length l 2 .
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the length l2 is greater than the length l1. The length l2 is usually larger by exactly the amount that the distance between the longitudinal axis L M of the first middle section 10a and the longitudinal axis L G of the housing part 20. The resulting eccentricity E is used to reduce the dimensioning of the attachment part 30 (FIGS. especially with regard to the gap 33 for application to the firearm). However, this represents a preferred embodiment of the present invention; Solutions without eccentricity are also conceivable.
It can be seen further that the upper edge of the chamber partition wall element 15a is wider than the lower edge of the corresponding (lower) chamber partition wall element 15f. This is because the upper chamber partition wall member 15a has the shorter length l 1 <l 2 with respect to the lower chamber partition wall member 15f (and therefore has been cut earlier, so to speak). Between the respective chamber partition wall elements 15a and 15b, 15b and 15c, 15f and 15g and 15g and 15h chambers 5 are respectively formed, which together with the bevels 12a, b, c, f, g, h form an upper and a lower flow path P for the explosive gases produced during the shot. Due to the configuration of the flow path P, the silencer device 1 according to the invention can achieve a particularly high sound-damping effect (with shotguns of about 140 dB to about 80 dB, ie a Δ of about 60 dB).
In the chamber 5 formed between the chamber dividing wall element 15b and the chamber dividing wall element 15c, the flow of the explosive gas is in turn deflected by about 90 °, and then again to the other side of the chamber (ie the left in the firing direction side of the Chamber 5) to arrive, so that it can continue to flow past the bevel 12c of the chamber partition wall element 15c in the other chambers, which may be formed by the second central portion 10b. Again, this is done by a deflection of about 90 °, etc.
In this way, the dotted illustrated, meandering or meandering flow path P for the explosion gas. A part of the gas can or will also flow through the respective bullet holes, but this part is less relevant for the sound attenuation.

Accordingly, on the lower side, the solid line shown at the bottom left represents the lateral chamfer 12h of the chamber partition wall element 15h, which forms a lateral passage 7 with imaginary housing inner wall. The groove 19b is in turn provided to provide a precisely aligned alignment of the bullet holes 11d and 11e and the reject opening 17a with the upper barrel of the firearm (as well as the corresponding bullet holes of the first center section 10b) when the lug member 30, or the muffler device 1 as Whole was placed on the mouth of the firearm (the same applies to the lower barrel of the firearm and the bottom of the second center section 10b).
The further chamber partition wall element 15e has a chamfer 12e, wherein the lateral chamfers 12d and 12e are arranged alternately, ie in FIG Weft direction first right and then left. The chamber partition wall member 15d has the bullet hole 11d, and the chamber partition wall member 15e has the bullet hole 11e.
The rearmost chamber partition wall element of the second middle section 10b is designed in the form of an end wall element 17 which has corresponding reject openings 17a and 17b (for the lower section, not shown here). The end wall member 17 has no lateral chamfers but is intended to be flush with the inner wall 21 of the housing part at the front "broke end". The end wall element 17 and the chamber partition wall elements 15e and 15j thus form the respective terminal chambers 5 of the silencer device 1.
The bullet holes 15d, 15e, 15i and 15j of the chamber partition wall elements 11d, 11e, 11i and 11j are respectively aligned with each other and aligned with the reject openings of the end wall member 17.
The chamber dividing wall elements 15d and 15e (as well as the lower chamber dividing wall elements 15i and 15j) in each case again have arc-shaped rounded foot regions R, which respectively merge into the flat regions F 4 and F 5 .
The elongate base element 13b of the second middle section 10b is inserted with its narrow side 14b into the recess 16 on the rear side of the first central section 10a.
On the underside of the elongated base element 13b, the substantially corresponding chamber partition wall elements 15i and 15j are provided for each of the upper chamber partition wall elements, of which only the chamber partition wall element 15j can be seen here.
This, in turn, is due to the fact that the lateral chamfer 12j of the lower chamber partition wall elements 15j, which can not be seen, is located on the right side, since here too the chamfers are arranged alternately, again in opposite directions to the lateral chamfers 12d and 12e of FIG Chamber partition wall members 15d and 15e on the upper side of the elongated base member 13b.
Accordingly, the chamber 5 formed between the chamber partition wall member 15j and the chamber partition wall member 15i is larger as the chamber 5 formed between the chamber partition wall element 15e and the chamber partition wall element 15d. This is a preferred embodiment of the invention, which has proved to be advantageous in terms of flow. Embodiments without a corresponding offset of the chamber partition wall elements are conceivable.

In other words, in the case of superimposed runs (eg in a Bockdoppelflinte), the lower Kammennennwandelemente be formed with a greater wall thickness at its bottom, which corresponds to W u , whereas the upper Kammennennwandelemente on its upper side with a smaller wall thickness W o get along, so that an aligned arrangement of the bullet hole 11 can be achieved with the mounting hole 31 and the firearms runs. The difference between W u and W o corresponds approximately to the eccentricity E. It should again be noted at this point that this type of training represents a preferred embodiment and that alternative embodiments of an inventive silencer device without eccentricity are conceivable.

At the front end of the flat portion F 1 of the elongated base member 13a can be seen and its narrow side 14a and extending through the flat portion F 1 groove 19a, which in turn opens into the lower portion of the through-hole 11a and ultimately in turn over the entire top of the first central portion 10a extends, ie to the recess 16 on the back of the chamber partition wall element 15c.
Between the chamber partition wall elements 15a, 15b, in turn, a flat area F 2 is arranged, as well as a flat area F 3 between the chamber partition wall elements 15b and 15c. On the side of the chamber part wall element 15a facing the attachment part (in the mounted state), a bevel S is again provided which also serves to dampen the recoil of the weapon by intercepting the explosion gases in the first or inlet chamber. Again, according to the above-described embodiment, an angle α between 30 and 60 °, preferably 45 ° with the elongated base member 13a preferred (but not shown here).
