Die Erfindung betrifft Zwischenhebel für einen hubvariablen Ventiltrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit zwei aufrechten sowie zueinander beabstandeten Seitenplatten, die a) an einem ersten Stirnende einerseits eine Stützfläche für eine Kulissenbahn sowie andererseits eine Anlauffläche für eine Kurvenscheibe haben, die b) in einem Längsmittenabschnitt eine Gegenlauffläche für einen Hubnocken besitzen und die c) an einem weiteren Stirnende über einen einteilig angebundenen Querbalken verbunden sind, dessen Außenseite zur variablen Übertragung eines Hubes des Hubnockens auf einen Abgriff eines Folgegliedes dient, wobei eine in Verschwenkrichtung des Zwischenhebels liegende Endstirn des Querbalkens als Anlage für ein Ende einer den Zwischenhebel beaufschlagenden Nockenrückstellfeder vorgesehen ist und wobei von dieser Endstirn zwei Laschen zur lateralen Führung der Nockenrückstellfeder abstehen. Ein derartiger Zwischenhebel geht aus Figur 2 der DE 10201 1003898 A1 hervor. Nachteilig ist, dass dessen Laschen zur Führung der Nockenrückstellfeder an dem weiteren Stirnende einteilig angebunden sind. Dieser Bereich stellt sich aufgrund seiner vergleichsweise komplizierten Ausbildung als problematisch in der Großserienfertigung dar. Gerade eine genaue und saubere Ausbildung der zwischen den einteilig angebundenen Laschen liegenden Endstirn zur Anlage eines Schenkels der Nockenrückstellfeder ist unter Umständen hierbei nicht prozesssicher und zu aufwändig. Ggf. muss dieser Bereich aufwändig nachgearbeitet werden. Auch ist klar, dass, abhängig vom Fertigungsprozess, eine Ausbildung von besonders hoch von der Endstirn beabstandeten Laschen kompliziert ist. Außerdem wird festgestellt, dass der teilweise Gleitabgriff (Stütz- oder Anlauffläche) am ersten Stirnende unnötig die Ventiltriebsreibung erhöht.
Aufgabe ist es, einen Zwischenhebel ohne die aufgezeigten Nachteile zu kreieren. Insbesondere soll mit einfachen Mitteln ein„sauberer" Führungsbereich für die Nockenrückstellfeder am Zwischenhebel geschaffen werden. Zwischenhebel (1 ) für einen hubvariablen Ventiltrieb einer Brennkraft- maschine, mit zwei aufrechten sowie zueinander beabstandeten Seitenplatten (2), die a) an einem ersten Stirnende (3) einerseits eine Stützfläche (4) für eine Kulissenbahn sowie andererseits eine Anlauffläche (5) für eine Kurvenscheibe haben, die b) in einem Längsmittenabschnitt (6) eine Gegenlauffläche (7) für einen Hubnocken besitzen und die c) an einem weiteren Stirnende (8) über einen einteilig angebundenen Querbalken (9) verbunden sind, dessen Außenseite (10) zur variablen Übertragung eines Hubes des Hubnockens auf einen Abgriff eines Folgegliedes dient, wobei eine in Verschwenkrichtung des Zwischenhebels (1 ) liegende Endstirn (1 1 ) des Querbalkens (9) als Anlage für ein Ende einer den Zwischenhebel (1 ) beaufschlagenden Nockenrückstellfeder vorgesehen ist und wobei von dieser Endstirn (1 1 ) zwei Laschen (12) zur lateralen Führung der Nockenrückstellfeder abstehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (12) Bestandteil eines separat mit dem Zwischenhebel (1 ) gefügten bügelähnlichen Bauteils (13) sind, welches die eine Endstirn (1 1 ), zur Darstellung einer unmittelbaren Anlage der Nockenrückstellfeder am Material des Zwischenhebels (1 ), nicht überstreicht.
